Abstract
The invention discloses a double-root-resistant high-weather-resistance root-puncture-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof coiled material and application thereof. The high-weather-resistance self-adhesive modified butyl rubber waterproof coating is composed of a high-molecular physical root-resistant layer, a high-weather-resistance self-adhesive modified butyl rubber chemical root-resistant layer and an isolating layer which are sequentially arranged, is suitable for waterproof engineering of planted roofs and underground building roof boards needing greening, and is characterized in that a chain-dense agent is coated on the surface of a cleaned building base material in the construction process, and then coiled materials are laid. The double root-blocking high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has the remarkable advantages that the durability is ultra-long, the temperature resistance is wide, the construction can be still realized under the conditions of a wet base surface and-20 ℃, the microcosmic full-adhesive skin type waterproof effect can be realized by the waterproof coiled material and a base material, the service life can reach more than 30 years, and the physical root-blocking layer is in direct contact with plants, so that the problems of poor plant growth caused by improper selection and dosage control of a chemical root-blocking agent and the harm to the body health of people caused by chemical pollution of edible plants are avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of planted roof waterproof materials, and relates to a double-root-resistant high-weather-resistance root-puncture-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof coiled material.
Background
With the promotion of the green development of cities in China, the urban environment and living conditions are continuously improved, the roof planting technology is popularized, roof gardens become the preferred scheme of developers and architects, and however, roof planting also brings new challenges to the waterproofing of building roofs. As a waterproof material for a planted roof, it is required not only to maintain good waterproof and moisture-proof properties in a long-term humid environment but also to have good weather resistance due to concealment of the waterproof property and difficulty in maintenance. In addition, because plant roots constantly grow, waterproof material can receive plant roots's penetrating action inevitable, consequently, the waterproof material for roofing is also especially important to plant roots's resistant root puncture performance.
At present, the root resistance principle of the domestic root-resistant waterproof coiled material product mainly comprises two types: physical root resistance and chemical root resistance. The physical root resistance mainly depends on the self mechanical strength of the coiled material to achieve the root puncture resistance, the method is more traditional, the root puncture resistance is relatively durable and stable, but the method has high requirements on the mechanical property of the coiled material, in order to achieve good mechanical strength, the puncture resistance of the waterproof material is often increased by improving the thickness of the coiled material, however, along with the increase of the thickness of the coiled material, the constructability of the waterproof coiled material is poor, and the condition that the waterproof coiled material is not firmly bonded with a building base material is prominent. The chemical root-blocking method is mainly characterized in that a chemical root-blocking agent is added into the waterproof roll, so that the root system cannot be close to the waterproof roll to grow in the plant growth process, and the effect of blocking roots is achieved. Compared with physical root resistance, the chemical root resistance method is more flexible and practical, but has some disadvantages. For example, heating during construction and high temperature agitation during production can cause the root inhibitor to fail, and excessive or insufficient amounts of the root inhibitor can adversely affect the root inhibiting effect.
If the waterproof material has the dual functions of physical and chemical root resistance through reasonable design, the root resistance effect of the waterproof roll can be greatly improved.
