In the above step, for each parameter name, the changed parameter name of the parameter page of the new contract relative to the parameter page of the old contract is found by judging whether the parameter data of the parameter name in the new contract and the parameter data in the old contract are the same. And for each changed parameter name, determining the first material name of which the association relation with the changed parameter name is a disuse relation, and considering that the change of some parameters only changes the quantity of corresponding materials, after finding out a plurality of changed parameter names, judging whether the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is smaller than the parameter data in the old contract, if the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is smaller than the parameter data in the old contract, indicating that the quantity of corresponding materials required in the new contract is smaller than the quantity of corresponding materials required in the old contract, and determining the changed parameter name of which the parameter data in the new contract is smaller than the parameter data in the old contract as a reduced parameter name. Then, for each reduced parameter name, a second material name whose association relationship with the reduced parameter name is a quantitative relationship is determined. Since different parameter changes may need to modify the same material, for all the determined first material names, the repeated first material names are deleted to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names. And similarly, for all the determined second material names, deleting the repeated second material names and deleting the second material names which are repeated with the plurality of scrapped material names to obtain a plurality of reduced material names. If the material names same with the names of the plurality of scrapped materials exist in the material names, the fact that the materials corresponding to the material names are modified and reduced is shown, the fact that the materials need to be modified means that the materials cannot be used for installing elevators under new contracts is shown, and therefore the materials are collected in the scrapped materials and do not count in the material reduction. The design rule can be written in the second server in advance, and the second server processes the change parameter information to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names and a plurality of reduced material names. And the design rule is compiled in the second server, so that the data processing efficiency is improved.
For example, if the parameter page of the new contract has 3 parameter data changes corresponding to the parameter names compared with the parameter page of the old contract, the 3 parameter names are determined as 3 changed parameter names, which are respectively parameter 1, parameter 2 and parameter 3, where the parameter data of parameter 3 in the new contract is smaller than the parameter data of the old contract, so that the parameter 3 is determined as the reduced parameter name, and the material having the discarding relationship with the parameter 1 includes: materials 1, 4, 6, 8 and 10, wherein the association relationship with the parameter 2 is that the materials in the abandon relationship comprise: the materials 1, 2, 4 and 8, and the materials which are related to the parameter 3 and have abandon relationship comprise: the materials 2, 4 and 8, and the materials with the quantitative relation to the parameter 3 comprise: material 8 and material 12. And summarizing the materials of abandonment relation and deleting repeated materials therein to obtain a plurality of names of the abandoned materials: material 1, material 2, material 4, material 6, material 8 and material 10, gather the material of quantity relation and delete wherein repeated material and obtain material 8 and material 12, then compare material 8 and material 12 with a plurality of discarded material names respectively, delete in repeated material 8, obtain a plurality of reduction material names: reducing the material 12.
It should be noted here that, if the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is greater than the parameter data in the old contract, and the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is greater, it indicates that the quantity of the corresponding materials required in the new contract is greater than the quantity of the corresponding materials required in the old contract, and the materials can be all used in elevator installation of the new contract without scrapping treatment, and the price of the materials is already included in the standard price of the whole elevator correspondingly obtained according to the parameter page of the new contract, so in the preset scrapping rule, it is not necessary to consider the case that the demand of the corresponding materials is increased when the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is greater than the parameter data in the old contract.
In the step S4, the contract price of the new contract is obtained by adding the total price of the scrapped materials to be scrapped in the materials already produced in the old contract to the corresponding overall standard price obtained from the parameter page of the new contract, so as to reduce the information circulation of each subsequent department, quickly determine the contract modification quotation, promote the determination of the field scheme, improve the corresponding speed of the customer, shorten the confirmation time of the contract modification, reduce the economic loss caused by the field engineering delay, and maximize the satisfaction of the customer.
Further, the price database also comprises the matching price of the functional accessories, the functional accessories are accessories outside the elevator acceptance standard, the functional accessories such as IC cards, advertisement display screens and the like are added to the functions of the standard whole elevator, and the selectable accessories and the matching price association of the accessories are stored in the price database in advance. After step S1, the method further includes:
s11, receiving a plurality of functional accessories input by a user;
s12, acquiring corresponding matching price in a price database according to each received functional accessory, and summarizing to obtain a total matching price;
and S13, summarizing the matching total price into the contract price of the new contract.
