Background
At present, with the rapid development of network services, more and more service objects can be delivered through online orders. Typically, a business order is placed by a single user. Accordingly, the service end will receive a large number of orders corresponding to a plurality of users, wherein the delivery addresses of some orders are close to each other, but since the ordering operations of different users are independent, the service end still needs to perform multiple delivery processes, which results in serious waste of delivery resources and reduces delivery efficiency.
In order to improve the distribution efficiency, a form splicing mode is provided in the prior art. Specifically, a user initiates an order splicing operation in an order application, and then calls a third-party application (such as a chat application) through the order application, so that the order is sent to friend users contained in the third-party application, and then the order splicing among a plurality of users is realized, so that the amount of a single order is increased, the distribution cost is reduced, and the distribution efficiency is improved.
However, the inventor finds that the above mode in the prior art has at least the following defects in the process of implementing the invention: on one hand, the order combining operation can only be triggered through the order application, so that the triggering mode of the order combining operation is limited, and particularly when a user is in an office, the user may miss dining time due to the fact that the order application is started without time; on the other hand, when the order is pieced together, the order ordering application needs to call the third-party application, so that the order ordering user has to switch between the order ordering application and the third-party application, and the operation is tedious and time-consuming.

Specifically, the order counting component may directly determine the group identifier of the user group currently in an activated state as the target group identifier, so as to initiate an order matching operation in the current user group; or determining a target group identifier according to a group identifier contained in a group selection request triggered by a user, so that the user can select a user group corresponding to the order-splicing operation in real time.
Step S120: and sending a first order-form initiating request containing the target group identification to an order-form server so that the order-form server sends a second order-form initiating request containing the target group identification to a social server corresponding to the social application.
Specifically, the order component sends a first order initiation request to the order server, wherein the first order initiation request contains a target group identifier, so that a second order initiation request containing the target group identifier is sent to the social server by the order server. The content of the second list request is basically the same as that of the first list request, and the request format of the second list request is set according to the agreement followed by the social server. That is, the order server forwards the first order origination request to the social server as a second order origination request after performing necessary format conversion processing.
Step S130: and receiving and displaying the order-sharing initiating message sent to the user group corresponding to the target group identification by the social server according to the second order-sharing initiating request.
And after receiving the order-sharing initiating message sent to the user group corresponding to the target group identification by the social server according to the second order-sharing initiating request, the order-sharing initiating message is displayed in the user group corresponding to the target group identification so that each user in the user group can participate in order-sharing operation.
Step S140: and sending a list-assembling response message corresponding to the list-assembling initiating message to the list-ordering server so that the list-ordering server can perform list-assembling processing according to the list-assembling response message.
Specifically, when a receipt assembling response message triggered by each user in the user group aiming at the receipt assembling initiation message is received, the receipt assembling response message is forwarded to the receipt ordering server, so that the receipt ordering server performs receipt assembling processing.
Therefore, in the method, on one hand, the order combining operation can be triggered through the order combining component contained in the social application without specially starting the order combining application, so that the triggering method is convenient and fast, and is particularly suitable for performing order combining through office-class social applications in office time; on the other hand, the order combining operation can be realized only in the social application without jumping to the order ordering application, and the order ordering user does not need to switch back and forth between two different applications, so that the convenience of operation is further improved.
Example II,
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for assembling a list according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment, the social application is an office-type social application, and the order-sharing operation is mainly performed in an office user group. The inventor finds that the user generally uses the office-type social application in office time and opens the ordering application in absence of time, but the user still has ordering business requirements in office time, and the traditional office-type social application does not support the ordering function, so that the user easily misses the ordering time. The method and the system can solve the problems and facilitate the user to execute the ordering operation by utilizing the office social application.
As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S201: and acquiring a social account number of the current user corresponding to the social application and a order account number of the current user corresponding to the order application through the order component.
Specifically, when it is detected that the order counting component is clicked, an authority setting popup box is popped up to the user, and the authority setting popup box is used for prompting the user to authorize an order counting server to acquire a social account number and a corresponding relation between order counting account numbers. Correspondingly, when an authority authorization confirmation message triggered by the user is received, the order component acquires the user authorization, so that the social account corresponding to the social application of the current user and the order account corresponding to the order application of the current user can be acquired.
Step S202: and the order counting component sends the social account number corresponding to the social application of the current user and the order counting account number corresponding to the order counting application of the current user to an order counting server so that the order counting server can store the social account number and the binding relationship between the order counting account numbers.
