In a third aspect, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electronic device, comprising: one or more processors; a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method described in any of the implementations of the first aspect.
In a fourth aspect, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a computer readable medium on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method described in any of the implementations of the first aspect.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: by the group chat message sending method of the cross-mail system of some embodiments of the disclosure, the cooperative communication operation is simplified, and the time of the cooperative communication is saved. Specifically, the reason why the collaborative communication operation is tedious and takes a long time is that: the receiver and the subject are required to be determined every time in a reciprocating mail reply mode, so that the cooperative communication operation is complicated; the adoption of the instant messaging application mode requires mail participants to use the same instant messaging application, add friends first and then build group chat, resulting in complex collaborative communication operation and long time consumption. Based on this, the group chat message sending method across the mail system of some embodiments of the present disclosure first creates a group chat identifier corresponding to a target mail sent through the target mail system in response to detecting the target mail. The target mails are mails sent by a sending user in the system to a receiving user set in the system and mails of a receiving user group set outside the system. The sending user in the system and the receiving user set in the system correspond to the target mail system. Each out-of-system receiving user group in the out-of-system receiving user group set is due to an out-mail system different from the target mail system. Thus, when it is detected that a user sends a mail in the system, a group chat corresponding to the sent mail can be automatically created. And then, determining the sending user in the system and the receiving user in each system in the receiving user set in the system as the group chat users corresponding to the group chat identifiers to obtain a group chat user set. Thus, each user participating in the transmitted mail in the mail system can be automatically determined as each group chat user. And then, in response to the received mail response information corresponding to the target mail sent by the accidental mail system, adding the associated group chat identifier included in the mail response information to the group chat user set as a group chat user so as to update the group chat user set. And the associated group chat identifier corresponds to the arbitrary external mail system and the target mail. Therefore, when other mail system (namely, an external mail system) receives the mail transmitted by the mail system, the related group chat identifier corresponding to the mail and created by the other mail system can be automatically used as one group chat user of the group chat. Finally, in response to detecting that the group chat message sent by the user in the group chat corresponding to the group chat identifier is sent in the system, executing the following steps for each group chat user in the group chat user set: first, determining whether the group chat user meets the user condition in the system. And secondly, responding to the fact that the group chat user meets the user condition in the system, and sending the group chat message to the group chat user. Therefore, when the currently circulated group chat user is determined to be the user in the mail system, the group chat message sent by the user sending the mail can be directly sent to the group chat user. And thirdly, in response to the fact that the group chat user does not meet the user condition in the system, sending the group chat message to an external mail system corresponding to the group chat user, so that the external mail system sends the group chat message to an external receiving user group corresponding to the target mail and the external mail system. Therefore, when the currently circulated group chat users are determined to be the external mail system, the group chat messages sent by the users sending the mails are sent to the external mail system, and the external mail system forwards the group chat messages to each external receiving user in the external receiving user group corresponding to the group chat. And because a reciprocating mail reply mode is not adopted, the method can avoid determining the receiver and the subject of the mail for many times, thereby simplifying the cooperative communication operation. And because an instant messaging application mode is not adopted, mail participants can be prevented from using the same instant messaging application, adding friends first and then establishing group chat, and group chat messages can be directly sent through all mail systems, so that the cooperative communication operation is simplified, and the cooperative communication time is saved.

The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flow 100 of some embodiments of a group chat messaging method across mail systems in accordance with the present disclosure. The group chat message sending method of the cross-mail system comprises the following steps:
step 101, in response to detecting a target email sent through a target email system, creating a group chat identifier corresponding to the target email.
