At present, domestic cloud conference mainly focuses on service contents mainly in a SaaS (Software as a Service ) mode, including service forms of telephone, network, video and the like, and video conference based on cloud computing is called as a cloud conference.
In the cloud conference era, the transmission, processing and storage of data are all processed by the computer resources of video conference factories, and users can carry out efficient remote conferences without purchasing expensive hardware and installing complicated software.
The cloud conference system supports the dynamic cluster deployment of multiple servers, provides multiple high-performance servers, and greatly improves conference stability, safety and usability. In recent years, video conferences are popular for many users because of greatly improving communication efficiency, continuously reducing communication cost and bringing about upgrade of internal management level, and have been widely used in various fields of government, army, transportation, finance, operators, education, enterprises, etc. Undoubtedly, the video conference has stronger attraction in convenience, rapidness and usability after the cloud computing is applied, and the video conference application is required to be stimulated.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a computer system suitable for use in implementing the electronic device of the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that, the computer system 200 of the electronic device shown in fig. 2 is only an example, and should not impose any limitation on the functions and the application scope of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the computer system 200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 201, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 202 or a program loaded from a storage section 208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 203. In the RAM 203, various programs and data required for the system operation are also stored. The CPU 201, ROM 202, and RAM 203 are connected to each other through a bus 204. An input/output (I/O) interface 205 is also connected to bus 204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 205: an input section 206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 207 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker, and the like; a storage section 208 including a hard disk or the like; and a communication section 209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, and the like. The communication section 209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 210 is also connected to the I/O interface 205 as needed. A removable medium 211 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is installed on the drive 210 as needed, so that a computer program read out therefrom is installed into the storage section 208 as needed.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present application, the processes described below with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flowcharts. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 209, and/or installed from the removable medium 211. The computer program, when executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 201, performs the various functions defined in the methods and apparatus of the present application.
In general, a web conference is provided with a waiting room, but only a host is allowed to issue an announcement to conference users to be joined in the waiting room, the conference users to be joined in the waiting room cannot send a message to the host, and the identity of the conference users to be joined in the waiting room cannot be verified by the host. When the host is not in the meeting, the host cannot receive the information about the newly added user in the waiting room, so that the access operation for the newly added user may have hysteresis, and the normal running of the network meeting is easily affected.
Based on the above problems, the present exemplary embodiment provides a method for controlling a web conference. The method for controlling the web conference may be applied to the server 105, or may be applied to one or more of the terminal devices 101, 102, 103, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, the method for controlling a web conference may include the following steps S310 to S350:
step S310: and receiving the user information to be added into the network conference, and outputting the user information in a waiting window of a conference interface.
Step S320: receiving message content corresponding to user information, and outputting the message content through a chat window of a conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing the meeting requirement.
Step S330: detecting an operation corresponding to the user information; if the operation is the enter operation, executing step S340; if the operation is the removal operation, step S350 is performed.
Step S340: the user information is moved from the waiting window to a meeting window of the meeting interface.
Step S350: the user information is removed from the waiting window.
By implementing the method shown in fig. 1, the content of the message sent by the participants can be received and displayed in the chat window of the client of the host, so that the host can prompt the host, the participants in the waiting room can be added into the conference in time, the problem that the participants cannot be added into the conference in time can be solved to a certain extent, the admission efficiency is improved, and further the smooth holding of the network conference is facilitated. In addition, interactivity can be increased by providing a chat window, so that participants can communicate with a host conveniently, and the use experience of users is improved.
Next, the above steps of the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail.
In step S310, user information to be joined to the web conference is received, and the user information is output in a waiting window of the conference interface.
The user information is used as a unique representation of a user to be added into the network conference; the network conference corresponds to a conference interface, the conference interface comprises a conference window corresponding to the network conference, and the conference window comprises real-time images corresponding to one or more members in the conference; the conference interface includes at least a waiting window, a conference window, and a chat window.
In addition, optionally, after outputting the user information in the waiting window of the conference interface, the method may further include the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a request for video call of a user client to be joined in a meeting corresponding to user information is sent to a server, so that the server responds to the request, and therefore identity authentication of a user corresponding to the user information can be conveniently carried out by a host according to the video call, and further admission efficiency of the user information in a waiting room can be improved.
Additionally, optionally, before receiving the user information to be joined to the web conference, the method may further include the steps of: and detecting whether a meeting request sent by a user client to be joined in the meeting is received, if so, checking meeting information corresponding to the meeting request, and if not, executing the receiving of the user information to be joined in the network meeting. Therefore, a plurality of conference joining modes can be provided for the conference users to be joined, and the use experience of the conference users to be joined is improved.