In the above steps, after the price of the new contract is obtained, considering that some customers also need to add functional accessories for the elevator, a plurality of functional accessories which need to be added by the customer are input, the optional accessories are directly obtained according to the functional accessories, the option total price of each functional accessory is collected to obtain the option total price, and the option total price is collected into the contract price of the new contract.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an elevator contract change quotation system according to the present invention. The invention also provides an elevator contract change quotation system, which comprises:
the first receiving module 1 is used for receiving an old contract code and a parameter page of a new contract input by a user;
the judging module 2 is used for acquiring the production information of the materials required by the old contract according to the old contract code, and judging whether the materials required by the old contract are produced or not according to the acquired production information, wherein the production information comprises produced or unproduced materials;
the first obtaining module 3, if the result of the judging module is yes, obtaining the whole elevator standard price corresponding to the parameter page in a preset price database according to the parameter page of the new contract, and processing the parameter page of the new contract according to the scrapping rule to obtain the total price of scrapped materials, wherein the price database at least comprises the whole elevator standard prices corresponding to different parameter pages;
and the quotation module 4 is used for summarizing the obtained standard price of the whole elevator and the total price of the scrapped materials to obtain the contract price of the new contract.
The first receiving module 1 receives that the user inputs the old contract code of the elevator signed by the client and the parameter page of the new contract at the same time, which indicates that the user needs to modify the parameter page of the old contract to obtain the new contract, the elevator needs to be redesigned according to the parameter page of the new contract, and the user needs to modify the price of the old contract signed by the client again to obtain the offer of the new contract for the client to confirm.
The production of the existing elevator materials is basically designed and scheduled in parallel in the shaft building process, so when the parameter page of the old contract is required to be changed, the elevator needs to be redesigned according to the changed parameter page, which can cause that part of the materials required by the old contract are not used in the new contract, and the produced materials which are not used need to be scrapped, so that the production information of the materials required by the old contract needs to be known to determine whether the materials required by the old contract are produced. The production information of the contract is stored in a preset production database in a way of being associated with the contract code or stored in the first server, and the personnel of the production department change the production information of the contract in real time. The first server may be an ERP server. The user inputs the code of the old contract, the judging module 2 researches the code of the old contract received by the first receiving module 1, the first server obtains the production information corresponding to the code of the old contract, if the production information is produced, the material required by the old contract is produced, and if the production information is not produced, the material required by the old contract is not produced.
Further, the elevator contract change offer system further includes:
and the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the standard price of the whole elevator corresponding to the parameter page in a preset price database according to the parameter page of the new contract if the structure of the judgment module is negative.
And the output module is used for outputting the acquired standard price of the whole elevator as the contract price of the new contract.
If the judgment result of the judgment module 2 is negative, the judgment module indicates that the materials required by the old contract are not produced and have no materials to be scrapped, the old contract is directly voided and a new contract is directly signed, the judgment module 2 sends the result to a second acquisition module, the second acquisition module directly acquires the corresponding standard price of the whole elevator in a price database according to the parameter page of the new contract, the acquired standard price of the whole elevator is sent to an output module, and the output module outputs the standard price of the whole elevator as the contract price of the new contract.
And a price database is established in advance, the price database at least comprises the standard price of the whole elevator corresponding to different parameter pages, the standard price of the whole elevator is the standard landing and functional whole elevator price, and the elevator passes the standard basic price of the whole elevator accepted by the acceptance inspection. If the materials required by the old contract are produced, the scrapping condition of the produced materials is involved, the production of the materials needs the cost, and therefore the cost of the scrapped materials needs to be calculated on the price of the new contract. The judging module 2 sends the judged result to the first obtaining module 3, and the first obtaining module 3 obtains the whole standard price corresponding to the parameter page in the price database according to the parameter page of the new contract, and also needs to process the parameter page of the new contract according to the scrapping rule to obtain the total price of the scrapped materials.
Further, the parameter page comprises a plurality of elevator parameter information, and the elevator parameter information comprises a parameter name and parameter data corresponding to the parameter name; the price database comprises a plurality of material names, a plurality of material specifications corresponding to the material names and material prices corresponding to the material specifications; the parameters and the materials contained in the complete elevator are fixed, the parameter page comprises a plurality of parameter information required to be contained in the complete elevator, and meanwhile, the material names, the material specifications corresponding to the material names and the material prices corresponding to the material specifications included in the complete elevator are pre-stored in the price database, so that the corresponding material prices can be conveniently obtained according to the material names and the material specifications.