Specifically, the order counting server receives a social account number, corresponding to the social application, of the current user and an order counting account number, corresponding to the order counting application, of the current user, which are sent by the order counting component, and stores a binding relationship between the social account number and the order counting account number, so that conversion between the social account number and the order counting account number is performed according to the binding relationship.
The binding relationship is used for logging in the order account number through the order component in the social application to access the order server, so that the purpose of directly logging in the order account number through the social account number is achieved, and the login-free function of the order account number is achieved.
In specific implementation, the binding relationship can be established in the following manner: firstly, when the click component is clicked, judging whether a user has authorized the click application to acquire user information of the current user, if not, prompting the user to authorize, and acquiring user information such as a social account number, a mobile phone number, a head portrait, a nickname and the like of the user after acquiring the user authorization. Then, whether the social account has a bound order account is judged, and if yes, silent login of the order account is directly realized based on the binding relationship; if not, the order account number bound with the mobile phone number is further searched through the mobile phone number bound with the social account number, so that the binding relationship between the social account number and the order account number is established by means of the mobile phone number, and accordingly silent login of the order account number is achieved. In a word, a mutual mapping relation among the social account number, the mobile phone number and the order counting account number can be established by obtaining the authorization of the user, and then the binding relation between the social account number and the order counting account number is stored based on the mapping relation. Based on the binding relationship, when the user triggers the order component in the social application, the user can directly silence the login order account number through the social account number, and then order counting is achieved. For a user, ordering can be performed by utilizing the social application under the condition of no perception, and jumping between two different applications is not needed, so that the operation efficiency is greatly improved. For the order counting server and the social server, mutual conversion between the social account and the order counting account can be realized based on the binding relationship, so that the order counting function can be directly realized in the social application.
Correspondingly, based on the silent login function, when the user clicks the order component in the social application again, the user can directly and silently login the order account through the social account, so that an order page is requested from the order server.
Step S203: and acquiring a target group identifier corresponding to the social application through a click component contained in the social application.
The target group identification is used for limiting a user group corresponding to the order-sharing operation. The order-split initiating user can specify the user group in which the user participating in the order-split is located, thereby performing the order-split within a specific user group. Because the user groups of the office social application are generally divided according to the office areas, the positions of all users in the groups can be ensured to be more concentrated, and the successful order combination is facilitated. In specific implementation, the user group corresponding to the target group identifier may be specified in various ways. For example, a group may be selected as a target group from a plurality of candidate groups by a user.
In one particular example, the ticker component is a ticker plugin and/or a ticker applet disposed within a user group corresponding to the target group identification. That is, a single component is set in the group panel of each user group of the social application. Correspondingly, after the user selects one user group as the target group, the user group is in an activated state, and when the user clicks the click component in the user group in the activated state, the target group identifier can be automatically acquired through the click component. As can be seen from this, in this example, the group identifier of the user group currently in the active state is obtained by the click component, and the group identifier of the user group currently in the active state is determined as the target group identifier. The JS API interface provided by the client of the social application may be called by the click component, so that the group identifier of the user group currently in the active state is obtained through the JS API interface, and the group identifier may be represented by an open _ conversation _ id parameter.
In addition, besides obtaining the target group identifier, the order component may further obtain a social account of the current user, so that each subsequently sent request includes the social account, and the corresponding order account is logged in a silent manner through the social account. Similar to the manner of obtaining the target group identifier, the click component may also obtain the social account number of the current user by calling a JS API interface provided by the client of the social application.
Step S204: the order component sends a first order initiation request containing the target group identification to an order server.
Specifically, the first order initiation request is used to trigger an order operation. In specific implementation, the first order-spelling initiating request can be triggered through order-spelling initiating entries in the forms of an order-spelling initiating button, a link and the like arranged in the order page. The first order assembly initiating request is sent to an order assembly server by the order assembly component. And the first order-splitting initiating request comprises the target group identification acquired in the previous step so as to limit the user group to which the order-splitting operation is applicable.
Step S205: the order server sends a second order initiation request containing the target group identification to a social server corresponding to the social application.
Since the click component is arranged in the social application, the click component needs to be pieced together by means of the instant messaging function of the social application. Correspondingly, after receiving a first order initiating request containing the target group identification and sent by the order component contained in the social application, the order server sends a second order initiating request containing the target group identification to the social server corresponding to the social application. And the order counting server packages the first order-gathering request into a format which can be identified by the social server, so that a second order-gathering request is obtained. In specific implementation, the ordering server calls a message sending interface provided by the social server, and transmits the target group identifier serving as a request parameter to the social server.
Step S206: and the social server sends the order-splicing initiating message to the user group corresponding to the target group identification according to the second order-splicing initiating request.
