Further, the presenter may also initiate a file sharing request to the presentation server 302 through the presentation terminal 101, for example, the presenter may initiate the file sharing request to the presentation server 302 by inputting a predetermined website in a browser of the presentation terminal 101, and after detecting the file sharing request, the presentation server 302 determines that the user has a need to share a file, creates a virtual presentation room (for example, virtual presentation room 1), and returns room information of the virtual presentation room 1 to the presentation terminal 101, for example, returns a two-dimensional code and/or a character sequence (for example, a string of numbers) to the presentation terminal 101, where the character sequence corresponds to a room ID of the virtual presentation room 1, and the two-dimensional code carries the character sequence. The presenter may scan the two-dimensional code using the code scanning function of the presentation terminal 101 to join the virtual presentation room 1, or the user may join the virtual presentation room 1 by inputting the character sequence in a predetermined input area of an online document application running in the presentation terminal 101, or, since the presentation terminal 101 is a request end that directly initiates a file sharing request to the presentation server 302, the presentation server 302 may add the presentation terminal 101 to the created virtual presentation room 1 by default after returning room information to the presentation terminal 101, so the user does not need to perform any operation for joining the virtual presentation room. After receiving the URL address sent by the presentation terminal 101, the presentation server 302 sets a right for the presentation terminal 101 to share a document in the virtual presentation room 1, and after having the right, it indicates that the presentation terminal 101 can share an online document in the virtual presentation room 1, so that operations (e.g., an editing operation, an annotation operation, a marking operation, or a page turning operation) performed by a presenter on the PPT file displayed in the presentation terminal 101 can be synchronized to each viewing terminal in the virtual presentation room 1. For example, the viewing terminal 1, the viewing terminal 2, and the viewing terminal 3 in fig. 1 are all previously added to the virtual presentation room 1 by scanning the two-dimensional code corresponding to the virtual presentation room 1. Further, the presentation server 302 may obtain document data of a Web page corresponding to the online document according to the URL address of the PPT file, and broadcast the obtained document data to each viewing terminal in the virtual presentation room 1, thereby implementing a file sharing function of the presentation terminal 101 in the virtual presentation room 1, that is, sharing the online document to other terminal devices in the virtual presentation room 1 except the presentation terminal 101 itself. For example, as shown in fig. 1, when a plant potting of one page of a PPT file is displayed in the demonstration terminal 101, each viewing terminal also synchronously displays the plant potting, and at this time, for example, a presenter frames the plant potting displayed in the demonstration terminal 101 in a red circle, each viewing terminal may also synchronously display the framing position and the framing line pattern of the red circle used for framing, and for example, when the presenter turns over the PPT file in the demonstration terminal 101 from page 4 to page 5, each viewing terminal also synchronously turns over the PPT file displayed in the Web page from page 4 to page 5 to synchronize with the demonstration of the demonstration terminal 101, that is, the demonstration terminal 101 has file demonstration permission in the virtual demonstration room 1, so all operations performed by the demonstration terminal 101 for the demonstration document can be synchronously shared with each terminal device (including the demonstration terminal 101 itself and all viewing terminals) in the simulated demonstration room 1.
In addition, it should be noted that each terminal device (including the presentation terminal 101 and all the viewing terminals) in fig. 1 is in communication connection with the online document server 301 and the presentation server 302 at the same time, so that information interaction between each terminal device and the online document server 301 and the presentation server 302 can be realized. And, the online document server 301 and the presentation server 302 may also maintain a communication connection, so that the presentation server 302 obtains the document data corresponding to the online document, i.e. the corresponding Web page data, from the online document server 301 according to the address information of the online document sent by the presentation terminal 101, and further broadcasts the obtained document data to each viewing terminal in the corresponding virtual presentation room.
Referring to another application scenario shown in fig. 2 again, compared to the application scenario shown in fig. 1, a request terminal 401 and a projector 402 are added in fig. 2, where the request terminal 401 may initiate a file sharing request to the presentation server 302 by inputting a predetermined website as in the presentation terminal 101 in fig. 1, and then the presentation server 302 returns room information of a virtual presentation room created based on the file sharing request to the request terminal 401 in a form of a two-dimensional code and/or a character sequence, and further, the presentation terminal 101 may scan the two-dimensional code displayed in the request terminal 401 or input the character sequence displayed by the request terminal 401 to join in the virtual presentation room. That is, the presentation terminal 101 in fig. 1 integrates the function of the requesting terminal 401 in fig. 2 initiating a file sharing request to the presentation server 302, whereas in fig. 2, the function of the requesting terminal 401 initiating a file sharing request to the presentation server 302 and the function of the presentation terminal 101 initiating a presentation request to the presentation server 302 are independent of the two terminal devices. In addition, in fig. 2, since the requesting terminal 401 is a terminal that issues a file sharing request to the presentation server 302, and the presentation server 302 can add the requesting terminal 401 to the created virtual presentation room when returning the room information of the created virtual presentation room to the requesting terminal 401, the user may not need to perform an operation of scanning a code or inputting a character sequence through the requesting terminal 401.
As shown in fig. 2, the request terminal 401 is a notebook computer, and the projector 402 is connected to the request terminal 401 and can project and display the content displayed in the request terminal 401.
The application scenarios shown in fig. 1-2 are, for example, a local conference scenario, that is, the requesting terminal 401, the presenting terminal 101, the viewing terminal 201, the viewing terminal 202, and the viewing terminal 203 are all in the same room (for example, room 1), and in another application scenario shown in fig. 3, the difference from fig. 2 is that another room (for example, room 2) is added in fig. 3, and a plurality of viewing terminals (for example, terminal devices respectively corresponding to employee C, employee D, and director) in room 2 are added, that is, a remote conference scenario is added in fig. 3, that is, all users in room 1 are in a local conference, and users in room 1 and users in room 2 are in a remote conference, for example, a video conference or a telephone conference. While the implementation of the individual viewing terminals in room 2 is the same as the viewing terminal in room 1 and will not be repeated here.
Through the sharing mode of the online document provided by the embodiment of the application, even though a user in the room 2 cannot see a presenter in the room 1, the user can synchronize with the presenter through the PPT file which is synchronously displayed in the corresponding watching terminal and the presentation terminal 101, and can know which page of the PPT the presenter explains in time, and even know which specific position of the page of the PPT. Meanwhile, the conference participant may also perform some editing operations in the viewing terminal, and the editing operations may be synchronously displayed to other terminals in the virtual presentation room according to the editing authority of the conference participant, or may also be synchronously displayed only in the viewing terminal of the conference participant.
