Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置,包括安装座,安装座上固定安装有行走电机控制器和高压水泵电机控制器,在行走电机控制器、高压水泵电机控制器的一侧分别安装有冷却风扇,冷却风扇的外侧设置有冷却风道且冷却风扇的出风口与冷却风道相连通;安装座的下方设置有行走电机,冷却风道的出风口正对行走电机的机身;此装置结构上充分利用环卫车电控驱动安装的位置进行多空间安装,利用冷却风扇产生空气对流进行冷却,可以使电动环卫车的电控驱动系统在40℃以上的工作环境也能正常连续工作,控制器和驱动电机在其冷却下工作温度不超过保护限值,电机及控制器不会保护停机,也不会因工作温度过高损坏。

一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置
技术领域
本发明涉及道路清扫设备技术领域,具体的说,尤其涉及一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置。
背景技术
电动环卫车简单理解就是以电力为驱动,它具有环保、美观和减少二次污染等优点,为相关环卫系统部门所使用。地球需要低碳环保,环卫部门首当其冲,电动环卫车作为一种清洁工具,本身没有污染,已经被环卫部门认可。电动环卫车优点有很多,除了美观,给市容市貌增添风采外,还降低劳动强度、节约劳动成本、提高工作效率,另外也实现了政府大力倡导的低碳环保口号。电动环卫车电控驱动系统的控制器和电机在环卫作业时由于环卫车行进速度低(一般2-10km/h)无法有效的利用空气自然对流进行风冷冷却,导致控制器和电机温度升高到保护限值后停止工作,影响车辆的正常使用,因此本发明提出本冷却装置,在工作时对控制器和驱动电机进行强制风冷冷却,以满足环卫车的正常使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置,其中,包括安装座,所述安装座固定安装在环卫车的车架上;
所述安装座上固定安装有行走电机控制器和高压水泵电机控制器,在所述行走电机控制器、高压水泵电机控制器的一侧分别安装有冷却风扇,所述冷却风扇的外侧设置有冷却风道且所述冷却风扇的出风口与所述冷却风道相连通;
所述安装座的下方设置有行走电机,所述冷却风道的出风口正对所述行走电机的机身。
优选的,所述安装座为L形板,所述安装座的两端及侧面分别通过螺栓固定安装在车架上。
优选的,所述安装座设有横向安装面和竖向安装面,所述行走电机控制器、高压水泵电机控制器通过螺栓固定安装在所述横向安装面上,两所述冷却风扇通过螺栓固定安装在所述竖向安装面上。
优选的,所述行走电机控制器、高压水泵电机控制器的底部均设置有散热片,所述散热片固定安装在所述安装座上。
优选的,所述散热片的材质为铝。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此冷却装置结构上充分利用环卫车电控驱动安装的位置进行多空间安装,利用冷却风扇产生空气对流进行冷却,可以使电动环卫车的电控驱动系统在40℃以上的工作环境也能正常连续工作,控制器和驱动电机在其冷却下工作温度不超过保护限值,电机及控制器不会保护停机,也不会因工作温度过高损坏,冷却装置采用双散热风扇设计,在仅有一台工作的情况下仍可保证正常冷却电机和控制器。

实施例
请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例中,一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置,包括安装座2,所述安装座2固定安装在环卫车的车架上;
安装座2上固定安装有行走电机控制器4和高压水泵电机控制器5,在行走电机控制器4、高压水泵电机控制器5的一侧分别安装有冷却风扇3,冷却风扇3的外侧设置有冷却风道1且冷却风扇3的出风口与冷却风道1相连通;
安装座2的下方设置有行走电机6,冷却风道1的出风口正对行走电机6的机身。
进一步的说,安装座2为L形板,安装座2的两端及侧面分别通过螺栓固定安装在车架上。
进一步的说,安装座2设有横向安装面和竖向安装面,行走电机控制器4、高压水泵电机控制器5通过螺栓固定安装在横向安装面上,两冷却风扇3通过螺栓固定安装在竖向安装面上。
进一步的说,行走电机控制器4、高压水泵电机控制器5的底部均设置有散热片7,散热片7固定安装在安装座2上。
进一步的说,散热片7的材质为铝。
工作原理:
本装置安装在环卫车车架大梁中间,连同车架横梁及上部绝缘盖板(附图中未示出)行成一个控制器舱,控制器舱内装有行走电机控制器4及高压水泵电机控制器5,两个控制器底部均带铝质散热片7,此装置下方为行走电机6;车辆通电时,安装在安装座2竖向安装面的两台冷却风扇3以每分钟4500转的速度开始工作,风扇扇面直径为110mm,空气流量可达136CFM,并且空气经过风扇后升压处理可将控制器舱内及行走电机控制器4、高压水泵电机控制器5的底部散热片7周围空气抽走形成负压使气流流动,从而将行走电机控制器4、高压水泵电机控制器5上的热量带走,达到散热的目的。散冷却风扇3抽动的负压气流通过冷却风道1汇聚后在行走电机6上方的出风口吹出,气流吹出方向正对行走电机6的机身上并形成气流流动,继而达到行走电机6散热的目的。
上述过程中,在结构上充分利用环卫车电控驱动安装的位置进行多空间安装,利用冷却风扇产生空气对流进行冷却,可以使电动环卫车的电控驱动系统在40℃以上的工作环境也能正常连续工作,控制器和驱动电机在其冷却下工作温度不超过保护限值,电机及控制器不会保护停机,也不会因工作温度过高损坏。

1.一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置,包括安装座(2),其特征在于:所述安装座(2)固定安装在环卫车的车架上;
所述安装座(2)上固定安装有行走电机控制器(4)和高压水泵电机控制器(5),在所述行走电机控制器(4)、高压水泵电机控制器(5)的一侧分别安装有冷却风扇(3),所述冷却风扇(3)的外侧设置有冷却风道(1)且所述冷却风扇(3)的出风口与所述冷却风道(1)相连通;
所述安装座(2)的下方设置有行走电机(6),所述冷却风道(1)的出风口正对所述行走电机(6)的机身。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置,其特征在于:所述安装座(2)为L形板,所述安装座(2)的两端及侧面分别通过螺栓固定安装在车架上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置,其特征在于:所述安装座(2)设有横向安装面和竖向安装面,所述行走电机控制器(4)、高压水泵电机控制器(5)通过螺栓固定安装在所述横向安装面上,两所述冷却风扇(3)通过螺栓固定安装在所述竖向安装面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动环卫车电控驱动系统冷却装置,其特征在于:所述行走电机控制器(4)、高压水泵电机控制器(5)的底部均设置有散热片(7),所述散热片(7)固定安装在所述安装座(2)上。