The invention patent CN 110356066A discloses a SBS modified asphalt root penetration resistant waterproof roll and a production method thereof, the root penetration resistant waterproof roll is composed of SBS modified asphalt/copper base/SBS modified asphalt, wherein the SBS modified asphalt layer contains a chemical root-resisting agent to achieve a chemical root-resisting effect, the copper base as an intermediate root-resisting layer has a certain physical root-resisting effect, has better plant root penetration resistance and strong saline alkali resistance. However, the SBS modified asphalt material has poor heat resistance and weather resistance, and the service life of the root penetration resistant waterproof material is influenced. The invention patent CN 110539534A discloses a root penetration resistant PVC waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, the product consists of a PVC root-resistant layer/a copper matrix/a PVC root-resistant layer, wherein the PVC root-resistant layer contains a chemical root-resistant agent, and has excellent mildew corrosion resistance and ageing resistance, and the root resistance time is as long as 16.8-22.1 years. Although the service life of the waterproof roll is prolonged by adopting the PVC material, the PVC root-resisting layer is poor in adhesion with a building base material, and once the waterproof material is locally damaged, the water channeling and other conditions are easily caused. The utility model patent CN202731118U discloses a self-adhesion butyl rubber root resistance waterproofing membrane, including anti-aging layer/butyl rubber layer/metal and polyester child complex/pitch layer/from viscose layer/isolation layer, this waterproofing membrane has adopted anti-aging layer to improve the ageing resistance of coiled material, the method that more adopted the adhesive layer has improved waterproofing membrane and building basic unit's cohesiveness, but this waterproof material structure is complicated relatively, and its high mechanical strength who mainly relies on metal and polyester child composite bed reaches physics and hinders a root effect, in case take place local destruction in the work progress, it hinders a root effect and will be difficult to guarantee. By above-mentioned root resistance waterproofing membrane structure difficult discovery, metal copper child base is often used for root resistance waterproofing membrane product to realize the physics and hinders the root effect, but because copper child base is not only expensive, must guarantee certain thickness in the use and just can reach suitable physics and hinder the root effect, has often increased waterproofing membrane's density and manufacturing cost, therefore receives the restriction in the use. Utility model patent CN203766134U has disclosed a two-sided compound root resistance waterproofing membrane of metal child, and this waterproofing membrane hinders root layer/copper mesh/SBS modified asphalt by SBS modified asphalt and hinders root layer/butyl rubber self-adhesive layer/isolation layer and constitute, adopts the copper mesh to replace copper child base to rely on SBS modified asphalt to hinder the chemistry on root layer and hinder the root and realize root resistance and puncture the performance, however the coiled material still has the not good problem of ageing-resistant performance. In addition, the invention patent CN 110539535A discloses a root penetration resistant TPO waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, the product consists of a TPO layer/polyester fiber/TPO layer, a copper tire base physical root-resisting layer is not included at all, the root-resisting effect of the waterproof coiled material is realized mainly by adding the TPO layer of a chemical root-resisting agent and enhancing the polyester fiber, although the root penetration resistant time and the flame retardant property of the product are both greatly improved, the product is not well bonded with a base material. Once the waterproof material is locally damaged, water channeling and other conditions are easily caused.
In conclusion, most of the root penetration resistant waterproof coiled materials in China currently neglect the weather resistance of the waterproof coiled materials while improving the root penetration resistance. The weather resistance is improved, and simultaneously, the problem of bonding of the waterproof roll and a building substrate is ignored, so that the existing root penetration resistant waterproof roll is generally not firmly bonded with the building substrate. Although the upper layer of the waterproof roll material is covered by plants, the waterproof roll material is beneficial to the fitting of the waterproof roll material and a building substrate to a certain extent, once the roll material is damaged due to aging or mechanical reasons, the water channeling condition is easy to occur, and the whole waterproof system is caused to be invalid. Even prior art has the self-adhesion glue film of adoption, has improved the cohesiveness of coiled material with the substrate, nevertheless because the self-adhesion glue film weatherability problem to and the thinner problem of thickness, can't reach full adhesion, be difficult to avoid scurrying the water condition and take place, make most root resistance waterproofing membrane's whole life-span far be less than building major structure life-span. In addition, the existing root penetration resistant waterproof coiled material mainly uses chemistry to block root direct contact plants as the main, and the root blocking effect is achieved, once the chemistry blocks the root agent and selects improperly, the dosage control is inaccurate, the influence is easily caused to the plant growth, and even the chemical pollution is inevitably brought to some edible plants to influence the health of people.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a double root-blocking high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll, which has good weather resistance while improving the root-penetration resistance, and is firmly bonded with a building substrate.
The invention provides a double root-resistant high-weather-resistance root-puncture-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll, which comprises:
an isolation layer;
the high-weather-resistance self-adhesion modified butyl rubber chemical root-resisting layer is compounded on the isolating layer;
and the macromolecular physical root resistance layer is compounded on the high-weather-resistance self-adhesion modified butyl rubber chemical root resistance layer.
Preferably, the high-weather-resistance self-adhesion modified butyl rubber chemical root-blocking layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
butyl rubber: 40.0-95.0%;
EPDM:0.05~10.0%;
tackifying resin: 1.5-10.0%;
filling: 2.3-20.0%;
coupling agent: 0.5-5.0%;
chemical root-resisting agent: 0.05-5.0%;
an anti-aging agent: 0.05-3.0%;
mildew preventive: 0.05-2.0%;
reinforcing agent: 0.5 to 5.0 percent.
