Moreover, method embodiments may include additional steps and/or omit performing the illustrated steps. The scope of the present disclosure is not limited in this respect.
The term "include" and variations thereof as used herein are open-ended, i.e., "including but not limited to". The term "based on" is "based, at least in part, on". The term "one embodiment" means "at least one embodiment"; the term "another embodiment" means "at least one additional embodiment"; the term "some embodiments" means "at least some embodiments". Relevant definitions for other terms will be given in the following description.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like in the present disclosure are only used for distinguishing different devices, modules or units, and are not used for limiting the order or interdependence relationship of the functions performed by the devices, modules or units.
It is noted that references to "a", "an", and "the" modifications in this disclosure are intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and that those skilled in the art will recognize that "one or more" may be used unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
In the process of implementing the present disclosure, the applicant of the present disclosure finds that when a user shares a mail with other users, the user is directed to sharing of one mail, that is, only one mail can be shared each time. If the user wants to share multiple mails, the user needs to search the multiple mails by himself and share the multiple mails for multiple times, so that the sharing operation is complex, the sharing efficiency is reduced, and the user experience is also reduced. In view of the above, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, in response to a detected mail sharing operation triggered by a sharer for a first mail, at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined from a second mail matched with the first mail, and the at least one target mail is shared to a sharee corresponding to the sharee information according to the obtained sharee information, so that the at least one matched target mail can be shared to the sharee at one time, a user does not need to search for a related mail by himself, and multiple times of sharing are not needed, thereby simplifying the user sharing operation, improving the sharing efficiency and improving the user experience.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information sharing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is applicable to a case where a mail of a user is shared with other users. The method can be executed by an information sharing device, and the device can be realized by software and/or hardware and is integrated in a mailbox client of a sharer. The mailbox client may be integrated in a Personal Computer (PC) terminal or a mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, in response to the fact that the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer for the first mail is detected, at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined from second mails matched with the first mail, wherein the second mails comprise the first mail and/or other mails.
The sharer may be a user who desires to perform a mail sharing operation. The first mail may refer to any mail in the sharee's current mailbox. Illustratively, the first mail may include: mail in the editing state, received mail in the inbox, sent mail in the outbox, or edited mail stored in the draftbox. The mail in the editing state may refer to a new editable mail generated by the sharer by triggering the mail writing operation. For example, fig. 2 shows an example of a display interface of a mail in an editing state. The second email can be an email which is determined in advance based on a preset matching condition and is matched with the first email in the current mailbox of the sharer; or the mails which are determined in real time based on the preset matching conditions and are matched with the first mail in the current mailbox of the sharer. The second mail may include the first mail, i.e., the first mail matches itself; the second mail may not include the first mail, that is, the second mail only includes other mails matching the first mail. The target email may refer to the current email to be shared screened from the second email. The target mails can be one or more, and the specific number of the target mails can be determined based on the number of the second mails and/or the preset screening condition of the second mails.
Specifically, when the sharer needs to share the first email and/or other emails matched with the first email, the sharer may trigger the email sharing operation based on a preset sharing button on the email display interface of the first email, for example, the email sharing operation is triggered by clicking the preset sharing button on the email display interface of the first email. The click operation may be a touch click manner or a mouse click manner. In this embodiment, a preset sharing button may be set on the mail display interface of each first mail, so that the mail sharing operation may be triggered for any mail in the current mailbox. The preset sharing button may refer to an entry identifier of a shared email, and may be set at any position on the email display interface, and the specific position of the sharing button is not limited in this embodiment. For example, a preset sharing button (see the dotted circle in fig. 2) in the mail in the editing state in fig. 2 may be disposed in the upper right corner of the mail display interface, so that the mail in the editing state may be shared based on the preset sharing button.
When detecting a mail sharing operation triggered for a first mail, a mailbox client of a sharer may acquire a second mail in a current mailbox, where the second mail is matched with the first mail, for example, acquire a mail in the current mailbox, which has a same subject name as the first mail, as the second mail, or acquire a mail having a reference relationship with the first mail, as the second mail. Determining at least one target email to be shared currently from the second emails based on preset screening conditions, for example, determining each email in the second emails as a target email; or the second mails corresponding to the preset receiving time period, the preset sending time period and/or the designated sender-receiver are determined as the target mails and the like, so that the automatic matching of the mails can be realized without the need of searching the associated mails by the user. It should be noted that if there is no second email matching the first email in the current mailbox or there is no target email meeting the preset screening condition, a prompt message that the email cannot be shared may be displayed on the current display interface to prompt the user to share other emails or adjust the preset screening condition, etc.
For example, the preset sharing button can be arranged on a mail display interface of the first mail and/or on a display interface of a mail group containing the first mail. For example, if the mailboxes store the mailpieces in a sorted manner in the form of a group of mailpieces, a preset sharing button may be provided on a display interface of each group of mailpieces, so that a mail sharing operation may be triggered for each group of mailpieces. For example, fig. 3 shows a display example of a preset sharing button. As shown in fig. 3, three mails with the same subject name are added into the same mail group for display, and a preset sharing button (see the dotted circle in fig. 3) is arranged at the top of the display interface of the mail group, so that the sharer can trigger a mail sharing operation for the mail group. When the mailbox client of the sharer detects a mail sharing operation triggered by a mail group containing a first mail, a second mail matched with the first mail can be determined based on the mail group, for example, each mail in the mail group is determined as a second mail matched with the first mail.
It should be noted that, due to the difference in the sizes of the display interfaces of the PC and the mobile terminal, the setting position of the preset sharing button and the display content of the email interface may be different, but the email sharing process in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed if the email sharing logics of the PC and the mobile terminal are consistent.
And S120, obtaining the information of the sharees, and sharing at least one target mail to the sharees corresponding to the information of the sharees according to the information of the sharees so as to display the target mail on the client interfaces corresponding to the sharees.
The information of the shared person may include: at least one user information and/or at least one user group information. The sharee corresponding to the sharee information may include at least one single user and/or each user in at least one user group. The sharee information can comprise IM information of the sharee so as to share the target mail to the IM client corresponding to the sharee; the method can also comprise sharee mailbox information so as to share the target mail to the mailbox client corresponding to the sharee. The mailbox client of the sharer and the IM client can be different clients or can be a function module which is communicated under the same client, so that the mailbox client and the IM client can communicate more conveniently.
Specifically, the mailbox client of the sharer may display a display interface for acquiring information of the sharee in response to the detected mail sharing operation, so that the sharer may manually input information of the sharee on the display interface, or select required information of the sharee based on the displayed information of each sharee, so as to acquire information of the sharee based on the input operation or the selection operation of the user. According to the information of the sharees, the target mails can be shared with the sharees corresponding to the information of the sharees, and the target mails are displayed on the client sides corresponding to the sharees, so that the matched target mails are shared with the sharees at one time, multiple sharing is not needed, the user sharing operation is simplified, and the mail sharing efficiency is improved.
For example, when the target email is shared with each user in the user group, the target email can be shared into the group conversation interface of the user group, so that each user in the user group can view the shared target email on the group conversation interface, and the sharer and the sharee can communicate with each other on the user group conversation interface for the shared target email, thereby improving user experience.
It should be noted that the target mails shared by the mail sharing operation may be controlled by the sharer. Specifically, the operation right of the sharee to the target email obtained by sharing by the sharer is a temporary right, and the temporary right of the sharee to the target email is limited by the operation triggered by the sharer. For example, based on a sharing ending operation triggered by a sharer, the target email is no longer visible at the shared end. And if the target mail is a received mail or a sent mail in the sharer mailbox, the sharer performs sharing operation on the target mail without modifying the mail content of the target mail. That is, no matter what kind of temporary authority the sharer gives to the sharee, the target email presented by the sharee is at least a part of the target email determined based on the temporary authority. In addition, the sharer can set different mail processing rights for different sharees. Compared with the operation of forwarding the mail, the mail forwarded by the mail forwarding operation is the mail really received by the forwarder and is not controlled by the forwarder, the mail content of the mail to be forwarded in the mailbox can be modified, and different forwarders have the same mail processing authority, so that the mail sharing operation is different from the existing mail forwarding operation.
