As shown with reference to fig. 3.
Wherein, existing roofing 0's meaning does not pass through proposing in the prior art roof after the basic unit is handled, do not eradicate the roof of original waterproof layer promptly, the technical scheme of this application also lies in directly carrying out the construction at the roof that does not eradicate original waterproof layer to leave out the construction step that the basic unit was handled, under this kind of construction condition, just can reduce the engineering time, improve the efficiency of construction, reduced construction work volume, and then reduced the cost of construction.
In a specific embodiment, the construction is directly carried out on the existing roof 0, and the waterproof function is ensured by arranging a butyl rubber-plastic waterproof coating layer 1 and a waterproof roll material layer 2 or an ultraviolet-resistant layer 3, wherein the butyl rubber-plastic waterproof coating layer 1 is directly formed by spraying a butyl rubber-plastic waterproof coating on the existing roof 0 to form a first layer of waterproof system, and further, a waterproof roll material is arranged on the butyl rubber-plastic waterproof coating layer 1 to form the waterproof roll material layer 2 and is attached to the butyl rubber-plastic waterproof coating layer 1 to form a second layer of waterproof system; or directly spraying anti-crack anti-ultraviolet waterproof mortar or anti-ultraviolet waterproof paint on the butyl rubber-plastic waterproof paint layer 1 to form the anti-ultraviolet layer 3 and form a surface layer of the roof.
In the specific waterproof repair construction process, before construction, a base layer is prepared, and the existing roof 0 is cleaned, repaired and renovated, so that the waterproof repair work can be directly carried out on the existing roof. In the process of base layer in-situ, the construction step of completely removing the original waterproof layer in the base layer treatment as proposed in the prior art is not needed, and only simple cleaning, repairing and renovating are needed.
In the existing roof cleaning and repairing process, according to the existing roof condition, firstly, all bristles of the steel brush for the existing waterproof layer are used for removing pollutants, a dust collector is used for sucking up the brushed-off sundries in the brushing process, the pollutants are removed in a water flushing mode to save energy, and a blower is not used for blowing off the pollutants to reduce environmental pollution, so that the dust collector is used for sucking off the pollutants in an environment-friendly removing mode.
And when the existing roof is cleaned and repaired, the existing roof is repaired, and because the pollutants are completely cleaned in the steps, hollows and damaged parts of the existing roof are treated during the repairing, the hollows and the damaged parts are cut off by a knife, then the pollutants in the hollows and the damaged parts are cleaned, and the butyl rubber plastic waterproof coating can be sprayed and repaired after the cleaning is finished.
The joint details need to be carefully cleaned, and because the water falling port is generally small and easy to block, the original waterproof layer on the periphery of the water falling port needs to be cut and cleaned before repair. Meanwhile, at the thin and thin nodes such as the internal and external corners, the root of the pipe and the like, the existing surface layer damage and the empty drum position also need to be cut and removed, and waterproof construction can be carried out after the base layer is cleaned and repaired by using a dust collector.
After the preparation of the base layer is finished, the whole repairing construction work of the roof can be carried out.
When the waterproof roll material layer 2 is arranged on the butyl rubber plastic waterproof coating layer 1, firstly, a spraying device is adjusted and heated, the butyl rubber plastic waterproof coating is put into the spraying device, spraying construction of a waterproof layer is started after the butyl rubber plastic waterproof coating is melted, during the waterproof layer construction, construction is started from all water falling ports and the bottommost part of the surface layer, during the water falling port construction, a spray gun is adopted to spray the periphery of the water falling ports, waterproof protective roll materials cut according to preset detailed sizes are pasted while spraying, so as to form the waterproof protective roll material layer, a steel shovel is used for compaction if necessary, during the water falling port construction, the waterproof protective roll materials are sprayed and bonded from the edge of the water falling ports to the periphery within 50cm, and the thickness is uniform, the butyl rubber plastic waterproof coating and the waterproof protective roll materials are compacted to form a whole, so as to prevent the waterproof roll material layer from cracking again.
