背景技术
痛风和风湿是都会导致关节疼痛的病症,风湿病主要是膝关节、肩关节、腰等大关节疼痛,与天气变化联系明显,临床检验表现为风湿指标偏高,血沉高;痛风则表现为大脚趾痛,经常在半夜发作,脚不着地,一般会出现红肿热痛,与气候没有太大的联系,临床检验表现为血尿酸浓度高。风湿在中医上称为寒痹,是由于风、寒、湿三邪合而为一体,影响气血通畅,导致疼痛。而痛风则是属于代谢性疾病,主要是嘌呤代谢紊乱,湿热阻滞经络引起关节疼痛,主要表现为红肿热痛,以男性患者居多。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,饮食结构和生活习惯发生改变,痛风和风湿的患病率呈逐年上升趋势,且发病年龄呈低龄化,严重威胁着人们的生命和健康。
目前的西药治疗痛风和风湿以抗炎药物以主,只能稳定病情,起到缓解的作用,长期使用还会引起严重的副作用,治标不治本。

所述的一种食品组合物,其中,所述苹果粉和葡萄粉均通过如下方法制备:取新鲜葡萄或苹果洗净后室温放置30min使表面水分蒸发,切碎后加入果胶酶密封发酵,将发酵液蒸馏后,对蒸馏后产物通过大孔吸附树脂吸附,用水洗涤大孔吸附树脂后,再用醇溶液解析,得解析液,再将解析液低温浓缩,真空减压干燥。
所述的一种食品组合物,其中,所述薏苡仁粉通过如下方法制备:将薏苡仁放入冷冻室进行冷冻,冷冻温度为-15℃,冷冻时间为30min;将冷冻后的薏苡仁磨粉并过300目筛;对过筛后薏苡仁粉干燥至含水量低于1%。
所述的一种食品组合物,其中,所述桑椹粉通过如下方法制备:取新鲜的桑椹洗净后,干燥至含水量低于10%后利用液氮处理,将液氮处理后的桑椹进行粉碎处理。
有益效果
本发明提供一种食品组合物,该组合物根据传统中医理论经大量实验论证得到,组合物通过各组分间协同配合,可以祛风利湿、通络止痛、散结消肿、镇痛抗炎,能显著降低尿酸指数,使类风湿因子从阳性转向阴性,且原料成本低、无副作用、疗程短、见效快,适用于高尿酸、痛风、风湿人群。

本发明提供一种食品组合物,其中,按重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
荷叶粉40-60份;
枸杞粉40-60份;
人参粉30-50份;
白藜芦醇10-20份;
苹果粉40-60份;
葡萄粉30-50份;
薏苡仁粉40-60份;
桑椹粉40-60份;
茯苓粉40-60份;
原花青素10-20份。
其中,所述白藜芦醇与原花青素用量为1:1,该含量配比下能够发挥白藜芦醇与原花青素各自的功效同时起到最佳的协同效应。从而有效提升组合物功效,同理,薏苡仁粉、桑椹粉和茯苓粉的用量比为1:1:1,该配比通过协调薏苡仁粉、桑椹粉和茯苓粉的用量实现三者间功效的协同作用,能够更好的与其余组分进行功效互补和增强。
下面通过实施例对本发明方案作进一步阐述。
实施例1
一种食品组合物按重量份数计由以下组分组成:
荷叶粉50份;
枸杞粉50份;
人参粉40份;
白藜芦醇15份;
苹果粉50份;
葡萄粉40份;
薏苡仁粉50份;
桑椹粉50份;
茯苓粉50份;
原花青素15份。
具体的,所述荷叶粉通过如下方法制备:将新鲜荷叶清洗干净后,于60℃恒温烘干2h,将烘干后的荷叶进行粉碎研磨,过100目筛制得。
所述枸杞粉通过如下方法制备:选取新鲜枸杞放入80℃水浴中加热10min进行灭酶处理,之后进行冷冻干燥24h,在4℃冷冻环境中进行粉碎并过100-200目筛。
所述茯苓粉通过如下方法制备:将茯苓粉碎至粒径为60-100目,得到碎料,将所述碎料加水混合后在50℃下超声提取60min,离心分离并过滤得到滤液,浓缩滤液至固形物含量在40%以上,得到浓缩物,干燥所述浓缩物,得到茯苓粉。
所述苹果粉和葡萄粉均通过如下方法制备:所述破碎步骤:取新鲜葡萄或苹果洗净后室温放置30min使表面水分蒸发,切碎后加入果胶酶密封发酵,将发酵液蒸馏后,对蒸馏后产物通过大孔吸附树脂吸附,用水洗涤大孔吸附树脂后,再用醇溶液解析,得解析液,再将解析液低温浓缩,真空减压干燥。
所述薏苡仁粉通过如下方法制备:将薏苡仁放入冷冻室进行冷冻,冷冻温度为-15℃,冷冻时间为30min;将冷冻后的薏苡仁磨粉并过300目筛;对过筛后薏苡仁粉干燥至含水量低于1%。

