The material cleaning unit 9 can be, for example, a mechanical arm or a suction device, and the cigarette material in the material holding member 1 is cleaned in a manner that the mechanical arm is replaced by the suction device or the suction device sucks the cigarette material.
When the cigarette material filling value is detected, the pushing and cleaning part driving unit 8 drives the pushing and cleaning part 6 to push the cigarette materials from the feeding and cleaning port 101 into the material bearing part 1, at the moment, the cleaning and blocking driving unit drives the cleaning and opening and closing plate 62 to close the cleaning channel 600, and the pushing and cleaning part 6 is maintained at the position for blocking the feeding and cleaning port 101, so that the cigarette materials in the material bearing part 1 are maintained in the space of the material bearing part 1 with stable and unchangeable volume. After the filling value of the current cigarette material is detected, the material cleaning and blocking driving unit drives the material cleaning and opening plate 62 to open the material cleaning channel 600, and the material cleaning unit 9 cleans the cigarette material in the material accommodating part 1. Then, the pushing and cleaning member driving unit 8 drives the pushing and cleaning member 6 to leave the feeding and cleaning port 101, so that the cigarette material to be detected next time enters the material containing member 1.
The feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing and cleaning device and can be used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing and cleaning device, so that the pushing and cleaning part 6 pushes the cigarette materials into the material bearing part 1.
The feeding device can be, for example, a feeding device, and the cigarette material is fed into the pushing device through the feeding device. In specific implementation, the cigarette materials delivered to the material pushing device by the feeding device can be batched and quantitative materials.
The weighing mechanism 10 may be used to weigh the cigarette material pushed by the push clean 6. The weighing mechanism 10 is typically an electronic balance-weighing instrument.

Or, the weighing mechanism 10 can be directly installed on the outer surface of the material pushing and cleaning part 6, and the feeding device feeds the cigarette materials onto the weighing mechanism 10 on the material pushing and cleaning part 6, so that the weight of the cigarette materials pushed into the material accommodating part 1 by the material pushing and cleaning part 6 can be directly obtained.
When the pricking pin type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment is used, cigarette materials are firstly thrown into the material pushing and cleaning device through the material throwing device, and the weighing mechanism 10 weighs the weight of the cigarette materials pushed into the material bearing part 1 by the material pushing and cleaning part 6. Then, the pushing and cleaning part driving unit 8 of the pushing and cleaning device drives the pushing and cleaning part 6 to move towards the direction close to the feeding and cleaning port 101 along the pushing and cleaning channel 7, so that the cigarette materials are pushed into the material containing part 1 from the feeding and cleaning port 101, and after the cigarette materials are pushed into the material containing part 1, the pushing and cleaning part 6 blocks the feeding and cleaning port 101. Then, the pressing spike driving unit 4 drives the pressing spike assembly to move towards the direction of the cigarette material in the material containing member 1, and the spike member 3 first contacts with the cigarette material in the material containing member 1 and pierces the cigarette material to enter the detection port 103. Along with the penetration of the pricking pin member 3 in the cigarette material, the pressing member 2 is in contact with the surface of the cigarette material and presses the cigarette material in the material bearing member 1, and the height change of the pressed cigarette material is obtained according to the length of the pricking pin member 3 extending out of the detection port 103. And obtaining the filling value of the cigarette material according to the weight parameter of the cigarette material in the material bearing part 1 and the height change of the pressed cigarette material in the material bearing part 1. After the current cigarette material filling value detection is completed, the pressure application pricker driving unit 4 drives the pressure application pricker assembly to move towards the direction away from the detection port 103, the material cleaning blocking driving unit drives the material cleaning opening and closing plate 62 to open the material cleaning channel 600, and the material cleaning unit 9 cleans the cigarette materials in the material containing member 1. Finally, the pushing and cleaning part driving unit 8 drives the pushing and cleaning part 6 to leave the feeding and cleaning port 101, so that the cigarette material to be detected next time enters the material bearing part 1.
The pricking pin type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment disclosed by the invention can realize automatic detection of the cigarette material filling value through the pressing detection device, the pushing and cleaning device and the feeding device, automatically clean the measured cigarette material, and effectively improve the measurement efficiency of the cigarette material filling value and reduce the working strength.
In one embodiment of the lancet type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, in order to more accurately and conveniently detect the length of the lancet member 3 extending out of the detection port 103, the piercing length detecting unit 5 is installed on the outer surface of the material receiving member 1, and the piercing length detecting unit 5 is disposed around the detection port 103.
In one embodiment of the lancet cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, to reduce implementation cost, the material cleaning opening and closing plate 62 is rotatably connected to the material pushing and cleaning member main body 61. The rotational connection can be realized by a pivot connection or a ball-and-socket connection.
