Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil type cosmetic composition, and more particularly, to a water-in-oil type cosmetic composition capable of eliminating dry feel and improving endurance.
Background
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for air-cushion foundations having good durability, and products featuring such are also being introduced into the market. In terms of the characteristics of the dosage form, attempts have been made to further improve the durability of the water-in-oil product because the water-in-oil type is superior to the oil-in-water type in durability. In addition, in the case of low viscosity, although spreadability and feel of use are good, durability is low as compared with the case of high viscosity, and thus there has been an effort to improve durability in the low viscosity liquid dosage form. As a conventional method, there is mainly a method of using an oil-soluble film forming agent on the external phase of a cosmetic composition, but this causes a disadvantage of drying, so that the use of an oil-soluble film forming agent in a large amount is limited.

Technical proposal
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil cosmetic composition comprising 2 or more film forming agents, characterized in that the film forming agents different from each other are included in a continuous phase and a dispersed phase.
In the cosmetic composition applied to the skin, a large amount of an oily film forming agent is used in order to improve the durability, and the inventors of the present invention have recognized the problem occurring at this time and have completed the present invention in order to solve the problem.
That is, the present invention aims to reduce the amount of an oily film-forming agent used to improve the dry feel of the skin, and to improve compatibility with other components, feel in use, and the like.
In particular, the inventors of the present invention have first recognized that differences in the effects of the present invention occur depending on the kind and/or content of the aqueous film forming agent used for the internal phase, and have completed the present invention.
The inventors of the present invention have devised specific experiments and confirmed that the kind of the oily film forming agent used together with the aqueous film forming agent plays an important role in achieving the object of the present invention.
As used herein, the "continuous phase" is a continuous phase.
The term "dispersed phase" as used herein refers to a phase dispersed in a continuous phase.
In the case of an emulsion, the continuous phase and the dispersed phase are dispersed in the form of droplets in a predetermined ratio without being mixed with each other, thereby forming a form in which the dispersed phase exists in the continuous phase.
An oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion is an emulsion in which the continuous phase is water and the dispersed phase is oil, and a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion is an emulsion in which the continuous phase is oil and the dispersed phase is water.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention may be a water-in-oil composition, and is preferably an emulsion having a continuous oil phase such as a water-in-oil and an oil-in-water-in-oil emulsion.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention contains a small amount of the oily film-forming agent, and further contains the film-forming agent in the dispersed phase, as described below, whereby a small amount of the oily film-forming agent is used. The present invention uses a small amount of an oily film-forming agent, and thus can provide a cosmetic composition having a reduced dry skin feel and a good skin-adhering feel.
The term "aqueous" film forming agent used in the present specification means a water-soluble film forming agent or a water-dispersible film forming agent.
The term "oily" film-forming agent used in the present specification includes an oil-soluble film-forming agent or an oil-dispersible film-forming agent.
The cosmetic composition comprises an oily film forming agent and an aqueous film forming agent.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention is a water-in-oil type cosmetic composition comprising an oily film-forming agent and an aqueous film-forming agent.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention is an oil-in-water type cosmetic composition comprising an oily film-forming agent and an aqueous film-forming agent.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises 20 wt% or less or 10 wt% or less of an oily film-forming agent, and further comprises an aqueous film-forming agent.
The inventors of the present invention found that when an oily film forming agent and an aqueous film forming agent are used together, good skin-like feel, durability, and feel in use are achieved, and in particular, effects of moisture retention and moisture retention of skin and improvement of skin dryness are obtained.
The inventors of the present invention further confirmed that: the type of the aqueous film forming agent and the type of the oily film forming agent can provide more excellent moisturizing ability and an effect of improving a dry feel.
