Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, in particular to a dyeing process of a polyester fabric.
Background
Polyester is an important variety in synthetic fibers, is a commodity name of polyester fibers in China, and is fiber prepared by using polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which is a fiber-forming high polymer prepared by esterification or ester exchange and polycondensation reactions of raw materials of PTA (PTA) or DMT (DMT) and ethylene glycol (MEG), and spinning and post-treatment. The terylene fabric woven by terylene has the characteristics of high strength, good elasticity and good wear resistance, and is widely applied. Dyeing is an indispensable process in the production process of the polyester fabric, and the existing dyeing of the polyester fabric has the problems of long process flow and poor dyeing effect, so that the production requirements of enterprises cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dyeing process of a polyester fabric, which aims to solve the technical problems in the background technology.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a dyeing process of a polyester fabric comprises the following steps:
s1: pretreating the grey cloth, and sequentially performing alkali decrement treatment, washing and drying;
s2: and dyeing the grey cloth processed in the S1, wherein the dyeing used comprises the following chemical components in parts by weight: 350 parts of 320-one water, 50-60 parts of high-temperature leveling agent, 5-10 parts of acetic acid, 30-40 parts of disperse dye, 10-12 parts of aminopropyl lauryl glutamine, 10-20 parts of wetting agent and 3-5 parts of trisodium sulfosuccinate; rapidly heating to 90 ℃, slowly heating to 110-;
s3: washing the grey cloth dyed in the step S2 for 15-30min, and then dehydrating and drying;
s4: and (5) shaping the dried gray fabric in the step (S3) by a shaping machine to obtain the dyed fabric.
As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the dyeing process in the step S2 is a continuous dyeing process twice.
As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the dyeing temperature is maintained at 120 degrees in step S2.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the temperature rising speed of slowly rising the temperature to 110-130 ℃ in the step S2 is 2-3 ℃/min.
As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the washing time of the gray fabric in the step S3 is 30 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the traditional dyeing process, the dyeing process provided by the invention can achieve the effect of traditional three-time dyeing only by carrying out dyeing twice, saves the time of the dyeing process flow, reduces the cost, has better dyeing effect compared with the traditional dyeing process, and can meet the production requirements of enterprises.