Preferably, the butyl rubber is an unvulcanized crosslinked rubber copolymer synthesized from isobutylene and isoprene.
Preferably, the tackifying resin is a mixture of one or more of terpene resin, epoxy resin, petroleum resin, rosin, maleated rosin or hydrogenated rosin, and the organosilicon modified epoxy resin is in a weight ratio of 1-90 parts: 10 parts of reactive tackifying resin formed by blending.
Preferably, the filler is one or a mixture of more of copper powder, aluminum powder, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, bentonite, diatomite, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, carbon black and aluminum oxide.
Preferably, the reinforcing agent is one of wood fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, nylon fiber, polyester fiber, glass fiber fabric, carbon fiber fabric, nylon fiber fabric or polyester fiber fabric.
Preferably, the polymer physical root-resistant layer is one of an HDPE sheet with the thickness of 0.8-4.0 mm, a PVC sheet with the thickness of 0.7-4.5 mm, a PE sheet with the thickness of 1.2-5.0 mm, a TPO sheet with the thickness of 1.0-4.5 mm, a PP sheet with the thickness of 0.8-3.0 mm and a PET sheet with the thickness of 0.8-2.0 mm.
Preferably, the isolation layer is one of a PE film, a PP film, a PET film or silicone oil isolation paper with the thickness of 0.01 mm-2 mm.
The invention also provides application of the double-root-resistant high-weather-resistance root-puncture-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof coiled material in waterproof engineering of planted roofs and greening underground building roof boards, wherein the construction process comprises the following steps: cleaning a base layer → coating a base chain sealing agent → strengthening treatment of nodes → positioning elastic lines → laying coiled materials → lapping the coiled materials → sealing treatment of the nodes → acceptance of tissues and protection of finished products.
Preferably, the basic chain-sealing agent is prepared from 5-12 parts by mass of petroleum asphalt, butyl rubber, carbon black, a silane coupling agent, 650 parts of polyamide and a plasticizer: 5-20 parts of: 1-6 parts of: 0.1-0.5 parts: 1-5 parts: 5-60 parts of a solvent;
preferably, the plasticizer is one or more of xylene, dichloromethane, toluene, petroleum ether, trichloroethylene, carbon tetrachloride or ethanol.
The invention provides a double-root-blocking high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesion waterproof coiled material which consists of a high-molecular physical root-blocking layer, a high-weather-resistance self-adhesion modified butyl rubber chemical root-blocking layer and an isolation layer which are sequentially arranged, and is suitable for waterproof engineering of planted roofs and underground building roof boards needing greening. Compared with the prior art, the double root-blocking high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has ultra-long durability and wide temperature resistance, can be still constructed under the conditions of a moist base surface and-20 ℃, can achieve a microcosmic fully-adhesive skin type waterproof effect with a base material, has a service life of more than 30 years, and is in direct contact with plants through a physical root-blocking layer, so that the problems of poor plant growth caused by improper selection and dosage control of a chemical root-blocking agent and harm to the body health of people due to chemical pollution of edible plants are avoided.

Preferably, the basic chain-sealing agent is prepared from 5-12 parts by mass of petroleum asphalt, butyl rubber, carbon black, a silane coupling agent, 650 parts of polyamide and a plasticizer: 5-20 parts of: 1-6 parts of: 0.1-0.5 parts: 1-5 parts: 5-60 parts of a solvent;

The high-weather-resistance self-adhesion modified butyl rubber chemical root-blocking layer has good chemical stability and weather resistance, has excellent adhesion with a base material, can be fused with a concrete base layer or other coiled materials or a paint waterproof layer, has an adhesion effect of microcosmic full adhesion, eliminates a water channeling layer, does not influence the whole waterproof system even if a local waterproof layer is damaged, and has low later maintenance cost.
The adhesive has excellent construction adaptability, can be directly applied to dry adhesive construction, can be applied to wet base surfaces in rainy season, can be adhered in water, ensures that the waterproof quality is not influenced by water-carrying operation, can keep the adhesiveness of coiled materials under the environment of low temperature of 20 ℃ below zero, does not need to be heated by fire, and can ensure the quality of waterproof layers.
