Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a PBT fiber/polyamide fiber/silk blended fabric and a one-bath one-step dyeing method thereof.
Background
At present, researches on blended fabrics are mostly focused on the aspects of polyester fibers, nylon fibers, cotton fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers (such as tencel and the like), the advantages of various fibers are fully exerted by adjusting different blending proportions, and the advantages are made up for the deficiencies, so that the weaving and wearing performances of the fabrics are greatly improved.
The PBT fiber is a polybutylene terephthalate fiber, which is a polyester fiber prepared by esterification or ester exchange of terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and 1, 4-Butanediol (BDO), polycondensation to obtain a polymer, and melt spinning. Because the molecular chain contains a conjugated system formed by a polyester-like benzene ring and carboxyl and also contains a methyl chain segment with the length similar to that of nylon, the PBT fiber has various excellent performances of polyamide fiber (nylon fiber) and common polyester fiber (polyester fiber).
Similar to PET fibers (polyester fibers), PBT fibers are dyed with disperse dyes under high temperature (110 to 140 ℃) and acidic conditions as a common dyeing condition, and reduction cleaning is usually required after dyeing (see patent documents 1 to 3).
The nylon fiber has the characteristics of softness, wear resistance, comfort and cool feeling.
The silk is the lightest, softest and finest natural fiber in the nature, is known as 'fiber queen', but has high price and exists as top luxury goods since ancient times.
However, polyamide fiber and silk have poor homochromatism and are prone to cause uneven coloring, and patent document 4 adopts a two-bath method to solve the technical problem.
At present, no literature report on the PBT fiber/nylon fiber/silk blended fabric and the dyeing method thereof is found.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides the PBT fiber/nylon fiber/silk blended fabric which has smooth hand feeling, good elasticity without spandex, cool feeling and comfortable wearing and the one-bath one-step dyeing method thereof.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a PBT fiber/nylon fiber/silk blended fabric is woven by PBT fiber/nylon fiber/silk blended yarn; in the PBT fiber/nylon fiber/silk blended yarn, the blending ratio (weight ratio) of the PBT fiber to the nylon fiber to the silk is 50-70% to 20-40% to 10%.
Applicants have found that PBT fibres below 50% result in poor spinnability of the yarn.
The one-bath one-step dyeing method of the PBT fiber/nylon fiber/silk blended fabric comprises pretreatment, one-bath one-step dyeing and post-treatment.
The one-bath one-step dyeing is to immerse the pretreated PBT fiber/polyamide fiber/silk blended fabric into a dye solution containing a disperse dye and an acid dye, adjust the pH to 4.5-5.5 by using glacial acetic acid, firstly heat up to 50-70 ℃ at the speed of 3-4 ℃/min, perform heat preservation operation for 5-10 min, then heat up to 95-98 ℃ at the speed of 1-1.5 ℃/min, and perform heat preservation operation for 20-40 min.
The disperse dye is preferably a high-fastness reduction-free washing type disperse dye.
The dye solution also contains a dispersing agent, a dispersing leveling agent and a silk low-temperature accelerating agent.
The dosage of the dispersant is 0.1-2.0 g/L, preferably 0.3-1.0 g/L.
The dispersant IS preferably a multifunctional dispersant, more preferably a multifunctional dispersant, Sera Sperse M-IS.
The dosage of the dispersing and leveling agent is 0.1-2.0 g/L, preferably 0.5-1.5 g/L.
The dispersing and leveling agent is preferably a dispersing and leveling agent RDT-27.
The dosage of the silk low-temperature accelerant is 0.1-2.0 g/L, preferably 0.5-1.5 g/L.
The main component of the silk low-temperature accelerating agent is an ethoxy fatty acid amine derivative, and the silk low-temperature accelerating agent has the effect of promoting silk dyeing by acid dyes.
And in the one-bath one-step dyeing process, adding the disperse dye and the acid dye in the same bath, and synchronously heating and preserving heat to finish dyeing.
The pretreatment is to refine the PBT fiber/polyamide fiber/silk blended fabric, wash the fabric once with water, and finally neutralize the fabric with glacial acetic acid until the pH value is 7 +/-0.5.
The refining treatment temperature is 80-98 ℃, and the refining treatment time is 30-60 min.
The formula of the refining treatment solution is as follows: 0.5-2.0 g/L of refining emulsifier, 0.5-2.0 g/L of penetrant, 1.0-4.0 g/L of soda ash and the balance of water.
And the post-treatment is to perform acid color fixation on the PBT fiber/polyamide fiber/silk blended fabric dyed in one bath and one step.
The temperature of the acid color fixing is 50-70 ℃, and the time is 10-30 min.
The invention has the following positive effects:
(1) the blended fabric is prepared by blending PBT, chinlon and silk, has smooth handfeel of silk, has good elasticity without using spandex, is cool, is comfortable to wear, has excellent fastness and stable size, and meets the requirements of customers on high-grade fabrics.
(2) According to the invention, a large number of tests show that the special multifunctional dispersing agent and the disperse leveling agent are added into a dye solution, so that the PBT fiber can obtain a good dyeing effect at a low temperature, one-bath one-step dyeing with nylon and silk can be realized, the influence of high-temperature (above 100 ℃) dyeing on the strength and hand feeling of the nylon fiber and the silk is avoided, and the quality of the fabric is ensured.
(3) The silk low-temperature accelerating agent contained in the dyeing solution can promote acid dyes to dye silk, so that the dyeing rate of the silk is improved, the nylon fibers and the silk basically achieve the same color, the problems of poor homochromy and uneven coloring of the nylon fibers and the silk are solved, and finally one-bath one-step dyeing is realized.
(4) After one-bath one-step dyeing is finished, reduction cleaning is not needed, and only the aldehydic acid-free color fixing agent is used for fixing color, so that the discharge of waste water is effectively reduced, the environment is more friendly, water resources are saved, and the energy consumption is reduced.