The material-cleaning-blocking driving unit can be used for driving the material-cleaning opening-closing plate 62 to rotate relative to the material-pushing main body 61 so as to open or close the opening of the material-cleaning channel 600 adjacent to the material-feeding opening 101.
In particular, the material cleaning opening and closing plate 62 should rotate towards the side of the material cleaning channel 600 far away from the material feeding port 101 when the material cleaning channel 600 is opened, so as to avoid interference with the cigarette material.
In one embodiment of the lancet type cigarette material filling value measuring device of the present disclosure, the material cleaning unit 9 is installed at a side of the material cleaning channel 600 far away from the material feeding and cleaning port 101, and the material cleaning unit 9 can be used for sucking out the cigarette material in the material accommodating member 1 when the material cleaning opening and closing plate 62 opens the material cleaning channel 600.
The material cleaning unit 9 may be, for example, a negative pressure suction device or a positive pressure suction device.
The cigarette materials in the material bearing part 1 are sucked away through the material cleaning unit 9, so that the cigarette materials of which the filling values are detected can be conveniently and quickly cleaned, and the detection efficiency of the filling values of the cigarette materials is improved.
Further, in order to facilitate the cigarette material sucked by the material cleaning unit 9 to discharge the stinger type cigarette material filling value measuring device, an auxiliary discharging passage 700 communicated with the material cleaning passage 600 is arranged in the material pushing and cleaning passage 7. The auxiliary discharging passage 700 can be used for guiding the cigarette material discharged by the material cleaning unit 9 out of the material pushing and cleaning channel 7.
One end of the auxiliary discharge aisle 700 is typically in communication with the outside world to direct the cigarette material into a waste bin. In practice, the auxiliary discharging passage 700 may be formed by a straight plate, and the auxiliary discharging passage 700 may be slidably engaged with the material cleaning channel 600 and/or the material cleaning unit 9 in the material cleaning channel 600.
In one embodiment of the lancet cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, the feeding device includes a feeding channel 11, a conveying belt mechanism and a feeding mechanism (not shown in the figures). The feeding mechanism may for example be a feeding device.
The charging channel 11 has a charging inlet 111, a conveyor belt opening 112 and a charging outlet 113. The conveyor belt opening 112 is located between the feed inlet 111 and the feed outlet 113. The feeding outlet 113 is arranged corresponding to the pushing and cleaning device, and the cigarette material can enter the pushing device from the feeding outlet 113.
The conveyor mechanism comprises a conveyor belt 12 and a dosing plate 13. The conveyor 12 is mounted at a conveyor mouth 112. The conveying direction of the conveying belt 12 can be flexibly set according to actual requirements. For example, the feeding inlet 111 and the feeding outlet 113 extend in a vertical direction, and the conveyor belt 12 may form an angle with the horizontal direction. When the included angle between the transmission belt 12 and the feeding inlet 111 is an acute angle, the transmission belt 12 can slow down the speed of the cigarette material entering the feeding outlet 113; when the included angle between the transmission belt 12 and the feeding inlet 111 is an obtuse angle, the transmission belt 12 can accelerate the speed of the cigarette material entering the feeding outlet 113. The provision of the conveyor belt 12 thus facilitates more convenient control of the rate at which the cigarette material leaves the infeed channel 11. In addition, the transmission band 12 can also effectively disperse cigarette materials, and the problem that the detection error of the filling value is increased due to the conglobation of the cigarette materials is avoided.
The quantitative plates 13 are mounted on the conveyor belt 12 at equal intervals. A material storage area 14 for storing cigarette material is formed between the adjacent quantitative plates 13. The storage space of each material storage area 14 can be the same.
The feeding mechanism can be used for feeding cigarette materials from the feeding inlet 111 to the material storage areas 14, so that the conveyor belt 12 can convey the cigarette materials in each material storage area 14 to the feeding outlet 113 at intervals. The above-mentioned interval conveying means that after the cigarette material in the previous material storage area 14 is conveyed to the feeding outlet 113, the cigarette material in the next material storage area 14 is conveyed to the feeding outlet 113 only after the filling value detection of the cigarette material in the previous material storage area 14 is completed.
Along with the transmission of the transmission belt 12, the cigarette materials in the material storage area 14 are dumped to the feeding outlet 113 of the feeding channel 11 and enter the material pushing device from the feeding outlet 113.
In specific implementation, the feeding speed of the feeding mechanism to the feeding inlet 111 is constant, and the transmission speed of the transmission belt 12 is constant, so that the weight of the cigarette materials received in each material storage area 14 is generally constant.