Has wide temperature-resistant range, no slippage at high temperature of 100 ℃ and no brittle fracture at low temperature of minus 40 ℃. The construction process is few, the processes such as a leveling layer and the like can be omitted, the corresponding direct cost is saved, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the comprehensive cost such as management cost is reduced.
In addition, the physical root-resistant layer is used as the layer contacting with the planting layer, so that the risk of harm to human health caused by poor plant growth and chemical pollution possibly caused by improper application of the chemical root-resistant agent of most of the root-resistant waterproof coiled materials can be avoided.

The kind and source of the raw materials used in the present invention are not particularly limited, and commercially available products known to those skilled in the art may be used.

The double-root-resistant high-weather-resistance root-puncture-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof coiled material can be constructed on a wet base surface in rainy season, the coiled material still keeps viscosity at the low temperature of-20 ℃, does not slide at the high temperature of 100 ℃, does not crack at the low temperature of-40 ℃, has the root-puncture-resistance service life of more than 25 years, and is mainly applied to the waterproof engineering of planted roofs.
The applied construction process comprises the steps of cleaning a building base layer, brushing a basic chain-sealing agent consisting of 8 parts by weight of petroleum asphalt, 15 parts by weight of butyl rubber, 6 parts by weight of carbon black, 0.1 part by weight of silane coupling agent, 1 part by weight of polyamide 650, 20 parts by weight of dichloromethane and 20 parts by weight of trichloroethylene, then carrying out reinforcement treatment on nodes of the coiled material, then snapping line positioning, removing a coiled material isolation film and paving the coiled material, carrying out reinforcement treatment on lap joints of the coiled material, carrying out sealing treatment on the nodes, and finally organizing and checking to complete finished product protection.
By using the planted roof waterproof engineering finished by the coiled material, the service life of a waterproof system can be ensured to reach the national standard for more than 25 years, and the service life of the waterproof system is as long as that of a building main body.

A double-root-resistant high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof coiled material comprises a TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) high-polymer sheet physical root-resistant layer with the thickness of 1.0mm, a high-weather-resistance self-adhesive modified butyl rubber chemical root-resistant layer with the thickness of 2.0mm and silicone oil isolation paper with the thickness of 0.1 mm;
the chemical root-resistant layer of the high weather-resistant self-adhesive modified butyl rubber consists of 65.0 mass percent of unvulcanized cross-linked butyl rubber, 8.0 mass percent of EPDM, 5.7 mass percent of tackifying resin (wherein the weight percent of terpene resin is 5 parts, the weight percent of petroleum resin is 8 parts, and the weight percent of organosilicon modified epoxy resin is 10 parts), 7.0 mass percent of carbon black, 3.0 mass percent of bentonite, 2.0 mass percent of zinc oxide, 1.0 mass percent of copper powder, 3.0 mass percent of nylon fiber, 0.3 mass percent of methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane, 3.0 mass percent of (R) -2- (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionic acid octyl ester root-resistant agent, 0.7 mass percent of 4, 4' -bis (2, 2-dimethylbenzyl) diphenylamine, 0.3 mass percent of antioxidant 1010 and 1.0 mass percent of pentachlorophenol mildew inhibitor.

the chemical root-resistant layer of the high weather-resistant self-adhesive modified butyl rubber consists of 56.0 mass percent of unvulcanized cross-linked butyl rubber, 10.0 mass percent of EPDM, 10.0 mass percent of tackifying resin (wherein the weight fraction of the maleated rosin is 30 parts, and the weight fraction of the organosilicon modified epoxy resin is 10 parts), 3.0 mass percent of carbon black, 10.0 mass percent of diatomite, 7.0 mass percent of silicon dioxide, 2.0 mass percent of zinc oxide, 1.0 mass percent of copper powder, 1.0 mass percent of wood fiber, 0.4 mass percent of vinyltriethoxysilane, 1.0 mass percent of di-2- (4-chloro-2-methyl-phenoxy) propionic acid-polyethylene glycol ester root-resistant agent, 0.5 mass percent of N-phenyl-N' -isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine, 0.5 mass percent of antioxidant 1010 and 0.6 mass percent of tetrachloroisophthalonitrile.

