背景技术
PVC人造革具有耐水解、耐磨、耐刮、耐酸碱、阻燃等优点,且具有相对低廉的价格优势,一直被广泛应用于箱包、汽车、沙发座垫、鞋材、文具等行业。
随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对衣食住行等方面要求越来越高,特别是生活中常用的鞋、箱包、沙发等,需要具有良好的透湿透气性、耐磨耐刮性能、柔软性等,同时还具有优异的防水性能。现有的人造革在拒水防水性能及耐磨性能等方面仍不能满足市场需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革及其制备方法;制备的人造革具有较高的泼水度,拒水性能优异,且具有较好的耐磨性、较高的强度和较好的表面光泽。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,包括涂饰层、面层和基布层,面层设置于基布层上,面层的表面还设有涂饰层,所述涂饰层的制备原料包括述涂饰层的制备原料包改性水性聚氨酯乳液100重量份、去离子水25~45重量份、氧化石墨烯0.2~1.5重量份、表面活性剂0.1~1重量份、消泡剂0.1~1重量份、流平剂0.5~1.5重量份;其中,改性水性聚氨酯是以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚为原料,以羟丙基封端含氟聚硅氧烷为改性剂,以二羟甲基丙酸为亲水单体,三羟甲基丙烷为扩链单体合成。

本发明还提供了一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面层的制备原料按照重量份数配比置于高速搅拌机中进行高速混合搅拌,搅拌温度为100~120℃,搅拌时间为100~200s,得到混合物料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物料排入密炼机里进行混炼,混炼温度为130~150℃,混练结束后排出至开炼机,依次通过两台开炼机在120~150℃的温度条件下进行塑炼,然后输送至压延机压延成片材,压延温度为130~180℃,压延后得到的片材再贴合于基布上,制成半成品,然后将该半成品送入发泡压花机,在160~210℃的条件下进行发泡压花处理;
(3)利用涂饰层的制备原料制备涂饰剂;在面层上涂覆该涂饰剂后,经烘干制得泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革。
进一步的,步骤(3)中,涂饰剂的制备过程为:将氧化石墨烯、表面活性剂、去离子水混合超声15min,再加入改性水性聚氨酯乳液、消泡剂和流平剂,继续超声30min后得到该涂饰剂。
进一步的,步骤(3)中的烘干操作是在120~150℃下烘烤80~120s。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的改性水性聚氨酯的合成过程中引入了二羟甲基丙酸亲水单体,使得合成的聚氨酯分子链上引入了亲水性羧基阴离子基团,可以有利于水性聚氨酯稳定地分散于水中,提高形成的聚氨酯乳液的稳定性;而该改性水性聚氨酯的合成过程中加入的羟丙基封端含氟聚硅氧烷改性剂,使得合成的聚氨酯分子链上引入疏水的含氟聚硅氧烷链段,从而可以降低涂饰剂成型后的涂饰层的表面张力,使得涂饰层具有较强的疏水性、较高的泼水度;本发明的改性水性聚氨酯的合成采用了二羟甲基丙酸亲水单体和羟丙基封端含氟聚硅氧烷改性剂,并设计了两者的合理用量,可以达到亲水基团和疏水链段之间的平衡,从而不仅提高了水性聚氨酯乳液的稳定性,而且也提高了由涂饰剂形成的涂饰层的疏水性,使最终制得的人造革表面具有较高的泼水度及较好的防水性,且抗污能力强。
此外,本发明的涂饰剂中加入的氧化石墨烯与改性水性聚氨酯乳液配合,提高了分子间作用力,增大了涂饰层的强度,提高了人造革制品的耐磨性和耐折牢度,同时还可赋予人造革较好的表面光泽度;再有,表面活性剂的加入则可以提高氧化石墨烯的分散性,使氧化石墨烯在水性聚氨酯乳液中分散更均匀。

实施例1
一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,包括涂饰层、面层和基布层,面层设置于基布层上,面层的表面还设有涂饰层,所述涂饰层的制备原料包改性水性聚氨酯乳液100重量份、去离子水30重量份、氧化石墨烯0.5重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠1重量份、消泡剂0.5重量份、流平剂1.5重量份;其中,改性水性聚氨酯是以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚为原料,以羟丙基封端含氟聚硅氧烷为改性剂,以二羟甲基丙酸为亲水单体,三羟甲基丙烷为扩链单体合成。
面层的制备原料按重量份数包括以下组分:PVC树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂35重量份、硅灰石粉20重量份、稀土稳定剂1重量份。
其中,改性水性聚氨酯的合成过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的质量比为1:1.5;改性剂的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的6%;二羟甲基丙酸的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的6%,三羟甲基丙烷的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的3%。