The first acquisition module 3 includes:
the first acquisition submodule is used for acquiring contract information of the old contract in a preset contract database according to the old contract code, wherein the contract information at least comprises a parameter page, a plurality of material names, and material specifications and material quantities corresponding to the material names;
the processing submodule is used for comparing the parameter page of the new contract with the parameter page of the old contract to obtain a plurality of elevator parameter information of the new contract after being changed relative to the old contract, and processing the plurality of changed parameter information according to a preset design rule to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names and a plurality of reduced material names;
the second obtaining submodule is used for obtaining the material specification and the material quantity corresponding to the name of the scrapped material from the contract information of the old contract according to the name of the scrapped material for each name of the scrapped material, obtaining corresponding initial parameter data and material specification from the contract information of the old contract and corresponding current parameter data from the parameter page of the new contract according to the name of the reduced material for each name of the reduced material, and subtracting the current parameter data from the initial parameter data to obtain the material quantity corresponding to the name of the reduced material;
the third obtaining submodule is used for obtaining corresponding material prices from the price database according to the names of the scrapped materials and the material specifications corresponding to the scrapped materials and the names of the reduced materials and the material specifications corresponding to the reduced materials;
and the total price submodule is used for obtaining the total price of the scrapped materials according to the material price and the material quantity corresponding to all the scrapped material names and the material price and the material quantity corresponding to all the reduced material names.
Including all elevator parameter information of elevator design in the parameter page, like the basic parameter of elevator, the well parameter, car parameter and to heavy isoparametric information, including the trapezoidal, load and three parameter of speed if the basic parameter, the well parameter includes well width, the well degree of depth, car degree of edge, a plurality of parameters such as top layer height, the car parameter includes a plurality of parameters such as car width, the car degree of depth, the car height, wallboard material, a plurality of material names that include in the contract information, the material specification that each material name corresponds and the information that the material quantity is the required material of old contract. Contract information of the contract is stored in the contract database in association with the contract code. The first obtaining sub-module obtains contract information of the old contract in the contract database according to the old contract code.
The processing submodule compares the parameter page of the new contract with the parameter page of the old contract, and aims to find out a plurality of elevator parameter information of the new contract changed relative to the old contract, because the elevator parameter information is changed, the change of corresponding required materials, the change of material specifications of the required materials or the change of material quantity can be caused. Therefore, according to the preset design rule, the information of the changed parameters is processed to obtain a plurality of names of the scrapped materials and a plurality of names of the reduced materials, for each name of the scrapped materials, the corresponding scrapped materials are found from the materials required by the old contract according to the name of the scrapped materials, the material specification of the scrapped materials needs to be changed, therefore, the elevator is not used in the installation of the elevator under the new contract, the scrapping treatment is needed to be carried out on all the produced quantity of scrapped materials, for each name of the reduced materials, the name of the reduced materials finds corresponding reduced materials in the materials required by the old contract, the material specification of the reduced materials does not need to be changed, can be used in newly contracted elevator installations, but the quantity required for reducing the material is less than the quantity produced, therefore, the material is reduced, only part of the material needs to be scrapped, and the other part of the material can be used for installing a new contract elevator. If the number of elevator floors is changed from 6 floors to 5 floors, the number of the floor doors is changed from 6 to 5, 5 floor doors are reserved in the 6 floor doors produced before, and only 1 floor door needs to be scrapped.
