背景技术
痤疮俗称青春痘,是一种毛囊皮脂腺的感染性炎症。皮脂腺多开口于毛囊口,一旦毛囊口阻塞,过多的皮脂代谢产生的过多的脂肪酸的刺激以及封闭环境中过度增殖的痤疮丙酸杆菌的作用,使皮肤产生了炎症反应,因此痘痘的表现从轻到重是白头黑头粉刺、炎性丘疹和脓疱、囊肿和结节,而发红和化脓的痘痘是有细菌感染存在的。
当青春痘消除后,血管和真皮、表皮尚未能即时恢复原态,于是皮肤上就留下暗红色印记即为痘印。痘印是青春痘消失后由于面部皮肤毛囊口受堵,分泌的皮脂排不出来,加之细菌感染,而造成皮下血管扩张、表皮和真皮都受损,导致皮肤发炎产生色素沉淀。痘印不仅仅造成了皮肤外观的缺陷,更是影响了皮肤的正常组织结构。虽然多数色素沉着与痘印在发病3~6个月内能够慢慢淡化,自行消退,,但依然有部分色素沉着与痘印淡化不够理想。痘印极为影响面部美观,青少年的心理和社交影响比较大,因此祛痘印成为现代护肤保养中的重要内容。
目前,对于祛痘印的方法众多,效果不一而足。如消除痘印方法中激光去痘印是最常用,也是极为有效的方法,但成本较高,且较为复杂;按摩法还可以促进面部皮肤的血液循环,增强皮肤的修复能力,但祛痘印效果不明显。因此,对于具有祛痘印效果的护肤化妆品的研究和应用受到越来越多的关注。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,有效修复因为青春痘留下的痘印、痘坑,恢复面部皮肤的完整性和光滑度。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种用于祛除痘印修复乳的制备方法。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,包括以下重量份的原料:枝干番杏提取物15-20份、花棒种子提取物10-15份、紫苏梗提取物5-10份、槐耳提取物5-10份、异壬酸异壬酯1-3份、紫石英0.01-0.05份、促渗透剂0.2-0.5份、乳化剂1-5份、增稠剂0.3-0.8份、去离子水75-85份。
进一步地,所述紫石英的粒径为200-230目。
进一步地,所述促渗透剂为氮酮、四氢胡椒碱、丙二醇中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为月桂醇聚醚-7、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、聚山梨醇酯-60、甘油硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、黄原胶、泊洛沙姆184中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述枝干番杏提取物通过以下方法制备得到:取具有叶茎的枝干番杏植株粉碎后加10-15倍枝干番杏重量的水浸泡1-1.5h,加热至沸腾煎煮提取,过滤收集提取液,滤渣中加入8-10倍枝干番杏重量的水,再次加热至沸腾煎煮提取,过滤收集提取液,合并两次的提取液真空减压浓缩后冻干处理,即得枝干番杏提取物。
进一步地,所述花棒种子提取物通过以下方法制备得到:取干燥的花棒种子磨成粉后加入85%的乙醇,按照1g:10-15ml的料液比混合,静置1h后进行超声提取,收集提取液后真空浓缩,冻干后得到花棒种子提取物。
进一步地,所述超声提取的功率为200-240W,超声频率为20-23KHz。
进一步地,所述花棒种子磨成粒径为200-230目的粉末。
本发明的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
上述用于祛除痘印修复乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取去离子水、增稠剂、促渗透剂混合均匀得到A组分;
(2)将上述A组分加热至50-55℃,加入乳化剂、枝干番杏提取物、花棒种子提取物、紫苏梗提取物、槐耳提取物、异壬酸异壬酯、紫石英,保温搅拌混合均匀后,降至室温后过140-180目筛、出料即得产品。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的用于祛除痘印的修复乳添加枝干番杏提取物、紫苏梗提取物、花棒种子提取物、槐耳提取物,其中枝干番杏提取物和花棒种子提取物可以修复痘印皮肤表皮和真皮的损伤,帮助产生痘印的皮肤恢复正常的组织结构,有助于皮肤表面痘印、痘坑的消除。槐耳提取物和紫苏梗提取物复配对淤血阻滞具有消解的作用,促进痘印周围皮肤的微循环,减少黑色素沉淀。四种成分协同作用消除皮肤表面的痘印痘坑,恢复皮肤的完整性。
2、本发明的用于祛除痘印的修复乳还添加有异壬酸异壬酯和紫石英来改善修复乳的肤感,使修复乳肤感细腻顺滑易涂抹,消费者体验较好。
3、本发明还提供了一种用于祛除痘印修复乳的制备方法,操作简便易于实现,便于商业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
实施例1
一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,由以下重量份的原料组成:枝干番杏提取物18份、花棒种子提取物12份、紫苏梗提取物8份、槐耳提取物8份、异壬酸异壬酯2份、粒径为200目紫石英0.02份、氮酮0.3份、月桂醇聚醚-7 2份、黄原胶0.4份、去离子水80份。