the chemical root-blocking layer of the high-weather-resistant self-adhesive modified butyl rubber consists of 40.0 wt% of unvulcanized cross-linked butyl rubber, 10.0 wt% of EPDM, 10 wt% of tackifying resin (wherein the weight fraction of terpene resin is 15 parts, the weight fraction of rosin is 20 parts, and the weight fraction of organosilicon modified epoxy resin is 10 parts), 15.0 wt% of calcium carbonate, 3.0 wt% of titanium dioxide, 2.0 wt% of copper powder, 5.0 wt% of carbon fiber fabric, 5.0 wt% of methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane, 5.0 wt% of (R) -2- (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) octyl propionate root-blocking agent, 1.7 wt% of 4, 4' -bis (2, 2-dimethylbenzyl) diphenylamine, 1.3 wt% of antioxidant 1010 and 2.0 wt% of pentachlorophenol mildew inhibitor.

Claims (10)
1. Dual high resistant root puncture resistant butyl rubber self-adhesion waterproofing membrane of waiting of root that hinders, its characterized in that includes:
an isolation layer;
the high-weather-resistance self-adhesion modified butyl rubber chemical root-resisting layer is compounded on the isolating layer;
and the macromolecular physical root resistance layer is compounded on the high-weather-resistance self-adhesion modified butyl rubber chemical root resistance layer.
2. The double root-blocking high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll material according to claim 1, wherein the high-weather-resistance self-adhesive modified butyl rubber chemical root-blocking layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
butyl rubber: 40.0-95.0%;
EPDM:0.05~10.0%;
tackifying resin: 1.5-10.0%;
filling: 2.3-20.0%;
coupling agent: 0.5-5.0%;
chemical root-resisting agent: 0.05-5.0%;
an anti-aging agent: 0.05-3.0%;
mildew preventive: 0.05-2.0%;
reinforcing agent: 0.5 to 5.0 percent.
3. The double root-blocking high weather-resistant root-penetration-resistant butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the butyl rubber is an unvulcanized crosslinked rubber copolymer synthesized by isobutene and isoprene.
4. The double root-blocking high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the tackifying resin is one or a mixture of terpene resin, epoxy resin, petroleum resin, rosin, maleated rosin or hydrogenated rosin, and the organosilicon modified epoxy resin is 1-90 parts by weight: 10 parts of reactive tackifying resin formed by blending.
5. The double root-blocking high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the filler is one or a mixture of copper powder, aluminum powder, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, bentonite, diatomite, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, carbon black and aluminum oxide.
6. The double root-blocking high-weather-resistant root-penetration-resistant butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the reinforcing agent is one of wood fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, nylon fiber, polyester fiber, glass fiber fabric, carbon fiber fabric, nylon fiber fabric or polyester fiber fabric.
7. The butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll with double root resistance and high weather resistance and root penetration resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polymer physical root resistance layer is one of HDPE sheet with thickness of 0.8-4.0 mm, PVC sheet with thickness of 0.7-4.5 mm, PE sheet with thickness of 1.2-5.0 mm, TPO sheet with thickness of 1.0-4.5 mm, PP sheet with thickness of 0.8-3.0 mm and PET sheet with thickness of 0.8-2.0 mm.
8. The double root-blocking high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the isolation layer is one of a PE film, a PP film, a PET film or silicone oil isolation paper with the thickness of 0.01-2 mm.
9. The application of the double root-resistant high-weather-resistance root-penetration-resistance butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 in the waterproof engineering of planted roofs and greening underground building roof boards, which is characterized in that the construction process comprises the following steps: cleaning a base layer → coating a base chain sealing agent → strengthening treatment of nodes → positioning elastic lines → laying coiled materials → lapping the coiled materials → sealing treatment of the nodes → acceptance of tissues and protection of finished products.
10. The application of the rubber composition as claimed in claim 9, wherein the basic chain-sealing agent is prepared from 5-12 parts by mass of petroleum asphalt, butyl rubber, carbon black, a silane coupling agent, polyamide 650 and a plasticizer: 5-20 parts of: 1-6 parts of: 0.1-0.5 parts: 1-5 parts: 5-60 parts of a solvent;
the plasticizer is one or a mixture of more of dimethylbenzene, dichloromethane, toluene, petroleum ether, trichloroethylene, carbon tetrachloride or ethanol.