In specific implementation, after receiving a first order-splicing initiation request containing a target group identifier sent by a point-to-order component contained in a social application, a social server receives a second order-splicing initiation request containing the target group identifier sent by the point-to-order component, so that an order-splicing initiation message is sent to a user group corresponding to the target group identifier according to the second order-splicing initiation request, and an order-splicing response message is triggered by an order-splicing user according to the order-splicing initiation message. And the social server sends the order-making initiating message to the user group corresponding to the target group identification by calling the group message sending interface.
Correspondingly, the order assembly component receives and displays an order assembly initiating message sent by the social server to the user group corresponding to the target group identification according to the second order assembly initiating request, and therefore the order assembly initiating message is displayed in a group message dialog box of the user group. The order-making initiating message can be in a link form, and a user can enter a corresponding order-making page to perform order-making operation by directly clicking the order-making initiating message.
Step S207: and the order assembly component sends an order assembly response message corresponding to the order assembly initiating message to the order assembly server so that the order assembly server can carry out order assembly processing according to the order assembly response message.
Specifically, the user can select the business object through the order-matching response message corresponding to the order-matching initiation message, thereby adding the business object to the order-matching order.
And the order ordering server receives order-assembling response information corresponding to the order-assembling initiating information and performs order-assembling processing according to the order-assembling response information. In specific implementation, after receiving a first order origination request, the order ordering server creates an order corresponding to the first order origination request, where the order has a unique order identifier, and stores an order data record corresponding to the order in an order database, where a user identifier of an order originating user needs to be stored in the order data record, where the user identifier includes a social account number and an order ordering account number of the order originating user.
Correspondingly, when the order ordering server receives the order-splicing response message, the user identification of the order-splicing response user corresponding to the order-splicing response message and the business object corresponding to the order-splicing response user are obtained. In short, the order ordering server needs to record the order initiating user and the corresponding business object thereof, and each order responding user and the corresponding business object thereof in the order data record. The business objects are contents of a user required key order, and specifically can be various types such as food business objects and commodity business objects.
In a specific implementation manner, a submission entry is set in the order page corresponding to the order initiating user and the order responding user, and when the user clicks the submission entry such as "selected", the order server stores the user identifier of the order responding user or the order initiating user and the service object clicked by each user into the corresponding order data record.
Step S208: and the order component sends an order-sharing payment request containing the target group identification to an order server so that the order server sends an order-sharing payment message containing the target group identification to a social server corresponding to the social application.
Specifically, in the order page, a "detail query" entry is provided, through which the number of users who currently join the order, the name of each order user, and the service object clicked by each order user (including an order initiating user and an order responding user) can be queried. And in addition, a payment inlet is further arranged in the order combining page, and after the order combining user clicks the payment inlet, the order combining component sends an order combining payment request containing the target group identification to the order combining server. And the ordering server guides the order-sharing user to complete the payment process according to the order-sharing payment request. In a preferred form, only the order initiating user has the right to click on the payment portal, while the other order responding users have no payment right. Of course, in other embodiments, each of the order-sharing participating users may also have an authority to click on the payment entry, and at this time, a duplicate payment check needs to be performed to prevent multiple users from duplicating the payment order.
In addition, after receiving the order-sharing payment request containing the target group identification sent by the order component, the order server sends an order-sharing payment message containing the target group identification to the social server corresponding to the social application, so that the social server sends a payment success message to the user group corresponding to the target group identification according to the order-sharing payment message. The order-sharing payment message is used for informing the users in the group that the order-sharing payment is completed. In particular implementation, the ordering server may call a message sending interface provided by the social server, so as to send the order-sharing payment message containing the target group identifier to the ordering server.
Step S209: and receiving and displaying a payment success message sent by the social server to the user group corresponding to the target group identification according to the order sharing payment message.
Specifically, after receiving the order sharing payment message containing the target group identifier sent by the ordering server, the social server sends a payment success message to the user group corresponding to the target group identifier according to the order sharing payment message. And the social server sends a payment success message to the corresponding user group according to the target group identifier.
Accordingly, after receiving the payment success message, the ordering component displays the payment success message in the user group for the group members to view. Therefore, the payment success message can inform the order spelling user of the payment state of the order spelling in real time in an instant messaging mode.
Step S210: and the order counting component sends a group collection request containing the target group identification to the order counting server so that the order counting server sends a group collection message containing the target group identification to a social server corresponding to the social application.
The order payment user can trigger a group collection request through the group collection entrance. Accordingly, the order component sends a group receipt request containing the target group identification to the order server. And after receiving the group collection request containing the target group identification sent by the order counting component, the order counting server sends a group collection message containing the target group identification to a social server corresponding to the social application.
