Description

Water-in-oil type cosmetic composition having improved staying power and improved dry feeling
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil cosmetic composition, and more particularly, to a water-in-oil cosmetic composition capable of eliminating a dry feeling and improving a staying power.
Background
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for air-cushion foundations having good staying power, and products characterized by this have been gradually introduced into the market. Since the water-in-oil type is superior to the oil-in-water type in durability with respect to the characteristics of the dosage form, attempts have been made to further improve the durability of the water-in-oil type product. In addition, in the case of low viscosity, although spreadability and feeling in use are good, the durability is low compared with the case of high viscosity, and therefore, efforts have been made to improve the durability in the low viscosity liquid dosage form. As a conventional method, there is a method of using an oil-soluble film-forming agent mainly for the external phase of a cosmetic composition, but this causes a disadvantage of drying, and therefore, the use of a large amount of an oil-soluble film-forming agent is limited.

Technical scheme
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil cosmetic composition comprising 2 or more film-forming agents, characterized in that the water-in-oil cosmetic composition comprises different film-forming agents in a continuous phase and a dispersed phase.
In a cosmetic composition for application to the skin, a large amount of an oily film-forming agent is used to improve the staying power, and the present inventors have recognized the problems occurring at this time and have completed the present invention to solve the problems.
That is, the object of the present invention is to improve the dry feeling of the skin by reducing the amount of the oil film-forming agent used, and to improve the compatibility with other components, the feeling of use, and the like.
In particular, the present inventors have first recognized that the effect of the present invention differs depending on the type and/or content of the aqueous film forming agent used in the inner phase, and have completed the present invention.
The inventors of the present invention have devised a specific experiment and confirmed that the type of oil-based film-forming agent used together with the aqueous film-forming agent also plays an important role in achieving the object of the present invention.
As used herein, a "continuous phase" is a continuous phase.
As used herein, a 'dispersed phase' is a phase dispersed in a continuous phase.
In the emulsion, the continuous phase and the dispersed phase are dispersed in the form of small droplets at a certain ratio without mixing with each other, and thereby the dispersed phase is present in the continuous phase.
An oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion is an emulsion in which the continuous phase is water and the dispersed phase is oil, and a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion is an emulsion in which the continuous phase is oil and the dispersed phase is water.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention may be a water-in-oil type composition, and is preferably an emulsion having a continuous oil phase such as a water-in-oil or oil-in-water-in-oil emulsion.
The above cosmetic composition may contain 0.01 to 20% by weight of the oily film-forming agent, preferably 1 to 15% by weight of the oily film-forming agent, more preferably 5 to 13% by weight of the oily film-forming agent, and most preferably 8 to 10% by weight of the oily film-forming agent.
The content of the oily film-forming agent used in the cosmetic composition of the present invention is small, and a small amount of the oily film-forming agent is used by further including the film-forming agent in the dispersed phase as described below. The present invention provides a cosmetic composition which uses a small amount of an oily film-forming agent, and therefore has little feeling of dry skin and good feeling of skin adhesion.
The term "aqueous" film-forming agent as used herein is intended to include water-soluble film-forming agents or water-dispersible film-forming agents.
The "oily" film-forming agent used herein includes an oil-soluble film-forming agent or an oil-dispersible film-forming agent.
The cosmetic composition comprises an oil-based film-forming agent and an aqueous film-forming agent.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention is a water-in-oil type cosmetic composition comprising an oil-based film-forming agent and an aqueous film-forming agent.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention is an oil-in-water-in-oil type cosmetic composition comprising an oil-based film-forming agent and an aqueous film-forming agent.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises 20% by weight or less or 10% by weight or less of an oily film-forming agent, and further comprises an aqueous film-forming agent.
The inventors of the present invention have found that when an oil-based film-forming agent and an aqueous film-forming agent are used together, a good skin-adhering feeling, a good durability, and a good feeling in use are achieved, and in particular, effects of improving the moisture retention and moisture retention of the skin and the feeling of dryness of the skin are obtained.
The inventors of the present invention further confirmed that: further, the water-based film-forming agent and the oil-based film-forming agent can provide further excellent moisture retention and dry feel improvement effects.
The oily coating film-forming agent comprises at least 1 selected from the group consisting of trimethylsiloxysilicate, acrylic acid (ester)/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer, polypropylsilsesquioxane, C30-45 alkyldimethicenylsilylpolypropylsilsesquioxane, acrylic acid ester/polytrimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer and phenylpropyldimethylsiloxysilicate, and preferably comprises trimethylsiloxysilicate and/or acrylic acid (ester)/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer. When the above-mentioned trimethylsiloxysilicate and/or acrylic/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer is used, the dispersion phase is easily stabilized, and a soft film can be formed with good skin moisturizing ability and good feeling of adhesion. Preferably, the trimethylsiloxysilicate forms a hard coating and the acrylic/stearyl acrylate/dimethicone methacrylate copolymer forms a soft coating.
The aqueous coating film forming agent comprises 1 or more selected from the group consisting of sodium polystyrene sulfonate, hydroxypropyl guar and hydroxyethyl cellulose, preferably comprises hydrolyzed wheat protein/PVP cross-linked polymer and/or sodium polystyrene sulfonate, more preferably comprises sodium polystyrene sulfonate. When the sodium polystyrene sulfonate is used as the aqueous film-forming agent, the dispersion phase is easily stabilized, and the skin moisture retention and the skin feel are good.
The cosmetic composition contains the oily film-forming agent in an amount of 0.01 to 20 wt%, preferably 1 to 18 wt%, more preferably 1 to 15 wt%, and still more preferably 1 to 10 wt%, 1 to 8 wt%, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the aqueous film-forming agent is contained in an amount of 0.01 to 12 wt%, preferably 1 to 11 wt%, and more preferably 10.5 wt% with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic composition. When the content is less than the above range, the effect of the film is not exhibited, and when the content is more than the above range, the spreadability is reduced by using the sticky paste. When the content is within the above range, the moisture retention of the skin is remarkably facilitated, and an excellent effect of improving the dry feeling can be obtained. At the same time, it is advantageous to provide a feeling of use that can feel the stability of the dosage form and the feeling of water-moistening.