Referring to the application scenario shown in fig. 4 again, compared to fig. 2, the requesting terminal 401 in fig. 2 is also a viewing terminal in fig. 4, and at this time, the virtual presentation room created by the presentation server 302 may include only the requesting terminal 401 and the presentation terminal 101, that is, the online document presented by the presentation terminal 101 is only displayed and shared by the viewing terminal, i.e., the requesting terminal 401.
Each of the presentation terminals 101, the request terminal 401, and the viewing terminals in fig. 1 to 4 may include a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a notebook computer, smart glasses, a smart helmet, and the like, which may have a camera, and the camera may scan a two-dimensional code, and then may quickly join a virtual presentation room created by the presentation server 302 by scanning the code, and the like. The online document server 301 and the presentation server 302 in fig. 1-4 may be a personal computer, a large and medium sized computer, a computer cluster, etc., the online document server 301 is used for providing a background application service for an online document application, and the presentation server 302 is used for providing a background service support for online presentation and sharing of a document.
To further illustrate the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, the following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. Although the embodiments of the present application provide the method operation steps as shown in the following embodiments or figures, more or less operation steps may be included in the method based on the conventional or non-inventive labor. In steps where no necessary causal relationship exists logically, the order of execution of these steps is not limited to the order of execution provided by the embodiments of the present application. The method can be executed in sequence or in parallel according to the method shown in the embodiment or the figure when the method is executed in an actual processing procedure or a device.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application provides a file sharing system, where the file sharing system includes a sharing terminal, a shared terminal, and a presentation server. The sharing terminal may be understood as the demonstration terminal 101 in fig. 1 to fig. 4, the shared terminal may be understood as each viewing terminal (for example, the viewing terminal 201 or the viewing terminal 203) in fig. 1 to fig. 4, and the demonstration server may be understood as the demonstration server 302 in fig. 1 to fig. 4.
When the file shared by the sharing terminal is an online document locally stored by the sharing terminal, the address information of the online document can be obtained, and then the address information is sent to the demonstration server, so that the online document can be shared and demonstrated through a virtual demonstration room created by the demonstration server.
When the sharing terminal shares a locally stored conventional document (i.e., an offline document), as shown in fig. 5, the file sharing system in the embodiment of the present application may further include an online document server, which may be understood as the online document server 301 in fig. 1 to 4. Therefore, the sharing terminal can firstly send the local conventional document to the online document server, the online document server can convert the conventional document into the online document by calling the matched coding component, and then the address information of the successfully converted online document is returned to the sharing terminal. Further, the sharing terminal can send the address information of the online document to the presentation server, so that the online document can be shared and presented through the virtual presentation room created by the presentation server.
Specifically, the file sharing system in fig. 5 may be, for example, a system composed of all the devices included in any application scenario in fig. 1 to fig. 4, and will not be described one by one here.
It should be noted that the shared terminal in the file sharing system in the embodiment of the present application may include one (as shown in fig. 4) or multiple (as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3), and one is schematically illustrated in fig. 5 as an example. And the sharing terminal and the shared terminal are only static roles corresponding to one moment, however, as the presenter changes in the file sharing system, the roles of the sharing terminal and the shared terminal also change, taking fig. 2 as an example, for example, at a certain moment, the presentation terminal 101 is the sharing terminal, and the viewer terminal 201, the viewer terminal 202 and the viewer terminal 203 are the shared terminals, and after the moment, for example, after the current presenter file is shared, the king manager can continue to share the file, then the viewer terminal 203 corresponding to the king manager can be changed to be the sharing terminal, at this moment, the role of the king manager becomes the presenter, and the presentation terminal 101 is set to be the shared terminal, that is, the role of the previous presenter corresponding to the presentation terminal 101 becomes the viewer, thereby realizing the role conversion.
Referring to an interaction diagram of the file sharing method in the embodiment of the application shown in fig. 6, in a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 1, the requesting terminal and the sharing terminal may be the same device, or as shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4, the requesting terminal and the sharing terminal may also be different devices, in fig. 6, the requesting terminal and the sharing terminal are taken as two different devices for example, and the first terminal device is taken as the sharing terminal for example for explanation.
The following describes the technical solution in the embodiment of the present application with reference to fig. 6.

As described above, the online document server is a server that provides a background service for the online document application, so an online document client corresponding to the online document server may be installed in the sharing terminal, and the user sends the first file to be shared, which is not the online document, to the background online document server through the online document client, so that the online document server converts the first file to be shared into an online document that can be collaborated by multiple people, for example, the converted online document is referred to as a first online document.
The online document obtained through conversion by the online document server supports online multi-person cooperation, such as online editing, page turning, annotation and the like of multiple persons, and all operations of the online document by a presenter can be synchronized to each viewing terminal, so that file synchronization among conference users is realized, and file sharing fluency is enhanced.
The online document server in the embodiment of the application supports file conversion of multiple format types, for example, online conversion of document types, picture types and other types of files can be supported. Document files of document types such as PPT file, EXCEL, WORD, PDF, TXT, WPS, picture files of image types such as JPG, GIF, PSD, PNG, and so forth. The files corresponding to each format have a separate corresponding decoder (also called decoding component), encoder (also called encoding component) and player (also called playing component). Taking the first file to be shared as an example, after the file is uploaded, the online document server first determines the format of the first file to be shared, then calls a corresponding decoder to decode the file to obtain decoded data, and then transcodes the decoded data by using a matched transcoder to transcode the decoded data into Web page data capable of being presented in a Web page style, where the Web page data is document data corresponding to the converted first online document, for example, the document data corresponding to the first online document is called as first document data. For example, when the sharing terminal and the shared terminal need to display the first online document, the corresponding matched playing component may be downloaded from the online document server, and the first document data is played by the adapted playing component, that is, the first online document may be directly displayed by the Web page.
According to the file sharing method and device, online conversion of files of various formats and types is supported, the sharing range of the files can be expanded, sharing and display requirements of various types of files can be met through several online conversion capabilities of the online document server and various types of playing components correspondingly provided, and through Web page display, the playing terminal only needs to support a browser function, does not need to be installed with specified applications, and is low in software requirement capability of the playing terminal. And the Web page is a lightweight data display page, so that the consumed flow and the occupied bandwidth are less, and the file sharing and fluency and continuity can be ensured to a certain extent. In addition, the Web page presents the original file without distortion, so that the high fidelity of the file in the sharing process can be ensured.

