风阀是一种结构相对简单的调节阀,通常主要用于管道气流的切断或节流作用;现有的风阀一般包括阀体、阀板、驱动杆、密封环;密封环安装于阀体内部,阀板密封或分离连接在阀体内部的密封环上,然后驱动杆从阀体上端向下延伸至阀体内部的阀板的上端,通过转动驱动杆,驱动杆带动阀板转动,从而可以完成阀板四周外侧和阀体内部密封环内壁四周的启闭或分离过程;但是上述的风阀结构只有一个阀板作为密封的部件,没有多重的密封保护结构,如此使得密封的效果存在隐患。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种防止意外转动导致意外导通、操作便利、具有多重密封结构的滞后驱动式风阀。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:

2.本发明旋转驱动杆,驱动杆带动内端封闭板转动,使得内端封闭板四周分离于内侧密封凸环四周内侧,同时内端封闭板带动转动杆转动,转动杆转动时通过滑动卡接头在弧形块体内部的弧形空转滑槽内滑动卡接一段距离后,带动弧形块体一同转动,当弧形块体转动时带动过渡杆转动,过渡杆转动时带动滑动伸缩杆的外端滑动卡接于外端封闭板的内侧面上,同时过渡杆会拉动滑动伸缩杆向内端移动,如此使得滑动伸缩杆拉动外端封闭板沿着导向柱和导向筒的导向方位向内端移动,从而使得外端封闭板的四周外侧脱离锥形密封环面,如此通过驱动杆的转动实现了内端封闭板的旋转分离和外端封闭板的平移分离,实现了双重分离;当逆向旋转驱动杆时,使得内端封闭板四周密封抵接于内侧密封凸环四周内侧,同时内端封闭板带动转动杆转动,转动杆转动时通过滑动卡接头在弧形块体内部的弧形空转滑槽内滑动卡接一段距离后,推动弧形块体一同转动,当弧形块体转动时带动过渡杆转动,过渡杆转动时带动滑动伸缩杆的外端滑动卡接于外端封闭板的内侧面上,同时过渡杆会推动滑动伸缩杆向内端移动,如此使得滑动伸缩杆推动外端封闭板沿着导向柱和导向筒的导向方位向外端移动,从而使得外端封闭板的四周外侧密封抵接于锥形密封环面的四周内侧,如此通过驱动杆的转动实现了内端封闭板的旋转密封抵接和外端封闭板的平移密封抵接,如此实现了双重密封效果;综上,本发明通过驱动杆的转动实现了内端封闭板的旋转式分离或抵接于内侧密封凸环,同时实现了外端封闭板平移式的分离或抵接于锥形密封环面,如此实现了双重分离或密封连接效果。

7.根据权利要求1所述的滞后驱动式风阀,其特征在于,所述阀体内部设有内侧大外侧小的锥形贴合环面;所述密封环中间四周外侧设有内侧大外侧小的锥形抵接环面;所述密封环通过中间四周外侧的锥形抵接环面与阀体内部的锥形贴合环面贴合密封连接。