上述用于祛除痘印修复乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备枝干番杏提取物:取具有叶茎的枝干番杏植株粉碎后加12倍枝干番杏重量的水浸泡1.2h,加热至沸腾煎煮提取1h,过滤收集提取液,滤渣中加入9倍枝干番杏重量的水,再次加热至沸腾煎煮提取1h,过滤收集提取液,合并两次的提取液真空减压浓缩后冻干处理,即得枝干番杏提取物;
(2)制备花棒种子提取物:取干燥的花棒种子磨成粒径为200目粉末后加入85%的乙醇,按照1g:12ml的料液比混合,静置1h后进行超声提取2h,超声提取的功率为220W,超声频率为22KHz,收集提取液后真空浓缩,冻干后得到花棒种子提取物;
(3)取去离子水、黄原胶、氮酮混合均匀得到A组分;
(4)将上述A组分加热至55℃,加入月桂醇聚醚-7、枝干番杏提取物、花棒种子提取物、紫苏梗提取物、槐耳提取物、异壬酸异壬酯、紫石英,保温搅拌混合均匀后,降至室温后过180目筛、出料即得产品。
实施例2
一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,由以下重量份的原料组成:枝干番杏提取物15份、花棒种子提取物10份、紫苏梗提取物5份、槐耳提取物5份、异壬酸异壬酯1份、粒径为220目紫石英0.01份、四氢胡椒碱0.2份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油1份、泊洛沙姆184 0.3份、去离子水75份。
上述用于祛除痘印修复乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备枝干番杏提取物:取具有叶茎的枝干番杏植株粉碎后加10倍枝干番杏重量的水浸泡1h,加热至沸腾煎煮提取1h,过滤收集提取液,滤渣中加入8倍枝干番杏重量的水,再次加热至沸腾煎煮提取1h,过滤收集提取液,合并两次的提取液真空减压浓缩后冻干处理,即得枝干番杏提取物;
(2)制备花棒种子提取物:取干燥的花棒种子磨成粒径为220目粉末后加入85%的乙醇,按照1g:10ml的料液比混合,静置1h后进行超声提取,超声提取的功率为200W,超声频率为20KHz,收集提取液后真空浓缩,冻干后得到花棒种子提取物;
(3)取去离子水、泊洛沙姆184、四氢胡椒碱混合均匀得到A组分;
(4)将上述A组分加热至50℃,加入PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、枝干番杏提取物、花棒种子提取物、紫苏梗提取物、槐耳提取物、异壬酸异壬酯、紫石英,保温搅拌混合均匀后,降至室温后过150目筛、出料即得产品。
实施例3
一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,由以下重量份的原料组成:枝干番杏提取物20份、花棒种子提取物15份、紫苏梗提取物10份、槐耳提取物10份、异壬酸异壬酯3份、粒径为230目紫石英0.05份、四氢胡椒碱0.2份、丙二醇0.3份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油2份、甘油硬脂酸酯3份、卡拉胶0.3份、泊洛沙姆184 0.5份、去离子水85份。
上述用于祛除痘印修复乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备枝干番杏提取物:取具有叶茎的枝干番杏植株粉碎后加15倍枝干番杏重量的水浸泡1.5h,加热至沸腾煎煮提取1h,过滤收集提取液,滤渣中加入10倍枝干番杏重量的水,再次加热至沸腾煎煮提取1h,过滤收集提取液,合并两次的提取液真空减压浓缩后冻干处理,即得枝干番杏提取物;
(2)制备花棒种子提取物:取干燥的花棒种子磨成粒径为230目粉末后加入85%的乙醇,按照1g:15ml的料液比混合,静置1h后进行超声提取,超声提取的功率为240W,超声频率为23KHz,收集提取液后真空浓缩,冻干后得到花棒种子提取物;
(3)取去离子水、卡拉胶、泊洛沙姆184、四氢胡椒碱、丙二醇混合均匀得到A组分;
(4)将上述A组分加热至50℃,加入PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、甘油硬脂酸酯、枝干番杏提取物、花棒种子提取物、紫苏梗提取物、槐耳提取物、异壬酸异壬酯、紫石英,保温搅拌混合均匀后,降至室温后过140目筛、出料即得产品。
对比例1
对比例1提供一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,和实施例1的区别为:省去枝干番杏提取物,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例2
对比例2提供一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,和实施例1的区别为:省去花棒种子提取物,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例3
对比例3提供一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,和实施例1的区别为:省去紫苏梗提取物,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例4
对比例4提供一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,和实施例1的区别为:省去槐耳提取物,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例5