In another possible implementation manner, since the presentation server is a center for managing the playing of the online document, the playing components corresponding to various file types may also be deployed in the presentation server, so that, for the online document shared by the virtual presentation room, the presentation server may provide the corresponding playing components to be invoked by the respective terminal devices in the virtual presentation room.
In a specific implementation process, the first address information may include information indicating a document type of the first online document, so that the file type of the first online document may be known after the first address information is obtained; or the document ID of the first online document may be included in the first address information, and the document type of the first online document may be searched for from the online document server by using the document ID; alternatively, data indicating the document type of the first online document may be included in the first document data, so that the document type of the first online document can be determined after the first document data is obtained. After determining the document type of the first online document in any way, the playing component of the corresponding type may be further determined to accurately play the first document data corresponding to the first online document.
In the embodiment of the application, after obtaining the first document data shared by the presentation server, the sharing terminal may also obtain the first document data locally or download a matched playing component from an online document server or the presentation server to correspondingly play the first document data, that is, the sharing terminal not only has a file presentation permission, but also has a viewing permission. Because the sharing terminal has a demonstration authority for the first online document, in the sharing process of the first online document, a presenter can perform corresponding demonstration operations, such as page turning operations, editing operations, annotation operations, deletion operations and the like, on the first online document, and then sends document update information corresponding to the first online document in the demonstration operations to the demonstration server, and the demonstration server synchronously shares the document update information to each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room, so that each shared terminal can synchronously display files with the sharing terminal, and further, the files among all participants can be synchronously viewed, and the synchronism and the fluency of a conference are ensured.
In the embodiment of the application, the online documents are shared in batches by establishing the virtual demonstration room, so that the efficiency of sharing the documents can be improved, the document synchronization among participants can be realized as soon as possible, and the smoothness of document sharing is ensured. In addition, online documents supporting multi-user cooperation are shared, so that real-time operation and synchronous updating of the online documents by multiple users can be facilitated, and file synchronism is further improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, taking the conference scenario shown in fig. 3 as an example, the participants may include employees at different levels, for example, the participant shown in fig. 3 includes four levels, the first level is a general employee including employee a, employee B, employee C, and employee D, the second level is a middle manager including a king manager, the third level is a high-level manager including a director, and the fourth level is a presenter who may be considered to have the highest authority because the presenter is originally a presentation document. In order to enhance the diversity and applicability of file sharing, different viewing permission levels and editing permission levels can be set for participants at different levels, and in the specific implementation process, the setting mechanisms of the viewing permission levels and the editing permission levels can be the same or different. The viewing permission level is used for limiting the participants to see which contents in the shared file specifically, for example, the higher the viewing permission level is, the more comprehensive the contents can be seen, the editing permission level is used for limiting whether the participants can perform cooperative operation on the online document and which cooperative operation can be performed specifically when the cooperative operation can be performed, the viewing permission level and the editing permission level are controllable in the cloud, and therefore the reading and editing permissions of the collaborators can be set independently, and powerful document permission setting capacity can be provided by setting the viewing permission level and the editing permission level.
When submitting a first file to be shared to an online document server, a sharing terminal can mark some contents in the first file to be shared in advance or adopt other processing modes so that the online document server can effectively identify the contents with different marks, for example, as shown in fig. 10, one page in the first file to be shared is shown as an a diagram in fig. 10, which is original page data, when a presenter wants to share the page, the presenter wants to hide two parts of text contents, namely two monthly signposts 66, for a management leader, only hide the two parts of text contents, namely "design one monthly signpost 39, design two monthly signposts 66", and for the presenter himself, all the text contents need to be visible. Then the presenter can convert the page into three corresponding online data through the marks of the red circle and the blue rectangle frame when the online document server decodes the page of data, namely, as shown in a diagram a, a diagram b and a diagram c in fig. 10, and accordingly, three corresponding first document data can be obtained, and three first address information corresponding to the three first document data can be seen, and the content of the first online document corresponding to each address information is different.
In addition, besides the above-mentioned page content can be hidden according to users with different permission levels, some operation controls of the page can also be properly hidden, for example, fig. 10 a includes 5 operation controls of "participant list", "audio and video call", "view presentation list", "laser pen", "quit play", and the processed b diagram includes only 3 operation controls of "participant list", "audio and video call", "quit play", so that a user viewing the page shown in the b diagram cannot view the presentation list, cannot use the laser pen to perform operations such as online annotation or modification, and thus, partial collaboration permission of these collaborators is weakened considerably.
The sharing terminal can report all the three pieces of first address information to the presentation server, and further, the presentation server can obtain three pieces of first document data according to the three pieces of first address information. When the presentation server shares the first document data with the terminal devices in the first virtual presentation room, the presentation server may first determine the viewing permission levels of the terminal devices, divide the terminal devices having the same viewing permission level into one group, then determine one or more first document data matched with the viewing permission level of each group of terminal devices from the three first document data, and then share all the terminal devices in the group with the one or more document data corresponding to the viewing permission level of each group of terminal devices. If the viewing permission level of a group of terminal devices corresponds to one type of first document data, all terminal devices in the group play the same type of first document data, and if the viewing permission level of a group of terminal devices corresponds to multiple types of first document data, all terminal devices in the group may play the same type of first document data or may also play different types of first document data.
Continuing with the above example, for example, the first document data corresponding to the diagram a in fig. 10 is shared with the presenter and the director in fig. 3, the first document data corresponding to the diagram b in fig. 10 is shared with the employees a-D in fig. 3, and the first document data corresponding to the diagram c in fig. 10 is shared with the king manager in fig. 3, so that participants with different viewing permission levels can view slightly different page contents, because some contents in the file are only specific to some participants during the meeting process, contents which have no meaning or cannot be disclosed and need to be kept secret for some participants can be pre-hidden and filtered in the manner in the embodiment of the present application, so that each participant can obtain contents matching with its own permission level, the effectiveness of file sharing is improved, and the amount of shared data can also be reduced.
For the editing permission level mentioned above, taking the second terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room as an example, if it is monitored that the second terminal device performs an editing operation on the first online document, it may be determined whether the second terminal device has an editing permission, when the second terminal device has the editing permission, the editing operation is responded to obtain document update information of the first online document, and the document update information is determined to be synchronized to all the terminal devices or some terminal devices in the first virtual demonstration room according to the editing permission level, for example, the editing permission level is the highest, the document update information may be synchronized to each terminal device, for example, the editing permission level is general, the document update information may be synchronized to some terminal devices having the same viewing permission level or the same editing permission level as the second terminal device, for example, the editing permission level is the lowest, the document update information may be synchronized only to the second terminal device itself, in this way, the second terminal device itself may display a page change caused by the editing operation, and a user of the second terminal device may view this page change, but may not visually affect other terminal devices. When it is determined that the second terminal device does not have the editing right, the response to the editing operation may be prohibited, and at this time, the display page of each terminal device (including the second terminal device) does not change at all, so as to avoid the influence of the operation of the second terminal device on other participants as much as possible.