For example, the step S110 of "determining at least one target email to be currently shared from the second emails matching with the first email" may include: if the first mail is in an editing state, determining the first mail as a target mail to be shared currently; after S120, the method may further include: and when the editing operation of the sharer for the target mail is detected, updating the target mail received in the client corresponding to the sharee according to the current editing content of the sharer, so that the sharee can view the current editing content of the sharer based on the updated target mail.
Specifically, the mailbox client of the sharer can share the mail in the editing state as a target mail to the sharee corresponding to the sharee information, so that the sharee can view a new mail being edited by the sharee, and the sharer and the sharee can collaboratively edit the mail, thereby further meeting the personalized requirements of the user.
According to the technical scheme, the method and the device for sharing the mail comprise the steps that in response to the mail sharing operation triggered by a sharer aiming at a first mail, at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined from a second mail matched with the first mail, and the at least one target mail is shared to the sharee corresponding to the sharee information according to the obtained sharee information, so that the at least one matched target mail can be shared to the sharee at one time, a user does not need to search related mails by himself, multiple times of sharing is not needed, the user sharing operation is simplified, the sharing efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing technical solution, the "determining at least one target email to be currently shared from the second email matched with the first email" in S120 may include: displaying a second email matched with the first email in the display interface; and determining at least one target mail to be shared currently according to the second mail selected by the sharer in the display interface.
Specifically, in the embodiment, each second email matched with the first email can be displayed on the display interface, so that the sharer can select the email to be shared from the displayed second emails based on the self requirement, and each target email to be shared currently can be obtained based on the selection operation of the user, so that the flexibility of email sharing is improved, and meanwhile, the personalized requirement of the user is met.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, after S120, the method may further include: acquiring the identity of a sharee; and displaying the identity of the sharee at a preset position in a mail display interface of a target mail in a mailbox client of the sharee.
The identity of the sharee may include an avatar identity and/or an account identity of the sharee. The shared person avatar identification may include, but is not limited to: the sharee photo and the sharee name. The sharees names may include, but are not limited to: the name Chinese character full name, the name English full name, the name Chinese character abbreviation or the name English abbreviation. The sharee account identification may include, but is not limited to: IM account name or mailbox account name. The mailbox account name can be a complete mailbox account name or a mailbox prefix name. The preset position in the mail display interface of the target mail can be any blank position in the mail display interface of the target mail, and can be set in advance based on business requirements. For example, the preset position in the mail display interface of the target mail can be, but is not limited to, the upper right corner of the mail display interface.
Specifically, when the pre-obtained sharee information includes the identity of the sharee, the identity of the sharee may be obtained based on the pre-obtained sharee information. When the sharee information does not include the identity of the sharee, for example, the sharee information is an IM user group name, the mailbox client of the sharee may generate an identity obtaining request based on the IM user group name, send the identity obtaining request to the IM server, and obtain the identity of each sharee corresponding to the IM user group name according to response information returned by the IM server based on the identity obtaining request. In a mailbox client of a sharer, the identity of each sharee can be displayed at a preset position in a mail display interface of a shared target mail, so that the sharer can quickly know each sharee shared by the target mail. The client of the sharee can acquire the identity of the sharer and/or the identity of the sharee, and can display the identity of the sharee and/or the identity of the sharee at a preset position in the target mail displayed on the client interface of the sharee, so that the sharee can quickly know the sharee and/or all the sharees sharing the target mail when viewing the target mail, and the user experience is improved.
Illustratively, the displaying the identity of the sharee on a mail display interface of a target mail in a mailbox client of the sharee may include: if the number of the sharees is smaller than or equal to the first preset number, displaying the identity of each sharee on a mail display interface of a target mail in a mailbox client of the sharee; and if the number of the sharees is larger than the first preset number, displaying the identity of the sharee on a mail display interface of a target mail in a mailbox client of the sharee based on a preset abbreviated display mode.
The first preset number may be the maximum number of the first identity identifiers of the sharees that can be displayed in the email display interface of the target email, and may be set based on the size of the blank area in the email display interface and the service requirement.
Specifically, if it is detected that the number of the sharees is less than or equal to a first preset number, the first identity identifiers of the sharees can be displayed on the mail display interface of the target mail, so that the sharee can visually see all users to which the target mail is shared based on the first identity identifiers. If the number of the shared persons is larger than the first preset number, the first identity identifications corresponding to the shared persons can be displayed in a thumbnail mode based on a preset thumbnail display mode, so that the situation that the display interface is messy when the first identity identifications of all the shared persons are displayed simultaneously is avoided, the display space can be saved through the thumbnail display mode, and the mail display interface is more concise. For example, a first abbreviated display identifier is displayed on a mail display interface of a target mail in a mailbox client of a sharer, and if a viewing operation triggered by the sharer for the first abbreviated display identifier is detected, first identity identifiers corresponding to at most a second preset number of sharees in each sharee are displayed. Or displaying a second abbreviated display identifier and first identity identifiers corresponding to a first preset number of sharees on a mail display interface of a target mail in a mailbox client of the sharer, and displaying first identity identifiers corresponding to at most a third preset number of sharees in the remaining sharees or displaying first identity identifiers corresponding to at most a third preset number of sharees in each sharee if a viewing operation triggered by the sharer for the second abbreviated display identifier is detected. The appropriate display mode can be selected based on the number of the shared persons, and the first identity identifications corresponding to the shared persons are displayed, so that the mail display interface is simpler, and the user watching experience is improved.
Illustratively, the displaying the identity of the sharee on a mail display interface of a target mail in a mailbox client of the sharee may include: detecting whether a mail viewing operation triggered by a sharee aiming at a target mail exists; if not, displaying the identity of the sharee in a first identifier display mode on a mail display interface of a target mail in a mailbox client of the sharee; and if so, switching the identity of the shared person from the first identity display mode to the second identity display mode for displaying.
The first identifier display mode and the second identifier display mode may refer to two different display modes. For example, the first and second indication display modes may be distinguished by different display colors. For example, the first mark display mode may be a gray scale display mode. The second indication display may be a highlighted display. For another example, the first identifier display mode may be a display mode in which a preset identifier is added to the first identifier, and the second identifier display mode may be a display mode in which a preset identifier is not added to the first identifier. The preset identifier can be used for representing an identifier that the sharee does not view the mail.
Specifically, after the target email is shared to the sharee corresponding to the sharee information, the mailbox client of the sharee can detect whether email viewing operation triggered by each sharee for the target email exists in real time, so that the display mode of the first identity identifier is determined based on whether the sharee views the target email. For example, in the client of the sharee, the sharee can trigger a mail viewing operation by clicking on the target mail obtained by sharing. The mailbox client of the sharee can add the checked target mail information to the message queue in response to the detection of the mail checking operation triggered by the sharee, and the mailbox client of the sharee can determine whether the sharee checks the target mail currently or not in a mode of monitoring the message queue in real time. If the mailbox client of the sharer detects that the mail viewing operation triggered by a sharee does not exist, the sharee is indicated to not view the target mail, and the first identity identifier of the sharee can be displayed on the mail display interface of the target mail in a first identifier display mode. If the mailbox client of the sharer detects that a mail viewing operation triggered by a sharee exists, the sharee is indicated to have viewed the target mail, the displayed first identity of the sharee can be redisplayed in a second identity display mode, so that the same first identity can be displayed in different identity display modes, information about whether the sharee has viewed the target mail can be prompted to the sharee, and user experience is further improved.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, after S120, the method may further include: responding to the sharee adding operation triggered by the sharee in the mail display interface of the target mail, acquiring the sharee information to be added, and sharing at least one target mail to the sharee corresponding to the sharee information to be added according to the sharee information to be added.
Specifically, after the target email is shared to the sharee corresponding to the sharee information for the first time based on the email sharing operation triggered by the sharee, the sharee can be further added. For example, a sharee add button may be set in the mail display interface of the target mail. The sharer can trigger the added operation of the sharee by clicking the added button of the sharee. The client of the sharer can display a display interface for acquiring the information of the sharee in response to the detection of the adding operation of the sharee, so that the sharer can manually input the information of the sharee to be added on the display interface, or select the information of the sharee to be added based on the displayed information of each sharee, and then acquire the information of the sharee to be added based on the input operation or the selecting operation of the user. And sharing the target mail to each sharee to be added based on the information of the sharee to be added, so that the sharee can be added for multiple times, the dynamic addition of the sharee is realized, and the user requirements are further met.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the mail content of the target mail displayed on the client interface corresponding to the sharee may include: the attachment download link, the sender information, the receiver information, the subject information and the text information; accordingly, the method may further comprise: responding to an accessory downloading request aiming at an accessory downloading link sent by a client corresponding to a sharee, and performing identity authentication according to requester information in the accessory downloading request; and if the requester information is detected to meet the preset downloading condition, allowing the downloading operation of the accessory.
Wherein, the attachment download link can refer to a link for downloading the attachment in the target mail. The preset downloading condition can be preset, and the condition required to be met by the user who is allowed to download can be met. For example, the preset download condition may be set to allow all sharees to download the attachment, or allow a designated part of the sharees to download the attachment.
Specifically, if the sharee wants to download the attachment in the target email, the displayed email download link may be clicked, so that the client corresponding to the sharee generates an attachment download request by using the sharee information as requester information based on the click operation, and sends the attachment download request to the mailbox client of the sharee. The method comprises the steps that a mailbox client of a sharer detects whether requester information in an attachment downloading request meets a preset downloading condition, for example, the requester information is matched with preset user information allowing downloading, if the matching is successful, the preset downloading condition is met, namely, the user has downloading permission, and at the moment, the sharee is allowed to download the attachment in a target mail successfully. By performing identity authentication on the attachment downloading in the target mail, the security of the attachment can be ensured.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the mail content of the target mail displayed on the client interface corresponding to the sharee may further include: and the sharer prompt information is determined based on the identity information of the sharer.
Specifically, the sharer prompt message may be used to prompt sharer information of the sharing email received by the sharee. For example, the sharer prompt message may be: "the mail piece is shared by Lifours @ xxx. The sharer prompt information is displayed on the client interface corresponding to the sharee, so that the sharee can more clearly know who shares the email to the sharee, and the user experience is further improved.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, after S120, the method may further include: and sending a mail deleting instruction to the client corresponding to the sharee in response to the detection of the sharing stopping operation triggered by the sharee, so that the client corresponding to the sharee deletes the received target mail based on the mail deleting instruction.
Specifically, the sharer can trigger sharing stop operation for all sharees, so that clients of all the sharees can receive a sharing mail deleting instruction; and the sharing stop operation can be triggered aiming at part of the sharees, so that part of the sharees can receive the sharing mail deleting instruction. For example, the mailbox client of the sharer may set a stop button for controlling the stop of sharing on the mail display interface of the shared target mail. If the sharer does not want to continue sharing the mails, clicking the stop button to select at least one sharee needing to stop sharing, so as to trigger the mail stop operation and stop the mail sharing of the selected sharee. The client corresponding to the sharee can delete the received target mail according to the mail deleting instruction, so that the sharee can control the shared mail in real time, and the user requirements are further met.
Example two
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of an information sharing method according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be combined with the foregoing embodiments, and a detailed description is given to a real-time matching process of a first email in a mailbox client for a case where an email is separately stored in a mailbox in a form of a single email. Wherein explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above-described embodiments are omitted.
Referring to fig. 4, the information sharing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s210, in response to the detection of the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer for the first mail, determining a first similarity between the first mail and the existing mail according to the mail information of the existing mail and the mail information of the first mail in the existing mail list.
Wherein the existing mailing lists may include respective mailing lists stored in the current mailbox. Illustratively, the existing mailing list may include, but is not limited to: a list of received mail in the inbox, a list of sent mail in the outbox, and a list of edited mail in the draftbox. Each cell in each existing mail list is used for showing the abbreviated information of each mail in the list, and the detailed information of the mail can be shown in response to the click operation of the cell in which the abbreviated information is detected. Fig. 5 shows an example of a mailbox interface. As shown in FIG. 5, the second column area in the mailbox interface presents a list of existing mail in the inbox. The existing mail list in the inbox may be composed of the received mails in the current mailbox, and each cell in the existing mail list is used to show the abbreviated information of each received mail, for example, the received mails with reference relations or the received mails with the same subject names in fig. 5 are all stored in the existing mail list independently.
The mail information of the existing mail may include, but is not limited to, mail sending and receiving time, sender information, subject information, and body information. The mail information of the first mail may include, but is not limited to, a mailing time, sender information, subject information, and body information. The first similarity may be used to reflect how well the first email matches existing emails. When the first similarity is higher, the higher the matching degree of the first mail and the existing mail is.
Specifically, a preset sharing button may be set on a mail display interface corresponding to each mail in each existing mail list. As shown in fig. 5, the sharer may perform a click operation on a preset sharing button (see a dotted circle in fig. 5) on a display interface of the email sent by zhang. When the mail sharing operation is detected, matching of the first mail can be performed in an existing mail list (such as a received mail list in an inbox) to which the first mail belongs, so that a matched second mail can be determined in the existing mail list to which the first mail belongs; the matching of the first mail can also be performed in each existing mail list (such as the received mail list in the inbox, the sent mail list in the outbox and the edited mail list in the draft box), so that the matched second mail can be determined in all the existing mail lists, and the mail matching range is improved. The present embodiment may determine the first similarity between the first email and each existing email according to the email information of each existing email and the email information of the first email based on a preset similarity calculation method, for example, a cosine similarity method, an euclidean distance method, and the like.
S220, according to the first similarity, a second mail matched with the first mail is determined from the existing mail list.
Specifically, based on the first similarity, the existing mails are sorted in a descending order, and the sorted existing mails with the preset number are determined as second mails matched with the first mails; an existing mail with the first similarity higher than the preset similarity can also be determined as a second mail matched with the first mail; existing mails with the first similarity higher than the preset similarity can be displayed for the sharer to select based on own requirements, so that a second mail matched with the first mail is obtained based on selection operation of the sharer, and the flexibility of mail sharing is improved.
And S230, determining at least one target mail to be shared currently from the second mails.
S240, obtaining the information of the sharees, and sharing at least one target mail to the sharees corresponding to the information of the sharees according to the information of the sharees so as to display the target mail on the client interfaces corresponding to the sharees.
According to the technical scheme, the first similarity between each existing mail in the existing mail list and the first mail is determined by responding to the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer aiming at the first mail, and the second mail matched with the first mail is determined from the existing mail list based on the first similarity, so that automatic real-time matching of the mails is realized, a user does not need to search by himself, and the mail sharing efficiency is improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, S210 may include: if the subject information of the existing mail in the existing mail list is the same as the subject information of the first mail and the information of the sender and the receiver of the existing mail is the same as the information of the sender and the receiver of the first mail, determining that the first similarity between the first mail and the existing mail is determined as a preset value; and/or if the subject information of the existing mails in the existing mail list is the same as the subject information of the first mail and the reference relationship exists between the existing mails and the first mail, determining that the first similarity between the first mail and the existing mail is a preset value; accordingly, S220 may include: and determining the existing mails of which the first similarity is a preset value in the existing mail list as second mails matched with the first mails.
The transceiver information may include recipient information and/or sender information. The topic information may include a topic name. The reference relationship may include a reply reference relationship and/or a forward reference relationship. Wherein, the reply reference relationship can be determined based on the reply identification in the subject information. Where the reply identification may be, but is not limited to, "Re" or "reply. The forwarding reference relationship may be determined based on a forwarding identification in the subject information. Wherein the forwarding identity may be, but is not limited to, "Fw" or "forward". The preset value may be a preset similarity value. For example, the preset value may be set to 1.
Specifically, whether the subject information of each existing mail in the existing mail list is the same as the subject information of the first mail and whether the sender-receiver information of the existing mail is the same as the sender-receiver information of the first mail is detected, if yes, the similarity between the existing mail and the first mail can be determined as a preset value, and therefore the matched second mail and the matched first mail have the same sender-receiver information and subject information; and/or detecting whether the subject information of each existing mail in the existing mail list is the same as the subject information of the first mail and whether a reference relationship exists between the existing mail and the first mail, if so, determining the similarity between the existing mail and the first mail as a preset value, so that the matched second mail and the matched first mail both have the same subject information and have the reference relationship, and further improving the user experience.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, after S240, the method may further include: displaying a sharing success prompt identifier at a preset position of a first cell in a mail list containing a target mail; the first cell is used for displaying the thumbnail information of the target mail.
The sharing success prompt identifier may be an identifier for prompting the user to successfully share the email. The sharing success prompt mark can be represented by using a special symbol or a pattern and the like. For example, fig. 6 shows an illustrative example of sharing the success hint flag. The sharing success prompt flag is represented by a black dot in fig. 6. The first cell may be used to present thumbnail information of the target email. The thumbnail information of the target mail may include, but is not limited to: at least one of a recipient, a sender, subject information, and body summary information of the target mail. The preset position of the first cell may refer to any blank position of the target cell. For example, as shown in fig. 6, a left blank position of the receiver or the sender displayed in the first cell may be used as a preset position to display a sharing success prompt identifier, so as to prompt the sharer that the target email is successfully shared.
Illustratively, the method may further comprise: and deleting the displayed sharing success prompt identification in response to the detection of the mail viewing operation triggered by the sharer aiming at the target mail.
Specifically, if the sharer clicks the cell showing the sharing success prompt identifier, the mailbox client of the sharer can detect the mail viewing operation triggered by the sharer, and at this time, the sharer is indicated to have viewed the currently shared target mail and knows that the target mail has been shared successfully, so that the displayed sharing success prompt identifier can be deleted, and the display interface is simpler.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of an information sharing method provided in a third embodiment of the present disclosure, and this embodiment may be combined with the foregoing embodiments, and details a process of pre-matching a first mail in a mailbox client is described in detail for a case where mails are classified and stored in a mailbox in a form of a group of mails. Wherein explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted.
Referring to fig. 7, the information sharing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s310, in response to the fact that the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer for the first mail is detected, a target mail group where the first mail is located is determined from the current mailbox, wherein the matched mail in the current mailbox is stored in the form of the mail group.
Wherein a group of mails may refer to a set consisting of individual mails matching each other. The mailboxes may include, but are not limited to, a list of mail groups in the inbox, a list of mail groups in the outbox, and a list of mail groups in the draftbox. Each cell in the mail group list is used for showing the abbreviated information of one mail group, and when the clicking operation of the cell in which the abbreviated information is located is detected, the mail group containing the detailed information of each mail can be shown. The individual mails in the mail group can be displayed in an ordered way based on the mail obtaining time, for example, the individual mails in the mail group can be displayed in a descending order based on the mail obtaining time. Fig. 8 shows an example of a mailbox interface. As shown in FIG. 8, the second column area in the mailbox interface presents a list of the group of mail in the inbox. The mail group list in the inbox may include one or more mail groups, and each cell in the mail group list is used to display the abbreviated information of one mail group, each mail group is used to store the matched respective mails, and the number of mails contained in the mail group can be displayed at the cell where the mail group is located. For example, in fig. 8, each mail having a reference relationship may be stored in one mail group. It should be noted that each mail group included in the mail group list in the inbox may be composed of matched individual received mails; or may consist of matching individual existing mail in the current mailbox, where the existing mail may include, but is not limited to, received mail, sent mail, and edited mail in the draftbox. For example, when the matching existing mail is: when a sent mail, a received mail and an edited mail are used, if the mail closest to the current time is the received mail, the mail group formed by the three mails is stored in the mail group list in the inbox, and the existing mail identification and the edited mail identification can be displayed in the cell where the mail group is located, so as to prompt the sharer that the existing mail and the edited mail are stored in the mail group.
Specifically, the sharer may trigger the mail sharing operation on a mail display interface of the first mail, that is, a detail display interface of the first mail, for example, trigger the mail sharing operation by clicking a preset sharing button arranged on the mail display interface of the first mail; the mail sharing operation may also be triggered on the mail group display interface where the first mail is located, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the mail sharing operation is triggered by clicking a preset sharing button (see the dashed circle in fig. 8) arranged on the mail group display interface where the first mail is located. When detecting the mail sharing operation, the mailbox client of the sharer may determine a mail group where a first mail triggering the mail sharing operation is located as a target mail group. For example, when a mail sharing operation is triggered for a certain mail in a certain group of mails in the inbox, the group of mails in the inbox may be determined as the target group of mails.
It should be noted that, if the sharer triggers the mail sharing operation with respect to a preset sharing button on the mail group display interface of the mail group where the first mail is located, the mail group displayed on the mail group display interface may be directly determined as the target mail group. If a sharer triggers mail sharing operation aiming at a preset sharing button on an individual mail display interface of a first mail, only one mail group containing the first mail exists in the current mailbox, and the mail group is directly determined as a target mail group; if at least two mail groups containing first mails exist in the current mailbox, the mail group where the currently triggered first mail is located can be determined as a target mail group, for example, if the mail group A in the inbox contains the first mail, the mail group B in the outbox also contains the first mail, and the currently triggered first mail is a received mail, the mail group A can be determined as the target mail group; and each mail group containing the first mail can also be displayed for the user to select, and the mail group selected by the user is determined as the target mail group, so that the flexibility of mail sharing is further improved.
For example, when the first email targeted by the sharer is an email in an editing state, it may be determined that the target email group where the first email is located is: a mail group consisting of all the mails currently in the editing state.
Exemplarily, before S310, the method may further include: detecting whether a mail group matched with a mail exists in a current mailbox or not every time the mail is received, sent out or edited and stored; if yes, storing the mail into a matched mail group; if not, a new mail group is created, and the mail is stored in the new mail group, so that the matched mail can be stored in the mail box in the form of the mail group.
Specifically, each time a mail is received, sent out, or edited and saved, matching may be performed in a mail group list to which the mail belongs, for example, if the mail is a received mail, matching may be performed in a mail group list in an inbox; if the mail is sent, matching in a mail group list in an outbox; if the mail is an edited and saved mail, matching is carried out in the mail group list in the draft box so as to determine whether a mail group matched with the mail exists in the affiliated mail group list. Each time a piece of mail is received, sent or edited and saved, the piece of mail can also be matched with each mail group in each mail group list in the current mailbox (such as the mail group list in the inbox, the mail group list in the outbox and the mail group list in the draft box) to determine whether a mail group matched with the piece of mail exists in each mail group list.
Detecting whether a group of mail matching the mail exists in the current mailbox may include: determining a second similarity between the mail and each mail group according to the mail information of the preset mail in each mail group in the mail group list and the mail information of the mail; and determining whether a mail group matched with the mail exists in the current mailbox or not according to the second similarity. The mail group list may be the mail group list to which the mail belongs, or the mail group lists in the current mailbox. The preset mail may refer to a mail located in the mail group for characterizing the mail group information. For example, the mail closest to the current time in the mail group may be taken as the preset mail. The mail information of the preset mail may include, but is not limited to, a mailing time, sender information, subject information, and body information. The mail information of the current mail currently received, sent or edited and saved may include, but is not limited to, a mailing time, sender information, subject information, and body information. The second similarity may be used to reflect how well the group of mail matches the current mail. Specifically, in this embodiment, based on a preset similarity calculation manner, for example, a cosine similarity manner, an euclidean distance manner, and the like, according to the mail information of the preset mail and the mail information of the current mail in each mail group, the similarity between the current mail and each preset mail is determined, and the similarity is used as the second similarity between the current mail and the corresponding mail group. And if the mail group with the second similarity equal to the preset similarity is detected to exist, indicating that the mail group matched with the mail exists.
For example, detecting whether there is a group of mails matching the mail in the current mailbox may specifically include: when the subject information of the mail group in the mail group list is the same as the subject information of the mail and the information of the sender and the receiver of the mail group is the same as the information of the sender and the receiver of the mail, determining the mail group as a mail group matched with the mail; and/or when the subject information of the mail group in the mail group list is the same as the subject information of the mail and the reference relationship exists between the mail and the mail in the mail group, determining the mail group as the mail group matched with the mail. Specifically, the respective mails in the current mailbox are classified based on the subject information, the sender-receiver information and/or the reference relationship, so that the respective mails in the same mail group have the same sender-receiver information and subject information or have the same subject information and the reference relationship.
Specifically, if matching is performed in the mail group list to which the mail belongs, only one mail group matching the mail currently exists, and at this time, the mail may be directly stored in the matching mail group. If matching is carried out in each mail group list in the current mailbox, when a mail group matched with the mail exists in the mail group list to which the mail belongs, the mail is stored in the matched mail group; when the mail group list to which the mail belongs does not have a mail group matched with the mail, namely, other mail group lists have a mail group matched with the mail, if only one matched other mail group list exists, copying the matched mail group in the other mail group lists to the mail group list to which the mail belongs, and adding the mail to the mail group copied to the mail group list to which the mail belongs; if at least two other mail group lists which are matched exist, the matched mail group in the appointed other mail group list is copied into the affiliated mail group list, and the mail is added into the mail group copied into the affiliated mail group list. If the mail group matched with the mail does not exist in the current mailbox, the fact that a new type needs to be created is indicated, at this time, a new mail group can be created in the mail group list to which the mail belongs, and the mail is stored in the created new mail group, so that classified storage of the mail in the mailbox is realized.
S320, at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined from the target mail group.
Specifically, each piece of mail in the target mail group may be a second piece of mail that matches the first piece of mail. Each mail in the target mail group can be determined as at least one target mail to be shared currently; the mail information of each mail in the target mail group can also be displayed so that the user can select the required matched mail, and at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined according to the selection operation of the user, so that the flexibility of mail sharing is improved.
S330, obtaining the information of the sharees, and sharing at least one target mail to the sharees corresponding to the information of the sharees according to the information of the sharees so as to display the target mail on the client interfaces corresponding to the sharees.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the matched mails in the mailboxes are stored in the form of the mail group, so that the target mail group of the first mail, namely each second mail matched with the first mail, can be directly obtained, each target mail to be shared currently is determined from the target mail group, and real-time matching is not needed, so that the mail sharing efficiency is further improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, after S330, the method may further include: displaying a sharing success prompt identifier and/or the number of shared mails contained in the target mail group at a preset position of a first cell in a mail group list containing the target mail; the first cell is used for displaying the mail thumbnail information of one mail group.
The sharing success prompt identifier may be an identifier for prompting the user to successfully share the email. The sharing success prompt mark can be represented by using a special symbol or a pattern and the like. The number of shared mails contained in the target mail group may refer to the number of target mails shared at the time. The number of shared mails is less than or equal to the total number of mails in the target mail group. In the mail group list, the preset position of the first cell may refer to any blank position of the first cell. For example, the left blank position of the receiver or the sender displayed in the first cell may be used as a preset position to display the sharing success prompt identifier and/or the number of shared mails included in the target mail group.
Specifically, the sharing success prompt identifier and/or the number of shared mails contained in the target mail group are displayed at the preset position of the first cell corresponding to the target mail group, so that the sharer can be prompted that the target mail is shared successfully and/or the number of target mails shared at the current time in the target mail group.
Illustratively, the method may further comprise: and deleting the displayed sharing success prompt mark in response to the detection of the mail viewing operation triggered by the sharer to the target mail group.
Specifically, if the sharer clicks the cell showing the sharing success prompt identifier, the mailbox client of the sharer can detect the mail viewing operation triggered by the sharer, and at this time, the sharer is indicated to have viewed the target mail group shared at the current time and know the sharing success information, so that the displayed sharing success prompt identifier can be deleted, and the display interface is simpler.
For example, when the mails in the target mail group are shared again, the number of shared mails included in the displayed target mail group may be updated based on the number of target mails shared again in the target mail group, so as to display the number of the latest shared mails in real time.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, after S330, the method may further include: responding to a new mail storage operation in the target mail group, and sharing the new mail stored in the target mail group to a sharee corresponding to the sharee information; responding to the deletion operation of the shared mails in the target mail group, and deleting the shared mails in the target mails shared to the sharees
Specifically, after the mails in the target mail group are shared with the sharee, whether a storage operation for storing a new mail exists in the target mail group can be detected in real time, if yes, the shared target mail can be automatically updated based on the currently stored new mail, so that the currently stored new mail can be shared with the sharee, and the sharee can automatically receive future mails in the target mail group; and displaying prompt information whether the new mail is shared or not on a display interface, and determining whether the new mail stored at the current time is shared to the sharee or not according to selection operation of a user. When the shared target mails are updated, the embodiment can only share the currently stored new mails to the sharees, and can also share the currently stored new mails and the last shared target mails to the sharees again at the same time, so that the sharees can see the new mails and the last shared target mails at the same time.
After the mails in the target mail group are shared with the sharee, whether deletion operation for deleting the shared mails in the target mail group exists in the target mail group can be detected in real time, if yes, a shared mail deletion instruction can be generated based on the currently deleted shared mails, and the shared mail deletion instruction is sent to the client of the sharee, so that the shared mails in the target mails shared with the sharee are deleted when the client of the sharee receives the shared mail deletion instruction, and synchronous updating of the shared mails is realized in the client of the sharee.
Example four
Fig. 9 is a schematic flow chart of an information sharing method according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be combined with the foregoing embodiments, and details a mail sharing process when a mail is shared to an IM client of a sharee are described. Wherein explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted.
Referring to fig. 9, the information sharing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s410, in response to the fact that the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer for the first mail is detected, at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined from second mails matched with the first mail, wherein the second mails comprise the first mail and/or other mails.
And S420, obtaining IM information of a shared person in the instant messaging IM client of the shared person.
The IM information of the sharee in the IM client of the sharer may include one or more IM user information and/or one or more IM user group information. An IM user may refer to any buddy in the sharee's IM client. The IM user group may refer to any communication group created in the IM client of the sharer, so that each user in the IM user group may communicate in the group session interface. IM user information may include, but is not limited to, IM user names. IM user group information may include, but is not limited to, IM user group names.
Specifically, in response to detecting a mail sharing operation triggered by a sharer, a mailbox client of the sharer can display a display interface containing an input box, so that the sharer can manually input information of the sharee in the input box; and each IM user information and each IM user group information in the IM client of the sharer can also be acquired, and each IM user information and each IM user group information are displayed on a display interface, so that the sharer can select based on the own requirements, and the IM information of the sharee is acquired according to the selection operation of the sharer.
And S430, according to the IM information of the sharees, sharing at least one target mail to the sharees corresponding to the IM information of the sharees, so that the target mail is displayed on the IM client interfaces of the sharees in a correlated manner.
Specifically, when the IM information of the sharee includes the IM user information, at least one target email may be shared to the IM user corresponding to the IM user information, so as to show the target email in association on the IM client interface of the IM user. When the IM information of the sharee comprises the IM user group information, at least one target mail can be shared to each IM user in the IM user group corresponding to the IM user group information, so that all IM users in the IM user group can view the sharing mail.
According to the technical scheme, each target mail is shared to the sharee corresponding to the IM information of the sharee at one time according to the IM information of the sharee in the instant messaging IM client of the sharee, so that mail sharing from a mailbox end to an IM end is realized, multiple times of sharing are not needed when multiple mails are shared, the mail sharing operation is simplified, and the mail sharing efficiency is improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, after S430, the method may further include: acquiring state information of a target message in an IM session, wherein the target message comprises a message sent by a sharer or a sharee aiming at a target mail; and displaying the state information on the mailbox client interface of the sharer and/or the mailbox client interface of the sharee based on the state information of the target message.
The IM conversation may refer to a conversation that includes a sharer or a sharee and shares target email information, so that the sharer or the sharee may send a conversation message to the target email in the IM conversation to perform a communication discussion. If the sharer shares the target email to the IM user group, the IM session may refer to a group session corresponding to the IM user group. If the sharer shares the target email to a single IM user, the IM conversation may refer to a single conversation composed of the single IM user and the sharer. The IM session can refer to an IM session located in an IM client, and can also refer to an IM session embedded in a mailbox client. The IM session in the IM client and the IM session embedded in the mailbox client can refer to different IM sessions or the same IM session, so that the user can send and view the session messages in the IM client or the mailbox client through synchronous display. The status information of the target message may include, but is not limited to, an unread message and a message importance level identifier.
Specifically, if an information sender in the sharer and the sharee sends a target message to a target mail in an IM session, the IM server may determine state information of the target message and add the state information of the target message to a message queue, and an information receiver may obtain the state information of the target message by subscribing to the message queue and display the state information on a mailbox client of the sharer and/or a mailbox client interface of the sharee. For example, if an information sender at the time of sending a target message, aite @ a certain information receiver, indicates that the target message is important for the information receiver, a message importance level identifier, such as @ identifier, may be displayed on a mailbox client interface of the information receiver. The sharer side or the sharee side can also determine the user ratio of the current reading target message, and can display the user ratio on the mail display interface to prompt the user of the current reading target message.
Illustratively, obtaining status information of a target message in an IM session includes: acquiring the information of unread messages based on whether the target messages in the IM session are read by the message receiver; based on the state information of the target message, the state information is displayed on a mailbox client interface of a sharer and/or a mailbox client interface of a sharee, and the method comprises the following steps: and displaying the information of the unread message on a mailbox client interface of the sharee and/or a mailbox client interface of the sharee.
The unread message may be a session message that is sent by the message sender in the IM session and is not yet read by the message receiver. The information of the unread message may include: an unread message prompt icon and/or an unread message number. The unread message prompt icon can be characterized by using a special symbol or a figure and the like. For example, fig. 10 shows an example of presentation of information of an unread message. The information of the unread message is characterized by the pentagon unread message prompt icon in fig. 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the information of the unread messages may be displayed at a preset position of the first cell in the mailing list including the target email and/or at a preset position on the mailing display interface of the target email, so that the sharer may be reminded of the existence of the unread messages currently or the specific number of the unread messages, so that the sharer can view the unread messages in the IM client of the sharer in time. The mail display interface of the target mail can refer to a mail detail interface displayed after the first cell corresponding to the target mail is clicked. The preset position on the mail display interface of the target mail can refer to any blank position in the mail display interface, such as the top blank position in the mail display interface in fig. 10.
For example, the sharer may click on information of the unread message displayed at a preset position on a mail display interface of the target mail to trigger the unread message viewing operation. If the mailbox client of the sharer detects the unread message viewing operation, the mailbox client can automatically jump to the IM client of the sharer and automatically display a session interface containing the unread message, so that the viewing operation of the unread message is simplified, the viewing efficiency of the unread message is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the method may further include: obtaining mailbox information of a sharee of the sharee; and sharing at least one target mail to a mailbox client of the sharee according to the mailbox information of the sharee so as to display the target mail on a mailbox client interface of the sharee.
The sharee mailbox information may include, but is not limited to, a sharee mailbox account. Specifically, the mapping relationship between each IM message and the mailbox message may be stored in advance in the mailbox client of the sharer, so that the sharee mailbox message of the sharee may be determined based on the mapping relationship and the sharee IM message. If the mapping relation is not stored in the mailbox client of the sharer, a mailbox information acquisition request can be generated based on the IM information of the sharee, the mailbox information acquisition request is sent to the IM server, and the mailbox information of the sharee is acquired according to response information returned by the IM server based on the mailbox information acquisition request. And sharing each target mail to the mailbox client of the sharee based on the mailbox information of the sharee of each sharee, so that each sharee can check the shared target mail from the mailbox client.
Exemplarily, if the IM information of the sharee includes an IM user group name, obtaining mailbox information of each IM user in the IM user group corresponding to the IM user group name, and taking the obtained mailbox information of each IM user in the IM user group as the mailbox information of the sharee, so as to share each target mail to a mailbox client of each IM user in the IM user group, so that each IM user in the IM user group can view the mail shared by the sharee from each mailbox client.
Exemplarily, S430 may include: and sending a sharing mail prompt message to the IM client of the sharee according to the IM information of the sharee, so that the sharee can view the target mail in the mailbox client of the sharee based on the sharing mail prompt message.
The sharing email prompting message may be a message used for prompting that the sharee currently receives the sharing email. Specifically, if at least one target mail is sent to the mailbox client of the sharee according to the mailbox information of the sharee, only a sharing mail prompt message is sent to the IM client of the sharee according to the IM information of the sharee, and the target mail does not need to be shared to the IM client of the sharee, so that the sharee can manually open the mailbox client of the sharee to view the target mail based on the sharing mail prompt message, or automatically open the mailbox client of the sharee and display the target mail by clicking the sharing mail prompt message, so that the viewing efficiency of the target mail is improved. The method and the device for notifying the shared mail can add the shared mail prompt message to the feed information flow in the IM client of the shared person, so that the shared person can be quickly notified in the feed information flow mode, and the notification efficiency is improved.
EXAMPLE five
Fig. 11 is a schematic flow chart of an information sharing method according to a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be combined with the foregoing embodiments, and details a display manner of a target email received by an IM client of a sharee are described. Wherein explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted.
Referring to fig. 11, the information sharing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s510, in response to the fact that the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer for the first mail is detected, at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined from second mails matched with the first mail, wherein the second mails comprise the first mail and/or other mails.
S520, generating a mail card according to the mail information of each target mail.
The mail information of each target mail can include, but is not limited to, the sender-receiver information, the subject information, the text information and the attachment downloading link. A mailing card may be a viewing portal for viewing specific mailing information in an IM client.
Specifically, information integration can be performed on each target mail message based on a preset display mode, and a mail card is generated, so that the mail card displays the mail message of the target mail in the preset display mode. The card display content of the mailing card may include, but is not limited to, at least one of sharer information, subject information, text information, and an attachment download link, so as to briefly prompt the content of the mail of the sharing mail received by the sharee. For example, fig. 12 shows an example of a display of a mailing card. As shown in fig. 12, the card contents of the mailing card may include sharer information (zhang san), subject information (addressee biz-id test), and summary information (sssss) in the text information.
S530, obtaining the IM information of the sharee in the IM client of the sharee.
And S540, sending the email card to the IM client of the sharee corresponding to the IM information of the sharee according to the IM information of the sharee so as to display the email card on the IM client interface of the sharee, and displaying the email content of the target email in response to detecting the email viewing operation triggered by the email card.
The mail viewing operation may be triggered by the sharee clicking the mailing card, for example, the sharee clicks the "open sharing mail" button in the mailing card of fig. 12 to trigger the mail viewing operation. The card display contents of the mail card comprise: and at least one of subject information, text abstract information and sharer information of the sharer of the target mail.
Specifically, the mailbox client of the sharer may directly send the mailing card to the IM client of the sharee, or send the mailing card to the IM client of the sharee through the IM client of the sharee, so that the mailing card is shown in the IM conversation window in the IM client of the sharee. For example, in fig. 12, a three-share mailing card is shown in an IM conversation window with the sharer. When the IM client of the sharee detects the mail viewing operation triggered by the sharee aiming at the mail card, the mail content of the target mail can be displayed based on the preset display mode corresponding to the mail card. For example, when a mail viewing operation is detected, the detailed information of each target mail is displayed in a list form, that is, each cell of the list displays the detailed information of one target mail, so that the sharee views each target mail on the display interface.
Illustratively, when a mailbox client of a sharer detects a sharing stop instruction triggered by the sharer, a mail deletion instruction can be sent to an IM client of the sharee, so that the IM client of the sharee deletes a mail card based on the mail deletion instruction, and thus a target mail shared at the current time is deleted, and real-time control of the sharer on the shared mail is realized.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the email card is sent to the IM client of the sharee corresponding to the IM information of the sharee, so that the IM client of the sharee can display the email content of the target email when detecting the email viewing operation triggered by the email card, and the technical effect of viewing the shared email in the IM client is achieved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the "displaying the mail content of the target mail" in S540 may include: displaying the thumbnail information of the target mail in a list form; and when the detail viewing operation triggered by the thumbnail information is detected, showing the detail information of the target mail.
The thumbnail information of the target mail may include, but is not limited to, the sender information, the subject information, and the body abstract information of the target mail. The text summary information may refer to the content of the previous preset number of characters in the text information.
Specifically, in response to detecting the mail viewing operation, the thumbnail information of each target mail may be displayed in a list form, that is, each cell in the list is used for displaying the thumbnail information of one target mail, so that when the number of target mails is large, the information of a large number of target mails may be displayed in the limited display area, and the viewing experience is improved. If the sharee wants to view the detailed information of a certain target mail in the displayed abbreviated information list, the detailed viewing operation can be triggered by clicking the cell where the abbreviated information of the target mail is located, so that the cell can be prolonged in response to the detection of the triggered detailed viewing operation, and the detailed information of the target mail can be displayed in the cell; or creating a new display window and displaying the detailed information of the target mail in the created display window.
Illustratively, if only one target mail exists, the detailed information of the target mail can be directly shown; if at least two target mails exist, the thumbnail information of each target mail can be displayed in a list form, and when a detail viewing operation triggered by the cell where the thumbnail information is located is detected, the detailed information of the corresponding target mail is displayed.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the "displaying the mail content of the target mail" in S540 may further include: and creating an email display window which is displayed on the same screen with the IM conversation window, and displaying the email content of the target email in the email display window.
Specifically, in response to detecting the mail viewing operation, a display window displayed in parallel with the IM conversation window may be created, and the mail content of the target mail may be displayed in the created display window, so that the IM conversation window and the window displayed with the mail content may be simultaneously displayed on the display interface, and the sharee may simultaneously view the display content in the two windows, thereby facilitating communication between the sharee and the sharee in the IM conversation window based on the displayed mail content, and further improving the user experience.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, after S540, the method may further include: when detecting that a sharer forwards a message triggered by the sharer aiming at a mail card in a conversation interface, an IM client of the sharer sends the mail card to an IM user and/or an IM user group selected by the sharer.
Specifically, after the sharer sends the email card to the IM client corresponding to the sharee, the sent email card may also exist in the IM client of the sharer, so that in the IM client of the sharer, the sharer can trigger a message forwarding operation on the email card, similar to the IM message forwarding operation, and continue to share the email card to the IM user and/or the IM user group selected by the sharer, so that the sharee is added in a forwarding manner of the email card, the adding operation of the sharee is simplified, and the user experience is further improved.
EXAMPLE six
Fig. 13 is a schematic flow chart of an information sharing method according to a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be combined with the foregoing embodiments, and details a mail sharing process when a mail is shared to a mailbox client of a sharee are described in this embodiment. Wherein explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted.
Referring to fig. 13, the information sharing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s610, in response to the fact that the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer for the first mail is detected, at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined from second mails matched with the first mail, wherein the second mails comprise the first mail and/or other mails.
S620, obtaining mailbox information of the sharee in the mailbox client of the sharee.
The sharee mailbox information can comprise one or more mailbox user information and/or mailbox user group information. The mailbox user group can be a set which is created by a sharer and is composed of at least one mailbox user, so that batch sharing can be performed based on the mailbox user group. Mailbox user information may include, but is not limited to, a mailbox name. Mailbox user group information may include, but is not limited to, a mailbox group name.
Specifically, in response to detecting a mail sharing operation triggered by a sharer, displaying each mailbox user information and each mailbox user group information in a mailbox client of the sharer in a display interface, and obtaining the mailbox information of the sharee according to the selection operation of the sharer on the displayed each mailbox user information and each mailbox user group information; and mailbox information of the sharee can be obtained based on mailbox information manually input by the sharee in a preset input box.
S630, according to the mailbox information of the sharee, sharing at least one target mail to the sharee corresponding to the mailbox information of the sharee, and displaying the target mail on a mailbox client interface of the sharee.
Specifically, when the shared person mailbox information includes mailbox user information, at least one target mail may be shared to a mailbox user corresponding to the mailbox user information, so that the target mail is displayed on a mailbox client interface of the mailbox user. When the shared person mailbox information comprises mailbox user group information, at least one target mail can be shared to each mailbox user corresponding to the mailbox user group information, so that the target mail is displayed on a client interface of each mailbox user in the mailbox user group, batch sharing of mailbox users can be realized by using the mailbox user group information, the situation that each mailbox user information in the mailbox user group is selected or input one by one is avoided, and the user experience is further improved.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, each target mail is shared to the sharee corresponding to the shared person mailbox information at one time according to the shared person mailbox information in the sharee mailbox client, so that the mail sharing from the mailbox end to the mailbox end is realized, multiple times of sharing are not needed when multiple mails are shared, the mail sharing operation is simplified, and the mail sharing efficiency is improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, after S630, the method may further include: a mailbox client of a sharer displays a first preset sharing identifier at a preset position of a first cell in a mail list containing a target mail, wherein the first cell is used for displaying the thumbnail information of the target mail; and the mailbox client of the sharee displays a second preset sharing identifier at a preset position of a second cell in the mail list containing the received target mails, wherein the second cell is used for displaying the thumbnail information of the received target mails.
The mailing list may be the existing mailing list referred to in the second embodiment or the mailing group list referred to in the third embodiment. The first preset sharing identification can be used for prompting that the target mail is a sharing mail shared by the target mail. The second preset sharing identifier may be used to prompt that the target email is a shared email shared by others. Illustratively, the first preset sharing identifier may be characterized by a highlighted icon; the second preset sharing identifier may be represented by a gray scale icon.
Specifically, after the mailbox client of the sharer shares the target mail to the mailbox client of the sharee, the mailbox client of the sharer may display a first preset sharing identifier at a preset position of a cell where the target mail is located in the mail list, so as to prompt that the target mail is the shared mail shared by the sharee. The mailbox client of the sharee displays the second preset sharing identification at the preset position of the cell where the target mail received in the mail list is located so as to prompt that the target mail is the sharing mail shared by others, so that the sharing mail actively shared by the sharee and the sharing mail passively received by the sharee can be clearly and visually distinguished, and the user experience is improved.
EXAMPLE seven
Fig. 14 is a schematic flow chart of an information sharing method according to a seventh embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be combined with the foregoing embodiments, and after at least one target email is shared with a sharee corresponding to the sharee information, so as to display the target email on a client interface corresponding to the sharee, steps are added: displaying a preset sharing identifier at a preset position of a target mail; or adding the target mail shared at the current time into a preset sharing box. Wherein explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted.
Referring to fig. 14, the information sharing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s660, in response to the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer for the first mail, determining at least one target mail to be shared currently from second mails matched with the first mail, wherein the second mails comprise the first mail and/or other mails.
And S670, obtaining the information of the sharees, and sharing at least one target mail to the sharees corresponding to the information of the sharees according to the information of the sharees, so that the target mail is displayed on the client interfaces corresponding to the sharees.
S680, displaying a preset sharing identifier at a preset position of the target mail; or adding the target mail shared at the current time into a preset sharing box.
The preset sharing identifier may be an identifier for prompting that the target email is a shared email. If the target mail is shared to the mailbox client corresponding to the shared person, the preset sharing identifier may include a first preset sharing identifier and a second preset sharing identifier, so that the target mail is prompted to be a shared mail shared by the user through the first preset sharing identifier, and the target mail is prompted to be a shared mail shared by others through the second preset sharing identifier. The preset position of the target email may be a preset position of a cell where the target email is located in the email list, or may be a preset setting on an email display interface of the target email, and the like. The sharing box may be created in advance, a storage container for storing the target mail shared by the sharer each time. The sharing box may be similar to an inbox or outbox in a mailbox, etc., as shown in FIG. 15. The display interface layout of the shared mail in the shared box may be the same as the display interface layout of the mail in the inbox or outbox.
