Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物白粉病的绿色防治方法,属于植物病害防治技术领域。该方法首先用温水与木醋液的混合溶液进行喷雾防病,5~7h后,用芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂与几丁聚糖的混合溶液进行喷雾防病。本发明防治方法于植物白粉病发病初期进行处理,能够高效控制大棚草莓和葡萄白粉病的发生危害,防止使用化学农药的抗药性和果品农药残留风险,利于生产出绿色高品质果品,对实现果树绿色提质增效具有重要意义,应用前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于植物病害防治技术领域,特别涉及一种植物白粉病的绿色防治方法。
背景技术
白粉病是植物生产中常发的重要病害之一,发生严重时病叶率达45%以上,结果植物的病果率可达50%以上,严重影响果树产量和品质。白粉病菌在植物体表外生长、繁殖,为害方式是其菌丝形成球状或指头状吸器,伸入植物体表面细胞,吸取植物营养,导致植物营养不良而不能正常生长、开花和结果。白粉病菌不同寻常的特点是喜湿却又耐旱,发生严重时,病叶率在45%以上,病果率在50%以上,减产幅度可达50%左右。目前,对果树白粉病主要是采用化学药剂进行喷雾防治,易造成农药残留超标。因此,对安全有效的生物防治技术进行研究十分必要。近几年来,木霉、枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀芽孢杆菌等生物防治药剂得到了广泛研究。目前用于防治果树病害绿色安全的生物药剂主要是活体微生物农药、部分植物源农药和部分农用抗生素,相较于化学农药大部分生物农药见效慢、防效差,特别是对环境安全的活体微生物农药其主要用于预防病害的发生,在病害发生后的防治效果相对较差。因此,对果树白粉病的发生亟需开发一种快速安全高效的防治方法。
随着人们对农产品安全性和品质要求的提高,环保意识的增强,减少化学农药,发展绿色生态农业已成为农业发展的必然趋势。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种植物白粉病的绿色防治方法,能够高效控制白粉病的发生危害,防止使用化学农药的抗药性和果品农药残留风险,利于生产出绿色高品质果品。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种植物白粉病的绿色防治方法,首先用温水与木醋液的混合溶液进行喷雾防病,5~7h后,用芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂与几丁聚糖的混合溶液进行喷雾防病。
所述植物白粉病的绿色防治方法,所述温水的温度为50-55℃,木醋液为木醋液原液1000倍液,质量比为1000∶1。
所述植物白粉病的绿色防治方法,所述芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂为多粘类芽孢杆菌微生物杀菌剂或枯草芽孢杆菌微生物杀菌剂中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述植物白粉病的绿色防治方法,所述芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂为1000亿CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂500倍液,几丁聚糖为0.5%几丁聚糖水剂300倍液,质量比为5∶3。
所述植物白粉病的绿色防治方法,所述芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂为5亿CFU/g多粘类芽孢杆悬浮剂300倍液,几丁聚糖为0.5%几丁聚糖水剂300倍液,质量比为1∶1。
有益效果:与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点包括:
本发明利用生物组合制剂替代传统化学农药对植物白粉病的防治,不但高效,而且无农药残留,生态环保,能够提高果品安全品质,适于植物绿色或有机食品,从而增加植物种植的经济效益。防治效果远高于木醋酸、芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂和几丁质糖单独使用时的防治效果。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
实施例1
为了研究本发明植物白粉病的绿色防治方法的效果,选择草莓和葡萄进行防治效果的研究,具体操作过程和实验结果如下所示。(除非特别说明,本发明所述的%为质量百分比。)
一、材料来源
1、微生物菌剂为武汉科诺生物科技股份有限公司生产的1000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂和5亿CFU/g多粘类芽孢杆悬浮剂;
2、几丁聚糖为成都特普生物科技股份有限公司生产的0.5%几丁聚糖水剂;
3、木醋液为石家庄宏森活性炭有限公司生产的试验木醋液原液。
二、病害防治方法
1、试验处理
设6个处理:
处理1:50-55℃温水,间隔5天使用2次;
处理2:木醋液原液1000倍液,间隔5天使用2次;
处理3:50-55℃温水+木醋液原液1000倍液,质量比为1000∶1;
处理4:1000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂500倍+0.5%几丁聚糖水剂300倍,质量比为5∶3;
处理5:5亿CFU/克多粘类芽孢杆悬浮剂300倍+0.5%几丁聚糖水剂300倍,质量比为1∶1;
处理6:50-55℃温水+木醋液原液1000倍液(质量比为1000∶1),间隔约6h使用1000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂500倍+0.5%几丁聚糖水剂300倍(质量比为5∶3)
处理7:使用50-55℃温水+木醋液原液1000倍液(质量比为1000∶1),间隔约6h使用5亿CFU/g多粘类芽孢杆悬浮剂300倍+0.5%几丁聚糖水剂300倍液(质量比为1∶1);
另设常温清水对照(CK)。
2、处理与调查方法:
试验区分别在草莓、葡萄白粉病发病初期,选用背负式电动高压喷雾器kcs-432a型高压喷雾器,进行喷雾防治,重点喷雾叶片正反面以及果面。亩用水量50公斤。于2次药后7天,在试验区和空白区(CK)内,随机选取不同部位叶片调查50片。
根据病斑所占叶片面积的百分率划分病级:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的6%~25%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的26%~50%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的51%~75%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的75%以上。;
3、药效计算:
病情指数=[∑(各级病叶数×相对级数值)/调查总叶数×9]×100
防治效果(%)=(对照区病情指数-处理区病情指数)/对照区病情指数×100
三、结果与分析
不同处理对草莓、葡萄白粉病田间药效试验结果如表1和表2所示。由表1和表2可知,在草莓和葡萄的生产试验中发现,单一使用50-55℃温水(处理1)和木醋液1000倍液(处理2),间隔5天使用2次药后7天,调查防效均在20%-40%范围,但50-55℃温水桶混木醋液1000倍液(处理3)喷雾防病后,防治效果能达到45%-55%,防效仍不理想;且枯草芽孢杆菌或多粘类芽孢杆菌与几丁聚糖合理桶混(处理4和处理5),对草莓、葡萄白粉病在发病初期使用,间隔5天后2次给药,药后7天防效为55%-65%,效果也一般,也不能取得理想防效。但采取50-55℃温水桶混木醋液200倍液喷雾防病后,间隔约6h再使用芽孢杆菌类(枯草芽孢杆菌或多粘类芽孢杆菌)与几丁聚糖合理桶混(处理6和处理7),在发病初期间隔5天后2次给药,药后7天调查,防效能达到85%-95%,对草莓、葡萄白粉防效能大大提高,取得较为理想的防效。

1.一种植物白粉病的绿色防治方法,其特征在于,首先用温水与木醋液的混合溶液进行喷雾防病,5~7h后,用芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂与几丁聚糖的混合溶液进行喷雾防病;所述温水的温度为50-55℃,木醋液为木醋液原液1000倍液,质量比为1000:1;所述芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂为1000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂500倍液,几丁聚糖为0.5%几丁聚糖水剂300倍液,质量比为5:3;所述芽孢杆菌类微生物杀菌剂为5亿CFU/g多粘类芽孢杆悬浮剂300倍液,几丁聚糖为0.5%几丁聚糖水剂300倍液,质量比为1:1。
