step ten: then the lifting frame 2 is descended, and then the second rotary cigarette receiving plate 6 is rotated downwards by 90 degrees, so that 200 special-shaped cigarettes on the second rotary cigarette receiving plate 6 fall to the upper part of 200 special-shaped cigarettes on the stacking belt 5;
step eleven: the lifting frame 2 is continuously lowered, the top end of the lifting frame 2 is lowered to the position horizontal to the stacking belt 5 or below the stacking belt 5, and then 200 cigarettes which are stacked and are in special-shaped cigarettes are pushed to a position to be pushed from the stacking belt 5 through the cigarette pushing plate 7.

The special-shaped cigarette fast stacker crane is characterized by comprising a machine base (1), a lifting frame (2), a first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3), a fixed cigarette receiving plate (4) and a stacking belt (5), wherein the lifting frame (2) is arranged on the machine base (1) in a lifting way, the lifting frame (2) comprises a first lifting frame (21) and a second lifting frame (22) which are arranged in parallel along the vertical direction, the first lifting frame (21) and the second lifting frame (22) are both rotatably provided with the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3), the two first rotary cigarette receiving plates (3) are oppositely arranged and have the same height, the fixed cigarette receiving plate (4) is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the first lifting frame (21) and the second lifting frame (22), the two fixed cigarette receiving plates (4) are oppositely arranged and have the same height, the fixed cigarette receiving plate (4) is arranged below the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3), the stacking belt (5) is arranged between the first lifting frame (21) and the second lifting frame (22), two gaps for the stacking belt (5) to pass through are formed between the fixed cigarette receiving plates (4) and between the first rotary cigarette receiving plates (3).

The quick special-shaped cigarette palletizer according to claim 1, wherein a second rotary cigarette receiving plate (6) is rotatably mounted on each of the first lifting frame (21) and the second lifting frame (22), the two second rotary cigarette receiving plates (6) are arranged oppositely and have the same height, and the second rotary cigarette receiving plate (6) is arranged above the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3).

The quick special-shaped cigarette palletizer according to claim 2, wherein the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3) and the second rotary cigarette receiving plate (6) are rotatably installed on the first lifting frame (21) and the second lifting frame (22) through rotating shafts, and the rotating shafts are connected with an output end of a rotary driving motor.

step four: when the lifting frame (2) rises to the position where the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3) is flush with the stacking belt (5), the lifting frame stops rising, so that the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3) is kept horizontal, and the stacking belt (5) is arranged between the two first rotary cigarette receiving plates (3);
step five: conveying the special-shaped cigarette sticks to the stacking belt (5) and the first rotary cigarette receiving plates (3) through the cigarette belt (100), and respectively placing two ends of the special-shaped cigarette sticks on the two first rotary cigarette receiving plates (3);
step six: when the stacking belt (5) and the special-shaped cigarette cartons on the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3) reach a set number, the lifting frame (2) is continuously lifted upwards, and the special-shaped cigarette cartons on the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3) are lifted together with the first rotary cigarette receiving plate (3);
step seven: when the lifting frame (2) rises to the position where the fixed cigarette receiving plates (4) are flush with the stacking belt (5), the lifting frame stops rising, and the stacking belt (5) is arranged between the two fixed cigarette receiving plates (4);
step eight: the special-shaped cigarette strips are conveyed to the stacking belt (5) and the fixed cigarette receiving plates (4) through the cigarette belt (100), so that two ends of the special-shaped cigarette strips are respectively arranged on the two fixed cigarette receiving plates (4);
