Putting rutin, resveratrol, tea polyphenol, astaxanthin, carnosine and glutathione into a stirring container in a sterile room according to a certain proportion, fully stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain a mixture 1, and putting the mixture into a sterile refrigerating room for 2 hours; then, putting the moutan bark, the giant knotweed rhizome and the liquorice in the ratio into a triturating container, and fully beating into powder to obtain a mixture 2; fully fusing the mixture 1 and the mixture 2 to obtain a mixture 3; placing VC and VA in a sealed container into the mixture 3 in a shady and lightless sterile room environment, sufficiently fusing the VC and VA, and stirring the PG (propylene glycol) into the mixture 3 in proportion for 3-5 times to obtain a mixture 4; filtering the obtained mixture 4 for 5-8 times to obtain a mixture 5; and (3) fully stirring and fusing the mixture 5 with 0.1-20 parts of water (the temperature of the water is required to be lower than 27.5 ℃), and placing in a refrigerating chamber after fully fusing to obtain the compound raw material of the product.
3. The pure natural antioxidant moisturizing skin whitening lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein no temperature requirement is required during the preparation of mixture 1, mixture 2, and mixture 3.
4. The pure natural antioxidant moisturizing skin whitening lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation of the mixture 4 and the mixture 5 is carried out in a shady, dark and sealed environment.
5. The pure natural antioxidant moisturizing skin whitening lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lotion is protected from direct sunlight during storage.

The pure natural antioxidant moisturizing skin whitening lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein vitamin C can effectively decompose melanin in skin, prevent pigmentation, prevent chloasma and freckle, keep skin white and tender, has remarkable antioxidant effect, and protects skin from ultraviolet ray damage.
7. The pure natural antioxidant moisturizing skin whitening lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rutin has the effects of scavenging free radicals and absorbing ultraviolet rays, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
8. The pure natural antioxidant moisture-keeping skin whitening lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resveratrol can scavenge and inhibit the generation of free radicals, inhibit lipid peroxidation, and regulate the activities related to antioxidase.

The pure natural antioxidant moisturizing skin whitening lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein glutathione is an antioxidant and has the functions of improving the antioxidant function of organisms, promoting growth, and improving the adverse environmental impact of organisms.
