本发明涉及一种马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，包括机架，在机架上设置去皮清洗机构，传送机构和刀具机构；去皮清洗机构通过底座设置在机架一侧，去皮清洗机构包括机筒，在机筒底部设置底部圆盘，底部圆盘通过自转驱动机构驱动自转，机筒的侧壁设置出料口；出料口通过入料口临接传送机构，所述传送机构包括皮带，皮带通过皮带驱动机构驱动，在皮带的上方设置刀具机构，所述刀具机构包括切片刀具和切丝刀具，切片刀具和切丝刀具均通过刀具驱动机构驱动，在皮带的末端设置成品出口。本发明可以加工任意外形的马铃薯：如凹凸表面，表面有损伤的等，机器的通用性比较强；机器的零件大多数采用的通用零件，更换维修比较方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及农产品加工装置技术领域，尤其涉及一种马铃薯去皮切片切丝机。
背景技术
近年来我国马铃薯单产不断增加，投入加大，生产成本持续上升，另外，随着经济增长，劳动力的价格不断上升，使得我国过去马铃薯产品在国际上靠低成本和廉价劳动力支撑的低价优势正在逐步丢失。对于马铃薯不论加工还是鲜食，其加工工艺都要求必须对原料马铃薯进行去皮或切片处理，才能保证产品的质量，保证其外观、色泽和口感。为此设计一款马铃薯去皮、切片、切丝机显得尤为重要。
我国的加工环节与国际水平相比，相对落后，市场对马铃薯质量，加工技术等方面要求越来越高，因此我们要提升马铃薯精细加工水平，迎合市场需求。目前市场上关于马铃薯去皮、切片、切丝的机器大多只能实现其中一种功能，操作起来不够方便，工作效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，以解决目前马铃薯加工装置功能单一、工作效率低的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：
马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，包括机架，在机架上设置去皮清洗机构，传送机构和刀具机构；所述去皮清洗机构通过底座设置在机架一侧，去皮清洗机构包括机筒，在机筒底部设置底部圆盘，底部圆盘通过自转驱动机构驱动自转，机筒的侧壁设置出料口；出料口通过入料口临接传送机构，所述传送机构包括皮带，皮带通过皮带驱动机构驱动，在皮带的上方设置刀具机构，所述刀具机构包括切片刀具和切丝刀具，切片刀具和切丝刀具均通过刀具驱动机构驱动，在皮带的末端设置成品出口。
进一步的，所述底部圆盘上设置有多组小孔，在底部圆盘下方的机筒设置有清洗槽，清洗槽上设置有排污口。
进一步的，所述机筒的内筒设置有多条纵向的棱状去皮刀具，多条去皮刀具表面均附有磨砂材料。
进一步的，所述出料口的盖板连接液压缸。
进一步的，所述刀具机构上部设置罩子。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果：
本发明通过机械传动，使得马铃薯去皮、切片、切丝机可以快速高效的工作。从使用者角度而言，机器操作方法简单，机构的运行速度比较快；需要人工资源较少，可以一个人操作，从而降低了生产成本；对于马铃薯去掉的表皮收集起来可作为化肥再次利用，从而减少了环境污染；可以加工任意外形的马铃薯：如凹凸表面，表面有损伤的等，机器的通用性比较强；机器的零件大多数采用的通用零件，更换维修比较方便。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，该机器使得马铃薯去皮、切片、切丝机可以快速高效的工作。从使用者角度而言，机器操作简单，运行速度快，可一人操作，生产效率高；降低了生产成本，减少了环境污染；可加工任意外形的马铃薯：如凹凸表面，表面有损伤的等。
参见图1-图4所示的马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，包括机架1，在机架1上设置去皮清洗机构，传送机构和刀具机构；去皮清洗机构通过底座2设置在机架1一侧，去皮清洗机构包括机筒5，在机筒5底部设置底部圆盘9，底部圆盘9通过自转驱动机构10驱动自转，机筒5的侧壁设置出料口6；出料口6通过入料口7临接传送机构，所述传送机构包括皮带11，皮带11通过皮带驱动机构驱动，在皮带11的上方设置刀具机构，所述刀具机构包括切片刀具12和切丝刀具13，切片刀具12和切丝刀具13均通过刀具驱动机构驱动，切片刀具12为旋转切片机构，切丝刀具13为上下往返运动切片机构，在皮带11的末端设置成品出口14。底部圆盘9上设置有多组小孔，在底部圆盘9下方的机筒5设置有清洗槽3，清洗槽3上设置有排污口4。机筒5的内筒设置有多条纵向的棱状去皮刀具15，多条去皮刀具15表面均附有磨砂材料。出料口6的盖板连接液压缸16；刀具机构上部设置罩子8。
本发明去皮刀具15位于底部圆盘9的四周，且表面是磨砂材质，底部圆盘9通过自转驱动机构10的驱动使马铃薯在去皮刀具15上进行摩擦去皮；底部圆盘9下方的清洗槽3与底座2固定在一起，将去皮过程中收集带有皮屑的污水通过排污口4并进行排除。清洗削皮完成的马铃薯通过入料口7进入皮带11，首先通过切片刀具12切成马铃薯片，马铃薯片继续向前，通过切丝刀具13切成马铃薯丝，最终马铃薯丝通过成品出口14输出至容器中。刀具机构上方安装的罩子8，以保证加工中的马铃薯干净卫生。
进行下一次马铃薯去皮切片切丝时，重复上述过程。

1.马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，其特征在于，包括机架(1)，在机架(1)上设置去皮清洗机构，传送机构和刀具机构；所述去皮清洗机构通过底座(2)设置在机架(1)一侧，去皮清洗机构包括机筒(5)，在机筒(5)底部设置底部圆盘(9)，底部圆盘(9)通过自转驱动机构(10)驱动自转，机筒(5)的侧壁设置出料口(6)；出料口(6)通过入料口(7)临接传送机构，所述传送机构包括皮带(11)，皮带(11)通过皮带驱动机构驱动，在皮带(11)的上方设置刀具机构，所述刀具机构包括切片刀具(12)和切丝刀具(13)，切片刀具(12)和切丝刀具(13)均通过刀具驱动机构驱动，在皮带(11)的末端设置成品出口(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，其特征在于，所述底部圆盘(9)上设置有多组小孔，在底部圆盘(9)下方的机筒(5)设置有清洗槽(3)，清洗槽(3)上设置有排污口(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，其特征在于，所述机筒(5)的内筒设置有多条纵向的棱状去皮刀具(15)，多条去皮刀具(15)表面均附有磨砂材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，其特征在于，所述出料口6的盖板连接液压缸(16)。
5.根据权利要求4所述马铃薯去皮切片切丝机，其特征在于，所述刀具机构上部设置罩子(8)。