In this embodiment, optionally, before receiving the user information to be added to the network conference, the method further includes: outputting a creation interface; the creation interface comprises a title input area, a starting time, a stopping time, the number of people in the conference, a conference entering password and a waiting window setting area corresponding to the network conference; the conference interface is created according to the detection in the creation interface.
The creation interface is used for providing various functional options, so that a host can complete interface setting through interaction with the various functional options, and a client or a web interface can create a conference interface according to the functional options in the creation interface; creating the interface may further include: the calendar setting area, the meeting document setting area, the meeting setting area, and the meeting live setting area are not limited in this embodiment. Further, the creation operation includes a click operation, a control interaction operation, and the like.
Additionally, optionally, between the output creation interfaces, the following steps may be further included: when the client side of the user to be joined in the conference detects the conference joining operation, a conference joining request is generated and sent to the server. The specific manner in which the user client to be joined in the conference detects the joining operation may be: and detecting a meeting operation triggering the starting of the application program corresponding to the network meeting.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram for creating an interface in a mobile terminal according to one embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 4, the creation interface includes a title (i.e., conference theme) input area corresponding to the web conference, a start time 2019-07-08 09:00 of the web conference, an end time 2019-07-08:10:00 of the web conference, a calendar setting area, a number of people in the conference (25 people conference), a conference password setting area, a conference document setting area, a conference setting area, and a conference live setting area.
The calendar setting area provides a calendar A, a calendar B and a calendar C, so that a host selects a corresponding calendar according to meeting requirements; the setting area corresponding to the number of the conference persons comprises a capacity expansion control which is used for providing capacity expansion function for the number of the conference persons, and the capacity expansion amount is not limited in the embodiment of the application; the conference password setting area can comprise an option of opening a conference password, and the conference password corresponding to the network conference can be set according to the checking operation so as to ensure the security of conference contents; the meeting document setup area may include an option to "allow members to upload documents"; the meeting settings area may include options: starting a waiting room, allowing members to join before a host enters a meeting, and automatically muting the members when the members join the meeting, and starting a screen sharing watermark, wherein the option of starting the waiting room is used for starting a waiting window corresponding to the network meeting. Furthermore, the creation interface also comprises a preset control and a cancel control, and the host can realize conference interface creation according to interaction with the preset control.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram for creating an interface in a web page according to one embodiment of the present application. The setup areas and functions shown in fig. 5 are the same as those of fig. 4, please refer to fig. 4, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the conference interface can be created according to the creation configuration corresponding to the creation operation, so that the created conference interface is matched with the creation configuration, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, receiving user information to be added to a network conference includes: receiving user information to be added into a network conference, which is sent by a server;
the method for sending the user information to be added into the network conference by the server specifically comprises the following steps: when the server detects a meeting request sent by a user client to be joined in a meeting, the server detects whether a waiting function corresponding to the network meeting is in an open state or not; if yes, the server responds to the conference joining request, so that the user client to be joined in the conference outputs a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference; the server extracts the user information in the conference joining request and sends the user information to the host client as the user information to be joined in the network conference; the waiting interface is used for displaying a title corresponding to the network conference.
The waiting interface at least comprises a microphone state setting area, an audio playing state setting area, a beautifying function setting area and a camera state setting area; the microphone state setting area is used for switching on/off a microphone and adjusting the volume of the microphone, the audio playing state setting area is used for adjusting an output port of audio corresponding to a network conference and adjusting the volume corresponding to the audio, and the camera state setting area is used for switching a camera and adjusting shooting angles. Specifically, the conference to be joined user client may detect one or more user operations acting on any one of the microphone state setting area, the audio play state setting area, the beauty function setting area, and the camera state setting area, to update corresponding settings (e.g., microphone state setting, audio play state setting, beauty function setting, camera state setting) according to the detected user operations; when the server feeds back a response result for the admission request to the host client, the user client to be joined in the conference can output a conference interface according to microphone state setting, audio playing state setting, beautifying function setting and camera state setting corresponding to the last updated result. For example, if a user of a conference to be joined modifies the microphone state settings to mute, then the microphone state settings of the conference to be joined user after entering the conference remain consistent with the microphone state settings before entering the conference when the conference to be joined user is admitted to the conference.