In particular, when an acrylic acid (ester)/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer and/or trimethylsiloxysilicate is used as the oily film-forming agent included in the above cosmetic composition, and sodium polystyrenesulfonate is used as the aqueous film-forming agent, it is remarkably advantageous to achieve the object of the present invention.
The cosmetic composition comprises 1 or more dosage forms selected from the group consisting of foundation, concealer, foundation cream, bb cream, skin lotion, skin cream and wax, and is preferably provided as a water-in-oil foundation.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention may include any components contained in the general cosmetic composition in the above-arranged dosage forms.
For example, the cosmetic composition of the present invention may further include an organic/inorganic ultraviolet ray blocking agent.
The invention achieves good results particularly when applied to products used by storing cosmetic compositions in sponges. When considering instability of the formulation in the sponge, corrosiveness of the sponge, and the like which are present in the water-in-oil type cosmetic composition, in the case of using the cosmetic composition of the present invention, it can be easily stored in the sponge and provided.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples and the like for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the present invention. However, the embodiments of the present invention may be modified into various other forms, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below. The embodiments of the present invention are provided to fully explain the present invention to those skilled in the art.
Experimental example 1 Water-in-oil type cosmetic preparation comprising water-soluble and oil-soluble film-forming agents
In order to confirm the improvement of the durability and the dryness of the water-in-oil type cosmetic composition containing the water-soluble and oil-soluble film-forming agents, experiments were conducted to produce the following formulation.
A water-in-oil cosmetic was produced by the following production method based on the components and contents (wt%) described in table 1.
< production method >
1) The oil phase components were mixed and heated to 80 degrees (. degree. C.) and then dispersed.
2) The colorant components were mixed and stirred in the above 1).
3) The aqueous phase components were completely dissolved after slowly heating to 80 degrees (. degree.C.) in a separate aqueous phase tank.
4) The aqueous phase component of 3) above was slowly charged into the oil phase component of 1) above and emulsified by a high-speed mixer.
5) Defoamed after emulsification is complete and cooled to 28 degrees (deg.C).
[ TABLE 1]
Figure BDA0002632518150000061
< test for moisture retention >
The water-in-oil type cosmetic preparations of the above examples and comparative examples were subjected to a moisture retention test.
The moisture retention test was conducted on the basis of an actual subject, and the test was started by a moisture retention detector (Corneometer) after 20 minutes of acclimatization in a constant temperature chamber for objective moisture retention test.
The test method was carried out based on the test time before coating, immediately after coating, 1 hour after coating, and 3 hours after coating, and the average values were calculated after 3 tests and compared with the test time before coating, thereby obtaining the moisture retention improvement rate (%).
The results are shown in table 2 and fig. 1.
In addition, as can be seen from fig. 1, in the case of example 2, a good moisturizing improvement rate was exhibited.
[ TABLE 2]
After fastening 1 hour 3 hours
Before coating 1.22 -2.02 3.26
Comparative example 1 30.14 11.89 10.00
Comparative example 2 36.53 16.28 11.77
Comparative example 3 43.74 25.51 15.31
Example 1 46.28 27.11 16.19
From the above results, it was found that when the oil-soluble film forming agent and the water-soluble film forming agent were mixed together, a higher improvement rate in moisture retention was detected and moisture retention was more favorable than when the oil-soluble film forming agent was used alone.
In addition, as can be seen from table 2, in comparative example 3, although the same content of the water-soluble film forming agent was used, example 1 had a more favorable moisture retention improvement rate.
< durability test >
The water-in-oil type cosmetic preparations of the above examples and comparative examples were subjected to a durability test.
Artificial skin was used in this experiment for objective persistence tests due to individual differences in human skin.
To evaluate the durability, 0.05g of each sample was applied to 5cm × 5cm of artificial leather in the same size and thickness and subjected to a drying treatment at 30 degrees (. degree.C.) for 2 hours. After that, the artificial skin was stood upright and the artificial sebum was dropped to flow, and then the degree of collapse due to the artificial sebum was analyzed by the image program, and the degree of collapse (black part of the artificial skin) was quantified and shown in table 3 and fig. 2.
The above-mentioned numerical values are obtained by numerically indicating the black parts of the artificial skin from which the cosmetic film was peeled off by ImagePro Plus software.
[ TABLE 3]
Comparative example 1 Comparative example 2 Comparative example 3 Example 1
Value of 4629 2050 2501 2048
As shown in the above results, it was confirmed by the naked eye and numerical values that the artificial sebum-induced collapse was significantly less in comparative examples 3 and 1 than in comparative example 1.
From this fact, it is found that when a water-soluble film-forming agent is used in combination with an oil-soluble film-forming agent, the collapse due to sebum is less, and the cosmetic durability is good. Among them, the effect is excellent particularly in the case of example 1 in which sodium polystyrene sulfonate is contained in the inner phase.
From these results, it was confirmed that the cosmetic composition had different durability depending on the type of the water-soluble film-forming agent.
< evaluation of oil repellency and staining >
The water-in-oil cosmetic preparations of the examples and comparative examples were evaluated for the degree of blooming and the degree of bleeding of oil.
The detection method comprises the following steps: each sample was spread uniformly on a glass plate to the same thickness (60 μm), and then dried at 30 degrees (. degree. C.) for 1 hour. Then, the same amount of artificial sebum was applied to the middle part of the skin, and the skin was left at 30 degrees (DEG C) for 20 minutes to confirm the degree of scattering of the oil. Then, the artificial skin was placed on the sebum portion and rolled 10 times at a constant pressure (200g hammer) to confirm the amount of the sample stained on the artificial skin, and the extent of staining was evaluated and shown in fig. 3.
As can be seen from FIG. 3, the oil in comparative example 1 showed the most severe blooming and staining. The degree of blooming or the bleeding of the oil was lower in comparative example 3 and example 1 than in comparative example 1, and particularly in the case of example 1 in which sodium polystyrenesulfonate was additionally contained in the inner phase, the blooming of the oil was not observed and the bleeding was the lightest as compared with the cases of comparative examples 1 and 2. Therefore, the invention can not be stained on other parts or rubbed off due to external movement, so that the cosmetic endurance is good.
In this regard, the aqueous phase film-forming agent has different characteristics depending on the type because it affects the stability and the feeling of use of the dosage form depending on the size and price of the aqueous phase film-forming agent. From this fact, it is found that the selection of the type and content of the water-soluble film-forming agent has an important influence on the water-in-oil type dosage form.