Before large-area waterproof construction, construction treatment of a gutter and an eaves gutter is carried out, butyl rubber plastic waterproof paint and a waterproof protective coiled material are sprayed from the lowest part to the highest part of the gutter and the eaves and are adhered simultaneously during construction, the waterproof protective coiled material is adhered while being compacted, and after the waterproof protective coiled material is paved, a layer of butyl rubber plastic waterproof paint with the thickness of more than 1.5mm is sprayed.
For parapet wall construction, when the parts are subjected to waterproof construction, the internal corner part is firstly subjected to spraying construction according to the roof condition, spraying operators are required to perform spraying along the internal corner with uniform thickness when spraying, and construction is performed from a plane to a vertical plane when spraying so as to prevent water return. When the parapet wall is constructed, the waterproof protective coiled materials are firstly compared, and after the parapet wall is compressed, the spraying edges are compacted and adhered from the plane to the vertical face. When the plaster is stuck to the internal corner, the internal corner is compacted by applying a trowel, and the phenomenon of hollowing is avoided.
In the arrangement of the additional layer, waterproof additional reinforcing layers are arranged at the intersection part, the turning part, the internal and external corners, the pipe root and the like of the plane and the vertical surfaces, and the butyl rubber plastic waterproof coating with the thickness twice as thick as the required thickness is adopted for spraying construction, so that a waterproof protective coiled material cannot be used as the additional layer.
In large-area construction, after the above various procedures are finished, firstly, the spraying equipment is debugged, the butyl rubber plastic waterproof coating is put into the spraying equipment for heating, meanwhile, the waterproof protective coiled material is prepared, a datum line is drawn before construction, and the spraying construction is started after the datum line is melted. During waterproof construction, at first, the waterproof protection coiled material is prolonged the good reference line of drawing and is compared the coiled material, after one end is pasted in the spraying, the waterproof protection coiled material is tightened to the book from the waterproof protection coiled material other end, then prolong the good reference line of drawing and carry out the spraying, it exceeds the reference line to notice during the spraying, should carry out the pasting of waterproof protection coiled material while spraying during the spraying construction, should paste while compacting when pasting, after the construction of first volume waterproof protection coiled material is accomplished, carry out the construction with the waterproof protection coiled material of second book, when the waterproof protection coiled material of second book is compared the book, should push down first volume waterproof protection coiled material, waterproof protection coiled material overlap joint pressure head is not less than 10cm wide, after waterproof protection coiled material is rolled up, paste overlap joint end spraying earlier, begin to paste waterproof protection coiled material again, so that this is under construction to the end of base face, carry out the spraying pressure head after reaching the.
And (3) carrying out side-by-side construction after the standard waterproof protective coiled material is well adhered, wherein during side-by-side construction, the laid standard waterproof protective coiled material is required to be uncoiled, rolled, and the side joint of the coiled material is required to be not less than 10cm wide, after rolling, the end is firstly sprayed and adhered firmly, and then the waterproof protective coiled material is adhered, and when the waterproof protective coiled material is adhered at the side, more coating with the width of not less than 10cm is required to be sprayed on the standard waterproof protective coiled material during spraying, so that the waterproof protective coiled material is better adhered. And the construction is repeated until the end of the base surface is reached, the end is closed and the sealing is carried out, and the edge is sealed.
When the composite application coating is waterproof, the minimum thickness is not less than 1.5mm, and the total thickness is not less than 2.4 mm. When the butyl rubber plastic waterproof paint is sprayed, an operator needs to pay attention to the spraying process, the bottom is firstly and then the height is high, the distance is firstly and then the distance is near, the spraying needs to be uniform in thickness, the spraying and retreating are carried out while the construction is carried out, and after the large-area construction is finished, the hard foam polyurethane heat insulation construction is carried out.
In the waterproof construction, the detail of the node needs to be carefully constructed, the detail nodes, namely the horizontal and vertical surface intersection, the wall penetrating pipe and the like are weak links of the waterproof engineering, and the integrity and the sealing and water impermeability of the roof waterproof system can be ensured only by carrying out reasonable, safe and scientific design with pertinence and requiring high-quality construction operation.