In addition, optionally, a conference interface displayed on the client of the conference user to be joined includes a microphone state setting area, an audio playing state setting area, a beauty function setting area, and a camera state setting area. Specifically, after the user to be added to the conference joins the conference, the user client to be added to the conference can detect the user operation acting on any one of the microphone state setting area, the audio playing state setting area, the beauty function setting area and the camera state setting area in the conference interface, and perform setting update according to the user operation. It can be appreciated that the user can adjust the microphone state, audio playing state, beauty function, and camera state in both the conference interface and the waiting interface.
In addition, the appearance form of the waiting function corresponding to the network conference at the client side of the conference to be added is a waiting interface, and the appearance form of the waiting function corresponding to the network conference at the client side of the host is a waiting window. The waiting interface may also be used to display a start time and an end time of a web conference, a number of people in the conference, etc., and embodiments of the present application are not limited.
In addition, optionally, if the server detects that the waiting window is not in the open state, the method further includes the following steps: whether the member is allowed to join before the host enters the meeting or not is triggered to start according to the creation operation detection function; if yes, responding to the conference joining request to enable the user client to be joined in the conference to output a conference window corresponding to the network conference; if not, responding to the conference joining request so that the user client to be joined in the conference outputs a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram of a wait interface according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the waiting interface corresponding to the web conference output by the user client to be joined to the conference may include a user account (i.e., 561244361), a chat control, a leave control, a prompt "please" etc., and the conference host will immediately ask you to join-! ", conference subject: interview conferences were designed. The user to be added can chat with other users or moderators to be added through interaction with the chat control, and can exit the waiting room corresponding to the network conference through interaction with the leave control.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the user to be added into the conference can be added into the waiting window according to the starting state of the waiting function, so that the information security problem caused by the user joining into the conference without the consent of the host can be avoided.
In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the method further includes:
receiving a directional message sent by a first conference user client to be joined, and outputting the directional message through a chat window of a conference interface, wherein a receiver corresponding to the directional message is a second conference user client to be joined;
The first mode of sending the directional message by the user client to be joined in the conference specifically comprises the following steps:
the first conference to be joined user client sends directional information to the server, so that the server sends the directional information to the second conference to be joined user client and the host client after authentication.
Specifically, the directional message is used to specify the receiver (such as the second to-be-joined conference user client described above) corresponding to the message sent by the sender, and optionally, the number of receivers may be one or more. Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the private chat function between the users to be joined in the conference can be realized, the interactivity between the users to be joined in the waiting room can be improved, and the use experience of the users to be joined in the conference can be improved. In addition, the host can also know chat contents among the users to be joined in the conference through directional messages sent by the server as conference management and control personnel so as to monitor whether the chat contents are compliant, thereby being beneficial to realizing strict management and control on the network conference and the corresponding waiting rooms.
In this embodiment, optionally, after receiving the user information to be added to the network conference, the method further includes: triggering a prompt function for prompting the existence of the newly added user information to start.
Specifically, after the prompt function for prompting the existence of the newly added user information is triggered, on one hand, pop-up controls/prompt tones/prompt messages/identifiers/images/animations for prompting the existence of the newly added user information can be output. Optionally, the pop-up control may include a bubble control, where the pop-up control may be output in a pop-up window form, and the pop-up control may include text information for prompting the host to wait for a newly added conference user to exist in the waiting room.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, a prompt effect can be played for the moderator through the pop-up control, so that the processing timeliness of the user information in the peer-to-peer window of the moderator is improved, and further the use experience of the user to be added into the conference is improved.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, outputting user information in a waiting window of a conference interface includes: updating the quantity of user information in the waiting window according to the user information; displaying the user information and the updated user information quantity in a waiting window; the user information comprises a user account number and an identifier corresponding to the user account number.
Specifically, the user accounts can be identified through character strings, and one user account corresponds to one user to be added into the conference; the identifier corresponding to the user account may be an identification image or a symbol, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, optionally, the method for updating the number of user information in the waiting window according to the user information may specifically be: determining a first number of user information to be joined to the web conference (e.g., 2) and a second number of user information in the waiting window (e.g., 5), and determining a sum of the first number of user information and the second number of user information (e.g., 7) as the updated number of user information in the waiting window.
In addition, optionally, displaying the user information and the updated user information amount in the waiting window specifically includes: and displaying the user account, the identifier corresponding to the user account and the updated user information quantity in the waiting window. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram of a wait window according to one embodiment of the present application. In the waiting window shown in fig. 7, "waiting (10)" is used to indicate that the number of pieces of user information to be joined to the web conference in the waiting window is 10, and "in-conference (6)" is used to indicate that the number of pieces of user information to be joined to the web conference is 6. In the waiting window, the default packet includes 3 user information amounts, which specifically includes: user accounts of Zhang Sang, lifour and Wang Wu; identifiers corresponding to Zhang san, lisi four and Wang Wu respectively; admittance control and removal control. Wherein, the user can conduct admittance operation for the admittance control and can conduct removal operation for the removal control.
