Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be illustrative of the present disclosure, and should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
An email processing method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an email processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The email processing method of the embodiment of the disclosure can be executed by the email processing device provided by the disclosure, and the device can be configured in an electronic device, such as a server, so that when a participant of an email changes compared with a participant of a latest email in a history email, the change condition of the participant of the email can be synchronized to all participants through the email, all the participants are reminded, the user is prevented from sending information to people who are not convenient to see, and the privacy of the email is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the email processing method includes:
step 101, receiving a first e-mail sending request, wherein the sending request includes attribute information of the first e-mail, and the attribute information includes first participating user information corresponding to the first e-mail.
After the user finishes editing the content of the first e-mail and clicks the sending button, the server can receive a sending request of the first e-mail. The sending request comprises attribute information of the first e-mail, the attribute information of the first e-mail can comprise information of first participating users, such as e-mail addresses of a sender, a receiver and a carbon copy sender, and if the first e-mail has historical e-mails, the attribute information of the first e-mail can also comprise a parent e-mail identifier.
Wherein, the parent mail identification is used for indicating the latest electronic mail piece in the history mail of the first electronic mail. For example, user a sends an email to user B, and the email is the parent of the email sent by user B to user a through the reply control, and the parent is used to indicate the email.
Step 102, analyzing the attribute information of the first e-mail to determine whether the attribute information of the first e-mail contains a parent mail identifier.
In this embodiment, the attribute information of the first e-mail is analyzed, whether the attribute information of the first e-mail includes a parent mail identifier is determined, if the attribute information of the first e-mail includes the parent mail identifier, it indicates that the first e-mail has the parent mail, and if the attribute information of the first e-mail does not include the parent mail identifier, it indicates that the first e-mail does not have the parent mail.
And 103, if the first participating user information contains the parent mail identifier, acquiring second participating user information corresponding to the parent mail identifier according to the parent mail identifier.
When the attribute information of the first e-mail contains the parent mail identifier, the first e-mail is proved to have history mails, and second participating user information corresponding to the parent mail identifier can be obtained according to the parent mail identifier. The second participating user information is the participating user information of the latest email in the historical emails of the first email, such as names of senders, receivers, carbon copy receivers and the like, email addresses and other information.
And 104, judging whether the first participating user information is consistent with the second participating user information.
In practical application, in an email, there may be situations such as adding new recipients and copying recipients, or deleting recipients and copying recipients. For example, a user a sends an email a to a user B, and after receiving the email a, the user B sends an email B to the user a on the basis of the email a, and copies the user C.
In this embodiment, whether the participating user of the first email is consistent with the participating user of the parent email may be determined by comparing whether the recipient of the first email is consistent with the sender of the parent email, whether the transcriber of the first email is consistent with the transcriber of the parent email, and the like, so as to determine whether the participating user of the email has changed.
For example, if there are other users besides the sender of the parent mail, indicating that the recipient is newly added to the first electronic mail, the participating user of the first electronic mail is inconsistent with the participating user of the parent mail.
And step 105, if not, generating a change notification mail associated with the first electronic mail according to the difference information between the first participating user information and the second participating user information.
If the first participating user information is inconsistent with the second participating user information, the participating user of the first electronic mail is changed compared with the parent mail, the difference information of the first participating user information and the second participating user information can be determined, and the change notification mail related to the first electronic mail is generated according to the difference information.
For example, if the difference between the first participating user information and the second user participation information is that one cc is added to the participating users of the first e-mail, a change notification mail may be generated regarding the added cc.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the change notification email is used to explain the change of the participating user of the current email to be sent compared with the participating user of the parent email.
Step 106, sending the first e-mail and the change notification mail.
After the change notification email associated with the first email is generated, the first email and the change notification email may be sent to a recipient and a transcriber of the first email. Of course, the change notification mail may also be sent to the sender of the first email, i.e., all participating users of the first email.
For example, when a user B replies a mail to a user a, a copy-to-send person C is added, the server sends the mail to a and C at the same time, and sends a change notification mail "you add copy-to-send person C in the received mail" to a ", sends a change notification mail" B sends an e-mail to a, you add copy-to-send person "and B also receives a change notification mail" you add C to copy-to-send person ".