Further, in order to further improve the accuracy of the weight parameters of the obtained cigarette material in the material accommodating area 14, the width of the feeding inlet 111 is smaller than that of the material storage area 14. The angle between the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 12 and the feeding direction of the feeding inlet 111 is an acute angle.
Further, a material level detecting unit 114 is disposed in the feeding channel 11.
The level detecting unit 114 is located between the conveying belt opening 112 and the feeding outlet 113, and the level detecting unit 114 can be used for detecting the amount of cigarette material entering the material pushing and cleaning device.
The fill level detection unit 114 may be, for example, an opto-electronic switch or a position sensor. When the material level of the cigarette material between the conveying belt port 112 and the feeding outlet 113 in the feeding channel 11 reaches the detection range of the material level detection unit 114, the feeding mechanism and/or the conveying belt 12 may temporarily stop working, so that the pushing and cleaning device pushes the cigarette material into the material receiving member 1. The material level detecting unit 114 is arranged to ensure the stability of pushing the cigarette material and to better control the amount of the cigarette material entering the material bearing member 1.
Further, the weighing mechanism 10 is mounted within the pusher body 61, and the weighing mechanism 10 can be used to weigh cigarette material falling from the feed outlet 113 onto the pusher body 61. The arrangement is beneficial to improving the structural compactness of the pricking pin type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment.
In practice, the feeding outlet 113 may be perpendicular to the material pushing and cleaning channel 7. That is, the feeding direction of the cigarette material entering the material pushing and cleaning channel 7 from the feeding outlet 113 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the material pushing and cleaning member 6 in the material pushing and cleaning channel 7.
In this embodiment, the cigarette material entering the pushing and cleaning device from the feeding outlet 113 can first fall onto the pushing and cleaning member body 61, and the weighing mechanism 10 completes the measurement of the weight of the cigarette material. Then, the pushing and cleaning member driving unit 8 drives the pushing and cleaning member 6 to move towards the direction away from the feeding and cleaning port 101, so that the cigarette materials on the pushing and cleaning member main body 61 leave the pushing and cleaning member 6 under the cooperation of the feeding channel 11 and the pushing and cleaning channel 7 and fall between the pushing and cleaning member 6 and the feeding and cleaning port 101. Then, the pushing and cleaning part driving unit 8 drives the pushing and cleaning part 6 to push the cigarette materials to enter the material containing part 1 from the feeding and cleaning port 101, and the subsequent operation of detecting the cigarette material filling value is performed.
In one embodiment of the lancet type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, the pressure applying detection device further includes a bulk material mechanism. The bulk mechanism includes a bulk 15 and a bulk drive unit 16.
The material bearing part 1 is also provided with a material dispersing port 104. Generally, the bulk material port 104 may be disposed opposite the feed material port 101.
The bulk drive unit 16 can be used for driving the bulk 15 to block the bulk opening 104 and for driving the bulk 15 to move towards the cigarette material in the material receiving member 1 so as to break up the cigarette material in the material receiving member 1. The bulk drive unit 16 may be, for example, a cylinder or a motor. The bulk drive unit 16 can have a plate-like structure in order to simultaneously meet the requirements for blocking the bulk opening 104 and for scattering the cigarette material in the material holder 1.
In addition, the bulk drive unit 16 can drive the bulk 15 to rotate while driving the bulk 15 to move toward the cigarette material in the material receiving member 1, thereby more effectively scattering the cigarette material.
In specific implementation, in the process of detecting the cigarette material filling value, the bulk material driving unit 16 drives the bulk material 15 to block the bulk material opening 104. After the current cigarette material filling value detection is completed, the pressure application pricker driving unit 4 drives the pressure application pricker assembly to move towards the direction away from the detection port 103, the cleaning and blocking driving unit drives the cleaning and opening plate 62 to open the cleaning channel 600, and the bulk material driving unit 16 drives the bulk material 15 to move towards the cigarette materials in the material containing member 1, so that the cigarette materials in the material containing member 1 are scattered. The material cleaning unit 9 cleans scattered cigarette materials in the material bearing part 1.
Because the cigarette materials in the material bearing part 1 are molded after being pressed and have certain hardness, the arrangement of the material dispersing mechanism is favorable for dispersing the molded cigarette materials, so that the material cleaning unit 9 can more efficiently clean the cigarette materials.
Further, the bulk material 15 and the material cleaning opening and closing plate 62 are respectively located on two opposite side surfaces of the material loading member 1, and the bulk material 15 is located on one side of the material cleaning opening and closing plate 62 away from the detection port 103. Like this, bulk cargo mouth 104 and clear material passageway 600 stagger mutually to, bulk cargo mouth 104 is located the top of clear material passageway 600, thereby bulk cargo 15 and clear material unit 9's the work area part at least stagger, is favorable to improving the clearance efficiency of cigarette material.