In addition, optionally, the waiting window may further include an online state corresponding to each user information, where the online state may be identified by identifiers (such as red dot, green dot, gray dot) with different colors, for example, when the online prompt corresponding to the user information is a red dot, it may indicate that the user is in another meeting; when the online prompt corresponding to the user information is a green point, the user can be indicated to be online and to be added into the network conference; when the online prompt corresponding to the user information is a gray point, the user can be indicated to be offline. It can be seen that displaying the presence status corresponding to each user information can be beneficial for the moderator to access or remove the user according to the presence status. For example, if a user is offline, the host may remove the user, so that the host may avoid performing access operations on the user without knowing the online status of the user, and if a user is offline but is admitted to the conference, the host may occupy the conference name, affect other online users and require a user joining the web conference to enter the conference. Therefore, through the alternative embodiment, the management and control efficiency and the management and control effect on the network conference can be improved.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the user needing to join the network conference can be accommodated through the set waiting window, and the conference can be entered when the host performs the admittance operation, so that the user not needing to join the conference can be prevented from entering the conference at will, and the privacy safety of the conference content is ensured.
In step S320, receiving message content corresponding to the user information, and outputting the message content through the chat window of the conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing the meeting requirement.
The prompt information comprises identity authentication information corresponding to the user information and prompt information for prompting the start of the conference, so that the host can conveniently verify the identity of the user information according to the identity authentication information, the user waiting to join the conference can conveniently prompt the host to start the conference as soon as possible after joining the waiting room, and the conference holding efficiency is improved; specifically, the identity authentication information may include at least one of name, gender, age, identification card number, job number, title, job position, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment. In addition, optionally, the message content may include a text message, a picture message, a voice message, a video message, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, optionally, before receiving the message content corresponding to the user information, the method may further include the steps of: the user client to be joined in the conference determines the corresponding message content according to the detected input operation, encrypts the message content and sends the message content to the server, so that the server authenticates and secondarily encrypts the message content and feeds the message content back to the host client. The method for encrypting the message content may be: encrypting the message content in a mode of MD5 (data+ "& key=" +md5 Key) & toupperCase (); alternatively, the message content is encrypted by means of AES/ECB/PKCS5 packing, which embodiments of the present application are not limited to. The secondary encryption may be MD5 (data+ "& key=" +md5 Key) & toppercase () or AES/ECB/PKCS5Padding, which are not described here.
In addition, optionally, if the message content includes a picture message and the picture message includes a face feature, outputting the message content through the chat window of the conference interface can facilitate the moderator to perform face authentication on the user to be joined in the conference according to the picture message.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram of a wait interface according to another embodiment of the present application. The wait interface shown in fig. 8 is the same as the wait interface shown in fig. 6. FIG. 8 illustrates a wait interface including a chat window in which a user waiting to join a meeting may enter a message "I are board-of-directors" in the enter field "please enter message …" requesting to join I into the meeting as soon as possible-! And send to the chat window to enable the presenter to see the message content in the chat window of the meeting interface. It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, after the joining conference user enters the waiting room, a message (e.g., an authentication message, a reminder message) may be sent to the moderator client, so that the moderator can join the joining conference user according to the sent message.
In this embodiment, optionally, after outputting the message content through the chat window of the conference interface, the method further includes: when a reply operation for the message content is detected, determining reply content corresponding to the reply operation; and sending the reply content to the server, so that the server feeds back to the client of the conference to be added after authenticating the reply content.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram of a conference interface in accordance with one embodiment of the present application. The conference interface shown in fig. 9 includes a video frame 1, a video frame 2, a video frame 3, a video frame 4, a chat window, a waiting window, user information and a functional interaction area; the video picture 1, the video picture 2, the video picture 3 and the video picture 4 are respectively used for presenting real-time images corresponding to different joined conference users.
The chat window is used for providing a function of chat between the host and the conference user to be added and a function of chat between the conference user to be added and the conference user to be added. In the chat window, private chat messages and whole messages are included; the private chat object can be a host or a conference user to be added, the private chat message and the whole message can be sent by the conference user to be added, and the host can reply to the private chat message or the whole message.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the server can authenticate the reply content, and when the client side of the user to be added into the conference has the right of receiving the message sent by the host, the reply content is forwarded, so that the management and control force on the network conference can be improved, and the safety of sending the message is ensured.