The email processing method of the embodiment of the disclosure judges whether the attribute information of the first email has a parent email identifier by analyzing the attribute information of the first email, judges whether the first participating user information of the first email is consistent with the second participating user information corresponding to the parent email identifier when the attribute information of the first email contains the parent email identifier so as to determine whether the participating user of the first email changes compared with the participating user of the parent email, generates a change notification email and sends the first email and the change notification email according to the difference information between the first participating user information and the second participating user information when the participating user of the first email changes compared with the parent email, so that all the participating users can be notified in time in the form of the email, the user is prevented from subsequently sending the information to people who are not convenient to see, and therefore the privacy of the e-mail is improved.
In practical application, if a user sends an email to a certain user for the first time, the sender, the receiver, the transcriber and the like of the email can be edited through the email writing control, and it can be considered that no historical email is sent between the sender and the receiver. If the user clicks 'reply', 'all replies' and the like, the fact that the user and the receiver have historical mail traffic is indicated, namely the mail to be sent currently has a parent mail.
Based on this, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, before receiving the first email sending request, the parent email identifier of the first email may be determined according to a triggering manner of the editing request of the first email.
The triggering mode includes, but is not limited to, triggering a "write mail" control, a "reply" control, an "all reply" control, a "forward" control, and the like.
Specifically, when a user triggers a control on an email display interface, a server acquires an editing request of a first email, and then determines a parent email identifier of the first email according to a triggering mode of the editing request. For example, if an editing request is triggered through a "write mail" control, the parent mail identifier is null, and if the editing request is triggered through a "reply," "forward," "all reply" or other manner, which indicates that the user is a mail editing operation performed on the basis of the historical mails, the mails associated with these controls are the parent mails of the first e-mails, and the identifiers of these associated mails are the parent mail identifiers of the first e-mails.
For example, assuming that user B receives email a sent by user a and clicks a "reply" button in the display interface of email a, email a is the parent email of email B sent by user B to user a, and the identity of email a can be used as the parent email identity of email B.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the parent mail identifier of the first electronic mail can be determined according to the triggering mode of the editing request of the first electronic mail, so that the accuracy of determining the parent mail identifier is improved.
In the related art, the information of the parent mail of the electronic mail to be sent is usually obtained according to the text content of the electronic mail to be sent, but if the user does not intend to delete the history mail content, the server cannot obtain the information of the parent mail, such as the information of the participating user of the parent mail. For such a situation, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a group identifier may be set for the email, and a parent email of the email is searched according to the group identifier, so as to obtain second participating user information of the parent email. Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another email processing method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the email processing method includes:
step 201, receiving a first e-mail sending request, where the sending request includes attribute information of the first e-mail, and the attribute information includes first participating user information corresponding to the first e-mail.
Step 202, analyzing the attribute information of the first e-mail to determine whether the attribute information of the first e-mail contains a parent mail identifier.
In this embodiment, steps 201 to 202 are similar to steps 101 to 102, and thus are not described herein again.
Step 203, acquiring a group identifier corresponding to the first e-mail.
In this embodiment, the server may set a group identifier for the e-mail. If the e-mail is edited by triggering the e-mail writing control, the server sets a group identifier for the e-mail, and when the server subsequently receives incoming and outgoing e-mails, the group identifiers corresponding to the e-mails can be determined and added to the e-mail group corresponding to the group identifier. It can be seen that the emails sent between two users have the same group identification and are stored in the same email group.
After receiving the first e-mail, the server can obtain the group identifier corresponding to the first e-mail according to the information of the sender and the receiver of the first e-mail.
And step 204, if the attribute information of the first e-mail contains a parent mail identifier, inquiring the e-mail group corresponding to the group identifier to obtain a second e-mail corresponding to the parent mail identifier.
If the attribute information of the first e-mail contains the parent e-mail identification, which indicates that the first e-mail has the parent e-mail, the e-mail group corresponding to the first e-mail group identification can be inquired, and then the second e-mail corresponding to the parent e-mail identification is searched in the e-mail group.
It should be noted that the second e-mail is a parent e-mail of the first e-mail, and is a latest e-mail in the group of e-mails, i.e. in the historical mail traffic.
Step 205, analyzing the attribute information of the second e-mail to obtain the second participating user information.
After the second e-mail is obtained, the attribute information of the second e-mail is analyzed, and information of a user participating in the second e-mail, such as mail addresses of a sender, a receiver, a transcriber and the like, is obtained.
Step 206, determining whether the first participating user information is consistent with the second participating user information.