1. A pricker type cigarette material filling value measuring device is characterized by comprising a pressure applying detection device, a material pushing and cleaning device and a material feeding device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the pressure detection device comprises a material bearing part and a pressure detection mechanism;
the material bearing part is provided with a material inlet and cleaning port, a pressure applying port and a detection port, and the pressure applying port and the detection port are correspondingly arranged;
the pressure detection mechanism comprises a pressure application pricking pin component, a pressure application pricking pin driving unit and a pricking length detection unit, and the pressure application pricking pin component is arranged corresponding to the pressure application port;
the pressure applying and pricking component comprises a pressure applying part and a pricking part, the pressure applying part is fixedly connected with the pricking part, and the pricking part extends from the surface of the pressure applying part facing the pressure applying port to the direction of the detection port;
the pressing pricker driving unit is arranged for driving the pressing pricker component to enter the material containing part from the pressing port, so that the pressing part applies pressure to the cigarette materials in the material containing part, and the pricker part pierces the cigarette materials in the material containing part and passes through the detection port;
the puncture length detection unit is used for detecting the length of the puncture needle piece extending out of the detection port;
the pushing and cleaning device comprises a pushing and cleaning mechanism and a weighing mechanism;
the material pushing and cleaning mechanism comprises a material pushing and cleaning piece, a material pushing and cleaning channel, a material pushing and cleaning piece driving unit and a material cleaning unit;
the material pushing and clearing part comprises a material pushing and clearing part main body, a material clearing opening and closing plate and a material clearing plugging driving unit;
the material pushing and cleaning part main body is arranged corresponding to the material feeding and cleaning port, a material cleaning channel is arranged on the material pushing and cleaning part main body, the material cleaning opening and closing plate is connected with the material pushing and cleaning part main body, and the material cleaning plugging driving unit is arranged to be used for driving the material cleaning opening and closing plate to open or close an opening of the material cleaning channel, which is adjacent to the material feeding and cleaning port;
the pushing and cleaning channel is communicated with the feeding and cleaning port;
the pushing and cleaning part driving unit is arranged for driving the pushing and cleaning part to move towards the direction close to or far away from the feeding and cleaning port along the pushing and cleaning channel;
the material cleaning unit is arranged for cleaning cigarette materials in the material bearing piece when the material cleaning opening and closing plate opens the material cleaning channel;
the feeding device is arranged corresponding to the material pushing and cleaning device, and the feeding device is arranged for feeding cigarette materials to the material pushing and cleaning device, so that the material pushing and cleaning piece pushes the cigarette materials into the material bearing piece;
the weighing mechanism is set to weigh the weight of the cigarette materials pushed by the pushing and cleaning piece.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the puncture length sensing unit is mounted on an outer surface of the material receiving member and the puncture length sensing unit is disposed around the sensing port.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said cleaning shutter plate is rotatably connected to said cleaning member body;
the material cleaning and blocking driving unit is arranged for driving the material cleaning and opening and closing plate to rotate relative to the material pushing and cleaning part body so as to open or close the opening of the material cleaning channel adjacent to the material feeding and cleaning port.

The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning unit is mounted on a side of the cleaning channel remote from the feeding opening and cleaning opening, and the cleaning unit is configured to suck out the cigarette material in the material receiving member when the cleaning opening and closing plate opens the cleaning channel.

The apparatus according to claim 4, wherein an auxiliary discharge channel is provided in the purging channel, said auxiliary discharge channel being in communication with the purging channel and being configured for guiding the smoking material discharged by the purging unit out of the purging channel.
6. The lancet cigarette material filling value measuring device of claim 1, wherein the feeding device comprises a feeding channel, a conveyor belt mechanism and a feeding mechanism;
the feeding channel is provided with a feeding inlet, a conveying belt port and a feeding outlet, the conveying belt port is positioned between the feeding inlet and the feeding outlet, and the feeding outlet is arranged corresponding to the pushing and cleaning device;
the conveying belt mechanism comprises a conveying belt and quantitative plates, the conveying belt is arranged at the position of the conveying belt opening, the quantitative plates are arranged on the conveying belt at equal intervals, and a material storage area for storing cigarette materials is formed between every two adjacent quantitative plates;
the feeding mechanism is arranged to feed cigarette materials from the feeding inlet to the material storage areas, so that the cigarette materials in the material storage areas are conveyed to the feeding outlet at intervals by the conveying belt.