Further, sending the reply content to the server, including: encrypting the reply content according to a preset encryption mode and sending the encrypted reply content to a server; the preset encryption mode comprises hash encryption.
After sending the reply content to the server, the server authenticates the reply content and feeds back the reply content to the client of the conference to be added, which specifically includes: the server performs authentication on the reply content, then performs secondary encryption and feeds back the reply content to the client of the conference to be added, and further enables the client of the conference to be added to authenticate the reply content and display the reply content in a chat window of a waiting interface after decryption. In addition, the preset encryption mode may further include: AES encryption and MD5 (original & key) signature encryption, embodiments of the present application are not limited.
Furthermore, optionally, the method may further comprise the steps of: the user client to be joined detects the message content sent by another user client to be joined and forwards the message content to the server, so that the server detects whether the member private chat function is triggered to start, and if so, forwards the message content to the other user client to be joined.
Furthermore, optionally, the method may further comprise the steps of: when the server receives the message content for forwarding the member, detecting whether a sender (such as a host client or a client of a conference user to be added) has the authority to send the member, if so, sending the message content to the client of the member so that a chat window corresponding to the member displays the message content and prompts the message; the message prompting mode may be outputting a prompting sound, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It can be seen that implementing this alternative embodiment, the privacy of the chat can be guaranteed by encrypting the reply content, reducing the risk of misappropriation of important information in the reply content.
In step S330, an operation corresponding to the user information is detected; if the operation is the enter operation, executing step S340; if the operation is the removal operation, step S350 is performed.
Wherein the operations corresponding to the user information include an admission operation and a removal operation. In addition, optionally, the operation corresponding to the user information may further include a bystander operation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In step S340, the user information is moved from the waiting window to the conference window of the conference interface.
One or more video pictures can be included in the conference window, and different video pictures correspond to different joined conference users.
In this embodiment, optionally, moving the user information from the waiting window to the conference window of the conference interface includes: sending an admission request to a server so that the server verifies whether the admission request has admission permission; if yes, receiving a response result fed back by the server for the admission request; and deleting the user information in the waiting window according to the response result and adding the user information in the conference window.
Optionally, if the response result indicates that the user to be added to the conference corresponding to the user information is successful in entering the network conference, executing the step of deleting the user information in the waiting window according to the response result and adding the user information in the conference window; if the response result shows that the user to be joined in the conference corresponding to the user information fails to enter the network conference, outputting a prompt message for showing the joining failure and detecting the admittance operation aiming at the user information again.
It can be seen that by implementing the optional embodiment, the user to be added to the network conference corresponding to the user information to be added to the network conference can be added to the network conference according to the access operation, so that the management and control capability for the network conference can be enhanced.
In step S350, the user information is removed from the waiting window.
Specifically, the manner of removing the user information from the waiting window may be: and sending a removal request to the server when the removal operation is detected, so that the server responds to the removal request and returns a prompt message for indicating that the removal is successful when the sender corresponding to the removal request is detected to have the removal authority. Further, optionally, after step S350, the following steps may be further included: the server feeds back a prompt message representing the removal to the user client to be joined to the conference.
In this embodiment, optionally, after removing the user information from the waiting window, the method further includes: when detecting a change operation of a host, sending a change request to a server so that the server responds to the change request;
the mode of the server responding to the change request is specifically as follows: the server acquires waiting window information in the client of the host before changing; the server sends the waiting window information to the changed host client so that the changed host client displays the waiting window information; the server triggers the pre-change moderator client to delete the waiting window information and hide the waiting window.
Wherein the waiting window information may be represented in the form of a list, the waiting window information including all user information in the waiting room.
It will be seen that implementing this alternative embodiment can provide the functionality of a replacement presenter to improve the use experience of a web conference.
In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the method further includes: when detecting the permission changing operation, sending a corresponding permission changing request to the server so that the server updates the chat permission corresponding to the chat window according to the permission changing request and stores the updated chat permission; and receiving a push message sent by the server and used for representing that the chat authority is changed.
The chat permission is used for limiting chat objects in the chat session, the permission changing request is used for closing/opening one or more chat permissions of the users to be joined in the conference, and the chat permissions comprise private chat permissions and mass sending permissions. For example, if the private chat authority of the conference to be added is closed, the conference to be added cannot private chat with other conference to be added; if the group chat authority of the conference to be joined is closed, the conference to be joined cannot participate in the group chat. Further, optionally, after receiving the push message sent by the server to characterize that the chat authority has been changed, the server may send a corresponding alert message to the user to be joined to the conference that the chat authority has been changed, e.g., your private chat function has been turned off and your group chat function has been turned off.