本发明还提供了上述泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面层的制备原料按照重量份数配比置于高速搅拌机中进行高速混合搅拌,搅拌温度为100℃,搅拌时间为150s,得到混合物料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物料排入密炼机里进行混炼,混炼温度为130℃,混练结束后排出至开炼机,依次通过两台开炼机在130℃的温度条件下进行塑炼,然后输送至压延机压延成片材,压延温度为140℃,压延后得到的片材再贴合于基布上,制成半成品,然后将该半成品送入发泡压花机,在170℃的条件下进行发泡压花处理;
(3)利用涂饰层的制备原料制备涂饰剂;在面层上涂覆该涂饰剂后,在130℃温度条件下烘烤100s制得泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革。
其中,涂饰层的制备原料中的改性水性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程为:
取15重量份的聚醚、10重量份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1.5重量份的羟丙基封端含氟聚硅氧烷改性剂,混合搅拌均匀,加热至70℃,然后加入1.5重量份的二羟甲基丙酸、一定量的催化剂(二丁基二月桂酸锡)、一定量的丙酮,反应45min,再升温至85℃,继续反应2h,再降温至65℃,加入0.75重量份的三羟甲基丙烷,继续反应20min,再降温至35℃,加入适量的三乙胺中和,再加入一定量的去离子水进行乳化,得到改性水性聚氨酯乳液。
涂饰剂的制备过程为:按照重量份数将氧化石墨烯、十二烷基硫酸钠、去离子水混合超声15min,再加入改性水性聚氨酯乳液、消泡剂和流平剂,继续超声30min后得到该涂饰剂。
实施例2
一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,包括涂饰层、面层和基布层,面层设置于基布层上,面层的表面还设有涂饰层,所述涂饰层的制备原料包改性水性聚氨酯乳液100重量份、去离子水40重量份、氧化石墨烯0.2重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.2重量份、消泡剂0.1重量份、流平剂0.5重量份;其中,改性水性聚氨酯是以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚为原料,以羟丙基封端含氟聚硅氧烷为改性剂,以二羟甲基丙酸为亲水单体,三羟甲基丙烷为扩链单体合成。

本发明还提供了上述泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面层的制备原料按照重量份数配比置于高速搅拌机中进行高速混合搅拌,搅拌温度为100℃,搅拌时间为150s,得到混合物料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物料排入密炼机里进行混炼,混炼温度为130℃,混练结束后排出至开炼机,依次通过两台开炼机在130℃的温度条件下进行塑炼,然后输送至压延机压延成片材,压延温度为150℃,压延后得到的片材再贴合于基布上,制成半成品,然后将该半成品送入发泡压花机,在180℃的条件下进行发泡压花处理;
(3)利用涂饰层的制备原料制备涂饰剂;在面层上涂覆该涂饰剂后,在130℃温度条件下烘烤100s制得泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革。
其中,涂饰层的制备原料中的改性水性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程以及涂饰剂的制备过程同实施例1。
实施例3
一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,包括涂饰层、面层和基布层,面层设置于基布层上,面层的表面还设有涂饰层,所述涂饰层的制备原料包改性水性聚氨酯乳液100重量份、去离子水45重量份、氧化石墨烯1.5重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5重量份、消泡剂1重量份、流平剂1重量份;其中,改性水性聚氨酯是以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚为原料,以羟丙基封端含氟聚硅氧烷为改性剂,以二羟甲基丙酸为亲水单体,三羟甲基丙烷为扩链单体合成。
面层的制备原料按重量份数包括以下组分:PVC树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂50重量份、硅灰石粉25重量份、稀土稳定剂3重量份、发泡剂1重量份。
其中,改性水性聚氨酯的合成过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的质量比为1:1.5;改性剂的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的6%;二羟甲基丙酸的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的6%,三羟甲基丙烷的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的3%。
