本发明涉及一种用于形成尿布之类的吸收性用品的吸收垫的复合幅材的装置，包括用于挤出热塑性材料挤出装置(3)和用于输送超强吸收聚合物材料(10)的输送装置(9)；抽吸形成表面(7)构造成接收从挤出装置(3)的一个或者多个输送口(4)出来的热塑性材料的细丝(5)，并接收从输送装置(9)出来的超强吸收聚合物材料(10)，以制造包括超强吸收聚合物材料(10)的复合熔喷幅材(8)；输送装置(9)具有至少一个出口(11)，该出口用于馈送超强吸收聚合物材料(10)并且构造成相对于挤出装置(3)的输送口(4)至少能从第一距离(d1)移动至第二距离(d2)，或反之亦然，以改变熔喷复合幅材(8)的超强吸收聚合物材料(10)的浓度。

Description

用于形成吸收性用品的吸收垫的复合幅材的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于形成吸收性用品的吸收垫的复合幅材的装置。
背景技术
这种装置的复合幅材是包含“熔喷”纤维、也就是说包含具有至少一层通过熔喷获得的复合幅材的幅材。
在该应用领域中，感受到需要对馈送到熔喷幅材的层中的超强吸收聚合物材料颗粒的浓度进行控制。
发明内容
在本文中，本发明的一方面是提供一种用于形成例如尿布之类的吸收性用品的吸收垫的复合幅材的装置，且该装置包括挤出装置，上述挤出装置用于挤出热塑性材料并且设置有一个或者多个通道，每个通道具有用于输送热塑性材料的细丝的相应的输送口。
用于输送超强吸收聚合物材料的输送装置具有至少一个出口，该出口用于将超强吸收聚合物材料馈送到从挤出装置出来的热塑性材料的细丝的流。
抽吸形成表面构造成接收从挤出装置出来的热塑性材料的细丝，并且包括超强吸收聚合物材料，以制成包括熔喷热塑性纤维和超强吸收聚合物材料的复合熔喷幅材。
输送装置的出口构造成相对于挤出装置的输送口至少能从第一距离移动至第二距离，或反之亦然，以改变复合幅材的超强吸收聚合物材料的浓度。