The oily film forming agent includes 1 or more selected from the group consisting of trimethylsiloxysilicate, acrylic acid (ester) based/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer, polypropylsilsesquioxane, C30-45 alkanol dimethylsilane polytropylsilsesquioxane, acrylic acid (ester) based/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer and phenylpropyl dimethylsiloxy silicate, preferably, trimethylsiloxysilicate and/or acrylic acid (ester) based/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer. When the above-mentioned trimethylsiloxysilicate and/or acrylic acid (ester) ester/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer is used, stabilization of the dispersed phase is easily achieved, and the skin is excellent in moisturizing ability and adhesion feeling, and a soft film can be formed. Preferably, the trimethylsilyloxy silicate forms a relatively hard coating and the acrylic/stearyl acrylate/dimethicone methacrylate copolymer forms a soft coating.
The aqueous film forming agent includes 1 or more selected from the group consisting of hydrolyzed wheat protein/PVP crosslinked polymer, sodium polystyrene sulfonate, hydroxypropyl guar and hydroxyethyl cellulose, preferably includes hydrolyzed wheat protein/PVP crosslinked polymer and/or sodium polystyrene sulfonate, and more preferably includes sodium polystyrene sulfonate. When the sodium polystyrene sulfonate is used as an aqueous film forming agent, the dispersion phase is easily stabilized, and the skin moisture retention and the sense of adhesion are good.
The cosmetic composition contains 0.01 to 20 wt% of an oily film-forming agent, preferably 1 to 18 wt% of an oily film-forming agent, more preferably 1 to 15 wt% of an oily film-forming agent, and even more preferably 1 to 10 wt% of an oily film-forming agent, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the aqueous film forming agent is included in an amount of 0.01 to 12% by weight, preferably 1 to 11% by weight, more preferably 10.5% by weight, relative to the total weight of the cosmetic composition. When the content is less than this, there is no effect of the coating film, whereas when the content is more than this, there is a decrease in spreadability due to the use of the paste. When the content is within the above range, the skin moisture retention is remarkably improved, and an excellent effect of improving dry feel can be obtained. At the same time, it is advantageous to provide a sensation of use that can be perceived as a form of stability and a sense of wetness.
In particular, when an acrylic/stearyl acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer and/or trimethylsiloxysilicate is used as the oily film-forming agent included in the above-mentioned cosmetic composition, and sodium polystyrene sulfonate is used as the aqueous film-forming agent, it is remarkably advantageous to achieve the object of the present invention.
The cosmetic composition comprises 1 or more types of dosage forms selected from the group consisting of foundation, concealer, barrier cream, bb cream, skin lotion, skin cream, and wax, and is preferably provided as a water-in-oil foundation.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention may include any component contained in a general cosmetic composition in the above-arranged dosage form.
For example, the cosmetic composition of the present invention may further include an organic/inorganic ultraviolet blocker.
The present invention can achieve a good effect particularly when applied to a product for storing a cosmetic composition in a sponge. When the instability of the formulation in the sponge, the corrosiveness of the sponge, and the like existing in the water-in-oil type cosmetic composition are taken into consideration, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can be easily stored in the sponge to provide it.
Effects of the invention
The cosmetic composition of the present invention provides good skin moisturization and moisture retention.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention can use a small amount of the oily film-forming agent.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention has a good skin-adhering feel and is low in makeup removal speed due to sebum or the like, so that the cosmetic durability is good.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention can provide a good feel in use and a skin-friendly feel.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention is easily absorbed into a sponge to be provided.
The present invention improves the affinity with the skin, can further improve the inferior durability which occurs when only the oil-soluble film agent is excessively used alone, and also improves the once-used disadvantage, i.e., the problem of skin dryness, thereby improving consumer satisfaction.
Although the coating film formed from the oil-soluble film agent has been able to improve the durability, the feeling of skin heaviness and feeling of dryness, feeling of stickiness, and the like are not good in use, but the cosmetic composition of the present invention reduces the content of the oil-soluble film agent to improve the feeling of dryness of skin or spreadability of the cosmetic. In addition, the present invention can provide a cosmetic composition having improved stability.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. However, the embodiment of the present invention may be modified into many other forms, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. The embodiments of the present invention are provided to fully explain the present invention to those skilled in the art.