In some embodiments, an executing agent (e.g., a computing device) of a group chat messaging method across mail systems may, in response to detecting a target mail sent through a target mail system, create a group chat identification corresponding to the target mail. The target email system may be an email system corresponding to the execution subject. The target mails may be mails sent by a sending user in the system to a receiving user set in the system and mails of a receiving user group set outside the system. The sending user in the system and the receiving user set in the system correspond to the target mail system. Specifically, the in-system sending user may be a user who sends the target email in the target email system. Each in-system receiving user in the in-system receiving user set may be each user in the target email system that receives the target email. Each out-of-system receiving user group in the out-of-system receiving user group set is due to an out-mail system different from the target mail system. The out-mail system may be a different mail system from the target mail system. The external receiving user group may be each user in the external mail system that receives the target mail. Here, the in-system transmitting user, the in-system receiving user, and the out-system receiving user may be uniquely represented by a mailbox number. It should be noted that the user identities of the receiving user in the system and the receiving user outside the system may include, but are not limited to: addressees, copy-to-send persons and hidden-to-send persons. The execution agent may be a server of the target mail system. In practice, the execution body may create a group chat identifier corresponding to the target email by means of sequential encoding. The group chat identifier may uniquely represent a group chat.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the execution principal may create a group chat identifier corresponding to the target email by:
firstly, determining the system identification of the target mail system as system information. Wherein, the system identification can uniquely represent the target mail system. For example, the system identification may be a name of the target email system.
And secondly, generating mail information according to the target mail. In practice, the execution body may determine the mail identifier of the target mail as the mail information.
And thirdly, generating a group chat identifier corresponding to the target mail according to the mail information, the system information and a preset mailbox format. The preset mailbox format may be a preset mailbox format. For example, the preset mailbox format may be "xxxx@yyyy.com". Where xxxx may characterize mail information. yyyy may characterize the system information. xxxx and yyyy may represent any number of arbitrary characters. In practice, the execution body may combine the mail information and the system information according to the preset mailbox format. Then, the combined result may be determined as the group chat identifier corresponding to the target mail. Thus, the created group chat identifier can be made to contain the target mail and the characteristics of the target mail system.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the executing body may generate the mail information according to the target mail by:
first, mail header information of the target mail is determined. The mail header information may be a mail subject of the target mail.
And secondly, extracting at least one title keyword from the mail title information to obtain a title keyword set. In practice, the executing body may extract keywords from the mail header information by using a keyword extraction algorithm as header keywords to obtain a header keyword set. Here, the number of extracted title keywords is not limited. For example, the keyword extraction algorithm may be, but is not limited to: TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document file Frequency) keyword extraction algorithm and TextRank keyword extraction algorithm.
And thirdly, determining the mail identification of the target mail.
And fourthly, combining the title keyword set and the mail identification into mail information. In practice, the execution body may splice the header keyword set and the mail identifier into mail information. Here, the manner of splicing may be character splicing. Thus, the obtained mail information can contain the title key word characteristic and the mail identification characteristic which are used for refining the mail title information.
Optionally, the preset mailbox format may be a preset mailbox format template. The mailbox format template can correspond to a mail information filling position corresponding to the mail information and a system information filling position corresponding to the system information. The mailbox format template can be a mailbox format template for generating the filled information by filling the information. For example, the mailbox format template may be "____ @ ____. Com". Wherein the first underline may fill the location for the mail message. The second underline may fill the location for system information.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the executing agent may generate a group chat identifier corresponding to the target mail according to the mail information, the system information, and a preset mailbox format by:
and step one, filling the mail information to a mail information filling position in the mailbox format template, and filling the system information to a system information filling position in the mailbox format template to obtain the filled mailbox format template.
And secondly, determining the filled mailbox format template as a group chat identifier corresponding to the target mail. Therefore, the group chat identifier can be generated in a mailbox format template mode.
And 102, determining the sending user in the system and the receiving user in each system in the receiving user set in the system as the group chat user corresponding to the group chat identifier to obtain a group chat user set.
In some embodiments, the executing agent may determine the sending user in the system and the receiving user in each system in the set of receiving users in the system as group chat users corresponding to the group chat identifier, so as to obtain a set of group chat users.
And 103, in response to the received mail response piece information of the corresponding target mail sent by the unexpected mail system, adding the associated group chat identifier included in the mail response piece information to the group chat user set as a group chat user so as to update the group chat user set.