For each name of the scrapped material acquired by the processing submodule, the second acquiring submodule acquires the material specification and the material quantity corresponding to the name of the scrapped material from the contract information of the old contract according to the name of the scrapped material, and the acquired material specification is used for acquiring the corresponding material price from the price database according to the name of the scrapped material and the corresponding material specification by the third acquiring submodule, and then multiplying the material price by the material quantity corresponding to the name of the scrapped material to acquire the total price corresponding to each name of the scrapped material; for each reduced material name obtained by the processing submodule, the second obtaining submodule respectively obtains corresponding initial parameter data and material specifications from the contract information of the old contract and corresponding current parameter data from the parameter page of the new contract, the same material specification is obtained so that the third obtaining submodule obtains corresponding material price from the price database according to the reduced material name and the corresponding material specification, the material quantity corresponding to the reduced material name is the difference value between the initial parameter data and the current parameter data, the total price submodule multiplies the material price and the material quantity corresponding to the reduced material name to obtain the total price corresponding to each reduced material name, and the total price corresponding to all the scrapped material names and the total price corresponding to all the reduced material names are added to obtain the total price of the scrapped material. The second acquisition submodule can be independently arranged in the third server, and a plurality of servers are adopted to process different processes, so that the speed processing efficiency is improved.
Further, for each parameter name, the parameter name is associated with a plurality of material names, and the association relationship between the parameter name and each associated material name is a discarding relationship, a continuing relationship or a quantity relationship; the abandon relation shows that the material specification corresponding to the material name is adjusted along with the change of the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name, the continuation relation shows that the material specification corresponding to the material name is kept unchanged when the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name is changed, and the quantity relation shows that the quantity of the materials corresponding to the material name is adjusted when the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name is changed;
the processing submodule comprises:
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the parameter data of the parameter name in the new contract is the same as the parameter data of the parameter name in the old contract or not for each parameter name;
the first determining unit is used for determining the current parameter name as the name of the changed parameter if the judging result of the judging unit is negative;
the second judgment unit is used for determining that the association relation between the changed parameter name and the changed parameter name is a first material name of a disuse relation for each changed parameter name and judging whether the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is smaller than the parameter data in the old contract or not;
a second determining unit, configured to determine the currently changed parameter name as the reduced parameter name if the determination result of the second determining unit is yes;
and the obtaining unit is used for deleting the repeated first material names in all the determined first material names to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names, and deleting the repeated second material names and the second material names which are repeated with the plurality of scrapped material names in all the determined second material names to obtain a plurality of reduced material names.
For each parameter name, the first judging unit judges whether the parameter data of the parameter name in the new contract and the parameter data in the old contract are the same, and the first determining unit finds out the changed parameter name of the parameter page of the new contract relative to the parameter page of the old contract according to the judgment result of the first judging unit. For each changed parameter name, the second judging unit determines that the association relation with the changed parameter name is the first material name of the abandon relation, and after considering that the change of some parameters only changes the quantity of corresponding materials, after finding out a plurality of changed parameter names, judging whether the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is smaller than the parameter data in the old contract, if the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is small, the quantity of the corresponding materials needed in the new contract is smaller than the quantity of the corresponding materials needed in the old contract, and determining the changed parameter name of which the parameter data in the new contract is smaller than the parameter data in the old contract as a reduced parameter name according to the judgment result of the second judging unit. Then, for each reduced parameter name, a second material name whose association relationship with the reduced parameter name is a quantitative relationship is determined. Since different parameter changes may require modification of the same material, the obtaining unit deletes the repeated first material names of all the determined first material names to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names. And similarly, for all the determined second material names, deleting the repeated second material names and deleting the second material names which are repeated with the plurality of scrapped material names to obtain a plurality of reduced material names. If the material names same with the names of the plurality of scrapped materials exist in the material names, the fact that the materials corresponding to the material names are modified and reduced is shown, the fact that the materials need to be modified means that the materials cannot be used for installing elevators under new contracts is shown, and therefore the materials are collected in the scrapped materials and do not count in the material reduction. The processing submodule can be arranged in the second server, and different data are processed by the plurality of servers, so that the data processing efficiency is improved
For example, if the parameter page of the new contract has 3 parameter data changes corresponding to the parameter names compared with the parameter page of the old contract, the 3 parameter names are determined as 3 changed parameter names, which are respectively parameter 1, parameter 2 and parameter 3, where the parameter data of parameter 3 in the new contract is smaller than the parameter data of the old contract, so that the parameter 3 is determined as the reduced parameter name, and the material having the discarding relationship with the parameter 1 includes: materials 1, 4, 6, 8 and 10, wherein the association relationship with the parameter 2 is that the materials in the abandon relationship comprise: the materials 1, 2, 4 and 8, and the materials which are related to the parameter 3 and have abandon relationship comprise: the materials 2, 4 and 8, and the materials with the quantitative relation to the parameter 3 comprise: material 8 and material 12. And summarizing the materials of abandonment relation and deleting repeated materials therein to obtain a plurality of names of the abandoned materials: material 1, material 2, material 4, material 6, material 8 and material 10, gather the material of quantity relation and delete wherein repeated material and obtain material 8 and material 12, then compare material 8 and material 12 with a plurality of discarded material names respectively, delete in repeated material 8, obtain a plurality of reduction material names: reducing the material 12.