In a specific implementation process, the viewing permission levels of the viewers may be set in the sharing terminal by the presenter, for example, as shown in fig. 11, after the presenter clicks the "participant list" displayed in the sharing terminal, all participants in the first virtual presentation room may be displayed in a small window, as illustrated by the lower right diagram in fig. 11, in this case, the first virtual presentation room includes 5 participants, where the participant with the nickname "better tomorrow" is the presenter, and the other 4 participants are the viewers, and each viewer is followed by a five-pointed star marked, where the number of five-pointed stars indicates the high or low viewing permission level, the more five-pointed stars indicate the high viewing permission level, the highest viewing permission levels of "leaf guess" and "Tony" may be seen therein, as understood in conjunction with fig. 3, and "leaf guess" corresponds to, for example, the conquer in fig. 3, "tokyo" corresponds to, for example, and the manager of "Tony" in fig. 3, and thus, the guess level is higher. Further, the presenter may adjust the viewing permission level of each viewer, which will not be described in detail herein. Similarly, the viewing and setting of the editing permission level can also be handled in a similar manner, and will not be described repeatedly here.
During presentation of the first online document through the first virtual presentation room, other users may also add other online documents to be presented to the presentation list (or referred to as a presentation queue) to continue the presentation after the first online document is presented. For example, as shown in the upper diagram in fig. 12, during the presentation of the first online document, the user clicks the operation control of the "playlist" displayed on the display interface of the third terminal device in the first virtual presentation room, and then triggers the display of the playlist shown in the lower diagram in fig. 12, it is seen that there are 4 documents already added in the playlist at this time, further, the user may click the operation control of "add display file", then select one document from the third terminal device, convert the first file to be shared into the first online document, and add the first file to the online document, and then add the first file to the playlist. That is, the presentation server obtains a document adding request (for example, the aforementioned operation of clicking "add display file" and the operation of selecting a document) of the third terminal device, for example, the document adding request includes address information of the second online document, for example, the address information of the second online document is referred to as second address information, and the presentation server may respond to the document adding request and add the second online document to the presentation queue corresponding to the first virtual presentation room for subsequent sharing presentation.
For the second online document added to the presentation queue in the first virtual presentation room, the following two ways may be specifically adopted for presentation, which are respectively described below.
First demonstration mode
After the first online document is presented, the presentation server switches the file presentation authority of the first virtual presentation room from the first terminal device to the third terminal device, that is, the third terminal device continues to perform file presentation in the first virtual presentation room, and obtains document data (for example, referred to as second document data) corresponding to the second online document from the online document server according to the second address information, and then shares the second document data to each terminal device in the first virtual presentation room, so as to implement online sharing and presentation of the second online document.
That is, in the first presentation mode, the second online document is continuously presented in the first virtual presentation room, so that a plurality of online documents can be continuously presented in one virtual presentation room, and since participants included in one virtual presentation room generally do not change greatly, a scene in which the first online document and the second online document have the same audience is suitable, so that continuity in file switching and sharing can be ensured.
Second demonstration mode
The presentation server may further create a second virtual presentation room when the room switching trigger condition is met, and then share the second online document through the second virtual presentation room, that is, although the second online document is added to the presentation queue of the first virtual presentation room, the rooms may also be switched for presentation. In this case, the presentation server may set, for the third terminal device, a right to present the document in the second virtual presentation room, and obtain, according to the second address information, second document data corresponding to the second online document from the online document server, and broadcast the second document data to each terminal device in the second virtual presentation room, so as to implement online sharing presentation of the second online document.
For example, when the audience volumes of the second online document and the first online document are greatly different, if the presentation is continued in the first virtual presentation room, the second online document may be meaningless for most of the audiences, which wastes time of the users. In view of this, in the embodiment of the present application, the file can be continuously shared by switching rooms.
Moreover, after the second virtual demonstration room is newly created, the demonstration server may broadcast the second room information of the second virtual demonstration room to each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room, and each terminal device may display the room information (i.e., a new demonstration code) of the new virtual demonstration room on the current page, for example, the second room information corresponding to the second virtual demonstration room shown in the lower right corner of the upper diagram and the lower diagram in fig. 12, so that a user corresponding to the terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room may select whether to join the second virtual demonstration room according to their actual viewing requirements, and thus it is possible to ensure that the users joining the second virtual demonstration room are all users who really wish to view the second online document, so that the file is more targeted and more effective, and the user experience of the user can be increased. In addition, other terminal devices which are not in the first virtual demonstration room can also be added into the second virtual demonstration room by scanning the second room information, so that the terminal devices in the second virtual demonstration room are updated on the basis of the terminal devices included in the first virtual demonstration room, and the effective sharing requirement of the second online document is met.
In a specific implementation process, the foregoing room switching trigger condition refers to a condition that a virtual presentation room can be switched, for example, a second virtual presentation room can be created again when a first online document starts presentation; alternatively, the second virtual presentation room may be re-created when the presentation duration of the first online document reaches a predetermined duration (e.g., 3 minutes); alternatively, the second virtual presentation room may be re-created when the remaining presentation pages of the first online document reach a predetermined number, e.g., 10 pages remaining for a PPT file; or, when the content of the first online document belongs to the content of the predetermined domain (e.g., science and technology or sports), and reaches the first predetermined time (e.g., 4 th minute after the start of the presentation) after the first online document starts the presentation; alternatively, the document type of the first online document belongs to a predetermined document type (e.g., EXCEL or PPT), and a second predetermined time after the first online document starts presentation (e.g., 4 th or 5 th minute after the start of presentation) is reached.
In the embodiment of the present application, some possible switch room triggering conditions are enumerated, for example, whether to recreate a new virtual presentation room may be determined according to the presentation duration of the first online document only, so that there is sufficient time for other users to join in the newly created virtual presentation room when the new virtual presentation room is actually needed to present other online documents, and continuity and fluency of file switch presentation are ensured as much as possible. Or for example, the document content (and the document type) and the presentation duration of the first online document may be considered at the same time, so that, by comparing the document content with the document type itself or with the second online document, it may be more accurately determined whether a new virtual presentation room needs to be created, and the new virtual presentation room may be created at a suitable time according to the presentation duration of the first online document, so as to meet the presentation requirement of the second online document as much as possible.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application provides a file sharing system, which includes a presentation server, a sharing terminal and a shared terminal, wherein:
the sharing terminal is used for sending a demonstration request for requesting a demonstration document to the demonstration server, wherein the demonstration request comprises address information of a first online document and room information of a first virtual demonstration room created by the demonstration server, and the first online document is an online document capable of being cooperated by multiple persons;
the demonstration server is used for responding to the demonstration request, obtaining the document data corresponding to the first online document according to the address information of the first online document, and sharing the document data corresponding to the first online document to each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room;
the shared terminal is used for obtaining the document data of the first online document shared by the demonstration server; acquiring a playing component matched with the document type of the first online document; and calling the playing component to display the first online document according to the document data of the first online document.
According to the file sharing system in the embodiment of the application, the demonstration server can realize batch sharing of online documents in a mode of establishing the virtual demonstration room, so that the file sharing efficiency is improved, the file sharing fluency is ensured, and the use experience of a user is enhanced.
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present application provide a file sharing apparatus, which may be a hardware structure, a software module, or a hardware structure plus a software module. The file sharing device is, for example, the presentation server itself mentioned in the foregoing embodiment, or may be a functional device disposed in the presentation server, and the file sharing device may be implemented by a chip system, and the chip system may be formed by a chip, and may also include the chip and other discrete devices. Referring to fig. 13, a file sharing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application includes an obtaining module 1301 and a file sharing module 1302, where:
an obtaining module 1301, configured to obtain a presentation request of a first terminal device requesting a presentation document, where the presentation request includes address information of a first online document and room information of a first virtual presentation room created by a presentation server, and the first online document is an online document that may be collaborated by multiple people;
the file sharing module 1302 is configured to, in response to the presentation request, obtain document data corresponding to the first online document according to the address information of the first online document, and share the document data corresponding to the first online document to each terminal device in the first virtual presentation room.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 13 with continued reference, the file sharing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application further includes an authority setting module 1303 and a monitoring module 1304, where:
the permission setting module 1303 is configured to set a file presentation permission of the first virtual presentation room to the first terminal device;
a monitoring module 1304, configured to monitor a first demonstration operation performed by a first terminal device on a first online document based on a file demonstration permission;
the file sharing module 1302 is further configured to synchronously share the document operation information corresponding to the first presentation operation to each terminal device in the first virtual presentation room.
In one possible implementation manner, the demonstration request comprises at least two pieces of first address information, and the content of the first online document corresponding to each piece of first address information is different; then, the file sharing module 1302 is configured to: obtaining at least two kinds of document data corresponding to the first online document according to the at least two pieces of first address information; determining the watching authority level of each terminal device, and dividing the terminal devices with the same watching authority level into a group; determining document data matched with the watching authority level of each group of terminal equipment from at least two kinds of document data; and sharing the document data matched with the watching permission level of each group of terminal equipment to the group of terminal equipment.
In a possible implementation manner, the file sharing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application further includes an editing module, configured to monitor an editing operation performed on the first online document by a second terminal device in the first virtual presentation room; determining whether the second terminal device has an editing right; when the second terminal equipment has the editing right, obtaining the document updating information of the first online document according to the editing operation;
the file sharing module 1302 is further configured to synchronize the document update information to all terminal devices or some terminal devices in the first virtual demonstration room according to the editing permission level of the second terminal device.
In a possible implementation manner, the file sharing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application further includes a document adding module, configured to: obtaining a document adding request of a third terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room, wherein the document adding request comprises address information of a second online document, and the second online document is an online document capable of being cooperated by multiple persons; and responding to the document adding request, and adding the second online document into the presentation queue corresponding to the first virtual presentation room.
In a possible implementation manner, the file sharing module 1302 is further configured to, after the presentation of the first online document is completed, obtain document data corresponding to the second online document according to address information of the second online document, and share the document data corresponding to the second online document to each terminal device in the first virtual presentation room.
In a possible implementation manner, the permission setting module 1303 is further configured to set a file presentation permission of the first virtual presentation room to the third terminal device; the file sharing module 1302 is further configured to monitor a second demonstration operation performed by a third terminal device for a second online document based on the file demonstration permission, and synchronously share document operation information corresponding to the second demonstration operation to each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room.
In a possible implementation manner, the file sharing module 1302 is further configured to obtain document data corresponding to the second online document according to the address information of the second online document, and share the document data of the second online document to each terminal device in the second virtual presentation room.
In a possible implementation manner, the file sharing module 1302 is further configured to create a second virtual presentation room when the room switching trigger condition is met, and share room information of the second virtual presentation room in the first virtual presentation room.
In one possible embodiment, the room switching trigger condition comprises any one of:
determining that a first online document starts presentation; or
Determining that the demonstration duration of the first online document reaches a preset duration; or
Determining that a predetermined number of remaining presentation pages of the first online document are reached; or
When the content of the first online document belongs to the content of the preset field, determining to reach a first preset moment after the first online document starts to demonstrate; or
And when the document type of the first online document belongs to the preset document type, determining that a second preset moment after the first online document starts to present is reached.
All relevant contents of each step related to the presentation server in the embodiment of the file sharing method may be referred to the functional description of the functional module corresponding to the file sharing device in the embodiment of the present application, and are not described herein again.

The file sharing device is, for example, the demonstration terminal or the sharing terminal mentioned in the foregoing embodiment, or may be a function device disposed in the demonstration terminal or the sharing terminal, and the file sharing device may be implemented by a chip system, and the chip system may be formed by a chip, and may also include a chip and other discrete devices. Referring to fig. 14, the file sharing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application includes a first determining module 1401, a second determining module 1402, a sending module 1403, a monitoring module 1404, and a file sharing module 1405, where:
a first determining module 1401 for determining room information of a first virtual presentation room created by a presentation server;
a second determining module 1402, configured to determine a first online document, where the first online document is an online document that can be collaborated by multiple people;
a sending module 1403, configured to send a presentation request requesting a presentation document to the presentation server, where the presentation request includes address information and room information of the first online document;
a monitoring module 1404, configured to monitor a presentation operation performed on the first online document based on the file presentation permission set by the presentation server;

In a possible implementation manner, the file sharing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
the receiving module is used for receiving the document data of the first online document sent by the demonstration server;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a playing component matched with the document type of the first online document;
and the display module is used for calling the playing component and displaying the first online document according to the document data.
In a possible implementation manner, the first online document is an online document obtained by the online document server calling an encoding component matched with the document type of the first online document and encoding the first file to be shared.