Specifically, shared mails and other mails in the current mailbox can be distinguished in a mode of displaying a preset sharing identifier at a preset position of a target mail; the shared mails of each time can be separately stored by utilizing a sharing box, so that the sharer can quickly view all the shared mails in the sharing box.
For example, in the case of storing the sharing mails by using the sharing box, if there is no sharing mail in the sharing state in the current mailbox, the sharing box may be hidden and displayed. When a sharer shares the mails for the first time, the sharing box can be displayed at a preset display position, and the target mails shared for the first time are copied and added into the sharing box. When the mails are subsequently shared, the target mails which are subsequently shared each time can be directly copied and added into the sharing box. For example, the thumbnail information of each shared email may be displayed by using the shared email list in the shared box, that is, each cell in the shared email list displays the thumbnail information of one shared email, and when email viewing operation is triggered for the cell in which the thumbnail information is located, the detailed information of the corresponding shared email may be displayed on the right side of the shared email list.
It should be noted that, when the target email is shared to the mailbox client corresponding to the sharee, the preset sharing identifier may also be displayed at the preset position of the currently received shared email on the mailbox client of the sharee based on the same email distinguishing manner in the mailbox client of the sharee; or adding the shared mails received at the time to a preset sharing box so as to distinguish the shared mails from other mails.
According to the technical scheme, the mode that the preset sharing identification is displayed at the preset position of the target mail or the mode that one sharing box is used for storing the sharing mails independently is utilized, so that the sharing mails and the non-sharing mails in the current mailbox can be effectively distinguished, a sharer can recognize the mails, and the user experience is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing technical solution, the "adding the currently shared target email to the preset sharing box" in S680 may include: and merging the target mails shared at the current time into a sharing mail group, and adding the sharing mail group into a preset sharing box. The sharing mail group may refer to a mail group composed of the shared mails shared at the current time, so that the shared mails shared at each time are stored at the same position.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, each target mail shared at the present time may be merged into one sharing mail group, and the thumbnail information of the sharing mail group is displayed in the sharing mail group list in the sharing box, and the detailed information of the sharing mail group is displayed on the right side of the mail list in the sharing box, so that the sharing mail group is added to the sharing box and displayed. Because each shared mail group corresponds to one sharing operation, each shared target mail can be visually checked, and the user experience is improved. For example, the target mail number of the current sharing can be displayed at the preset position of the cell where the sharing mail group is located, so that the sharer can be intuitively prompted about the target mail number of each sharing.
For example, if the target email is shared to the mailbox client corresponding to the sharee, the currently received target email may be merged into a sharing email group in the mailbox client of the sharee, and the sharing email group is added to the preset sharing box. Exemplarily, a mailbox client of a sharer can display a first preset sharing identifier at a preset position of a cell where a sharing mail group is located; the mailbox client of the sharee can display a second preset sharing identifier at a preset position of a cell where the sharing mail group is located, so that whether each sharing mail group in the sharing box is a mail group shared by the sharee or a mail group obtained by others can be distinguished.
Example eight
Fig. 16 is a flowchart illustrating an information sharing method according to an eighth embodiment of the present disclosure, where this embodiment may be combined with the foregoing embodiments, and a step of "determining mail processing permission corresponding to a sharee" is added. Wherein explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted.
Referring to fig. 16, the information sharing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s710, in response to the fact that the mail sharing operation triggered by the sharer for the first mail is detected, at least one target mail to be shared currently is determined from second mails matched with the first mail, wherein the second mails comprise the first mail and/or other mails.
And S720, obtaining the information of the shared person.
S730, determining mail processing authority corresponding to the sharee, wherein the mail processing authority comprises at least one of the following: the system comprises a mail editing authority, a mail viewing authority, a mail sending authority and a secondary sharing authority.
The mail editing authority may refer to an authority for editing and viewing the shared mail. The mail editing authority can be set as the authority which can be edited at all positions in the mail, and the corresponding mail editing sub-authority can also be set based on each editable mail position, so that the sharee can only edit the mail position corresponding to the mail editing sub-authority. The mail viewing permission may refer to that only the permission to view the shared mail is provided, and the permission to edit the shared mail is not provided. The secondary sharing right can refer to the right of the sharee to share the mail.
Specifically, each selectable mail processing permission corresponding to the sharee can be displayed on the display interface, so that the sharee can select the corresponding mail processing permission for the sharee, and the mail processing permission corresponding to the sharee can be obtained based on the selection operation of the sharee. When a plurality of sharees exist, the mail processing authority can be selected for each sharee in a unified way, and the respective mail processing authority can be selected for each sharee individually so as to meet the personalized requirements of the users.
And S740, sharing at least one target mail to the sharee corresponding to the sharee information according to the sharee information, so that the target mail is displayed on the client interface corresponding to the sharee.
Specifically, in the client corresponding to the sharee, the sharee can perform corresponding processing on the displayed target mail based on the mail processing authority, so that the authority control on the sharee is realized.
According to the technical scheme, the mail processing authority of the sharee is determined, so that the sharee can control the mail processing authority of the sharee, and personalized requirements of users are further met.
On the basis of the above technical solution, after S740, the method may further include: in response to the fact that the target sharee with the mail editing permission carries out editing operation on the target mail, according to the current editing content of the target sharee, the target mail in the client corresponding to the sharee and the target mails received in the clients corresponding to other sharees are updated, and therefore the sharee and the other sharees can view the current editing content of the target sharee on the basis of the updated target mail. Or when the sharer edits the target mail, the target mail received in the client corresponding to the sharee is updated according to the current edited content of the sharer, so that the sharee can view the current edited content of the sharer based on the updated target mail.
Specifically, when it is detected that the sharer edits the target email, the current edited content may be sent to the client corresponding to the sharee, so that the client corresponding to the sharee may update the received target email based on the current edited content; the currently edited target mail can be shared again to the client corresponding to the sharee, so that the client corresponding to the sharee updates the target mail obtained by last sharing based on the target mail obtained by re-sharing, and the currently edited content of the sharee can be synchronized to the target mails received by each sharee, so that each sharee can see the currently edited content of the sharee.
In a client corresponding to a target sharee with a mail editing right, in response to the detection that the target sharee edits a target mail, the current editing content of the target sharee can be sent to clients corresponding to other sharees except the target sharee who edits the mail currently and mailbox clients corresponding to sharees, so that the clients corresponding to other sharees and the mailbox clients corresponding to the sharee update the target mail based on the current editing content; the currently edited target mail can also be sent to the clients corresponding to other sharees and the mailbox clients corresponding to the sharers, so that the clients corresponding to the other sharees and the mailbox clients corresponding to the sharers update the existing target mail based on the currently received target mail, and therefore the currently edited content of the target sharee can be synchronized into the target mails received by the other sharees and the target mail sent by the sharer, so that the other sharees and the sharers can see the currently edited content of the target sharer, and the collaborative editing of the target mail is realized.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the method may further include: and in response to the detection of the mail sending operation triggered by the sharer or the sharee with the mail sending authority aiming at the updated target mail, sending the updated target mail to the mailbox client corresponding to the mailbox information of the recipient based on the mailbox information of the recipient in the updated target mail.
Specifically, after the sharer and/or the target sharee with the mail editing authority finishes editing the mail, the sharer or the sharee with the mail sending authority may trigger the mail sending button in the edited target mail to trigger the mail sending operation. When detecting the mail sending operation, the sharer's mailbox client may send the updated target mail as a common mail to the mailbox client corresponding to the recipient mailbox information based on editing the recipient mailbox information in the updated target mail, so that the updated target mail can be received in the recipient mailbox. It should be noted that the sharee can view and edit the target email shared by the sharee, but only the sharee and the sharee with the email sending right have the right to send the email, so as to prevent the sharee from sending the sharing email at will, and ensure the security of the sharing email.