It should be noted here that, if the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is greater than the parameter data in the old contract, and the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is greater, it indicates that the quantity of the corresponding materials required in the new contract is greater than the quantity of the corresponding materials required in the old contract, and the materials can be all used in elevator installation of the new contract without scrapping treatment, and the price of the materials is already included in the standard price of the whole elevator correspondingly obtained according to the parameter page of the new contract, so in the preset scrapping rule, it is not necessary to consider the case that the demand of the corresponding materials is increased when the parameter data of the changed parameter name in the new contract is greater than the parameter data in the old contract.
The quotation module obtains the corresponding overall standard price from the parameter page of the new contract and obtains the contract price of the new contract by adding the total price of the scrapped materials to be scrapped in the produced materials of the old contract, thereby avoiding the information circulation of each department subsequently, quickly determining the quotation of contract modification, promoting the determination of the field scheme, improving the corresponding speed of the client, shortening the confirmation time of the contract modification, reducing the economic loss caused by the field engineering delay and maximizing the satisfaction degree of the client.
Further, the price database further includes option prices of functional accessories, and the elevator contract change offer system further includes:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a plurality of functional accessories input by a user;
the matching module is used for acquiring corresponding matching prices from the price database according to each received functional accessory and summarizing the corresponding matching prices to obtain a total matching price;
and the summarizing module is used for summarizing the total matching price into the contract price of the new contract.
After the price of the new contract is obtained, considering that some customers also need to add functional accessories aiming at the elevator, the matching module receives a plurality of functional accessories which are input by the user and need to be added by the customers, the optional accessories are directly obtained according to the functional accessories, the optional accessories of all the functional accessories are gathered to obtain an optional total price, and the gathering module gathers the optional total price into the contract price of the new contract.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the invention. An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device 1001, which includes a memory 1003 and a processor 1002, where the memory 1003 stores a computer program 1004, and when the processor 1002 executes the computer program 1004, the method for implementing any sound source localization method includes: receiving an old contract code and a parameter page of a new contract input by a user; acquiring production information of materials required by the old contract according to the old contract code, and judging whether the materials required by the old contract are produced or not according to the acquired production information, wherein the production information comprises produced or unproductive materials; if the materials required by the old contract are produced, obtaining the whole elevator standard price corresponding to the parameter page in a preset price database according to the parameter page of the new contract, and processing the parameter page of the new contract according to the scrapping rule to obtain the total price of scrapped materials, wherein the price database at least comprises the whole elevator standard prices corresponding to different parameter pages; and summarizing to obtain the contract price of the new contract based on the obtained standard price of the whole elevator and the total price of the scrapped materials.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a structure of a computer-readable storage medium according to an embodiment of the present invention. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium 2001, on which a computer program 1004 is stored, where the computer program 1004 when executed by the processor 1002 implements the steps of any one of the sound source localization methods described above, including: receiving an old contract code and a parameter page of a new contract input by a user; acquiring production information of materials required by the old contract according to the old contract code, and judging whether the materials required by the old contract are produced or not according to the acquired production information, wherein the production information comprises produced or unproductive materials; if the materials required by the old contract are produced, obtaining the whole elevator standard price corresponding to the parameter page in a preset price database according to the parameter page of the new contract, and processing the parameter page of the new contract according to the scrapping rule to obtain the total price of scrapped materials, wherein the price database at least comprises the whole elevator standard prices corresponding to different parameter pages; and summarizing to obtain the contract price of the new contract based on the obtained standard price of the whole elevator and the total price of the scrapped materials.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: whether materials required by an old contract are produced or not is judged through an input old contract code, after the materials learned by the old contract are determined to be produced, a corresponding whole-elevator standard price is obtained in a price database through an input elevator parameter page, a scrapping rule is preset to process the parameter page of a new contract to obtain a total price of scrapped materials, and finally the standard whole-elevator price and the total price of scrapped materials obtained from the parameters of the new contract are used to obtain the price of the new contract.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. 1. An elevator contract change offer method, characterized by comprising the steps of:
receiving an old contract code and a parameter page of a new contract input by a user;
acquiring production information of materials required by the old contract according to the old contract code, and judging whether the materials required by the old contract are produced or not according to the acquired production information, wherein the production information comprises produced or unproduced materials;
if the materials required by the old contract are produced, obtaining the whole elevator standard price corresponding to the parameter page in a preset price database according to the parameter page of the new contract, and processing the parameter page of the new contract according to the scrapping rule to obtain the total price of scrapped materials, wherein the price database at least comprises the whole elevator standard prices corresponding to different parameter pages;
and summarizing to obtain the contract price of the new contract based on the obtained standard price of the whole elevator and the total price of the scrapped materials.