In some embodiments, the execution body may add, in response to receiving mail response information corresponding to the target mail sent by the random mail system, an associated group chat identifier included in the mail response information as a group chat user to the group chat user set to update the group chat user set. The mail receipt information may be information indicating that the target mail is successfully received by any unexpected mail system. The mail response piece information may include an associated group chat identifier, a successful receipt identifier, and a mail identifier of the target mail. The associated group chat identifier may correspond to the arbitrary external mail system and the target mail. The associated group chat identifier may be a group chat identifier corresponding to the target mail and created by the arbitrary external mail system. Here, the above-mentioned manner of creating the above-mentioned associated group chat identifier by any unexpected mail system may be the same as step 101. The successfully received identifier may be an identifier that indicates that the mail is successfully received. For example, the Successful reception identifier may be "Successful reception". The mail identifier may be an identifier uniquely representing the mail.
Step 104, in response to detecting that the group chat message sent by the user in the group chat corresponding to the group chat identifier is sent in the system, for each group chat user in the group chat user set, executing the following steps:
step 1041, determining whether the group chat user meets the user condition in the system.
In some embodiments, the execution agent may determine whether the group chat user satisfies a user condition in the system. The group chat message may be a message transmitted in a group chat. The user condition in the system may be "a group chat user is an in-system transmitting user or an in-system receiving user corresponding to the target mail system".
And step 1042, in response to determining that the group chat user meets the user condition in the system, sending the group chat message to the group chat user.
In some embodiments, the executing agent may send the group chat message to the group chat user in response to determining that the group chat user satisfies the in-system user condition. In practice, the execution agent may send the group chat message to a terminal device registered with a mailbox number of the group chat user. In practice, the execution body may further add the group chat message as an unread group chat message to an unread group chat message set corresponding to the group chat user, so that the unread group chat message set is checked at the terminal device after the group chat user logs in a mailbox number at the terminal device.
And step 1043, in response to determining that the group chat user does not meet the user condition in the system, sending the group chat message to an external mail system corresponding to the group chat user, so that the external mail system sends the group chat message to an external receiving user group corresponding to the target mail and the external mail system.
In some embodiments, the executing agent may send the group chat message to an external mail system corresponding to the group chat user in response to determining that the group chat user does not satisfy the in-system user condition, so that the external mail system sends the group chat message to an external receiving user group corresponding to the target mail and the external mail system. The external system receiving user group corresponding to the target mail and the external mail system is the external system receiving user group for receiving the target mail in the external mail system. Here, the manner in which the above-described external mail system transmits the group chat message to the off-system receiving users in the off-system receiving user group may be the same as that of step 1042.
Optionally, the executing agent may further determine, in response to receiving a group chat message sent by any group chat user in the group chat user set, the received group chat message as mail affiliated information corresponding to the target mail. The mail attached information may be remark related information of the mail. Thereby, each group chat message can be decoupled from the mail as mail attached information.
Optionally, the executing agent may determine, as the first group chat message, the group chat message sent by the first external mail system and corresponding to the group chat identifier in response to receiving the group chat message sent by the first external mail system and corresponding to the group chat identifier. The first external mail system may be an external mail system in each external mail system corresponding to the external reception user group set. The group chat user set of the external mail system corresponding to the target mail and the first external mail system comprises group chat users of the target external mail system. The group chat user set of the external mail system may be each member user of an associated group chat identifier created by the first external mail system for the target mail. And the target external mail system group chat user is the group chat identifier. It is understood that the group chat identifier corresponding to the target mail may be a member user of the group chat created by the first external mail system for the target mail.
Then, for each group chat user in the group chat user set, the following steps may be performed:
first, whether the group chat user meets the user condition in the system is determined.
And a second step of sending the first group chat message to the group chat user in response to the fact that the group chat user meets the user condition in the system.