In a specific implementation manner, the group payment receiving entries in the order page further comprise a sharing type sub-entry and a coping type sub-entry, and a user can customize a payment receiving manner by selecting the corresponding sub-entry. For example, when the user selects the apportionment type sub-entrance, the order amount is divided equally according to the number of the piecing persons, and the mode is suitable for the scene of gathering food together; when the user selects the type payable sub-entry, the amount which each order combining user should pay is determined according to the actual amount of the order combining user, and the method is suitable for the scene that each user eats independently.
In specific implementation, the ordering server analyzes and acquires a collection type identifier contained in the group collection request; when the collection type identification is the apportionment type identification, determining the amount to be paid corresponding to each order spelling user according to the number of the order spelling users and the total amount of the order spelling users, and generating a group collection message according to the amount to be paid corresponding to each order spelling user; and when the payment type identifier is the payable type identifier, determining the amount to be paid corresponding to each order-sharing user according to the amount of the single number of the points of each order-sharing user, and generating a group payment message according to the amount to be paid corresponding to each order-sharing user. As can be seen, the collection type identifier is included in the group collection request, and the collection type identifier includes: allocating type identification and payable type identification; the allocation type identification is used for indicating the ordering server to determine the amount to be paid corresponding to each order spelling user according to the number of the order spelling users and the total amount of the order spelling users, and generating the group payment message according to the amount to be paid corresponding to each order spelling user; the payable type mark is used for indicating the order ordering server to determine the amount to be paid corresponding to each order-combining user according to the order amount of each order-combining user, and generating a group payment message according to the amount to be paid corresponding to each order-combining user.
In the above process, the group money receiving request further needs to include a user identifier of the user initiating the money receiving and an order identifier of the order spelling order, so as to uniquely identify the user initiating the money receiving and the order spelling order, and accordingly, the amount to be paid by each remaining order spelling user can be determined by querying the order data record corresponding to the order identifier. And then, after receiving the group receiving message which is sent by the ordering server and contains the target group identification, the social server sends a group receiving notification message to the user group corresponding to the target group identification according to the group receiving message.
Step S211: and the point-to-point component receives and displays a group payment notification message sent by the social server to the user group corresponding to the target group identification according to the group payment message.
Specifically, the click component presents the received group receipt notification message in a corresponding user group for each group member to view. Accordingly, the user can perform a payment operation according to the group receipt notification message.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the order ordering function can be realized through the social application, the user does not need to switch back and forth between two different applications, the user can directly perform order splicing operation based on the office social application in use at office time, and the operation complexity of the user is greatly reduced. The order ordering method and the order ordering device can perform order ordering based on the order ordering component in the social application, and the order ordering process is closely related to a specific user group. The order assembly component directly communicates with the order assembly server, the order assembly server further sends various service requests or state messages related to order assembly operation to the social contact server by means of the target group identification, and all the service requests or state messages related to the order assembly operation can be sent to a user group of the social contact application in real time based on the target group identification. Wherein, the service request or status message related to the order-combining operation comprises: order payment notification message, order distribution status message, order delivery status message, order evaluation status message, and the like. Therefore, the order form splicing operation is realized by means of the social application in a mode of point-to-point components, so that the business state of the order form splicing order form can be further broadcasted in real time in the corresponding user group by combining the instant messaging function of the social application, and an order form splicing initiator does not need to manually inform all order form splicing participating users. However, in the prior art, since the order-gathering initiating operation is implemented by the order application, the order-gathering initiating user cannot conveniently interact with the order-gathering responding user, if the order-gathering initiating user needs to notify other users of the order state, a third-party social software needs to be additionally started, the delivery state screenshots obtained in the order application are copied into the third-party social software, and the delivery state screenshots are manually forwarded to each order-gathering responding user one by one to notify other order-gathering users, so that the operation is complicated and time-consuming.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides an order combining method based on a user group in a social application, so that a user can complete order combining operation only through the social application without starting a click order application. Moreover, all service requests or state messages related to the order sharing can be timely sent to the user group by means of intercommunication between the order ordering server and the social server and the group message function, and therefore convenience is provided for the order sharing user. For the order-sharing initiating user, the interaction between the order ordering server and the social server is not perceived, the order-sharing initiating user can realize a complete order-sharing function only through the single application of the social application, various state notifications aiming at the order-sharing order can be realized in the social application, and the convenience of order-sharing operation is greatly improved.
In addition, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for order assembly, which mainly includes the following steps:
