本发明公开了一种电驱超大排量固井设备,包括第一装载体和第二装载体,所述第一装载体上固定装载有辅助电机、主电机、清水模块、泵送模块、操控模块、液压模块和混合模块,所述第二装载体上固定装载有变频器模块。有益效果:采用主电机驱动柱塞泵,减少变扭器设置,增加整车布局空间,采用辅助电机驱动整车液压系统,减少驱动电机的数量;变频器模块与固井设备分开装载,降低装载要求,结构更简单,减少占据空间,一台变频器模块可同时为多台第一装载体上各模块供电,使用灵活;主电机、辅助电机和液压散热装置集中分布在第一装载体前部,布线简单,方便连接,设备集中散热,避免工作人员操作过程中发生烫伤事故,增加操作安全性。

一种电驱超大排量固井设备
技术领域
本发明涉及石油装备技术领域,具体涉及一种电驱超大排量固井设备。
背景技术
现在页岩气的开发技术越来越趋向成熟,井场的钻进深度越来越深,高压力、大排量的作业环境已经不能通过常规的单泵、双泵固井设备来实现了,需要同时开启多台固井设备以满足对更大排量、更高压力的需求。常规固井设备作业时,动力由车载柴油发动机经变扭器通过传动轴驱动柱塞泵,由汽车底盘发动机驱动整车液压系统。柴油发动机和变扭器选型困难、成本高,不易维护保养,而且柴油发动机和变扭器重量重,占据体积大,不利于整车布局,制约底盘车选型,固井设备对底盘车依赖性强,同时柴油发动机噪音高、排放大、燃油消耗多,污染环境。虽然目前已出现电驱动固井设备,但均需设置车载配电柜,通过配电柜供电,并通过多个电机为车载装置提供动力,布线复杂,固井成本高。且由于电机工作时温度较高,多个电机分散在车载体上,操作人员固井操作时误碰容易烫伤,发生危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电驱超大排量固井设备,采用主电机替代车载柴油发动机驱动柱塞泵,减少变扭器设置,增加整车布局空间,采用辅助电机替代汽车底盘发动机驱动整车液压系统,进而驱动第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵、液压散热装置和搅拌器等装置,减少驱动电机的数量,同时可降低固井设备对底盘车的依赖性;变频器模块与固井设备分开装载,降低装载要求,结构更简单,减少占据空间,一台变频器模块可同时为多台第一装载体上各模块供电,使用灵活,变频器模块可直接采用国家电网、井场、涡轮发电机等供电,噪音小、零排放、绿色环保;主电机、辅助电机和液压散热装置集中分布在第一装载体前部,布线简单,方便连接,设备集中散热,避免工作人员操作过程中发生烫伤事故,增加操作安全性。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种电驱超大排量固井设备,包括第一装载体和第二装载体,所述第一装载体上固定装载有辅助电机、主电机、清水模块、泵送模块、操控模块、液压模块和混合模块,所述第二装载体上固定装载有变频器模块,所述变频器模块为所述辅助电机、主电机和操控模块供电,所述主电机为所述泵送模块提供动力,所述辅助电机通过液压模块为所述清水模块和混合模块提供动力。
进一步地,所述主电机和辅助电机集中分布在第一装载体的前部。
进一步地,所述泵送模块包括柱塞泵,所述柱塞泵与主电机连接,所述清水模块包括第一清水泵和第二清水泵,所述混合模块包括第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器,所述辅助电机通过液压模块为所述第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器提供动力。
进一步地,所述液压模块包括液压泵、液压马达和液压散热装置,所述液压泵和液压散热装置集中分布在第一装载体的前部,所述辅助电机与液压泵连接,所述液压泵分别通过液压马达与液压散热装置、第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器连接。
进一步地,所述柱塞泵的柱塞直径大于等于3.5寸,所述柱塞泵柱塞数为三缸以上,所述柱塞泵的功率大于等于1000hp。