对比例5提供一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,和实施例1的区别为:省去枝干番杏提取物、花棒种子提取物、槐耳提取物,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例6
对比例6提供一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,和实施例1的区别为:省去枝干番杏提取物、花棒种子提取物、紫苏梗提取物,其余均和实施例1相同。
试验例
选取30个受试者,年龄在20-30岁之间,平均年龄25岁,男女各占一半,随机分为三组,每组10人,以封闭型斑贴试验方法,将实施例1至3的修复乳(约0.03-0.045g)置于斑试器内,采用医用胶带贴敷于受试者上臂内侧,24小时后去除,分别于移除斑贴后0.5、24、48小时观察皮肤反应,按 《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。具体的反应程度评分等级见表1,实验结果见表2。

由表2可知受试者均为阴性反应,说明本发明的修复乳不会引起皮肤的不良反应,对皮肤温和无刺激性,使用安全。
选取面部痘印痘坑严重的志愿者70人,年龄为20-30岁,平均年龄为26岁,男女各占一半,随机分成7组,每组10人,痘印残留时间3个月到2年不等,平均1.2年,使用修复乳期间不使用其他护肤品,每天早晚洁面后均匀涂抹修复乳于痘印痘坑处,连续使用30天,通过皮肤面部分析仪VISIA CR和面部图像分析软件Image-Pro Plus对受试者试用前和使用30天后进行拍照分析,观察分析痘印消除数量和淡化程度,若90%以上痘印痘坑都消除,剩余痘印颜色明显变浅则为显效;若60%-90%的痘印痘坑消失或只留下很浅的痘印,未完全消失的痘印颜色明显变浅的则为有效,若痘印消失面积小于60%,未消除部分颜色没有明显变浅的则为无效,统计每组使用效果,结果如表3所示。

由表3可以看出,涂抹实施例1的受试者显效的人数为9人,说明实施例1的修复乳祛除面部的痘印痘坑的效果较好,对比例1只6中省去了枝干番杏提取物、花棒种子提取物、紫苏梗提取物、槐耳提取物中的一种或者多种得到的修复乳在祛除痘印痘坑的效果上不及实施例1,说明本发明添加上述四种成分协同作用,其中枝干番杏提取物和花棒种子提取物可以修复痘印皮肤表皮和真皮的损伤,帮助产生痘印的皮肤恢复正常的组织结构,有助于皮肤表面痘印、痘坑的消除。槐耳提取物和紫苏梗提取物复配对淤血阻滞具有消解的作用,促进痘印周围皮肤的微循环,减少黑色素沉淀。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:枝干番杏提取物15-20份、花棒种子提取物10-15份、紫苏梗提取物5-10份、槐耳提取物5-10份、异壬酸异壬酯1-3份、紫石英0.01-0.05份、促渗透剂0.2-0.5份、乳化剂1-5份、增稠剂0.3-0.8份、去离子水75-85份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,所述紫石英的粒径为200-230目。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,所述促渗透剂为氮酮、四氢胡椒碱、丙二醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为月桂醇聚醚-7、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、聚山梨醇酯-60、甘油硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、黄原胶、泊洛沙姆184中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,所述枝干番杏提取物通过以下方法制备得到:取具有叶茎的枝干番杏植株粉碎后加10-15倍枝干番杏重量的水浸泡1-1.5h,加热至沸腾煎煮提取,过滤收集提取液,滤渣中加入8-10倍枝干番杏重量的水,再次加热至沸腾煎煮提取,过滤收集提取液,合并两次的提取液,真空减压浓缩后冻干处理,即得枝干番杏提取物。
7.根据权利要求1所述用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,所述花棒种子提取物通过以下方法制备得到:取干燥的花棒种子磨成粉后加入85%的乙醇,按照1g:10-15ml的料液比混合,静置1h后进行超声提取,收集提取液后真空浓缩,冻干后得到花棒种子提取物。
8.根据权利要求7所述用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,所述超声提取的功率为200-240W,超声频率为20-23KHz。
9.根据权利要求7所述用于祛除痘印的修复乳,其特征在于,所述花棒种子磨成粒径为200-230目的粉末。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述用于祛除痘印修复乳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取去离子水、增稠剂、促渗透剂混合均匀得到A组分;
(2)将上述A组分加热至50-55℃,加入乳化剂、枝干番杏提取物、花棒种子提取物、紫苏梗提取物、槐耳提取物、异壬酸异壬酯、紫石英,保温搅拌混合均匀后,降至室温后过140-180目筛、出料即得产品。