Therefore, the implementation of the optional embodiment can provide a chat authority changing function, so that a host can partially or completely close the chat authority of the user to be added when monitoring that the user to be added sends out illegal contents, and further strict control over the user to be added in the waiting room is realized, and the speaking environment of the waiting room is maintained.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 schematically illustrates a timing diagram corresponding to a method for controlling a web conference according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, includes: step S1010 to step S1050, wherein:
step S1010: a user client to be joined in a conference sends a conference joining request to a server;
step S1020: the server detects whether a waiting function corresponding to the network conference is in an on state or not; if the client is in the open state, responding to the conference joining request so that the client of the user to be joined in the conference outputs a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference; if not in the on state, a prompt message indicating that the admission failed is returned.
Step S1030: the server extracts the user information in the conference joining request and sends the user information to the host client as the user information to be joined in the network conference.
Step S1040: the moderator client sends an admission request/removal request to the server.
Step S1050: the server responds to the admission request so that the client side of the conference to be joined displays a conference interface; alternatively, the server responds to the removal request to cause the joining conference user client to exit the waiting interface.
It should be noted that, steps S1010 to S1050 correspond to the steps and embodiments shown in fig. 3, and for steps S1010 to S1050, please refer to the steps and embodiments shown in fig. 3, and the description thereof is omitted here.
Therefore, by implementing the method shown in fig. 10, the content of the message sent by the participants can be received and displayed in the chat window of the client of the host, so that the host can prompt the host, the participants in the waiting room can be added into the conference in time, the problem that the participants cannot be added into the conference in time can be solved to a certain extent, the admission efficiency is improved, and further the smooth holding of the network conference is facilitated. In addition, interactivity can be increased by providing a chat window, so that participants can communicate with a host conveniently, and the use experience of users is improved.
Further, in this example embodiment, a device for controlling a network conference is also provided. Referring to fig. 11, the controlling apparatus 1100 for web conference may include a user information output unit 1101, a message content output unit 1102, an operation detection unit 1103, and a user information processing unit 1104, wherein:
a user information output unit 1101, configured to receive user information to be added to a web conference, and output the user information in a waiting window of a conference interface;
a message content output unit 1102, configured to receive message content corresponding to user information, and output the message content through a chat window of a conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing the meeting requirement;
an operation detection unit 1103 for detecting an operation corresponding to the user information;
a user information processing unit 1104 for moving the user information from the waiting window to the conference window of the conference interface when the operation is the admission operation;
the user information processing unit 1104 is further configured to remove the user information from the waiting window when the operation is a removal operation.
The prompting information comprises identity authentication information corresponding to the user information and prompting information for prompting the start of the conference.
Therefore, the device shown in fig. 11 can be implemented by receiving the content of the message sent by the participants and displaying the content in the chat window of the client of the host, so that the host can prompt the host, the participants in the waiting room can join the conference in time, the problem that the participants cannot join the conference in time can be solved to a certain extent, the admission efficiency is improved, and further the smooth holding of the network conference is facilitated. In addition, interactivity can be increased by providing a chat window, so that participants can communicate with a host conveniently, and the use experience of users is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the above apparatus further includes an interface output unit (not shown) and an interface creation unit (not shown), wherein:
an interface output unit for outputting a creation interface before the user information output unit 1101 receives user information to be added to the web conference; the creation interface comprises a title input area, a starting time, a stopping time, the number of people in the conference, a conference entering password and a waiting window setting area corresponding to the network conference;
and the interface creation unit is used for creating the conference interface according to the creation operation detected in the creation interface.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the conference interface can be created according to the creation configuration corresponding to the creation operation, so that the created conference interface is matched with the creation configuration, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the above apparatus further includes a directional message receiving unit (not shown), wherein:
the directional message receiving unit is used for receiving the directional message sent by the first conference user client to be joined and outputting the directional message through the chat window of the conference interface, wherein a receiver corresponding to the directional message is the second conference user client to be joined;
the first mode of sending the directional message by the user client to be joined in the conference specifically comprises the following steps:
the first conference to be joined user client sends directional information to the server, so that the server sends the directional information to the second conference to be joined user client and the host client after authentication.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the private chat function between the users to be joined in the conference can be realized, the interactivity between the users to be joined in the waiting room can be improved, and the use experience of the users to be joined in the conference can be improved. In addition, the host can also know chat contents among the users to be joined in the conference through directional messages sent by the server as conference management and control personnel so as to monitor whether the chat contents are compliant, thereby being beneficial to realizing strict management and control on the network conference and the corresponding waiting rooms.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the user information output unit 1101 receives user information to be added to a web conference, including:
the user information output unit 1101 receives user information to be added to a web conference transmitted by a server;
the method for sending the user information to be added into the network conference by the server specifically comprises the following steps:
when the server detects a meeting request sent by a user client to be joined in a meeting, the server detects whether a waiting function corresponding to the network meeting is in an open state or not;
if yes, the server responds to the conference joining request, so that the user client to be joined in the conference outputs a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference;
the server extracts the user information in the conference joining request and sends the user information to the host client as the user information to be joined in the network conference;
the waiting interface is used for displaying a title corresponding to the network conference; the waiting interface comprises a microphone state setting area, an audio playing state setting area, a beautifying function setting area and a camera state setting area.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the user to be added into the conference can be added into the waiting window according to the starting state of the waiting function, so that the information security problem caused by the user joining into the conference without the consent of the host can be avoided.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the above apparatus further includes a content determining unit (not shown) and a content transmitting unit (not shown), wherein:
a content determining unit, configured to determine reply content corresponding to a reply operation after the message content output unit 1102 outputs the message content through the chat window of the conference interface, and when the reply operation for the message content is detected;
and the content sending unit is used for sending the reply content to the server so that the server feeds back the reply content to the client of the conference to be added after authenticating the reply content.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the server can authenticate the reply content, and when the client side of the user to be added into the conference has the right of receiving the message sent by the host, the reply content is forwarded, so that the management and control force on the network conference can be improved, and the safety of sending the message is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the content transmitting unit transmits reply content to the server, including:
the content sending unit encrypts the reply content according to a preset encryption mode and sends the reply content to the server; the preset encryption mode comprises hash encryption.
It can be seen that implementing this alternative embodiment, the privacy of the chat can be guaranteed by encrypting the reply content, reducing the risk of misappropriation of important information in the reply content.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the above apparatus further includes a request transmitting unit (not shown) and a message receiving unit (not shown), wherein:
the request sending unit is used for sending a corresponding permission changing request to the server when the permission changing operation is detected, so that the server updates the chat permission corresponding to the chat window according to the permission changing request and stores the updated chat permission;
and the message receiving unit is used for receiving the push message which is sent by the server and used for representing that the chat authority is changed.
Therefore, the implementation of the optional embodiment can provide a chat authority changing function, so that a host can partially or completely close the chat authority of the user to be added when monitoring that the user to be added sends out illegal contents, and further strict control over the user to be added in the waiting room is realized, and the speaking environment of the waiting room is maintained.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the above apparatus further includes: a control output unit (not shown), wherein:
The control output unit is configured to trigger a prompt function for prompting the presence of newly added user information to be started after the user information output unit 1101 receives the user information to be added to the web conference.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, a prompt effect can be played for the moderator through the pop-up control, so that the processing timeliness of the user information in the peer-to-peer window of the moderator is improved, and further the use experience of the user to be added into the conference is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the user information output unit 1101 outputs user information in a waiting window of a conference interface, including:
the user information output unit 1101 updates the number of user information in the waiting window according to the user information;
the user information output unit 1101 displays the user information and the updated number of user information in the waiting window;
the user information comprises a user account number and an identifier corresponding to the user account number.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the user needing to join the network conference can be accommodated through the set waiting window, and the conference can be entered when the host performs the admittance operation, so that the user not needing to join the conference can be prevented from entering the conference at will, and the privacy safety of the conference content is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the user information processing unit 1104 moves user information from the waiting window to a conference window of a conference interface, including:
the user information processing unit 1104 transmits an admission request to the server so that the server verifies whether the admission request has an admission right;
if so, the user information processing unit 1104 receives a response result for the admission request fed back by the server;
the user information processing unit 1104 deletes the user information in the waiting window and adds the user information in the conference window according to the response result.
It can be seen that by implementing the optional embodiment, the user to be added to the network conference corresponding to the user information to be added to the network conference can be added to the network conference according to the access operation, so that the management and control capability for the network conference can be enhanced.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the request sending unit is further configured to send a change request to the server after the user information processing unit 1104 removes the user information from the waiting window, and when a moderator change operation is detected, so that the server responds to the change request;
the mode of the server responding to the change request is specifically as follows:
The server acquires waiting window information in the client of the host before changing;
the server sends the waiting window information to the changed host client so that the changed host client displays the waiting window information;

It will be seen that implementing this alternative embodiment can provide the functionality of a replacement presenter to improve the use experience of a web conference.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of a device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functions of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, in accordance with embodiments of the present application. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into a plurality of modules or units to be embodied.
