The anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo disclosed by the invention achieves the functions of efficiently cleaning and removing dandruff mainly through the compounding of the bio-based surfactant and the smoothing factor: one end of the bio-based surfactant molecule is hydrophilic, and the other end is hydrophobic, so that stains such as dust, oil stain, dandruff and the like can be emulsified into small droplets or stripped and surrounded, and the stains can be conveniently removed; the softening factor enhances the penetration, foaming and covering effects of the shampoo on the surface of the scalp, is beneficial to the compatibility of oily components and aqueous components, and simultaneously softens cutin, thereby further improving the cleaning effect on the scalp and the hair. Experiments prove that the reasonable compounding effect of the two components is far better than that of any one of the two components which are independently used, which shows that the two components have the synergistic effect.
(2) The dandruff removing and moisturizing shampoo disclosed by the invention has the moisturizing and moisturizing effects on scalp and hair, and is derived from the effects of biomass nourishing factors, softening factors and biomass nutrients: the biomass nourishing factors in reasonable proportion provide sufficient moisture for scalp and hair root by the film forming, moisture absorption and anti-drying effects of natural active substances contained in the biomass nourishing factors, and firmly lock the water; the supple factor is helpful for the penetration of the biomass nourishing factor to the scalp and the hair, so that the efficacy of the supple factor is fully exerted; the biomass nutrient can promote metabolism of scalp and hair root cells, make the cells full, soften cutin and prevent the drying of old thick cutin. This fully explains the mechanism of the cooperative and synergistic effects of the three ingredients.
(3) According to the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo disclosed by the invention, the addition of the biomass nourishing factors, the smoothing factors and the biomass nutrients surprisingly endows the shampoo with an effect of preventing dandruff generation, and the dandruff preventing effect after reasonable compounding of the three components is far better than that of one component, which shows that the biomass nourishing factors, the smoothing factors and the biomass nutrients have a synergistic effect.
(4) The anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo disclosed by the invention is prepared by adding deionized water twice, and adding biomass nutrients in the follow-up manner, and experiments prove that only by the addition sequence and the distribution proportion, the finally obtained shampoo has the emulsion type of oil-in-water, a moisturizing and moisturizing protective film can be formed on the surfaces of the scalp and the hair, and only the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo in the type can be more stable, various functions can be fully exerted, otherwise, the effect is greatly reduced.
(5) In the preparation process of the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo, if only one of animal or plant components is used as a raw material, the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo can finally generate obvious negative effects on the effects of preventing dandruff and moisturizing scalp and hair, which indicates that the animal and plant components have synergistic interaction.
Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, specific embodiments thereof are described in detail below with reference to examples of the specification.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Furthermore, reference herein to "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one implementation of the invention. The appearances of the phrase "in one embodiment" in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments.
The cleaning and decontaminating performance of the invention is tested as follows: weighing mass m1The hair is soaked in prepared dirt, and the dirt formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15-16% of palmitic acid, 8-9% of paraffin, 5-6% of tetradecanoic acid, 13-14% of oleic acid, 16-18% of glyceryl stearate, 1-2% of lecithin, 0.5-1% of carbon black and 0.5-1% of dust; taking out, naturally air drying in shade, and weighing mass m2Calculating the oil stain mass m before washing2-m1(ii) a Preparing shampoo into 0.6% washing solution with 2000mg/kg hard water, washing stained hair with the washing solution, rinsing in cold water for 1 time, taking out, naturally air drying in shade, and weighing mass m3And calculating the mass m of the washed oil stain2-m3
Cleaning and stain removal performance (%) (m)2-m3)/(m2-m1)×100。
The invention tests the moisturizing performance: according to the Young modulus values before and after washing hair, the average value of more than 10 people (dry or dry skin people) is obtained by an evaluation group, the using amount is 2 g/person, and the water temperature is 39 ℃. The low water holding capacity of hair tends to reduce the strength of hair, dry, brittle, dull and difficult to shape, and in this case, the surface coat of hair is damaged to make it porous and difficult to retain water. The Young's modulus is evaluated by measuring the tensile strength of hair to indirectly reflect the integrity of the keratin network of the hair, the health of the hair and the moisturizing performance of the hair. The smaller the Young's modulus value, the better the hair moisturizing performance. The Young modulus value in the invention is measured: taking a hair sample to be measured under the conditions of room temperature and relative humidity (30 +/-3)%, fixing one end of a hair on a clamp of a Young modulus instrument, applying fixed low stress to a linear hooke deformation area, and calculating the Young modulus value through a slope. The experiment was repeated 10 times and the mean was calculated.

In conclusion, the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo disclosed by the invention adopts various natural biological environment-friendly components as main raw materials, is mild, skin-friendly, non-irritant, efficient and clean, can prevent dandruff increase, scalp itching, dryness of hair and the like, is exquisite and rich in foam, can prevent dandruff by removing dandruff, has a remarkable effect of moisturizing scalp, and is particularly suitable for people with dry and mixed dry hair.
The dandruff removing and moisturizing shampoo disclosed by the invention has the moisturizing and moisturizing effects on scalp and hair, and is derived from the effects of biomass nourishing factors, softening factors and biomass nutrients: the biomass nourishing factors in reasonable proportion provide sufficient moisture for scalp and hair root by the film forming, moisture absorption and anti-drying effects of natural active substances contained in the biomass nourishing factors, and firmly lock the water; the supple factor is helpful for the penetration of the biomass nourishing factor to the scalp and the hair, so that the efficacy of the supple factor is fully exerted; the biomass nutrient can promote metabolism of scalp and hair root cells, make the cells full, soften cutin and prevent the drying of old thick cutin. This fully explains the mechanism of the cooperative and synergistic effects of the three ingredients.
According to the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo disclosed by the invention, the addition of the biomass nourishing factors, the smoothing factors and the biomass nutrients surprisingly endows the shampoo with an effect of preventing dandruff generation, and the dandruff preventing effect after reasonable compounding of the three components is far better than that of one component, which shows that the biomass nourishing factors, the smoothing factors and the biomass nutrients have a synergistic effect.
The anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo disclosed by the invention is prepared by adding deionized water twice, and adding biomass nutrients in the follow-up manner, and experiments prove that only by the addition sequence and the distribution proportion, the finally obtained shampoo has the emulsion type of oil-in-water, a moisturizing and moisturizing protective film can be formed on the surfaces of the scalp and the hair, and only the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo in the type can be more stable, various functions can be fully exerted, otherwise, the effect is greatly reduced.
In the preparation process of the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo, if only one of animal or plant components is used as a raw material, the anti-dandruff moisturizing shampoo can finally generate obvious negative effects on the effects of preventing dandruff and moisturizing scalp and hair, which indicates that the animal and plant components have synergistic interaction.
