Description

Production process of sterilized paper towel
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sterilized paper towel, in particular to a production process of a sterilized dry paper towel.
Background
The use of paper towels with a sterilising function as napkins in restaurants or other locations reduces the risk of oral transmission of bacteria to some extent. The paper towels with the sterilization and disinfection effects in the market at present are generally wet paper towels, the dry paper towels with the sterilization and disinfection effects are few in variety, and some dry paper towels only have the sterilization and disinfection effects and are actually little in effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a production process of a sterilized dry tissue.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the disinfectant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of hexamethylguanidine hydrochloride, 0.5-2 parts of benzethonium chloride and 1-3 parts of cassia bark extract.
The hexamethylguanidine hydrochloride can make the polymer become electropositive and can be easily adsorbed by various negatively charged bacteria and viruses, thereby inhibiting the division function of the bacteria and the viruses and leading the bacteria and the viruses to lose the reproductive capacity, and a film formed by the polymer blocks a breathing channel of microorganisms to lead the microorganisms to be rapidly suffocated and die. Benzethonium chloride has good bactericidal effect on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli. The cinnamon extract has a certain inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis, and is an alcohol extract of cinnamon, wherein the content of the cinnamon extract in the alcohol extract of cinnamon is 10-12%. The polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, the benzethonium chloride and the cinnamon extract are added into the disinfectant, so that the disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect on gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, and particularly has a good bacteriostatic bactericidal effect on food-borne pathogenic bacteria (staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and the like) when the disinfectant is used in a matching manner according to the proportion. The disinfectant still has a certain bactericidal effect on dry paper products adsorbed with the disinfectant.
As a preferred embodiment of the disinfectant, the disinfectant further comprises 3-6 parts of sodium diacetate. The addition of sodium diacetate can increase the sterilization and disinfection effects of the disinfectant.
As a preferred embodiment of the disinfectant, the disinfectant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-5% of hexamethylguanidine hydrochloride, 0.5-2% of benzethonium chloride, 1-3% of cinnamon bark extract, 3-6% of sodium diacetate and the balance of ethanol.
As a preferred embodiment of the disinfectant, the disinfectant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3.5 percent of hexamethylguanidine hydrochloride, 1 percent of benzethonium chloride, 2 percent of cassia bark extract, 4 percent of sodium diacetate and the balance of ethanol. The disinfectant prepared by the above proportion has the best sterilization effect.
The invention also aims to provide the application of the disinfectant in the preparation of paper towels.
The invention also aims to provide a production process of the sterilized paper towel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) attaching a disinfectant to the surface of the single-layer tissue;
(2) attaching at least one layer of paper towel to the surface of the paper towel which is not attached with the disinfectant, drying, embossing, cutting paper, and packaging to obtain the disinfected paper towel;
the disinfectant is the disinfectant;
the dosage of the disinfectant is 1-5 g/m2
The disinfectant is applied to the surface of one layer of the paper towel, and the prepared dry paper towel has certain sterilization and disinfection effects even if the retention time is short. The drying, embossing, cutting and packaging can adopt the production process commonly used in the field.
As a preferred embodiment of the production process of the sterilized paper towel of the present invention, the process further comprises, between the step (1) and the step (2): and adhering an adhesive to the surface of the toilet paper without the disinfectant.
As a preferred embodiment of the production process of the sterilized paper towel of the present invention, in the step (2), a layer of paper towel is attached to the surface of the paper towel to which the disinfectant is not attached. When the disinfection tissue is of a two-layer structure, the disinfectant is attached to one layer, so that the disinfection tissue has a good disinfection effect and is low in cost.
The invention also aims to provide the sterilized paper towel produced by the production process of the sterilized paper towel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a disinfectant, which is added with hexamethylguanidine hydrochloride, benzethonium chloride and cinnamon extract in a specific ratio, and has a good bactericidal effect on gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, particularly food-borne bacteria (staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and the like). The invention also provides a production process of the disinfectant paper towel and the disinfectant paper towel prepared by the production process, wherein the disinfectant is adsorbed on the disinfectant paper towel, and the prepared dry paper product has a certain sterilization effect even if the retention time is short.

The disinfectant tissues prepared by the disinfectants in the embodiments 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-3 are entrusted to a third party organization for a sterilization effect test, and the test method specifically comprises the following steps:
1. preparing bacterial liquid: subculturing the strain for 2-3 times, inoculating on agar solid culture medium, culturing at 37 deg.C for 24 hr, performing amplification culture on single colony in liquid LB culture medium, and controlling the concentration at (1.0-5.0) × 10 by spectrophotometer9CFU/mL, the disinfectant paper towels prepared by the disinfectants of the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-3 are respectively prepared into strips (1mm multiplied by 4mm) with 2 blocks, and 64 strips are taken in total.
2. Determination of the growth number of microorganisms by OD value: pouring the bacterial liquid into a cuvette, selecting a 600nm wavelength spectrophotometer to adjust a zero point as a blank control, measuring the OD value of the bacterial liquid after 0 hour, diluting the bacterial suspension with PBS and measuring to ensure that the OD value is within 0.10-0.65, and multiplying the OD value measured after dilution by the dilution multiple to obtain the actual OD value.
3. And (3) antibacterial experiment: 8 100mL triangular flasks containing 50mL of PBS buffer were prepared. 3mL of staphylococcus aureus liquid and 3mL of escherichia coli liquid are respectively added into 8 triangular flasks, then 8 samples are respectively added into the two types of liquid, 4 samples are added into each type of liquid, and one bottle of each type of liquid is selected as a blank control. Samples were taken from the culture at 180r/min for t hours at "0" contact time and 30 ℃ respectively. Plate counts were performed after dilution at different multiples and plate counts of appropriate dilution concentrations between 30-300 were selected as the final results of the experiment.
