fourthly, acquiring the project data statistically obtained in the third step, identifying the corresponding project type in the project data, and selecting the corresponding quota and rule from the database according to the project type, wherein the quota and rule comprise quota data and a first calculation rule; comparing the engineering project data with the quota data, and screening out the engineering project data with inconsistent comparison results;
fifthly, storing the remaining engineering project data after the screening in the fourth step into an original data column in a calculation table, wherein the engineering project data stored in the original data column cannot be changed;
sixthly, selecting a corresponding second calculation rule from the calculation table according to the project types contained in the project data left after the screening in the fourth step; calculating the rest engineering project data according to a first calculation rule and a second calculation rule in the quota and regulation to obtain first evaluation data; and storing the first evaluation data in an evaluation data column of the calculation table.

The project management method of claim 1, wherein before the first step, registering a project management account through a registration program is further performed; logging in the engineering project management system according to the account through a login program; importing engineering project data through an import program; generating a total project task table, a project construction schedule, a material acquisition table, a project task division table and other project planning tables based on the imported project data;
in the first step, the basic information comprises characteristic information of the target item;
and/or the project plan parameter information comprises process constraint relation information and resource machine tool information in the wind power engineering construction project;
and/or the resource machine tool information comprises construction resource information and component resource information;
and/or the process constraint relation information comprises wind turbine topology constraint relation information, single-machine process constraint relation information and global process constraint relation information.
3. The project management method according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the step of determining that the starting condition is satisfied from among the unfinished steps comprises:
determining a front procedure of each unfinished procedure according to procedure constraint relation information in the project plan parameter information;
judging whether the pre-process of each unfinished process is finished or not by the preset date according to the net work time length information of each process in the project plan parameter information and the starting date of the first process of the target project in the basic information;
judging whether the resource machines and tools corresponding to each unfinished process are in a usable state or not according to the resource machine and tool information in the project plan parameter information;
and determining that the process meets the starting condition for the unfinished process in which the front process is finished and the resource machines and tools are in a usable state.
4. The project management method of claim 1, wherein the third step is followed by: carrying out engineering project financial accounting based on the engineering project planning sheet, and carrying out a material accounting table, a labor cost accounting table and other engineering project accounting tables; purchasing materials based on the material purchasing table and the material accounting table; managing and controlling the engineering construction progress based on the engineering construction progress chart; updating the engineering project data through an updating program based on the progress of the engineering project; and estimating the value of the engineering project through an estimation program.
5. The project management method of claim 1, wherein in the fourth step, before comparing the project data with quota and rule in database and screening out the project data with inconsistent comparison result, the method further comprises:
carrying out preliminary inspection on the engineering project data through a detection plug-in, and returning the submission files with unqualified submission amounts to be processed;
the preliminary inspection is carried out on the engineering project data through the detection plug-in, and the submission files with unqualified submission amounts are returned to be processed, and the method comprises the following steps:
carrying out preliminary inspection on the engineering project data through a detection plug-in to obtain an inspection result;
judging whether the submission amount is equal to the inspection result;
if not, judging that the submission amount is unqualified, returning the submission file to the construction unit, and modifying and recalculating.

The project management method according to claim 1, wherein after the sixth step, project management account numbers, login interfaces, imported data, created projects, project planning tables, project accounting tables, statistical results, accounting results, updated data, evaluation results, and audit results are displayed through a display.
7. An engineering project management system for implementing the engineering project management method according to claims 1 to 6, wherein the engineering project management system comprises:
the management account registration module is connected with the main control module and used for registering the engineering project management account through a registration program;
the management login module is connected with the main control module and used for logging in the engineering project management system according to the account through a login program;
the project data import module is connected with the main control module and used for importing project data through an import program;
the engineering project table generating module is connected with the main control module and used for generating a related engineering project planning table based on the imported engineering project data;
the project planning sheet includes but is not limited to a general project task sheet, a project construction schedule, a material acquisition sheet and a project task division sheet;
the main control module is connected with the management account registration module, the management login module, the project data import module, the project table generation module, the project creation module, the project statistics module, the financial accounting module, the material purchase management module, the project progress control module, the project data update module, the project valuation module, the audit module and the display module and is used for controlling the normal work of each module through the central processing unit;
the project creating module is connected with the main control module and used for creating an engineering project through a creating program;
the project counting module is connected with the main control module and used for counting the project data through a counting program;
the financial accounting module is connected with the main control module and used for carrying out engineering project financial accounting based on the engineering project planning sheet and generating an engineering project accounting sheet;
the project accounting tables include but are not limited to material accounting tables, labor cost accounting tables and other project accounting tables;
the material purchasing management module is connected with the main control module and used for purchasing materials based on the material purchasing table and the material accounting table;
the engineering project progress control module is connected with the main control module and is used for controlling the engineering construction progress based on the engineering construction progress chart;
the project data updating module is connected with the main control module and used for updating the project data through an updating program based on the progress of the project;
the project valuation module is connected with the main control module and used for estimating the value of the engineering project through a valuation program;
the auditing module is connected with the main control module and is used for auditing the engineering project;
and the display module is connected with the main control module and used for displaying the engineering project management account, the login interface, the imported data, the created project, the engineering project planning sheet, the engineering project accounting sheet, the statistical result, the accounting result, the updated data, the valuation result and the auditing result through a display.
8. An APP on which an engineering project management system of the engineering project management method of claim 7 is mounted.
9. A computer program product stored on a computer readable medium, comprising a computer readable program for providing a user input interface for implementing the engineering project management method of any one of claims 1-6 when executed on an electronic device.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the engineering project management method of any one of claims 1-6.