[ TABLE 4 ]
Figure BDA0002632518150000091
The production method was the same as the production method described in experimental example 1, and the durability, stability, and feeling of use were confirmed.
The durability was evaluated by the same method as in experimental example 1, and the stability was compared with the physical properties at room temperature after 2 weeks of storage at 45 degrees (. degree. C.). The sensory feeling in use was evaluated by scoring 0 to 5 points on the basis of the degree of water-wet feeling felt by 20 female consumers aged 20 to 40.

As shown in the above results, when the content of the aqueous film forming agent is large, the feeling of wettability is not good and the stability is not good. In the case of examples, the stability was good up to a content of 10%.
Experimental example 3 Water-in-oil type cosmetic preparations containing other types of oil-soluble film-forming agents
The durability was additionally evaluated when the oil phase contained trimethylsiloxysilicate.
A water-in-oil type cosmetic composition comprising a film-forming agent in both the oil phase and the water phase was produced using the components shown in table 6 below.
[ TABLE 6 ]

As shown in the above results, it was confirmed by numerical values that the artificial sebum is less likely to collapse in example 4 than in comparative example 5.
Therefore, when other types of oil-soluble film-forming agents were used, the durability was better in the case of using sodium polystyrene sulfonate than in the case of using hydrolyzed wheat protein/PVP crosslinked polymer, as in the above results. The cosmetic composition containing sodium polystyrene sulfonate and trimethylsiloxysilicate used together is more excellent in terms of moisture retention and formulation stability than the case where hydrolyzed wheat protein/PVP crosslinked polymer and trimethylsiloxysilicate are used together.