进一步地,所述柱塞泵为1个或2个,当柱塞泵为1个时,所述柱塞泵与主电机连接;当柱塞泵为2个时,所述主电机也可为1个或2个,当主电机为1个时,所述主电机通过分动箱与2个所述柱塞泵连接,当主电机为2个时,2个所述主电机分别与2个所述柱塞泵连接。
进一步地,所述混合模块还包括混浆罐、第一混合器、第二混合器、所述清水模块还包括计量罐,所述计量罐分别通过第一清水泵和第二清水泵与第一混合器的进口端和第二混合器的进口端连接,所述第一混合器的出口端和第二混合器的出口端分别与混浆罐的进口端连接,所述第一混合器的进口端和第二混合器的进口端还分别连接有上灰管汇,所述混浆罐的出口端分别通过第一砂泵和第二砂泵与柱塞泵连接,所述搅拌器用于搅拌混浆罐内的混浆液。
进一步地,所述操控模块与变频器模块连接。
进一步地,所述主电机上设有转速传感器,所述转速传感器用于监测主电机的转速并将转速反馈至操控模块。
进一步地,所述固井设备可包括多台第一装载体,所述变频器模块可同时为多台第一装载体上的辅助电机、主电机和操控模块供电。
进一步地,所述第一装载体和/或第二装载体为车载底盘或半挂车底盘或橇装底盘。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,一种电驱超大排量固井设备,包括第一装载体7和第二装载体9,所述第一装载体7上固定装载有辅助电机6、主电机5、清水模块4、泵送模块3、操控模块2、液压模块和混合模块1,所述第一装载体7上还装载有润滑模块和气路模块,所述第二装载体9上固定装载有变频器模块8,所述变频器模块8为所述第一装载体7上装载的辅助电机6、主电机5、操控模块2、润滑模块和气路模块供电,所述主电机5为所述泵送模块3提供动力,所述辅助电机6通过液压模块为所述清水模块4和混合模块1提供动力。采用主电机5驱动泵送模块3,减少变扭器设置,增加布局空间,采用辅助电机6驱动整车液压模块,进而驱动第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵、液压散热装置和搅拌器等装置,减少驱动电机的数量,降低固井作业成本。采用变频器模块8为固井设备供电,装载体底盘车可采用电驱或柴油驱动底盘车,降低固井设备对底盘车的依赖性。变频器模块8与固井设备分开装载,降低装载要求,结构更简单,减少占据空间,变频器模块8可直接采用国家电网、井场、涡轮发电机等供电,噪音小、零排放、绿色环保。
所述泵送模块3包括柱塞泵,所述柱塞泵与主电机5连接,所述清水模块4包括第一清水泵和第二清水泵,所述混合模块1包括第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器,所述辅助电机6通过液压模块为所述第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器提供动力。所述液压模块包括液压泵、液压马达和液压散热装置,所述辅助电机6与液压泵连接,所述液压泵分别通过液压马达与液压散热装置、第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器连接。具体的,所述液压泵为多个,所述液压马达为多个,所述辅助电机6通过分动箱与多个液压泵连接,多个所述液压泵与多个液压马达连接。一台辅助电机6可同时驱动第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵、搅拌器和液压散热装置,底盘车可采用电驱或柴油驱动底盘车,降低固井设备对底盘车的依赖性。
所述主电机5、辅助电机6、液压泵和液压散热装置集中分布在第一装载体7的前部。具体的,所述第一装载体7的前部为第一装载体7在行进方向上的前部。主电机5和辅助电机6集中布置,布线简单,方便连接。主电机5、辅助电机6、液压泵和液压散热装置集中散热,避免工作人员操作过程中误碰,发生烫伤事故,增加操作安全性,同时又方便维修。
所述柱塞泵的柱塞直径大于等于3.5寸,所述柱塞泵柱塞数为三缸以上,所述柱塞泵的功率大于等于1000hp。增大柱塞直径并采用大功率柱塞泵,增大柱塞泵排量及压力,进而满足高压力、大排量的作业需求。
所述柱塞泵为1个或2个,当柱塞泵为1个时,所述柱塞泵与主电机5连接;当柱塞泵为2个时,所述主电机5也可为1个或2个,当主电机5为1个时,所述主电机5通过分动箱与2个所述柱塞泵连接,当主电机5为2个时,2个所述主电机5分别与2个所述柱塞泵一一对应连接。可根据实际工况排量需求选择柱塞泵的数量,根据柱塞泵的功率选择主电机5的数量。
所述混合模块1还包括混浆罐、第一混合器、第二混合器、所述清水模块4还包括计量罐,所述计量罐分别通过第一清水泵和第二清水泵与第一混合器的进口端和第二混合器的进口端连接,所述第一混合器的出口端和第二混合器的出口端分别与混浆罐的进口端连接,所述第一混合器的进口端和第二混合器的进口端还分别连接有上灰管汇,所述混浆罐的出口端分别通过第一砂泵和第二砂泵与柱塞泵连接,所述搅拌器用于搅拌混浆罐内的混浆液。采用双混合器同时进行水泥浆混合,混合模块1的混合能力提高到常规单混合器混合系统的1.5倍以上,混合高效,且可确保水泥浆供给稳定。
所述操控模块2与变频器模块8连接。具体的,所述操控模块2包括触摸屏、远程控制系统和PLC控制器,所述触摸屏用于显示固井设备运行信息以及向PLC控制器发送控制指令,所述远程控制系统用于远程监测、控制整个固井设备,所述PCL控制器通过以太网线与变频器模块连接。PCL控制器接受触摸屏或远程控制系统发送的控制指令,进而向变频器模块8传输控制指令,变频器模块8根据控制指令控制主电机5或辅助电机6的转速。
所述主电机5上设有转速传感器,所述转速传感器用于监测主电机5的转速并将转速反馈至操控模块2。固井设备通过设定主电机5的转速,进而实现主电机5带动柱塞泵达到设定的排量。具体的,变频器模块8接收操控模块2的控制指令并根据控制指令驱动主电机5转动,主电机5驱动柱塞泵运行,同时,主电机5上的转速传感器将监测的主电机5转速信息反馈至操控模块2,操控模块2针对监测的转速信息与预先设定的转速信息进行比较,实现对主电机5转速的调节,进而实现对柱塞泵排量的控制。
所述固井设备可包括多台第一装载体7,所述变频器模块8可同时为多台第一装载体7上的辅助电机6、主电机5和操控模块2供电。一台变频器模块8可同时为多台第一装载体7供电,使用灵活,减少固井作业空间,降低固井成本。
所述第一装载体7和/或第二装载体9为车载底盘或半挂车底盘或橇装底盘。可根据固井作业需求灵活选择第一装载体7和/或第二装载体9的结构形式,适用范围广。

1.一种电驱超大排量固井设备,其特征在于:包括第一装载体和第二装载体,所述第一装载体上固定装载有辅助电机、主电机、清水模块、泵送模块、操控模块、液压模块和混合模块,所述第二装载体上固定装载有变频器模块,所述变频器模块为所述辅助电机、主电机和操控模块供电,所述主电机为所述泵送模块提供动力,所述辅助电机通过液压模块为所述清水模块和混合模块提供动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电驱超大排量固井设备,其特征在于:所述主电机和辅助电机集中分布在第一装载体的前部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电驱超大排量固井设备,其特征在于:所述泵送模块包括柱塞泵,所述柱塞泵与主电机连接,所述清水模块包括第一清水泵和第二清水泵,所述混合模块包括第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器,所述辅助电机通过液压模块为所述第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器提供动力。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电驱超大排量固井设备,其特征在于:所述液压模块包括液压泵、液压马达和液压散热装置,所述液压泵和液压散热装置集中分布在第一装载体的前部,所述辅助电机与液压泵连接,所述液压泵分别通过液压马达与液压散热装置、第一清水泵、第二清水泵、第一砂泵、第二砂泵和搅拌器连接。