2. The elevator contract change offer method according to claim 1, wherein said parameter page includes a plurality of elevator parameter information, said elevator parameter information including a parameter name and parameter data corresponding to the parameter name; the price database also comprises a plurality of material names, a plurality of material specifications corresponding to the material names and material prices corresponding to the material specifications;
the step of processing the parameter page of the new contract according to the scrapping rule to obtain the total price of scrapped materials comprises the following steps:
acquiring contract information of the old contract in a preset contract database according to the old contract code, wherein the contract information at least comprises a parameter page, a plurality of material names, and material specifications and material quantities corresponding to the material names;
comparing the parameter page of the new contract with the parameter page of the old contract to obtain a plurality of elevator parameter information of the new contract after being changed relative to the old contract, and processing the plurality of changed parameter information according to a preset design rule to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names and a plurality of reduced material names;
for each name of the scrapped material, obtaining the material specification and the material quantity corresponding to the name of the scrapped material from the contract information of the old contract according to the name of the scrapped material, respectively obtaining corresponding initial parameter data and material specification from the contract information of the old contract and corresponding current parameter data from the parameter page of the new contract according to the name of the reduced material for each name of the reduced material, and subtracting the current parameter data from the initial parameter data to obtain the material quantity corresponding to the name of the reduced material;
acquiring corresponding material prices from a price database according to the names of the scrapped materials and the corresponding material specifications thereof and according to the names of the reduced materials and the corresponding material specifications thereof;
and obtaining the total price of the scrapped materials according to the material price and the material quantity corresponding to all the scrapped material names and the material price and the material quantity corresponding to all the reduced material names.

The elevator contract variation offer method according to claim 2, characterized in that, for each parameter name, the parameter name is associated with a number of material names, and the association between the parameter name and its associated material names is a discard relationship, a continue relationship or a quantity relationship; the abandon relation shows that the material specification corresponding to the material name is adjusted along with the change of the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name, the continuation relation shows that the material specification corresponding to the material name is kept unchanged when the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name is changed, and the quantity relation shows that the quantity of the materials corresponding to the material name is adjusted when the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name is changed;
comparing the parameter page of the new contract with the parameter page of the old contract to obtain a plurality of elevator parameter information of the new contract after being changed relative to the old contract, and processing the plurality of changed parameter information according to a preset design rule to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names and a plurality of reduced parameter names, wherein the steps comprise:
for each parameter name, judging whether the parameter data of the parameter name in the new contract is the same as the parameter data of the parameter name in the old contract;
if not, determining the current parameter name as the name of the changed parameter;
for each changed parameter name, determining that the association relation with the changed parameter name is a first material name of a disuse relation, and judging whether the parameter data of the changed parameter name in a new contract is smaller than the parameter data in an old contract;
if yes, determining the name of the current change parameter as the name of the reduced parameter;
for each reduction parameter name, determining a second material name of which the association relationship with the reduction parameter name is a quantity relationship;
and deleting the repeated first material names to obtain a plurality of discarded material names for all the determined first material names, and deleting the repeated second material names and the second material names which are repeated with the plurality of discarded material names to obtain a plurality of reduced material names for all the determined second material names.
