本领域涉及地毯技术领域,尤其涉及一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺。
背景技术
高低圈绒地毯(含多层高低圈绒),由绒纱喂给长度的变化而产生绒圈高低,毯面有高低起伏的层次,再经过针刺提花机加工后即可形成几何图案,地毯有立体感,使得地毯的表面有层次感,脚踏感明显,圈绒面层置于基布层上,结构可靠,耐踩踏。
现有的针刺提花机所加工成地毯提花花形有凹凸不平,花形与花形间的过渡不均匀,过渡间隙达到0.5-1毫米,这些缺陷用肉眼可以观察出来,严重影响地毯的整体外观。经我司研究发现,主要有两个原因,其一是设备的缺,设备精度不高,或为了加工效率提高了针刺深度和效率;其二则是地毯所用纱线的性能影响,纱线的起毛会使提花图案清晰度下降,提花过程中纱线经常断线,会使提花图案具有较多线头,即使经过后处理,也会一定程度影响花形的表现能力。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供了一种提花平整美观的高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
A.渗入:将尼龙布纱经软处理剂做渗透处理;
B.烘干:对渗入后的尼龙布纱进行烘干处理;
C.纺织:将烘干后的尼龙布纱制作成圈绒地毯;
D.提花:用提花机对圈绒地毯进行提花;
E.粘边:于圈绒地毯背衬涂胶沾边;
F.修整:于圈绒地毯进行刷绒、线头拉直、蒸汽处理;
G.后续整理:包括阻燃、防油、防污、抗菌处理;
H.得到高低圈绒提花工程毯。
具体的,在步骤A中,所述软处理剂包括十二胺、聚环氧乙烷缩合物、氢氧化钠、氨基改性有机硅、氯乙酸钠和水;所述十二胺与水的比例为1:54;所述聚环氧乙烷缩合物与十二胺的比例为1:2.1~3.8;所述氢氧化钠与十二胺的比例为1:2.1~3.8;所述氨基改性有机硅与十二胺的比例为1:4~6;所述氯乙酸钠与十二胺的比例为1:4-6。
更具体的,所述聚环氧乙烷缩合物与十二胺的比例为1:3.6;所述氢氧化钠与十二胺的比例为1:2.1;所述氨基改性有机硅与十二胺的比例为1:5.5;所述氯乙酸钠与十二胺的比例为1:5.5。
更具体的,所述软处理剂的制备包括以下步骤:
1)按质量比将十二胺和水加入加压搅拌釜中,搅拌至十二胺溶解,得到十二胺溶液;
2)按质量比向加压搅拌釜中加入聚环氧乙烷缩合物,升温至50~70℃后在恒温状态下反应10~20min;
3)按质量比向加压搅拌釜中加入固体氢氧化钠,升温至80~120℃后在恒温状态下反应10~20min;
4)按质量比向加压搅拌釜中加入氯乙酸钠,升温至60~80℃后在恒温状态下反应20~30min;反应完成后,调节反应产物的pH值为中性;
5)按质量比向加压搅拌釜中加入氨基改性有机硅,温度保持在30~45℃搅拌混合均匀,得到软处理剂。
更具体的,在步骤2)和步骤3)中,所述升温温度分别为62℃、105℃、72℃,反应时间分别为18min、15min、25min。
优选地,在步骤B中,所述尼龙布纱在烘干前需经过溶胶固态处理。

在软处理剂中,所述聚环氧乙烷缩合物与十二胺的比例为1:2.1;所述氢氧化钠与十二胺的比例为1:2.8;所述氨基改性有机硅与十二胺的比例为1:6;所述氯乙酸钠与十二胺的比例为1:4。

如实施例1所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其中部分工艺还可以采用以下方案:
在软处理剂中,所述聚环氧乙烷缩合物与十二胺的比例为1:3.1;所述氢氧化钠与十二胺的比例为1:3.8;所述氨基改性有机硅与十二胺的比例为1:4;所述氯乙酸钠与十二胺的比例为1:6。
实施例4
如实施例1所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其中部分工艺还可以采用以下方案:
在软处理剂中,所述聚环氧乙烷缩合物与十二胺的比例为1:3.8;所述氢氧化钠与十二胺的比例为1:3.5;所述氨基改性有机硅与十二胺的比例为1:4.3;所述氯乙酸钠与十二胺的比例为1:5.5。
通过以上实施例均可制得本发明高低圈绒提花工程毯,通过我司大量重复性试验证明,以实施例1所制得的工程毯最佳;提花图案边界清晰、花形平整无凹凸、花形与花形过渡均匀、极大的增强了3D效果,提高了地毯品质;本发明主要是采用尼龙纱线,先通过软处理剂对尼龙布纱线进行预处理,经过软处理剂处理后的纱线就具有优异的抗起毛起球效果,而且抗扯断能力也一定提升,软处理剂也可以对长时间存放后的尼龙纱线起到一定的杀菌作用,降低菌害效果;氨基改性有机硅的极性可减少织物纤维间的摩擦力,可以确保地毯尺寸稳定,不起球,折皱后可恢复,并具有丰富的手感;聚环氧乙烷缩合物和氯乙酸钠的添加可以协同混合其他组分,增强组分与纱线纤维的粘合效果,增强组分的表现能力。
Claims (8)
1.一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.渗入:将尼龙布纱经软处理剂做渗透处理;
B.烘干:对渗入后的尼龙布纱进行烘干处理;
C.纺织:将烘干后的尼龙布纱制作成圈绒地毯;
D.提花:用提花机对圈绒地毯进行提花;
E.粘边:于圈绒地毯背衬涂胶沾边;
F.修整:于圈绒地毯进行刷绒、线头拉直、蒸汽处理;
G.后续整理:包括阻燃、防油、防污、抗菌处理;
H.得到高低圈绒提花工程毯。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤A中,所述软处理剂包括十二胺、聚环氧乙烷缩合物、氢氧化钠、氨基改性有机硅、氯乙酸钠和水;所述十二胺与水的比例为1:54;所述聚环氧乙烷缩合物与十二胺的比例为1:2.1~3.8;所述氢氧化钠与十二胺的比例为1:2.1~3.8;所述氨基改性有机硅与十二胺的比例为1:4~6;所述氯乙酸钠与十二胺的比例为1:4-6。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述聚环氧乙烷缩合物与十二胺的比例为1:3.6;所述氢氧化钠与十二胺的比例为1:2.1;所述氨基改性有机硅与十二胺的比例为1:5.5;所述氯乙酸钠与十二胺的比例为1:5.5。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述软处理剂的制备包括以下步骤:
1)按质量比将十二胺和水加入加压搅拌釜中,搅拌至十二胺溶解,得到十二胺溶液;
2)按质量比向加压搅拌釜中加入聚环氧乙烷缩合物,升温至50~70℃后在恒温状态下反应10~20min;
3)按质量比向加压搅拌釜中加入固体氢氧化钠,升温至80~120℃后在恒温状态下反应10~20min;
4)按质量比向加压搅拌釜中加入氯乙酸钠,升温至60~80℃后在恒温状态下反应20~30min;反应完成后,调节反应产物的pH值为中性;
5)按质量比向加压搅拌釜中加入氨基改性有机硅,温度保持在30~45℃搅拌混合均匀,得到软处理剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤2)、步骤3)和步骤4)中,所述升温温度分别为62℃、105℃、72℃,反应时间分别为18min、15min、25min。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤B中,所述尼龙布纱在烘干前需经过溶胶固态处理。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述溶胶为含硅醇溶胶。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种高低圈绒提花工程毯的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤D中,所述针刺提花的实刺与空刺动作转换的间隔时间为0.08~0.2秒,针刺深度为5~15mm。