Since each functional module of the controlling device for a web conference in the exemplary embodiment of the present application corresponds to a step of the foregoing exemplary embodiment of the controlling method for a web conference, for details not disclosed in the embodiments of the device of the present application, please refer to the embodiments of the foregoing controlling method for a web conference.
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the electronic device described in the above embodiment; or may exist alone without being incorporated into the electronic device. The computer-readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to implement the methods described in the above embodiments.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present application, however, a computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. Claims (12)

1. A method for controlling a web conference, comprising:
outputting a creation interface, wherein the creation interface comprises a conference setting area, the conference setting area comprises an option of starting a waiting room, and the option of starting the waiting room is used for starting a waiting window corresponding to the network conference;
creating a conference interface corresponding to the network conference according to the creation operation detected in the creation interface, wherein the conference interface comprises the waiting window;
Receiving user information to be added into the network conference, outputting the user information in the waiting window, and outputting an online state corresponding to the user information in the waiting window, wherein the online state is identified by identifiers with different colors;
receiving message content corresponding to the user information, and outputting the message content through a chat window of the conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing meeting requirements;
receiving a directional message corresponding to the user information, and outputting the directional message through a chat window of the conference interface, wherein the directional message is used for designating a receiver corresponding to a message sent by an sender;
detecting an operation corresponding to the user information, wherein the operation is triggered based on message content, an online state and a directional message corresponding to the user information, and if the operation is a permission operation, the user information is moved from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface;
and if the operation is a removing operation, removing the user information from the waiting window.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving user information to be joined to the web conference comprises:
receiving user information to be added into a network conference, which is sent by a server;
the method for sending the user information to be added into the network conference by the server specifically comprises the following steps:
when a server detects a meeting request sent by a user client to be joined in a meeting, the server detects whether a waiting function corresponding to the network meeting is in an open state or not;
if yes, the server responds to the conference joining request, so that the user client to be joined in the conference outputs a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference;
the server extracts the user information in the conference joining request and sends the user information to the host client as the user information to be added into the network conference;
the waiting interface is used for displaying a title corresponding to the network conference.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after outputting the message content through a chat window of the conference interface, the method further comprises:
when a reply operation for the message content is detected, determining reply content corresponding to the reply operation;
And sending the reply content to a server, so that the server feeds back to the client of the conference to be added after authenticating the reply content.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein transmitting the reply content to a server comprises:
encrypting the reply content according to a preset encryption mode and sending the reply content to the server; the preset encryption mode comprises hash encryption.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when detecting the permission changing operation, sending a corresponding permission changing request to a server, so that the server updates the chat permission corresponding to the chat window according to the permission changing request and stores the updated chat permission;
and receiving a push message sent by the server and used for representing that the chat authority is changed.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the waiting interface includes a microphone state setting area, an audio playing state setting area, a beauty function setting area, and a camera state setting area.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the user information to be joined to the web conference, the method further comprises:
Triggering a prompt function for prompting the existence of the newly added user information to start.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting the user information in a waiting window of a conference interface comprises:
updating the quantity of user information in the waiting window according to the user information;
displaying the user information and the updated user information quantity in the waiting window;
the user information comprises a user account and an identifier corresponding to the user account.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein after removing the user information from the waiting window, the method further comprises:
when detecting a change operation of a host, sending a change request to a server so that the server responds to the change request;
the mode of the server responding to the change request is specifically as follows:
the server acquires waiting window information in the client of the host before changing;
the server sends the waiting window information to the changed host client so that the changed host client displays the waiting window information;
The server triggers the presenter client before the change to delete the waiting window information and hide the waiting window.
10. A device for controlling a web conference, comprising:

A directional message output unit, configured to receive a directional message corresponding to the user information, and output the directional message through a chat window of the conference interface, where the directional message is used to specify a receiver corresponding to a message sent by an sender;
an operation detection unit, configured to detect an operation corresponding to the user information, where the operation is triggered based on a message content, an online state, and a directional message corresponding to the user information;
the user information processing unit is used for moving the user information from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface when the operation is an admission operation;
the user information processing unit is further configured to remove the user information from the waiting window when the operation is a removal operation.
11. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1-9.
12. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
Wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-9 via execution of the executable instructions.