具体实施方式
附图标记1表示根据本发明的用于形成吸收性用品的吸收垫的复合幅材的装置。
术语“吸收性用品”用于表示儿童和/或成人的尿布。
装置1包括用于容纳热塑性材料的储箱2。
作为非限制性示例，热塑性材料可以是聚丙烯、聚乙烯、丙烯酸树脂、聚酰胺(例如尼龙)、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)、聚碳酸酯。
也可以使用基本上亲水的聚合物材料，例如羟基-聚丙烯。
用于挤出从储箱2馈送的热塑性材料的挤出装置3包括一个或多个通道，每个通道具有用于输送热塑性材料的细丝5的相应的输送口4。
挤出装置3构造成产生熔喷热塑性材料的细丝5流。
加热加压的气态流体源6与挤出装置3的挤出管道流体连通。
用于输送超强吸收聚合物材料10的输送装置9构造成将超强吸收聚合物材料10馈送到从挤出装置3出来的热塑性材料的细丝5流中。
在一个变型实施例中，将加压流体源20连接到输送装置9，以使超强吸收聚合物材料10在压力下被馈送到从挤出装置3出来的热塑性材料的细丝5流中。
抽吸形成表面7构造成接收从挤出装置3出来的热塑性材料的细丝5流，并且接收从输送装置9出来的超强吸收聚合物材料10，以制成包括超强吸收聚合物材料10的熔喷纤维的复合幅材8或复合熔喷幅材8。
在这一实施例中，抽吸形成表面7是围绕其轴线12a旋转的抽吸辊12的外周面。
输送装置9设置有至少一个出口11，用于馈送超强吸收聚合物材料10。
可选地，用于输送超强吸收聚合物材料10的输送装置9可以设置有用于加热超强吸收聚合物材料10的装置。
输送装置的出口构造成相对于挤出装置3的输送口4至少可从第一距离“d1”移动至第二距离“d2”，或反之亦然，以改变熔喷复合幅材8中的超强吸收聚合物材料10的浓度。
该距离变化允许输送装置9的出口11位于靠近或远离挤出装置3的输送口4的位置，以改变熔喷复合幅材8中的超强吸收聚合物材料10的浓度。
更具体地，通过使输送装置9的出口11以距离d1位于靠近挤压装置3的输送口4的位置，与使输送装置9的出口11以比d1大的距离d2位于远离挤压装置3的输送口4的位置相比，热塑性材料的细丝5流中超强吸收聚合物材料10的浓度更大。
这是因为，热塑性材料的细丝5流的温度从挤出装置3的输送口4到复合幅材8的形成表面7降低；因此，当热塑性材料更靠近挤出装置3的输送口4时，与热塑性材料更靠近复合幅材8的形成表面7相比，超强吸收聚合物材料10更多地粘附于热塑性材料的细丝5流。
装置1包括第一馈送单元13，该第一馈送单元13用于馈送非织造织物、尤其是纺粘的第一连续幅材14，并且在熔喷复合幅材8的馈送方向上配置于形成表面7的上游，从而如图2所示，在第一连续幅材14上制成熔喷复合幅材8，通过抽吸将其保持在形成表面7上。
用于馈送非织造织物的第一连续幅材14的第一馈送单元13的存在是可选的。
在第二实施例中，如图2所示，装置1包括第二馈送单元15，该第二馈送单元15用于馈送非织造织物、尤其是纺粘的第二连续幅材16，并且在熔喷复合幅材8的馈送方向上配置于形成表面7的下游，从而第二连续幅材16设置于在形成表面7上制成的熔喷复合幅材8上。
用于馈送非织造织物的第二连续幅材16的第二馈送单元15的存在是可选的。
如果装置1既包括第一馈送单元13又包括第二馈送单元15，则熔喷复合幅材8置于第一连续幅材14与第二连续幅材16之间，以限定出连续多层幅材19。
在一个变型例中，装置1包括馈送装置17，该馈送装置17用于馈送湿润物质18，并且在第二连续幅材16的馈送方向上设于第二馈送单元15的下游。
这样，湿润物质18被输送到第二连续幅材16。
替代地，在未示出的变型中，将湿润物质18馈送到挤出装置3，以使细丝流在从挤出装置3出来时包括润湿物质。
在图1所示的本发明的第一实施例中，从装置1送出的是仅包含超强吸收聚合物材料10的熔喷复合幅材8。在图2所示的本发明的第二实施例中，从装置1送出的幅材是包括熔喷复合幅材8的多层幅材19，该熔喷复合幅材8置于非织造织物其是纺粘的第一连续幅材14与非织造织物、尤其是纺粘的第二连续幅材16之间。
熔喷复合幅材8或包括熔喷复合幅材8的多层幅材19随后将被切割成相应的件，以限定吸收性用品的吸收垫。
熔喷复合幅材8或多层幅材19随后将限定熔喷的卷或多层幅材19的卷。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于形成吸收性用品的吸收垫的复合幅材的装置，所述吸收性用品例如是尿布，所述装置包括挤出装置(3)，所述挤出装置用于挤出热塑性材料并且设置有一个或者多个通道，每个所述通道具有用于输送热塑性材料的细丝(5)的相应的输送口(4)；
用于输送超强吸收聚合物材料(10)的输送装置(9)具有至少一个出口(11)，所述出口用于将所述超强吸收聚合物材料(10)馈送到从所述挤出装置(3)出来的热塑性材料的细丝(5)流中；
形成表面(7)构造成接收从所述挤出装置(3)出来的且包括所述超强吸收聚合物材料(10)的热塑性材料的所述细丝(5)，以制成包括熔喷热塑性纤维和超强吸收聚合物材料(10)的复合熔喷幅材(8)；
其特征在于，
所述输送装置(9)的所述出口(11)构造成相对于所述挤出装置(3)的输送口(4)至少能从第一距离(d1)移动至第二距离(d2)，或反之亦然，以改变所述熔喷复合幅材(8)中的所述超强吸收聚合物材料(10)的浓度。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述抽吸形成表面(7)是围绕其轴线(12a)旋转的抽吸辊(12)的外周面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置，其特征在于，它包括第一馈送单元(13)，所述第一馈送单元用于馈送非织造织物、尤其是纺粘的第一连续幅材(14)并且在所述复合幅材(8)的馈送方向上配置于所述形成表面(7)的上游，从而在所述第一连续幅材(14)上制成所述熔喷复合幅材(8)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置，其特征在于，它包括第二馈送单元(15)，所述第二馈送单元用于馈送非织造织物、尤其是纺粘的第二连续幅材(16)并且在所述复合幅材(8)的馈送方向上配置于所述形成表面(7)的下游，从而使所述第二连续幅材(16)配置于所述复合幅材(8)上。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置，其特征在于，它包括馈送装置(17)，所述馈送装置用于馈送湿润物质(18)并且在所述第二连续幅材(16)的馈送方向上设于所述第二馈送单元(15)的下游。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置，其特征在于，它包括馈送装置(17)，所述馈送装置用于馈送湿润物质(18)并且构造成对所述挤出装置(3)进行馈送。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的装置，其特征在于，它包括加压流体源(20)，所述加压流体源连接到所述输送装置(9)，以使所述超强吸收聚合物材料(10)在压力下被馈送到从所述挤出装置(3)出来的热塑性材料的所述细丝(5)流。
8.一种制造吸收性卫生用品的吸收垫的复合幅材的方法，所述吸收性卫生用品例如是尿布，所述方法使用权利要求1至权利要求7中任一项所述的装置，其特征在于，它包括以下步骤：改变所述输送装置(9)的所述出口(11)相对于所述挤出装置(3)的输送口(4)的位置，以改变所述复合幅材(8)中的所述超强吸收聚合物材料(10)的浓度。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法，其特征在于，将所述复合幅材(8)制作在非织造织物的所述第一连续幅材(14)的顶部。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的方法，其特征在于，将非织造织物的所述第二连续幅材(16)置于所述复合幅材(8)的顶部。
11.一种吸收性卫生用品，其特征在于，包括使用权利要求1至7中任一项所述的装置制成的至少一件复合幅材(8)。
12.一种吸收性卫生用品，包括至少一件多层幅材(19)，所述多层幅材至少包括使用权利要求1至7中任一项所述的装置制成的复合幅材(8)，所述复合幅材置于非织造织物的、尤其是纺粘的第一连续幅材(14)与非织造织物的、尤其是纺粘的第二连续幅材(16)之间。
13.一种料卷，包括使用权利要求1至7中任一项所述的装置制成的复合幅材(8)。
14.一种料卷，包括多层幅材(19)，所述多层幅材至少包括使用权利要求1至7中任一项所述的装置制成的复合幅材(8)，所述复合幅材置于非织造织物的、尤其是纺粘的第一连续幅材(14)与非织造织物的、尤其是纺粘的第二连续幅材(16)之间。