And step 207, if not, generating a change notification mail associated with the first electronic mail according to the difference information between the first participating user information and the second participating user information.
In this embodiment, steps 206-207 are similar to steps 104-105 described above, and therefore are not described herein again.
Step 208, send the first e-mail and the change notification mail.
In practical application, when a user sends a mail based on a received historical mail, if the content of the historical mail is deleted accidentally, the user needs to return to the display interface of the historical mail again for operation, and the operation is complicated, so that inconvenience is brought to the user. Therefore, in this embodiment, the server may obtain all the historical emails of the first email according to the group identifier corresponding to the first email.
Specifically, according to a group identifier corresponding to the first e-mail, an e-mail group corresponding to the group identifier is searched according to the group identifier, then all history e-mails of the first e-mail are acquired from the e-mail group, and then the first e-mail and all history e-mails of the first e-mail are sent to a receiver, a transcriber and the like.
Because each email has a parent email except the first email in the email group, further, in order to facilitate the user to view the email and the historical emails, before the first email and each historical email are sent, the parent email of each email can be obtained according to the parent email identifier corresponding to each email in each historical email, and then each historical email can be sorted according to each historical email and the parent email thereof. Therefore, the history mails are sequenced according to the parent mail identification, so that the user can see the history interaction process of the e-mails, and the user can conveniently check the history mail content.
Or, the sorting process may also be performed according to the sending time of each historical mail in the electronic mail group, for example, the historical mails are sorted in a reverse order according to the sending time, or the historical mails are sorted in a sequence of the sending time.
And sending the first e-mail and each history mail and simultaneously sending the generated change notification mail to all the participating users of the first e-mail so as to notify all the participating users of the first e-mail that the participating users of the first e-mail have changed compared with the previous e-mail.
According to the electronic mail processing method, the second electronic mail of the father mail of the first electronic mail is obtained from the electronic mail group corresponding to the group identification through the group identification corresponding to the first electronic mail, so that the information of the second participating user corresponding to the second electronic mail is obtained. And step one, all history mails of the first e-mail are acquired according to the group identifier, and all history mails are sequenced according to the parent mail identifiers of all history mails, so that a user can obviously see the history interaction process of the e-mails.
Based on the above embodiment, further, after the first e-mail is sent, the first e-mail may be added to the e-mail group corresponding to the group identifier corresponding to the first e-mail, so that all e-mails between the sender and the receiver of the first e-mail are stored in the e-mail group, and the problem that the related information of the historical e-mail cannot be found according to the text content of the e-mail can be avoided.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, when generating the change notification mail associated with the first electronic mail, the body of the change notification may be determined according to the difference information, and then the change notification may be transmitted to the corresponding participating user. The process is described below with reference to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another email processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the generating of the change notification mail associated with the first electronic mail includes:
step 301, determining the text information of the change notification mail according to the difference information between the first participating user information and the second participating user information.
Specifically, information of a first participating user of the first electronic mail, such as mail addresses of a sender, a receiver, a transcription person and the like, is compared with user information of a second participating user to determine changes of the first electronic mail participating user compared with the second electronic mail participating user, and then text information of the change notification mail is determined according to the changes.
For example, if the participating user of the email D has the added user D to the carbon number of the user D as compared with the parent email c, it may be determined that the body of the change notification email is "the carbon number of the user D is newly added".
Step 302, determining third participating user information corresponding to the change notification mail according to the first participating user information.
When determining the receiver of the change notification mail, the third participating user information corresponding to the change notification mail may be determined according to the first participating user information.
As a possible implementation manner, the receiver of the first e-mail may be used as the receiver of the change notification mail, if there is a transcription person, the receiver and the transcription person may be used as the receiver of the change notification mail, and the sender of the first e-mail may be used as the sender of the change notification mail. Then, the change notification mail is transmitted according to the sender and the receiver of the change notification mail.
As another possible implementation manner, all the participating users of the first email, including the sender, the receiver, the transcriber, and the like, may be used as the receiver of the change notification email, and preset user information, such as the system, may be used as the sender of the change notification email. Thus, messages are sent to all participating users of the first email with preset user information.
According to the email processing method, the text information of the change notification email is determined according to the difference information between the first participating user information and the second participating user information, and the participating user of the change notification email is determined according to the first participating user information, so that the change condition of the participating user of the email is notified to the participating user of the email, and the user can know the change condition of the participating user in time.
