Detailed Description
The skin external composition and the skin external product provided by the present invention will be further described below.
The skin external composition provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-90 parts of water phase, 4-14 parts of oil phase and 6-20 parts of powder phase; the water phase comprises carbomer, water, a humectant and a neutralizer, the oil phase comprises grease and an emulsifier, and the powder phase comprises hydrophobic and oleophobic powder.
In the composition, carbomer regulated by the neutralizing agent can be used as a gel matrix to adsorb water, so that the composition is in a jelly shape and has an elastic effect, and brand new touch feeling and visual feeling are provided.
In addition, the humectant is a component with a moisturizing effect in the water phase, the grease has a moisturizing effect, the emulsifier can disperse the oil phase in the water phase to promote the system to form an oil-in-water state or a critical state of converting oil-in-water into water-in-oil, and the hydrophobic oil-repellent powder can be separated from the water phase and the oil phase to form a protective film on the skin, so that the color difference of apparent color and painting color can not occur, and the state of the system can not be influenced.
Therefore, when the composition is applied to the skin in the using process, due to the fact that carbomer is not resistant to ions, the structure of carbomer is damaged after the carbomer contacts the ions on the skin, adsorbed water is released instantly, and under the action of an emulsifier, the mass ratio of the water phase to the oil phase is combined, so that enough water is wrapped in the oil phase, the system of the composition is in an oil-in-water state, and a user can obtain a fresh, water-wet skin feeling. As the coating process is carried out, water is gradually absorbed, the oil phase in the system is slowly released, and under the action of the emulsifier, the system of the composition is in a critical state of mutual conversion between oil-in-water and water-in-oil. Then, the critical state is broken through external force, so that the system of the composition is converted into a water-in-oil state, and the user obtains moist and smooth skin feel, and the composition is attached to the skin, so that the lasting makeup effect of the user is improved.
Regarding the powder phase, if titanium dioxide, toner, mica, talc and the like are not subjected to surface treatment, the powder phase shows hydrophilicity, on one hand, the surface of the hydrophilic powder generally has ions, and when carbomer meets the ions, the viscosity is reduced, so that a composition system is subjected to water discharge and floating powder, and on the other hand, the hydrophilic powder has poor skin feel such as dryness, is not resistant to water and sweat, has poor durability and is easily influenced by the external environment when being coated.
If the powder is treated by triethoxyoctyl siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, etc. to show lipophilicity, the powder can easily enter oil phase from oil-water interface. In order to achieve the water-moistening effect, the oil phase content in the composition system is relatively low, and the oil phase is not enough to completely support the powder phase in the system, so that the system is easily influenced by the environment such as temperature, pH and the like, and the demulsification phenomenon is easily generated in the preparation process.
Therefore, the hydrophobic and oleophobic powder is used as a powder phase, the hydrophobic and oleophobic powder is dispersed on an oil phase, a water phase and a water-oil interface from the beginning, and the hydrophobic and oleophobic powder finally forms a layer of protective film on the skin along with the action of the external force, so that the color difference of apparent color and painting color of the system can not occur in the phase inversion process, and the system is prevented from entering the water phase and the oil phase to break the stability of each state.
Further, the weight parts of the carbomer are 0.2-0.6 part, the weight parts of the water are 37-82.5 parts, the weight parts of the humectant are 7-20 parts, the weight parts of the neutralizer is 0.1-0.6 part, the weight parts of the grease are 3-10 parts, the weight parts of the emulsifier is 0.8-2.0 parts, and the weight parts of the hydrophobic and oleophobic powder are 6-20 parts.
The hydrophobic and oleophobic powder comprises powder modified by perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane and hydrogenated lecithin in consideration of the hydrophobic and oleophobic effects, the processing procedure and the cost. The hydrogenated lecithin has high HLB value and certain emulsifying property, and can interact with an emulsifier in a system, so that the thickness of an oil-water interfacial film is increased, and the composition system is more stable.
The powder includes at least one of titanium dioxide, iron yellow, iron red, iron black, mica, talc, in consideration of the powder for adjusting color, hiding power, smoothness, etc. of the skin external composition. Specifically, in the powder material, iron yellow, iron red, iron black, mica and talc can be directly modified by perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane and hydrogenated lecithin; in order to better modify the titanium dioxide, a titanium dioxide coating layer can be added on the surface of the titanium dioxide and then modified.
The carbomer includes acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer in consideration of the jelly-like shape brought by the effect of skin ion to achieve the gel effect of the phase inversion, retention system. Preferably, the acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer includes at least one of TR-1, TR-2.
In order to better adjust the pH value of the system to be between 6 and 7 and enable the carbomer to better function in the environment after neutralization, the neutralizing agent comprises at least one of aminomethyl propanol and triethanolamine.
The emulsifier includes at least one of polyglycerin-3 distearate, glyceryl stearate citrate, in view of emulsification effect. Preferably, the emulsifier comprises polyglyceryl-3 distearate and glyceryl stearate citrate.
Specifically, the oil and fat comprises at least one of hydrogenated polyisobutene, polydimethylsiloxane, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, and caprylic/capric/myristic/stearic triglyceride. The oil has good skin moistening effect, and can be used for regulating skin feeling.
Specifically, the humectant comprises at least one of 1, 2-pentanediol, butanediol, glycerol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, and betaine. The humectant has good moisturizing effect and can increase water feeling of skin.
Further, the oil phase also comprises a coemulsifier, wherein the weight part of the coemulsifier is 0.2-1.2. Wherein, the auxiliary emulsifier preferably comprises at least one of sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitan stearate, sorbitan sesquistearate, sorbitan triisostearate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan isostearate, sorbitan sesquiisostearate and sorbitan cocoate.
Further, the oil phase also comprises a film forming agent for increasing the film forming effect of the system so as to further improve the water-resistant and sweat-resistant effect of the skin external composition. The weight part of the film forming agent is less than or equal to 8 parts, and the film forming agent preferably comprises at least one of trimethylsiloxysilicate and acrylic acid (ester)/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer.
Furthermore, the water phase also comprises a preservative, the preservative is 0.2-1.0 part by weight to improve the preservative performance of the skin external composition and prolong the shelf life of the skin external composition, and the preservative comprises at least one of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and caprylyl glycol.
Further, the skin external composition also comprises essence for enhancing the fragrance of the skin external composition, and the weight part of the essence is 0.03-1.5 parts.