荷叶粉60份;
枸杞粉40份;
人参粉40份;
白藜芦醇20份;
苹果粉40份;
葡萄粉50份;
薏苡仁粉40份;
桑椹粉40份;
茯苓粉40份;
原花青素20份。
组合物中各组份的制备方法参照实施例1。
实施例3
一种食品组合物按重量份数计由以下组分组成:
荷叶粉40份;
枸杞粉50份;
人参粉60份;
白藜芦醇10份;
苹果粉60份;
葡萄粉30份;
薏苡仁粉60份;
桑椹粉60份;
茯苓粉60份;
原花青素10份。
组合物中各组份的制备方法参照实施例1。
利用实施例1的组合物进行实验验证。
验证例一:痛风患者,李某,60岁,男,2005年确诊为痛风,目前双手指关节、右胳膊肘部、脚部趾跖关节均已形成痛风石。其中脚部趾跖关节痛风石较大,有鸡蛋大小左右。长期通过药物控制疾病发展,但是效果不佳,痛风发作频繁,患者苦不堪言。2018年10月份服用本组合物产品,每日1包,坚持服用,连续服用1个月,脚部、手部痛风石明显软化,继续服用产品1年左右时间,患者痛风石几乎全部完全软化排出,痛风症状得到有效控制。
验证例二:高尿酸血症患者,白某,27岁,男,2017年单位体检血尿酸值达到670umol/L,之后自己去医院检测,医生作出临床诊断,确诊为是高尿酸血症。期间患者没有明显的痛风临床症状,但是血尿酸持续居高不下,在600umol/L左右,偶有食用过多的高嘌呤饮食后脚部有些许不适。2019年10月服用本组合物产品,每日2包,持续服用20天,血尿酸恢复到490umol/L,继续服用4个月,血尿酸持续稳定的在正常区间。
本发明提供一种食品组合物,根据传统中医理论经大量实验论证得到,组合物通过各组分间协同配合,可以祛风利湿、通络止痛、散结消肿,镇痛抗炎,能显著降低尿酸指数,使类风湿因子从阳性转向阴性,且原料成本低、无副作用、疗程短、见效快,适用于高尿酸、痛风、风湿人群。

1.一种食品组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
荷叶粉40-60份;
枸杞粉40-60份;
人参粉30-50份;
白藜芦醇10-20份;
苹果粉40-60份;
葡萄粉30-50份;
薏苡仁粉40-60份;
桑椹粉40-60份;
茯苓粉40-60份;
原花青素10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
荷叶粉50份;
枸杞粉50份;
人参粉40份;
白藜芦醇15份;
苹果粉50份;
葡萄粉40份;
薏苡仁粉50份;
桑椹粉50份;
茯苓粉50份;
原花青素15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品组合物,其特征在于,所述白藜芦醇与原花青素用量为1:1,薏苡仁粉、桑椹粉和茯苓粉的用量比为1:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品组合物,其特征在于,所述荷叶粉通过如下方法制备:将新鲜荷叶清洗干净后,于60℃恒温烘干2h,将烘干后的荷叶进行粉碎研磨,过100目筛制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品组合物,其特征在于,所述枸杞粉通过如下方法制备:选取新鲜枸杞放入80℃水浴中加热10min进行灭酶处理,之后进行冷冻干燥24h,在4℃冷冻环境中进行粉碎并过100-200目筛。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品组合物,其特征在于,所述茯苓粉通过如下方法制备:将茯苓粉碎至粒径为60-100目,得到碎料,将所述碎料加水混合后在50℃下超声提取60min,离心分离并过滤得到滤液,浓缩滤液至固形物含量在40%以上,得到浓缩物,干燥所述浓缩物,得到茯苓粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品组合物,其特征在于,所述苹果粉和葡萄粉均通过如下方法制备:取新鲜葡萄或苹果洗净后室温放置30min使表面水分蒸发,切碎后加入果胶酶密封发酵,将发酵液蒸馏后,对蒸馏后产物通过大孔吸附树脂吸附,用水洗涤大孔吸附树脂后,再用醇溶液解析,得解析液,再将解析液低温浓缩,真空减压干燥。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品组合物,其特征在于,所述薏苡仁粉通过如下方法制备:将薏苡仁放入冷冻室进行冷冻,冷冻温度为-15℃,冷冻时间为30min;将冷冻后的薏苡仁磨粉并过300目筛;对过筛后薏苡仁粉干燥至含水量低于1%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品组合物,其特征在于,所述桑椹粉通过如下方法制备:取新鲜的桑椹洗净后,干燥至含水量低于10%后利用液氮处理,将液氮处理后的桑椹进行粉碎处理。