And thirdly, in response to the fact that the group chat user does not meet the user condition in the system, determining whether the group chat user meets the user condition outside the target system. The user condition outside the target system may correspond to an associated group chat identifier corresponding to the first external mail system and the target mail. The target system external user condition may be that a group chat user is an associated group chat identifier corresponding to the first external mail system and the target mail. Therefore, whether the currently circulated group chat user is an external mail system for sending chat messages can be judged according to the external user condition of the target system.
And fourthly, in response to the fact that the group chat user does not meet the target system external user condition, determining the external mail system corresponding to the group chat user as a second external mail system.
And fifthly, sending the first group chat message to the second external mail system, so that the second external mail system sends the first group chat message to an external receiving user group corresponding to the target mail and the second external mail system. The external system receiving user group corresponding to the target email and the second external email system may be each user in the second external email system receiving the target email. Therefore, when the currently circulated group chat user is determined not to be the target mail system or the external mail system sending the chat message, the chat message sent by the external mail system can be forwarded to the external mail system corresponding to the currently circulated group chat user through the target mail system.
Optionally, the executing agent may, in response to detecting that a group chat message sent by a user in a group chat corresponding to the group chat identifier is received in any system of the set of users in the system, execute, for each group chat user in the set of group chat users, the following steps:
and a first step of determining the group chat message sent by the user in any system as a second group chat message.
And secondly, determining whether the group chat users meet the user conditions in the system.
And thirdly, in response to the fact that the group chat user meets the user condition in the system, sending the second group chat message to the group chat user.
And fourthly, in response to the fact that the group chat user does not meet the user condition in the system, determining the external mail system corresponding to the group chat user as a third external mail system.
And a fifth step of sending the second group chat message to the third external mail system, so that the third external mail system sends the second group chat message to an external receiving user group corresponding to the target mail and the third external mail system. The external system receiving user group corresponding to the target mail and the third external mail system may be each user receiving the target mail in the third external mail system. Therefore, when the currently circulated group chat user is the user of the external mail system, the chat message sent by the user in the system of the target mail can be sent to the external receiving user group corresponding to the target mail and the third external mail system through the third external mail system.
Optionally, first, the execution main body may generate the abnormal information of the mail system according to the system identifier of the fourth external mail system in response to that the mail receipt information corresponding to the target mail sent by the fourth external mail system is not received within a preset time period. The fourth external mail system may be an external mail system in each external mail system corresponding to the external reception user group set. The preset time period may be a time period with a time for sending the target mail as a starting time point and a preset time interval. Here, the specific setting of the preset time period is not limited. In practice, the execution body may fill the system identifier of the fourth external mail system into a preset exception prompt corpus template. Then, the filled preset exception prompting corpus template can be determined as the email system exception information. The preset abnormal prompting corpus template can be a preset corpus template for prompting the mail system to receive the mail abnormity. For example, the preset exception prompt corpus template may be "email system ____ receives email exception". Wherein the underlined section is to be populated with the system identification. And then, the abnormal information of the mail system is sent to a sending user in the system. In practice, the execution body may send the mail system exception information to a terminal device in which a sending user in the system is registered. In practice, the execution body may further add the email system exception information to a spam list corresponding to the sending user in the system by way of an email. Therefore, when the mail return receipt is not sent by the external mail system for a long time, the abnormal mail receiving state of the external mail system of the sending user in the system can be prompted.
Optionally, the executing agent may delete, in response to receiving mail deletion information corresponding to the target mail sent by an in-system receiving user in the in-system receiving user set, the in-system receiving user corresponding to the mail deletion information from the group chat user set, so as to update the group chat user set. The mail deleting information may be information for characterizing that the target mail system receives the target mail of the user. The mail deletion information may include a mail identification of the target mail and a mailbox number of a receiving user in a system for deleting the target mail. Thus, when a user deletes a target mail in a system in a target mail system, the user can be automatically removed from the group chat.