The thickness of the polymer waterproof sheet is 0.5-2.0 mm. The flexible protective layer is non-woven fabric, fiber cloth, polyethylene foam felt, glass fiber felt or polymer plastic film. The isolating layer is silicone oil paper or polyester isolating film. The fixing piece with the hook is embedded in the concrete base layer, the flexible protective layer faces the concrete base layer, the hook is fixed with the hook of the fixing piece, and one surface of the isolation layer, namely the surface of the self-bonding sealing layer, is uncovered and is compounded with the concrete structure layer into a whole. The fixing piece comprises an embedded grid sheet and a hook fixed with the embedded grid sheet into a whole.
The three-in-one self-adhesive waterproof protective coiled material is a waterproof and protective integrated coiled material which is mainly formed by compounding resin, butyl rubber and polyester felt, different functions of three materials are compounded, not only the material performance plays a complementary role, but also the difficult problems of leakage of buildings and adhesion of tunnels in water due to humidity cannot be solved.
Specifically, the three-in-one self-adhesive waterproof protective coiled material consists of a buffer layer (polyester non-woven fabric), a high polymer sheet layer (such as EVA), a wet adhesive, a butyl self-adhesive rubber layer and an isolation layer (paper or film).
When the primary lining concrete and the secondary lining concrete deform in the application of the tunnel, the buffer layer can effectively prevent the waterproof layer from being damaged and effectively play a good role in water guide when water infiltrates; when the buffer layer is applied to a road and a bridge, the buffer layer can effectively play a role in buffering and protecting when vehicles pass through and a base surface deforms.

The flexible protective layer is non-woven fabric, fiber cloth, polyethylene foam felt, glass fiber felt or polymer plastic film. The isolating layer is silicone oil paper or polyester isolating film. The above process oil includes naphthenic base oil or three-line base oil. The filler comprises fossil flour or carbon black. The flow resisting agent comprises fumed silica and glue. Mixing butyl rubber and high-quality oxidized asphalt at high temperature, adding acrylic acid water-absorbing resin, operating oil, filler and flow inhibitor, dispersing at high speed to obtain a self-adhesive sealing waterproof material, dip-coating the self-adhesive sealing waterproof material on one surface of a polymer waterproof sheet carrier, calendering and extruding, laying an isolating layer as an anti-adhesion layer, adhering a flexible protective layer to the other surface of the polymer waterproof sheet carrier, and then putting on a sling to obtain the wet-adhesive self-adhesive waterproof coiled material.
SKT polymer self-adhesion waterproofing membrane can carry out the bonding of material and material self in aqueous, and the bonding is respond well, has thoroughly solved the unable fundamental problem of being under construction of waterproofing membrane.
SKT self-adhesion waterproofing membrane has the characteristics that can be under construction at moist base surface, and tensile strength is good, and the percentage elongation is big, and anti puncture nature is good, and the reflection of light is thermal-insulated, and is corrosion-resistant, anti plant roots, has good self-healing. And the waterproof layer has the characteristics of good impermeability, good sealing property, mobility, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance and the like, and can reduce the breakage of the waterproof layer due to zero fracture of the base layer. The concrete can be constructed with strength, the construction period is shortened, and the fund is saved. Because the cold bonding method is adopted for construction, the method is safer and more environment-friendly. After construction, the waterproof skin-grafting construction method is called as a skin-grafting waterproof construction method because the waterproof skin-grafting construction method has plasticity and self-healing function, has elasticity like human skin and is tightly stuck on a base layer.
Meanwhile, the TPO waterproof coiled material, namely the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material, is a waterproof coiled material which is prepared by taking petroleum resin, ethylene, acetic acid and vinyl resin as base materials, adding an antioxidant, an anti-aging agent, a softening agent and a fabric fiber and an aluminum film attached to the surface. The TPO waterproof coiled material integrates the performance advantages of EPDM and PVC, and has the characteristics of weather resistance, ozone resistance, ultraviolet resistance, impact resistance, high and low temperature resistance and weldability of the EPDM and PVC.