4. The elevator contract change offer method according to claim 1, wherein said price database further includes option prices for functional accessories, said contract prices for new contracts being summarized based on the obtained standard price for the whole elevator and total price for scrap material, said method further comprising:
receiving a plurality of functional accessories input by a user;
acquiring corresponding matching price in a price database according to each received functional accessory, and summarizing to obtain a total matching price;
and summarizing the total matching price into the contract price of the new contract.
5. The elevator contract variation offer method according to claim 1, wherein after said step of determining whether or not materials required for the old contract have been produced based on the acquired production information, said method further comprises:
if the materials required by the old contract are not produced, obtaining the whole standard price of the whole elevator corresponding to the parameter page in a preset price database according to the parameter page of the new contract;
and outputting the acquired standard price of the whole elevator as the contract price of the new contract.
6. An elevator contract change offer system, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving an old contract code and a parameter page of a new contract input by a user;
the judging module is used for acquiring production information of the materials required by the old contract according to the old contract code and judging whether the materials required by the old contract are produced or not according to the acquired production information, wherein the production information comprises produced or unproduced materials;
the first obtaining module is used for obtaining the whole elevator standard price corresponding to the parameter page in a preset price database according to the parameter page of the new contract if the judging module has a positive result, and processing the parameter page of the new contract according to the scrapping rule to obtain the total price of scrapped materials, wherein the price database at least comprises the whole elevator standard prices corresponding to different parameter pages;
and the quotation module is used for summarizing the obtained standard price of the whole elevator and the total price of the scrapped materials to obtain the contract price of the new contract.
7. The elevator contract change offer system according to claim 6, wherein said parameter page includes a plurality of elevator parameter information, said elevator parameter information including a parameter name and parameter data corresponding to the parameter name; the price database comprises a plurality of material names, a plurality of material specifications corresponding to the material names, and material prices corresponding to the material specifications, and the first acquisition module comprises:
the first acquisition submodule is used for acquiring contract information of the old contract in a preset contract database according to the old contract code, wherein the contract information at least comprises a parameter page, a plurality of material names, and material specifications and material quantities corresponding to the material names;
the processing submodule is used for comparing the parameter page of the new contract with the parameter page of the old contract to obtain a plurality of elevator parameter information of the new contract after being changed relative to the old contract, and processing the plurality of changed parameter information according to a preset design rule to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names and a plurality of reduced material names;
the second obtaining submodule is used for obtaining the material specification and the material quantity corresponding to the name of the scrapped material from the contract information of an old contract according to the name of the scrapped material for each name of the scrapped material, obtaining corresponding initial parameter data and material specification from the contract information of the old contract and corresponding current parameter data from the parameter page of a new contract according to the name of the reduced material for each name of the reduced material, and subtracting the current parameter data from the initial parameter data to obtain the material quantity corresponding to the name of the reduced material;
the third obtaining submodule is used for obtaining corresponding material prices from the price database according to the names of the scrapped materials and the material specifications corresponding to the scrapped materials and the names of the reduced materials and the material specifications corresponding to the reduced materials;
and the total price submodule is used for obtaining the total price of the scrapped materials according to the material price and the material quantity corresponding to all the scrapped material names and the material price and the material quantity corresponding to all the reduced material names.

The elevator contract change offer system according to claim 7, wherein for each parameter name, said parameter name is associated with a number of material names, and the association between said parameter name and its associated material names is a discard relationship, a continue relationship or a quantity relationship; the abandon relation shows that the material specification corresponding to the material name is adjusted along with the change of the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name, the continuation relation shows that the material specification corresponding to the material name is kept unchanged when the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name is changed, and the quantity relation shows that the quantity of the materials corresponding to the material name is adjusted when the parameter data corresponding to the parameter name is changed;

the first determining unit is used for determining the current parameter name as the name of the changed parameter if the judging result of the judging unit is negative;
a second judging unit, configured to determine, for each changed parameter name, that an association relationship with the changed parameter name is a first material name of a disuse relationship, and judge whether parameter data of the changed parameter name in a new contract is smaller than parameter data in an old contract;
a second determining unit, configured to determine the currently changed parameter name as the reduced parameter name if the determination result of the second determining unit is yes;
and the obtaining unit is used for deleting the repeated first material names in all the determined first material names to obtain a plurality of scrapped material names, and deleting the repeated second material names and the second material names which are repeated with the plurality of scrapped material names in all the determined second material names to obtain a plurality of reduced material names.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-5 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
