技术领域
本发明属于滚针轴承组件领域。
背景技术
在许多工业、汽车或航空应用中使用滚针轴承组件是已知的实践。这种组件通常包括具有形成内滚道的圆柱形外表面的内环,具有形成外滚道的圆柱形内表面的外环以及多个径向布置在内滚道和外滚道之间的圆柱形针,两个环同轴。这种类型的组件的主要优点之一是,由于针的直径小,它具有最佳的径向紧凑性,同时能够支撑相对较大的径向载荷。然而,在组件的结构中,有必要提供用于确保针在两个轴向方向上保持在环之间的装置。
为了满足这一需求,已知的实践是提供一种轴向安装在内环的肩部和外环的侧表面之间的垫圈,所述肩部相对于内部滚道径向突出。然而,所述肩部和内部滚道之间的连接角度受到载荷的影响,并且更具体地说是易受张力影响的区域。这可能导致内圈在该位置更快地疲劳,具有显著的断裂风险和更短的使用寿命。
已知的实践是提供连接半径尽可能大的圆角。然而,考虑到需要支撑的紧凑性、重量和径向载荷,为所述圆角提供令人满意的形状是一件特别复杂的事情。
发明内容
本发明寻求补救上述缺点。
更具体地,本发明旨在提供一种轴承组件,其更便宜,易于制造,具有能够支撑显著径向载荷的最佳紧凑性,并且具有更长的使用寿命。
本发明涉及一种具有圆柱形滚动元件的轴承组件,该轴承组件包括设置有形成内滚道的圆柱形外表面的内环、设置有形成外滚道的圆柱形内表面的外环、以及多个径向布置在内滚道和外滚道之间的圆柱形滚动元件,这两个环沿着中心轴线同轴。

-内环在内部滚道的另一轴向端处和环形肩部的轴向相反侧上设有固定垫圈,该垫圈牢固地安装在所述内环上,所述垫圈具有朝向轴承组件内部的侧向表面,并形成用于滚动元件的轴向邻接表面。
外环包括在外滚道的另一轴向端处和环形肩部的轴向相对侧上的环形凹槽,该环形凹槽保持该保持垫圈的一部分。

根据本发明,轴承组件1不需要任何额外的部件来形成圆柱形滚动元件2在第一轴向上的邻接,该功能通过外环4的肩部10来实现。外环4本身由内环3的肩部6保持在该第一轴向上。
圆角8和倒角13的尺寸使得环3、4可以尽可能紧凑地组装,同时确保足够的空间来确定所述圆角的尺寸。因此,可以提供任何可行的形状和曲率半径,用于尽可能可靠地支撑通常径向施加在组件1上的载荷,特别是在圆角8的区域中。
此外,内环3在内部滚道5的另一个轴向端部处并且在环形肩部6的轴向相反侧上设置有保持垫圈14,该保持垫圈14牢固地安装在所述内环3上。
例如,垫圈14通过将所述垫圈14的螺纹孔拧到内环3的螺纹表面上而被牢固地紧固。根据进一步的替代方案,垫圈6可以被焊接、粘接或装配在内环3的外部上设置的环形沟槽中,或者采用任何其他技术上可行的方式。