In a possible implementation manner, the room information includes any one of two-dimensional code information or character information, and the file sharing apparatus in this embodiment further includes a room adding module, configured to: and adding the first virtual demonstration room by scanning the room two-dimensional code information or inputting character information.
In the embodiment of the file sharing method, all relevant contents of each step related to the sharing terminal or the presentation terminal may be referred to the functional description of the functional module corresponding to the file sharing device in this embodiment, and are not described herein again.

Referring to fig. 15, the file sharing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application includes a first obtaining module 1501, a determining module 1502, a second obtaining module 1503, and a displaying module 1504, where:
a first obtaining module 1501, configured to obtain first document data of a first online document sent by a presentation server; the first online document is an online document capable of being cooperated by multiple persons, and the first online document is requested to be shared in a first virtual demonstration room created by a demonstration server by a sharing terminal;
a determination module 1502 for determining a document type of a first online document;
a second obtaining module 1503, configured to obtain a playing component that matches the document type of the first online document;
the displaying module 1504 is used to invoke the playing component to display the first online document according to the document data of the first online document.
In a possible implementation manner, the file sharing apparatus in this embodiment of the application further includes a sending module, configured to send a document adding request that includes address information of a second online document to the presentation server, so that the presentation server adds the second online document to a presentation queue corresponding to the first virtual presentation room, where the second online document is an online document that can be collaborated by multiple people.
In the embodiment of the file sharing method, all relevant contents of each step related to the shared terminal or the viewing terminal may be referred to the functional description of the functional module corresponding to the file sharing apparatus in this embodiment, and are not described herein again.
The division of the modules in the embodiments of the present application is schematic, and only one logical function division is provided, and in actual implementation, there may be another division manner, and in addition, each functional module in each embodiment of the present application may be integrated in one processor, may also exist alone physically, or may also be integrated in one module by two or more modules. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present application embodiment provides a computing device, such as the demonstration server described in the foregoing method embodiment, as shown in fig. 16, the computing device in the present application embodiment includes at least one processor 1601, and a memory 1602 and a communication interface 1603 connected to the at least one processor 1601, the specific connection medium between the processor 1601 and the memory 1602 is not limited in the present application embodiment, the connection between the processor 1601 and the memory 1602 is taken as an example in fig. 16, the bus 1600 is shown by a thick line in fig. 16, and the connection manner between other components is only schematically illustrated and is not taken as a limitation. The bus 1600 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc., and is shown with only one thick line in fig. 16 for ease of illustration, but does not represent only one bus or type of bus.
In the embodiment of the present application, the memory 1602 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 1601, and the at least one processor 1601 executes the instructions stored in the memory 1602 to perform the steps included in the file sharing method.
The processor 1601 is a control center of the computing device, and can connect various parts of the whole computing device by using various interfaces and lines, and by running or executing instructions stored in the memory 1602 and calling data stored in the memory 1602, various functions of the computing device and processing data are performed, so as to perform overall monitoring on the computing device. Optionally, the processor 1601 may include one or more processing modules, and the processor 1601 may integrate an application processor and a modem processor, wherein the processor 1601 mainly processes an operating system, a user interface, an application program, and the like, and the modem processor mainly processes wireless communication. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 1601. In some embodiments, the processor 1601 and the memory 1602 may be implemented on the same chip, or in some embodiments, they may be implemented separately on separate chips.
The processor 1601 may be a general purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a digital signal processor, an application specific integrated circuit, a field programmable gate array or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, and may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or may be implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in a processor.
The memory 1602, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The Memory 1602 may include at least one type of storage medium, and may include, for example, a flash Memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card-type Memory, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a charged Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic Memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and the like. The memory 1602 is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 1602 in the embodiments of the present application may also be circuitry or any other device capable of performing a storage function to store program instructions and/or data.
The communication interface 1603 is a transmission interface capable of being used for communication, and may receive data or send data through the communication interface 1603, for example, data required for performing a performance test on a service system, which is sent by other equipment, may be received through the communication interface 1603, and the obtained performance test result may also be sent to other equipment through the communication interface 1603.
Further, the computing device includes a basic input/output system (I/O system) 1604, a mass storage device 1608 for storing an operating system 1605, application programs 1606, and other program modules 1607, which facilitate transfer of information between the various devices within the computing device.
The basic input/output system 1604 includes a display 1609 for displaying information and an input device 1610 such as a mouse, keyboard, etc. for a user to input information. Wherein a display 1609 and an input device 1610 are connected to the processor 1601 by way of a basic input/output system 1604 connected to the system bus 1600. The basic input/output system 1604 may also include an input/output controller for receiving and processing input from a number of other devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, or electronic stylus. Similarly, an input-output controller may also provide output to a display screen, a printer, or other type of output device.
The mass storage device 1608 is connected to the processor 1601 by a mass storage controller (not shown) that is connected to the system bus 1600. The mass storage device 1608 and its associated computer-readable media provide non-volatile storage for the server package. That is, the mass storage device 1608 may include a computer-readable medium (not shown) such as a hard disk or CD-ROM drive.
According to various embodiments of the present application, the computing device package may also be operated by a remote computer connected to the network through a network, such as the Internet. That is, the computing device may be connected to the network 1611 through a communication interface 1603 coupled to the system bus 1600, or the communication interface 1603 may be used to connect to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown).
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal device, where the terminal device may be, for example, the sharing terminal or the demonstration terminal mentioned in the foregoing method embodiment, or may also be the shared terminal or the viewing terminal mentioned in the foregoing method embodiment. Referring to fig. 17, the terminal device in this embodiment of the present disclosure includes at least one processor 1701 and a memory 1702 connected to the at least one processor, and a specific connection medium between the processor 1701 and the memory 1702 is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure, for example, the processor 1701 and the memory 1702 may be connected by a bus, and the bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, the memory 1702 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 1701, and the at least one processor 1701 may execute the steps included in the file sharing method by executing the instructions stored in the memory 1702.
The Processor 1701 may be a general-purpose Processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, and may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present Application. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or may be implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in a processor.
Memory 1702 is provided as a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium that may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The Memory may include at least one type of storage medium, and may include, for example, a flash Memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card-type Memory, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a charged Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic Memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and so on. The memory is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 1702 of the embodiments of the present application may also be circuitry or any other device capable of performing a storage function for storing program instructions and/or data.