Optionally, the executing agent may delete, in response to receiving all-mail-deletion information corresponding to the target mail and sent by a fifth external mail system, the associated group chat identifier included in the all-mail-deletion information from the group chat user set, so as to update the group chat user set. The fifth external mail system is an external mail system in each external mail system corresponding to the external receiving user group set. The mail all-deletion information may be information indicating that each user receiving the target mail in the fifth external mail system deletes the target mail. The mail full-deletion information may include an associated group chat identifier and a full-deletion identifier. For example, the full delete identification may be "All delete". And the associated group chat identifier included in the mail full-deletion information corresponds to the fifth external mail system and the target mail. The associated group chat identifier may be a group chat identifier created by the fifth external mail system for the target mail. Therefore, when all users receiving the target mail in the external mail system delete the target mail, the associated group chat identifier created by the external mail system can be deleted from the group chat user set, so that the group chat messages sent by the target mail system and the users of other external mail systems can be sent to the external mail system without the need of sending the group chat messages to the external mail system.
Optionally, the executing agent may execute, in response to detecting that the sending user deletes the target email in the system, the following steps:
and step one, combining all the chat messages corresponding to the group chat identifiers into a chat message set.
And secondly, combining the group chat identifier, the chat message set and the target mail into information to be recycled. Here, the manner of combination may be concatenation.
And thirdly, deleting locally stored group chat information corresponding to the group chat identifier. The group chat information comprises the group chat identifier and the chat message set. Thus, when the sender of the target mail deletes the target mail, the group chat information related to the target mail stored in the target mail system can be automatically deleted.
And fourthly, sending the information to be recovered to a related recovery storage end. The recovery storage end may be a device storing recovery information. For example, the recycling storage end may be a server. The recovery storage terminal can be used as a recovery station of group chat information and mails. Therefore, the information to be recycled can be automatically stored in the recycling bin for being acquired again when needed.
The above technical solution is an inventive point of the embodiment of the present disclosure, and solves a second technical problem mentioned in the background art that "group chat cannot be automatically processed correspondingly according to related operations of different mail systems for mails". In order to achieve the effect of automatically performing corresponding processing on the group chat according to the related operations of different mail systems for mails, the method and the system can automatically remove the receiving user in the system from the group chat when the receiving user in the system in the target mail system deletes the target mail. And when all users receiving the target mail in the external mail system delete the target mail, deleting the associated group chat identifier created by the external mail system from the group chat user set, so that the group chat messages sent by the users of the target mail system and other external mail systems do not need to be sent to the external mail system subsequently. And when the sender of the target mail deletes the target mail, the group chat information related to the target mail and stored in the target mail system can be automatically deleted. Meanwhile, the information to be recycled can be automatically stored in a recycling station for being acquired again when needed. Therefore, the corresponding processing of the group chat can be automatically carried out according to the related operation of different mail systems aiming at the mails.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: by the group chat message sending method of the cross-mail system of some embodiments of the disclosure, the cooperative communication operation is simplified, and the time of the cooperative communication is saved. Specifically, the reason why the collaborative communication operation is tedious and time-consuming is that: the receiver and the subject are required to be determined every time in a reciprocating mail reply mode, so that the cooperative communication operation is complicated; the adoption of the instant messaging application mode requires that mail participants use the same instant messaging application, add friends first and then establish group chat, which leads to complicated collaborative communication operation and long time consumption. Based on this, in the group chat message sending method across the mail system according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, first, in response to detecting a target mail sent through the target mail system, a group chat identifier corresponding to the target mail is created. Thus, when it is detected that a sending user sends a mail in the system, a group chat corresponding to the sent mail can be automatically created. Therefore, when other mail system (namely, an external mail system) receives the mail sent by the mail system, the associated group chat identifier which is created by the other mail system and corresponds to the mail can be automatically used as one group chat user of the group chat. Finally, in response to detecting that the group chat message sent by the user in the group chat corresponding to the group chat identifier is sent in the system, executing the following steps for each group chat user in the group chat user set: firstly, determining whether the group chat users meet user conditions in the system.