Experimental example 1 Water-in-oil cosmetic preparation formulation comprising Water-soluble and oil-soluble film Forming Agents
Experiments were conducted to confirm improvement in durability and dryness of a water-in-oil type cosmetic composition containing a water-soluble and oil-soluble film forming agent, and the composition was manufactured into the following formulation.
According to the components and contents (wt%) described in table 1, water-in-oil type cosmetic compositions were produced by the following production methods.
< manufacturing method >
1) The oil phase components are mixed and dispersed after heating to 80 degrees (DEG C).
2) The colorant component was mixed and stirred in the above 1).
3) The aqueous phase component was allowed to dissolve completely after being heated slowly to 80 degrees (c) in a separate aqueous phase tank.
4) The oil phase component of the above 1) was slowly added to the water phase component of the above 3) and emulsification was achieved by a high-speed mixer.
5) Defoamed after the emulsification was completed and cooled to 28 degrees (c).
[ Table 1]
< detection of moisture retention >
Moisture retention tests were performed on the water-in-oil type cosmetic materials of the above examples and comparative examples.
The moisture retention test was performed for an actual subject, and the test was started by a moisture retention detector (Corneometer) after 20 minutes of adaptation to a constant temperature chamber in order to perform objective moisture retention test.
The detection method was that the moisture retention improvement ratio (%) was obtained by detecting the moisture retention of the film on the basis of 1 hour before, 1 hour after, and 3 hours after the application, and then calculating the average value after detecting 3 times and comparing the average value with the average value before the application.
The results are shown in Table 2 and FIG. 1.
Further, as can be seen from fig. 1, in the case of example 2, a good moisture retention improvement rate was exhibited.
[ Table 2]
After being fastened | 1 hour | 3 hours
Before coating | 1.22 | -2.02 | 3.26 |
Comparative example 1 | 30.14 | 11.89 | 10.00 |
Comparative example 2 | 36.53 | 16.28 | 11.77 |
Example 6 | 43.74 | 25.51 | 15.31 |
Example 1 | 46.28 | 27.11 | 16.19 |
From the above results, it was found that when the oil-soluble film forming agent and the water-soluble film forming agent were mixed together, a higher moisture retention improvement rate was detected and moisture retention was better than when the oil-soluble film forming agent was used alone.
It is also evident from table 2 that example 1 has a more excellent moisture retention improvement rate although the same amount of the water-soluble film forming agent was used in example 6.
< durability test >
The durability test was performed on the water-in-oil type cosmetic materials of the above examples and comparative examples.
Because of the personal differences in human skin, artificial skins were used in this experiment for objective persistence testing.
To evaluate durability, 0.05g of the sample was applied to 5cm by 5cm of artificial skin in the same size and thickness, and subjected to a drying treatment at 30 degrees (deg.C) for 2 hours. Thereafter, the artificial skin was stood up and dropped with artificial sebum to flow, and then the degree of collapse due to the artificial sebum was analyzed by an image program, and the degree of collapse (black part of the artificial skin) was numerically represented in table 3 and fig. 2.
The above-mentioned numerical values are shown by using ImagePro Plus software to numerical values of the black portion of the artificial skin from which the cosmetic film was peeled off.
[ Table 3]
Comparative example 1 | Comparative example 2 | Example 6 | Example 1
Value of | 4629 | 2050 | 2501 | 2048 |
As shown in the above results, it was confirmed by naked eyes and numerical values that the collapse due to artificial sebum was significantly less in example 6 and example 1 than in the case of comparative example 1.
From these results, it was found that when the water-soluble film forming agent was mixed with the oil-soluble film forming agent, the collapse due to sebum was less and the cosmetic durability was good. Among them, in particular, in the case of example 1 in which sodium polystyrene sulfonate was contained in the internal phase, the effect was excellent.