The processor 1701 is a control center of the terminal device, and can connect various parts of the whole terminal device by using various interfaces and lines, and perform various functions and process data of the terminal device by running or executing instructions stored in the memory 1702 and calling data stored in the memory 1702, thereby performing overall monitoring of the terminal device. Alternatively, the processor 1701 may include one or more processing units, and the processor 1701 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, and the like, and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 1701. In some embodiments, the processor 1701 and the memory 1702 may be implemented on the same chip, or in some embodiments, they may be implemented separately on separate chips.
Further, the terminal device in this embodiment of the present application may further include an input unit 1703, a display unit 1704, a radio frequency unit 1705, an audio circuit 1706, a speaker 1707, a microphone 1708, a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) module 1709, a bluetooth module 1710, a power supply 1711, an external interface 1712, an earphone jack 1713, and other components. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 17 is merely an example of a terminal device and is not intended to limit the terminal device, which may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or different components.
The input unit 1703 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the terminal device. For example, the input unit 1703 may include a touch screen 1714 and other input devices 1715. The touch screen 1714 may collect touch operations by a user on or near the touch screen 1714 (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch screen 1714 using any suitable object such as a finger, a joint, a stylus, etc.), that is, the touch screen 1714 may be used to detect touch pressure and touch input position and touch input area and drive the corresponding connection device according to a preset program. The touch screen 1714 may detect a touch operation of the touch screen 1714 by a user, convert the touch operation into a touch signal, and transmit the touch signal to the processor 1701, or may be understood as transmitting touch information of the touch operation to the processor 1701, and may receive and execute a command transmitted from the processor 1701. The touch information may include at least one of pressure magnitude information and pressure duration information. The touch screen 1714 can provide an input interface and an output interface between the terminal device and the user. In addition, the touch screen 1714 can be implemented using various types, such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. The input unit 1703 may include other input devices 1715 in addition to the touch screen 1714. For example, other input devices 1715 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 1704 may be used to display information input by the user or information provided to the user and various menus of the terminal device. Further, the touch screen 1714 may cover the display unit 1704, and when the touch screen 1714 detects a touch operation on or near the touch screen, the touch screen may transmit the pressure information of the touch operation to the processor 1701. In the embodiment of the present application, the touch screen 1714 and the display unit 1704 may be integrated into one component to implement the input, output, and display functions of the terminal device. For convenience of description, the embodiment of the present application is schematically illustrated by taking the case that the touch screen 1714 represents the functional set of the touch screen 1714 and the display unit 1704, but of course, in some embodiments, the touch screen 1714 and the display unit 1704 may be taken as two separate components.
When the display unit 1704 and the touch panel are superimposed on each other in the form of layers to form a touch screen 1714, the display unit 1704 may function as an input device and an output device, and when functioning as an output device, may be used to display images, for example, to enable playing of various videos. The Display unit 1704 may include at least one of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display (TFT-LCD), an Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) Display, an Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode (AMOLED) Display, an In-Plane Switching (IPS) Display, a flexible Display, a 3D Display, and the like. Some of these displays may be configured to be transparent to allow a user to view from the outside, which may be referred to as transparent displays, and the terminal device may include two or more display units (or other display means) according to a particular desired embodiment, for example, the terminal device may include an external display unit (not shown in fig. 17) and an internal display unit (not shown in fig. 17).
Rf unit 1705 may be used for transmitting and receiving information or receiving and transmitting signals during a call. Typically, the radio frequency circuit includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. Further, the radio frequency unit 1705 may also communicate with network devices and other devices through wireless communication.
The audio circuitry 1706, speaker 1707, and microphone 1708 may provide an audio interface between a user and a terminal device. The audio circuit 1706 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 1707, and convert the electrical signal into an acoustic signal by the speaker 1707 and output the acoustic signal. On the other hand, the microphone 1708 converts the collected sound signals into electrical signals, which are received by the audio circuit 1706 and converted into audio data, which is processed by the audio data output processor 1701 and then transmitted via the rf unit 1705 to another electronic device, for example, or the audio data is output to the memory 1702 for further processing, and the audio circuit may also include a headphone jack 1713 for providing a connection interface between the audio circuit and headphones.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and terminal equipment can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through a WiFi module 1709, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 17 shows the WiFi module 1709, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the terminal device, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communication technology. By using the bluetooth technology, the communication between mobile communication devices such as a palm computer, a notebook computer and a mobile phone can be effectively simplified, the communication between the devices and the Internet (Internet) can also be successfully simplified, the terminal device enables the data transmission between the terminal device and the Internet to be more rapid and efficient through the bluetooth module 1710, and a road is widened for wireless communication. Bluetooth technology is an open solution that enables wireless transmission of voice and data. Although fig. 17 shows the bluetooth module 1710, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the terminal device, and may be omitted entirely as needed within a range not changing the essence of the invention.
The terminal device may also include a power supply 1711, such as a battery, for receiving external power or for powering various components within the terminal device. Preferably, the power supply 1711 may be logically connected to the processor 901 through a power management system, so as to realize functions of managing charging, discharging, power consumption management and the like through the power management system.
The terminal device may further include an external interface 1712, where the external interface 1712 may include a standard Micro USB interface, may also include a multi-pin connector, and may be used to connect the terminal device to communicate with other devices, and may also be used to connect a charger to charge the terminal device.
Although not shown, the terminal device in the embodiment of the present application may further include a camera, a flash, and other possible functional modules, which are not described herein again.
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present application further provide a file sharing system, where the file sharing system includes three file sharing apparatuses as included in fig. 13 to fig. 15.
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer instructions and when the computer instructions are executed on a computer, causes the computer to perform the steps of the file sharing method as described above.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a chip system, where the chip system includes a processor and may further include a memory, and is configured to implement the steps of the file sharing method. The chip system may be formed by a chip, and may also include a chip and other discrete devices.