本发明还提供了上述泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面层的制备原料按照重量份数配比置于高速搅拌机中进行高速混合搅拌,搅拌温度为100℃,搅拌时间为150s,得到混合物料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物料排入密炼机里进行混炼,混炼温度为130℃,混练结束后排出至开炼机,依次通过两台开炼机在150℃的温度条件下进行塑炼,然后输送至压延机压延成片材,压延温度为160℃,压延后得到的片材再贴合于基布上,制成半成品,然后将该半成品送入发泡压花机,在200℃的条件下进行发泡压花处理;
(3)利用涂饰层的制备原料制备涂饰剂;在面层上涂覆该涂饰剂后,在130℃温度条件下烘烤100s制得泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革。
其中,涂饰层的制备原料中的改性水性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程以及涂饰剂的制备过程同实施例1。
按照GJB2589.14-96对实施例1-3的人造革进行防水测试;透水次数分别为1500次,最终测定各实施例的人造革的吸水率小于0.35%;由此可知,本发明的人造革具有较好的防水、疏水效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,其特征在于,包括涂饰层、面层和基布层,面层设置于基布层上,面层的表面还设有涂饰层,所述涂饰层的制备原料包括改性水性聚氨酯乳液100重量份、去离子水25~45重量份、氧化石墨烯0.2~1.5重量份、表面活性剂0.1~1重量份、消泡剂0.1~1重量份、流平剂0.5~1.5重量份;其中,改性水性聚氨酯是以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚为原料,以羟丙基封端含氟聚硅氧烷为改性剂,以二羟甲基丙酸为亲水单体,三羟甲基丙烷为扩链单体合成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,其特征在于,所述面层的制备原料按重量份数包括以下组分:PVC树脂100重量份、增塑剂25~50重量份、填料20~35重量份、耐热稳定剂1~3重量份、发泡剂0~2重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,其特征在于,改性水性聚氨酯的合成过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的质量比为1:1.1~1.5;改性剂的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的5%~6%;二羟甲基丙酸的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的4%~6%,三羟甲基丙烷的用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚的总质量的2%~3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,其特征在于,所述增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸酯类、磷酸酯类、环氧类增塑剂中的一种或两种及以上的组合。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,其特征在于,所述填料为硅灰石粉。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革,其特征在于,所述耐热稳定剂选自钙锌类、金属皂、稀土稳定剂中的一种或两种及以上的组合。
8.一种如权利要求1至7任一项所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面层的制备原料按照重量份数配比置于高速搅拌机中进行高速混合搅拌,搅拌温度为100~120℃,搅拌时间为100~200s,得到混合物料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物料排入密炼机里进行混炼,混炼温度为130~150℃,混练结束后排出至开炼机,依次通过两台开炼机在120~150℃的温度条件下进行塑炼,然后输送至压延机压延成片材,压延温度为130~180℃,压延后得到的片材再贴合于基布上,制成半成品,然后将该半成品送入发泡压花机,在160~210℃的条件下进行发泡压花处理;
(3)利用涂饰层的制备原料制备涂饰剂;在面层上涂覆该涂饰剂后,经烘干制得泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,涂饰剂的制备过程为:将氧化石墨烯、表面活性剂、去离子水混合超声15min,再加入改性水性聚氨酯乳液、消泡剂和流平剂,继续超声30min后得到该涂饰剂。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种泼水型聚氯乙烯人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的烘干操作是在120~150℃下烘烤80~120s。
