Abstract
本发明公开了一种双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件及其制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将碳纤维制成碳纤维网毡;(2)将碳纤维经织机分别编织成单向布和双向布;(3)将单向布和双向布各自与碳纤维网毡针刺复合预定型分别形成单向复合料和双向复合料;(4)将所述的单向复合料和双向复合料各经自动收卷装置规整收卷;(5)将双向复合料和单向复合料在圆筒模具表层叠层定型,引入恒定张力连续旋转缠绕针刺制成双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件。本发明方法制备的新型双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件,轴向和环向纤维布整体连续缠绕无接缝、无断层连续针刺成形,使得整体强度比以往的同类产品要高,且整体稳定性好,而且相比以往的制备工艺,又大幅度缩短了制造周期,降低了生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于碳碳复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件及其制备方法。
技术背景
碳纤维针刺筒形件已广泛用于碳碳复合材料技术领域,它的主要优点是耐超高温、耐疲劳性好、耐腐蚀性好、质量轻、比性能高;然而目前的制造技术多数采用一层双向布铺层叠加一层网毡针刺,一层环向绕纱铺层叠加一层网毡针刺工艺,依次循环铺层针刺制得筒形件预制体;其不足之处在于:双向布每层断裂有接缝,且布面纤维错位不整齐,影响产品力学性能;环向绕纱层纤维排布不均匀,容易导致纤维层堆叠或空隙,而且引入纤维张力不均匀,影响产品的整体稳定性。本发明针对现有技术的不足,提空了一种新的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,而且能极大地提高工作效率,降低生产成本。
发明内容
针对目前制备筒形件技术上存在的问题,本发明提供了一种新型的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件及其制备方法。
为实现上述的发明目的,本发明可以采用以下技术方案:
一种双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳纤维短切成长度70±5mm,经开松后通过气流循环设备制成碳纤维网毡;
(2)将碳纤维经织机分别编织成单向布和双向布;
(3)将单向布和双向布各自与步骤(1)制备的碳纤维网毡针刺复合预定型分别形成单向复合料和双向复合料;
(4)将所述的单向复合料和双向复合料各经自动收卷装置规整收卷;
(5)将双向复合料和单向复合料在圆筒模具表层叠层定型,引入恒定张力连续旋转缠绕针刺制成双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件。
作为一种优选技术方案,步骤(1)中所述碳纤维网毡的面密度为20-100g/m2。
作为一种优选技术方案,步骤(2)中的所述单向布的面密度为100-400g/m2;所述双向布的面密度为100-400g/m2。
作为一种优选技术方案,步骤(3)中所述预定型的针刺密度为5-10针/cm2。
作为一种优选技术方案,步骤(3)中所述单向复合料和双向复合料中的网毡不能有毛边(须修齐网毡毛边),刚好覆盖单向布和双向布。
作为一种优选技术方案,步骤(4)中所述的单向复合料和双向复合料须收卷整齐,复合料面内不能有褶皱。
作为一种优选技术方案,步骤(5)中所述的双向复合料和单向复合料连续缠绕针刺时须引入恒定的张力,所引入的恒定张力为10-100N。
作为一种优选技术方案,步骤(5)中制成的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件预制体的体积密度为:0.30-0.70g/cm3。
本发明还提供了采用上述方法制备的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明研发了一种新型的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件及其制备方法,轴向和环向纤维布整体连续缠绕无接缝、无断层连续针刺成形,使得整体强度比以往的同类产品要高且整体稳定性好,现有的同类商品的强度为0.018MPa,而本发明产品的强度为0.036MPa;而且相比以往的制备工艺,又大幅度缩短了制造周期(产品的制造周期具体要看产品的厚度,同等厚度的产品相较于现有的制备方法本发明的制造时间可缩短近一半),降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
将12K碳纤维短切成长度70±5mm,经开松后通过气流循环设备制成面密度50g/m2的网毡,将12K碳纤维编织成12K单向布,面密度为200g/m2,将12K碳纤维编织成12K平纹布,面密度为300g/m2,然后分别与网毡针刺复合,针刺密度:5-10针/cm2,分别制成面密度为250g/m2的单向复合料和面密度为350g/m2的平纹复合料(双向复合料),所述单向复合料和双向复合料中的网毡不能有毛边,刚好覆盖单向布和双向布,分别规整收卷上下后放置于张力装置4,所述的单向复合料和双向复合料须收卷整齐,复合料面内不能有褶皱,将平纹复合料2和单向复合料3在圆筒模具1表层叠层定型,引入恒定的张力50N经圆筒模具顺时针旋转连续缠绕后连续针刺成形,制得的预制件体积密度为0.40g/cm3。
实施例2
将12K碳纤维短切成长度70±5mm,经开松后通过气流循环设备制成面密度100g/m2的网毡,将12K碳纤维编织成12K单向布,面密度为240g/m2,将12K碳纤维编织成12K平纹布,面密度为320g/m2,然后分别与网毡针刺复合,针刺密度:5-10针/cm2,分别制成面密度为340g/m2的单向复合料和面密度为420g/m2的平纹复合料(双向复合料),所述单向复合料和双向复合料中的网毡不能有毛边,刚好覆盖单向布和双向布,分别规整收卷上下后放置于张力装置4,所述的单向复合料和双向复合料须收卷整齐,复合料面内不能有褶皱,将平纹复合料2和单向复合料3在圆筒模具1表层叠层定型,引入恒定的张力50N经圆筒模具顺时针旋转连续缠绕后连续针刺成形,制得的预制件体积密度为0.50g/cm3。

Claims (9)
1.一种双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳纤维短切成长度70±5mm,经开松后通过气流循环设备制成碳纤维网毡;
(2)将碳纤维经织机分别编织成单向布和双向布;
(3)将单向布和双向布各自与步骤(1)制备的碳纤维网毡针刺复合预定型分别形成单向复合料和双向复合料;
(4)将所述的单向复合料和双向复合料各经自动收卷装置规整收卷;
(5)将双向复合料和单向复合料在圆筒模具表层叠层定型,引入恒定张力连续旋转缠绕针刺制成双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述碳纤维网毡的面密度为20-100g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的所述单向布的面密度为100-400g/m2;所述双向布的面密度为100-400g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述预定型的针刺密度为5-10针/cm2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述单向复合料和双向复合料中的网毡不能有毛边,刚好覆盖单向布和双向布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的单向复合料和双向复合料须收卷整齐,复合料面内不能有褶皱。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述的双向复合料和单向复合料连续缠绕针刺时须引入恒定的张力。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中制成的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件的体积密度为:0.30-0.70g/cm3。
9.权利要求1~8中任一所述的方法制备的双层连续缠绕针刺筒形件。
