The brick tea is also called as autoclaved tea, namely tea with the shape like bricks, is a representative compressed tea, and is prepared by autoclaving tea leaves, tea stems and sometimes tea dust. referring to fig. 1, the invention relates to an automatic brick tea trimming method and a device thereof, which mainly comprise a brick storage box 4, a chain plate conveyor 2, a brick tea trimming device 3 and a brick collecting box 6.

According to the brick tea size of the green brick tea of 330mm 150mm 33mm, the brick storage box 4 is arranged above the chain plate conveyor 2 and is of a U-shaped structure, the width of the brick storage box is 180mm, the upper surface, the lower surface and the right side surface of the brick storage box penetrate through openings, and a brick outlet with the height of 60mm is formed in the left side surface along the vertical direction of the bottom surface; the brick placing table 7 consisting of two flat plates is arranged on the bottom surface inside the front side surface and the rear side surface, and is 10mm high and 30mm wide.

The chain scraper conveyor 2 is provided with brick pushing plates 1 which are arranged on a conveying belt at a distance of 420mm, have a width of 60mm and a height of 35mm, and ensure that one brick tea is conveyed for trimming at a time.

The brick tea trimming device 3 is respectively provided with four trimming structures along the appearance of a blue brick with the width of 150mm and the height of 33 mm. The trimming structure consists of a limiting spring 301, a limiting sheet 302, a trimming knife 304 and a guide sheet 303. When no brick tea passes through, the distance between the left limiting structure and the right limiting structure is slightly smaller than 150mm, and the distance between the upper limiting structure and the lower limiting structure is slightly smaller than 33 m; when the brick tea passes through the trimming structure, the distance between the left limiting structure and the right limiting structure is about 150mm, and the distance between the upper limiting structure and the lower limiting structure is about 33 mm.

The trimming structure is provided with a limiting spring 301, so that the loosening and the yielding are flexible, and the trimming structure is also suitable for trimming tea bricks with irregular shapes.

A brick collection box 6 is located at the end of the slat conveyor 2 for collecting the trimmed tea bricks.

The limiting piece 302 is composed of two workpieces which are perpendicular to each other, the trimming knife 304 is arranged in the middle of the limiting piece 302, and the trimming knife 304 can be fixed on the limiting piece 302; a transverse groove can also be arranged on the limiting sheet 302, and the trimming knife 304 is arranged in the transverse groove; or may resemble a single edge arrangement of a razor, etc.

The height of the trimming knife 304 is about 0.1-0.5 cm.

The sizes of the brick storage box 4 and the brick tea trimming device can be adjusted and changed according to different types of brick tea trimming requirements.

In a similar way, the shorter edges of the brick tea can realize burr trimming by adjusting the relevant structure size.

Claims

1. An automatic brick tea trimming device is characterized by comprising a brick storage box, a leather plate conveyor and a brick tea trimming device;

the brick storage box is arranged above the chain scraper conveyor and is of a U-shaped structure, the upper surface, the lower surface and the right side surface of the brick storage box penetrate through openings, and a brick outlet is formed in the left side surface along the vertical direction of the bottom surface;

the trimming structure consists of a limiting spring, a limiting sheet, a trimming knife and a guide sheet;

wherein the distance between the front and rear limiting pieces is matched with the width of the brick tea, and the distance between the upper and lower limiting pieces is matched with the height of the brick tea;

the limiting piece is composed of two workpieces which are mutually vertical, and the guide piece formed by opening the front end of the workpiece of the limiting piece is used for guiding the brick tea into the trimming structure;

the limiting spring is used for fixing the limiting sheet.

3. The automatic brick tea trimming apparatus of claim 1 wherein a brick collection bin is located at the end of the slat conveyor for collecting the brick tea after trimming.

4. A method for edging a brick tea, characterized by comprising the following steps:
