The group member updating of the interactive group is carried out by setting a state to screen out the identifier of the distribution party needing to carry out the group adding or removing operation, so that corresponding member updating information is generated and sent to the corresponding distribution end, the distribution end of the distribution party entering the group can display the group chat entrance, the distribution end of the distribution party leaving the group can automatically not display the group chat entrance, and the management of the interactive group can be realized without the distribution end executing the group advancing and leaving operation.
Referring to fig. 4, a flow chart of a group management method is provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the embodiment of the present application illustrates a specific flow of a group management method from a server side, and the method may include the following steps S501 to S504.
S501, responding to a polling instruction of a target order, and acquiring an order distribution state of the target order;
in a possible implementation manner, the order distribution state of the target order may be obtained according to a preset polling command, for example, the target order is all orders of a certain transaction party, and then the order distribution state of all orders of the transaction party may be obtained according to a polling time (e.g., 2 minutes) indicated by the polling command.
S502, if the order distribution state meets a set state, a distribution party identifier of the target order is obtained, and a target member set is generated according to the distribution party identifier;
in one embodiment, when a transaction party has target orders, each target order corresponds to a dispenser, and the dispensers have a dispenser identification, and a set of target members is generated based on the dispenser identifications to which the target orders are bound.
It should be noted that, when the target order is a plurality of, communication and information sharing between a plurality of distributors can be realized in the interaction group, but when the target order is a single, a target member set may be generated according to the identifier of the distributor corresponding to the single target order, the distributors in the target member set are pulled into the interaction group, and the members not belonging to the target member set in the interaction group are removed. in one embodiment, after a target member set is generated for the distributor identification of the target order, the target member set is compared with a group member set of the interaction group, and the group member set is updated to obtain an updated group member set. Updating the group member set not only updates the set, but also performs a corresponding updating operation, so that only members corresponding to the target member set are in the updated group. Illustratively, members of the target set of members that are not already in the set of group members are pulled into the interaction group, and members of the set of group members that are not already in the target set of members are moved out of the group. It will be appreciated that the updated group member set is consistent with the target member set.

In the embodiment of the application, in response to a polling instruction for a target order, an order delivery state of the target order is acquired, if the order delivery state meets a set state, a delivery party identifier of the target order is acquired, a target member set is generated according to the delivery party identifier, a group member set of an interaction group corresponding to a transaction party is updated according to the target member set, and the updated group member set is obtained. In a possible implementation, a plurality of interaction groups may be established for the transaction party, for example, different interaction groups may be set according to the type of the delivery object provided by the transaction party, and a mapping relationship between the transaction party and the plurality of interaction groups may be established. in one embodiment, the update instructions are configured to instruct the transaction party to update the set of group members of the interaction group. The server generates an update instruction to instruct the acquiring party to acquire the group member set. The update instructions may be generated at set time intervals, such as every 1 minute or every time a transaction accesses a new order. And confirming the group identification bound with the transaction party identification according to the confirmed transaction party identification corresponding to the transaction party and the mapping relation.
S605, acquiring a group member set of the interaction group of the transaction party according to the group identification;
in one embodiment, after the group identifier is obtained, the group member set in the interaction group corresponding to the group identifier is confirmed.
In the embodiment of the application, the transaction party identifier of the transaction party is confirmed, the interaction group corresponding to the transaction party is constructed, the group identifier corresponding to the interaction group is confirmed, the mapping relation between the transaction party identifier and the group identifier is established, when the group member set updating instruction aiming at the transaction party is received, the group identifier corresponding to the transaction party is confirmed according to the transaction party identifier and the mapping relation of the transaction party, and the group member set of the transaction party is confirmed according to the group identifier. The unique identification is allocated for the transaction party and the interaction group and the mapping relation is established, so that the information of the group members can be conveniently acquired.
Further, the embodiment of the present application describes a specific flow of the group management method from the delivery end side, and the method may include the following step S701.
S701, receiving member update information sent by a server, responding to opening operation of a page or a popup window where a group entry function is located, and displaying or not displaying a group entry of an interaction group corresponding to a transaction party according to the member update information.
Specifically, the distribution end may first receive the member update information sent by the server end, and when the user triggers the opening operation of the page or the popup window where the group entry function is located, the group entry is displayed or not displayed based on the member update information. In practical application, the display form of the group entry can have multiple implementation modes according to the needs, and the current display mode shows two implementation modes of the group entry function configured in a page and a popup window.
Referring to fig. 6, an application main page diagram of a group management method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The application is a delivery end order management application, the order of the delivery party can be divided into three types above an application main page, the order is to be robbed, the goods are to be taken and delivered, when the delivery party touches an order robbing control on the order robbing page, the delivery end responds to the touch operation to take the order for the delivery party, when the order robbing is successful, the order state becomes the goods to be taken, the order can be seen in the order to be taken in the application main page, meanwhile, the successful information of the order robbing is synchronized to the service end, and when the service end polls the target order, the delivery party is automatically pulled into the interaction group.
In one possible implementation, an order details interface is displayed, a trigger operation is received based on a contact control in the order details interface, and in response to the trigger operation, a group entry of an interaction group is or is not displayed in the popup according to member update information.
Specifically, the order detail page may be a certain page in the distribution side order management application, for example, a detail page under the category of goods to be picked in the application main page, when the user clicks the contact control, the user responds to the triggering operation, and the interactive group entry is displayed or not displayed in the popup window where the group entry function is located according to the member update information.
Referring to fig. 7, an exemplary schematic diagram of a group management method contact control is provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the left side of fig. 7, a contact control is generated at a graphical position of the order detail page, and in response to a touch operation on the contact control, the page jumps to a contact way display popup as shown in the right side of fig. 7, and a chat way display popup, that is, a popup where a group entry function is located, is shown in fig. 7, where a group entry is displayed for a delivery end. Specifically, a customer phone, a merchant phone and a merchant rider group can be displayed in a chat mode display popup window, when a distributor clicks the merchant rider group, the process jumps to an interaction group detail page as shown in fig. 9, and fig. 9 is an exemplary schematic diagram of the interaction group detail page of the group management method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
In a possible implementation manner, an order detail interface is displayed, a triggering operation is received based on an interaction message control in the order detail interface, and a group entry of an interaction group is displayed or not displayed on a page where the group entry function is located according to member update information in response to the triggering operation.
Specifically, the page where the group entry function is located can be opened by clicking an interactive message control in the order detail page by the delivery party, the delivery terminal responds to the triggering operation of the interactive message control, and the group entry of the interactive group is displayed or not displayed on the page where the group entry function is located according to the member update information.
Referring to fig. 8, an exemplary schematic diagram of a group management method interaction message control is provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, an expansion function control is generated at a graphic position of an order detail page, an expansion control display floating window is displayed in response to a triggering operation on the expansion function control, an interactive message control, a system message control and the like can be displayed in the expansion control display floating window, the page is jumped to an interactive message display page shown in fig. 8, namely a group entry page, the group entry is displayed or not displayed on the interactive message display page in response to a touching operation on the interactive message control, fig. 8 shows the situation of displaying the group entry, and when the triggering operation on the group entry in the interactive message display page is triggered, the page is jumped to the interactive group detail page shown in fig. 9. It should be noted that, in the interactive message display page shown in fig. 8, interactive messages with a merchant, a customer, other suppliers, etc. may be displayed, and a group number of people may be displayed, for example, a "5-bit rider is waiting for the merchant to get out of a meal", at this time, the 5-bit rider waiting for the user is in the interactive group, and remark information, such as a customer address, etc., may be displayed under the interactive message with the customer, which is not particularly limited.
It should be noted that, the contact control and the interactive message control may be simultaneously displayed on the order details page, so that the dispatcher may select a desired entering mode of the chat portal page.
Referring to fig. 10 again, fig. 10 is an exemplary schematic diagram of a contact control of a group management method provided in the embodiment of the present application, which is shown as a schematic diagram not showing an entry, when a delivery party obtains a delivery object, an order state is changed to be delivered, the order is classified into a category to be delivered, at this time, the contact control of the graphical position of the detail page of the order is clicked again, in response to a touch operation on the contact control, the page jumps to a contact manner showing floating window as shown in fig. 10 right, and a chat manner showing floating window, that is, a group entry page is not shown in the chat manner showing floating window.
Referring to fig. 11 again, an exemplary schematic diagram of an interactive message control of a group management method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, which is also a schematic diagram showing no entry, after a delivery party gets a delivery object, an order state changes to be delivered, the order will be classified under a category to be delivered, at this time, an expansion function control of an illustrated position of an order detail page is clicked, an expansion control showing floating window is shown in response to a triggering operation of the expansion function control, an interactive message control, a system message control and the like can be shown in the expansion control showing floating window, a page is jumped to an interactive message showing page as shown in fig. 11, namely, a group entry page is not shown in a chat frame of the interactive message showing page and a merchant in response to a touching operation of the interactive message control.
In the embodiment of the application, through receiving the member update information, corresponding chat portal displaying or non-displaying operation is performed on different member update information, the group portal of the interaction group corresponding to the transaction party is not displayed according to the member group-exiting information, the group portal of the interaction group corresponding to the transaction party is displayed according to the member group-entering information, two modes of opening the group portal are provided, triggering operation is received based on contact control/interaction message control in an order detail interface, and the group portal of the interaction group is displayed or not displayed on a group portal page according to the member update information in response to the triggering operation, so that the operation experience of the distribution party is enriched.
The group management device according to the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 12 to 14. It should be noted that, the group management device in fig. 12 to 14 is used to execute the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 to 11 of the present application, and for convenience of explanation, only the portion relevant to the embodiment of the present application is shown, and specific technical details are not disclosed, please refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 2 to 11 of the present application.