In some possible embodiments, the aspects of the file sharing method provided in this application may also be implemented in the form of a program product, which includes program code for causing a computer to perform the steps of the file sharing method according to the various exemplary embodiments of this application described above when the program product runs on the computer.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (23)

1. A file sharing method, the method comprising:
receiving a file sharing request sent by first terminal equipment, creating a first virtual demonstration room based on the file sharing request, and returning room information of the first virtual demonstration room to the first terminal equipment, wherein the room information comprises at least one of a two-dimensional code and a character sequence; the first virtual presentation room is a set of all participants of file sharing;
receiving a request that the first terminal equipment joins the first virtual demonstration room by scanning the two-dimensional code or scanning or inputting the character sequence, so that the first terminal equipment joins the first virtual demonstration room;
acquiring a demonstration request of a first terminal device for requesting a demonstration document, wherein a first online document carried in the demonstration request is a document which is converted from a local document and can be cooperated by multiple persons; the demonstration request also comprises at least two pieces of first address information, and the content of the first online document corresponding to each piece of first address information is different; the first virtual presentation room comprises a presentation queue comprising one or more online documents;
obtaining document data corresponding to a first online document according to address information of the first online document carried in the demonstration request, and displaying the document data corresponding to the first online document in the first virtual demonstration room so as to share the document data with each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room, so that a participant corresponding to each terminal device can synchronously view the first online document, wherein each terminal enters the first virtual demonstration room by scanning the two-dimensional code or by scanning or inputting the character sequence;
and when a room switching triggering condition is met, a second virtual demonstration room is created, and the room information of the second virtual demonstration room is shared in the first virtual demonstration room.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
setting the file demonstration authority of the first virtual demonstration room to the first terminal device;
monitoring a first demonstration operation of the first terminal device on the first online document based on the file demonstration permission;
and synchronously sharing the document operation information corresponding to the first demonstration operation to each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room.

The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein obtaining document data corresponding to the first online document according to the address information of the first online document, and sharing the document data corresponding to the first online document to each terminal device in the first virtual presentation room comprises:
obtaining at least two kinds of document data corresponding to the first online document according to the at least two pieces of first address information;
determining the watching authority level of each terminal device, and dividing the terminal devices with the same watching authority level into a group;
determining document data matched with the watching authority level of each group of terminal equipment from the at least two kinds of document data;
and sharing the document data matched with the watching authority level of each group of terminal equipment to the group of terminal equipment.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the method further comprises:
monitoring editing operation of a second terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room for the first online document;
determining whether the second terminal device has an editing right;
and when the second terminal equipment has the editing right, obtaining the document updating information of the first online document according to the editing operation, and synchronizing the document updating information to all terminal equipment or part of terminal equipment in the first virtual demonstration room according to the editing right level of the second terminal equipment.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a document adding request of a third terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room, wherein the document adding request comprises address information of a second online document, and the second online document is an online document capable of being cooperated by multiple persons;
and responding to the document adding request, and adding the second online document into a presentation queue corresponding to the first virtual presentation room.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and after the first online document is completely demonstrated, obtaining document data corresponding to the second online document according to the address information of the second online document, and sharing the document data corresponding to the second online document to each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
setting the file presentation permission of the first virtual presentation room to the third terminal equipment;
monitoring a second demonstration operation of the third terminal device on the second online document based on the file demonstration permission;
and synchronously sharing the document operation information corresponding to the second demonstration operation to each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and obtaining document data corresponding to the second online document according to the address information of the second online document, and sharing the document data corresponding to the second online document to each terminal device in the second virtual demonstration room.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the switch room trigger condition comprises any one of:
determining that the first online document starts presentation; or
Determining that the presentation time length of the first online document reaches a preset time length; or
Determining that a predetermined number of remaining presentation pages of the first online document are reached; or
When the content of the first online document belongs to the content of a preset field, determining that a first preset moment after the first online document starts to demonstrate is reached; or
And when the document type of the first online document belongs to a preset document type, determining that a second preset time after the first online document starts to present is reached.
10. A file sharing method is applied to a sharing terminal and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of determining room information of a first virtual demonstration room created by a demonstration server, and determining a first online document, wherein the room information comprises at least one of a two-dimensional code and a character sequence; the first online document is an online document which is converted from a local document and can be collaborated by multiple persons; the first virtual presentation room refers to a set of all participants of file sharing;
sending a demonstration request for requesting a demonstration document to the demonstration server, wherein the demonstration request comprises at least two pieces of first address information and the room information, and the contents of the first online documents corresponding to the first address information are different;
monitoring a demonstration operation performed on the first online document based on the file demonstration authority set by the demonstration server;
sending document operation information corresponding to the demonstration operation to the demonstration server, so that the demonstration server synchronously shares the document operation information to each terminal device in the first virtual demonstration room; each terminal enters the first virtual demonstration room by scanning the two-dimensional code or by scanning or inputting the character sequence; the first virtual presentation room comprises a presentation queue comprising one or more online documents;
displaying room information of a second virtual presentation room in the first virtual presentation room; the second virtual presentation room is created by the presentation server when a switch room trigger condition is satisfied.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving document data of the first online document sent by the presentation server;
acquiring a playing component matched with the document type of the first online document;
and calling the playing component, and displaying the first online document according to the document data.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein the first online document is an online document obtained by the online document server calling an encoding component matching a document type of the first online document and encoding the first file to be shared.
13. The method of any one of claims 10-12, wherein the room information includes any one of two-dimensional code information or character information, the method further comprising:
and adding the two-dimensional code information or the character information into the first virtual demonstration room by scanning.
14. A method for sharing files is applied to a shared terminal, and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of determining room information of a first virtual demonstration room created by a demonstration server, wherein the room information comprises at least one of a two-dimensional code and a character sequence; the first virtual presentation room refers to a set of all participants of file sharing;
obtaining document data of a first online document sent by a presentation server by scanning the two-dimensional code or by scanning or inputting the character sequence into the first virtual presentation room; the first online document is an online document which is converted from a local document and can be cooperated by multiple persons, and the first online document is requested to be shared in a first virtual demonstration room established by the demonstration server by a sharing terminal; each of the first online documents includes different content; the first virtual presentation room comprises a presentation queue comprising one or more online documents;
determining a document type of the first online document;
acquiring a playing component matched with the document type of the first online document;
calling the playing component, and displaying the first online document according to the document data;
sharing room information of a second virtual presentation room in the first virtual presentation room; the second virtual presentation room is created by the presentation server when a switch room trigger condition is satisfied.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the method further comprises:
and sending a document adding request comprising address information of a second online document to the presentation server so that the presentation server adds the second online document to a presentation queue corresponding to the first virtual presentation room, wherein the second online document is an online document which can be cooperated by multiple persons.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the method further comprises:
after the first online document is presented, sharing the second online document in the first virtual presentation room; alternatively, the first and second liquid crystal display panels may be,
sharing the second online document in a second virtual presentation room.

the system comprises a first determination module, a second determination module and a display module, wherein the first determination module is used for determining room information of a first virtual demonstration room created by a demonstration server, and the room information comprises at least one of a two-dimensional code and a character sequence; the first virtual presentation room refers to a set of all participants of file sharing;
the second determining module is used for determining a first online document, wherein the first online document is an online document which is converted from a local document and can be collaborated by multiple persons;
