A slicing device for mushroom production comprises a bend drum, a transmission drum and a closed annular conveyer belt, wherein the bend drum and the transmission drum are arranged at intervals side by side, two ends of the conveyer belt are respectively sleeved on the bend drum and the transmission drum, one end of the conveyer belt, which is positioned on the bend drum, is a feeding end of the conveyer belt, and the conveying direction of the conveyer belt faces to the end of the transmission drum; a first oil cylinder is vertically arranged above the middle section of the conveying belt and is fixedly connected with a pressing plate, a mushroom stem cutting mechanism, a mushroom stem collecting box and a supporting plate are arranged between the bend pulley and the transmission roller, the top of the mushroom stem collecting box is open, the fixing frame is arranged under the pressing plate, the mushroom stem cutting mechanism is arranged above one side, close to the transmission roller, of the mushroom stem collecting box and comprises a horizontally fixed base plate, a second oil cylinder is arranged on the horizontal fixing frame at one end, close to the transmission roller, of the base plate, the piston rod of the second oil cylinder faces the bend pulley and is fixedly connected with a movable plate, the bottom end of the movable plate is connected to the base plate in a sliding mode, a cutting knife is horizontally and fixedly arranged at one side, close to the bend pulley, of the top end of the movable plate, and the cutting knife is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the corresponding conveying belt; a third oil cylinder is vertically arranged above one end, close to the transmission roller, of the conveying belt, a fixed frame is provided with a third oil cylinder, a piston rod of the third oil cylinder faces downwards and is fixedly connected with a knife board, a plurality of vertically arranged slicing knives are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the knife board at intervals, and the supporting plate is arranged right below the knife board; and a mushroom slice grading mechanism is arranged below the transmission roller.

The slicing apparatus for producing mushrooms according to claim 1, wherein the pressing plate and the slicing knives are adapted to the material box, the slicing knives in the middle of the knife plate correspond to the through slots, and the length of the slicing knives is greater than that of the slicing knives at the two ends of the knife plate.
3. The slicing device for producing the mushrooms according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of cutter grooves adapted to the slicing cutters are formed in the bottom of the material box, and the cutter grooves correspond to the slicing cutters at two ends of the cutter plate one by one.