From these results, it was confirmed that the cosmetic durability was different depending on the type of the water-soluble film forming agent.
< evaluation of oleophobicity and staining >
The degree of blooming and sticking of the oil in the water-in-oil cosmetic compositions of the above examples and comparative examples were evaluated.
The detection method comprises the following steps: each sample was uniformly spread on a glass plate at the same thickness (60 μm), and then dried at 30 degrees (DEG C) for 1 hour. Next, the same amount of artificial sebum was sprinkled on the middle portion, then left at 30 degrees (DEG C) for 20 minutes, and then the degree of blooming of the oil was confirmed. Thereafter, the artificial skin was placed on the sebum portion and rolled 10 times under a constant pressure (200 g hammer) to confirm the amount of the sample adhered to the artificial skin, and the degree of adhesion was evaluated and shown in fig. 3.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the oil bloom and staining were most severe in comparative example 1. In example 6 and example 1, the oil bloom or sticking out was lighter than in comparative example 1, and in particular in example 1 in which sodium polystyrene sulfonate was additionally contained in the internal phase, the oil bloom phenomenon was not present and the sticking out was also the lightest than in comparative examples 1 and 2. Therefore, the invention can not be adhered to other parts or rubbed off due to external activities, so that the cosmetic durability is good.
In this regard, the stability and the feel of use of the dosage form are affected by the size and price of the aqueous coating agent, and thus, the characteristics are different depending on the type of aqueous coating agent. From these results, it is found that the selection of the type and content of the water-soluble film forming agent has an important influence on the water-in-oil dosage form.
Experimental example 2 Water-in-oil type cosmetic composition for Water-soluble film Forming Agents at respective levels
[ Table 4 ]
The production method was the same as that described in experimental example 1, and endurance, stability and feel in use were confirmed.
Durability was evaluated by the same method as in experimental example 1, and physical properties were compared with stability after storage at 45 degrees (c) for 2 weeks and then with room temperature. The functional evaluation was performed on the sense of use, and the degree of perceived wetness was evaluated for 20 female consumers aged 20 to 40 years, and a score of 0 to 5 was given here and the scores were averaged.
1) Stability evaluation reference: o: stabilization, delta: generally, X: separation
2) Evaluation criterion of moist feel: 1: very bad, 2: bad, 3: generally, 4: good, 5: very good
[ Table 5 ]
Comparative example 4 | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3
Endurance of force | 2000 | 2048 | 2013 | 2001 |
Stability of | △ | O | O | O |
Moist feeling | 4.0 | 4.9 | 4.6 | 4.6 |
As shown in the above results, when the content of the aqueous film forming agent is large, the moist feel is poor and the stability is also insufficient. In the case of examples, the stability was good up to a content of 10%.
Experimental example 3 Water-in-oil cosmetic preparation formulation comprising other kinds of oil-soluble film Forming Agents
The durability was additionally evaluated in the case of the inclusion of trimethylsiloxysilicate in the oil phase.
A water-in-oil cosmetic composition comprising a film forming agent in both the oil phase and the water phase was produced by using the following components shown in table 6.
[ Table 6 ]
< durability test >
The test was performed in the same manner as the above-described durability test method, and the results are shown in table 7 below.
[ Table 7 ]
Example 7 | Example 4 | |
Value of | 2469 | 2015 |
As shown in the above results, it was confirmed by numerical values that the collapse due to artificial sebum was less in example 4 than in example 7.
Therefore, when other types of oil-soluble film forming agents are applied, the durability is better when sodium polystyrene sulfonate is used than when hydrolyzed wheat protein/PVP crosslinked polymer, as in the above results. In addition, the cosmetic composition using sodium polystyrene sulfonate and trimethylsiloxysilicate is more excellent in moisture retention, formulation stability, and the like than the case of using hydrolyzed wheat protein/PVP crosslinked polymer and trimethylsiloxysilicate together.
