the third acquisition module is used for acquiring a service link associated with the service sharing instruction and generating a corresponding service sharing message when receiving the service sharing instruction sent by the first enterprise instant messaging software account; the service sharing message comprises the service link and the identification of the first enterprise instant messaging software account;
and the second sending module is used for sending the service sharing message to the first enterprise instant messaging software account so that a management user of the first enterprise instant messaging software account sends the service sharing message to a client, and the client can access the room source link by clicking the room source link in the service sharing message.
In one embodiment, the management apparatus further comprises:
the third sending module is used for sending an identity information acquisition request to a fourth instant messaging software user when it is monitored that the fourth instant messaging software user accesses the house source link for the first time;
and the client labeling module is used for acquiring the identity information of the fourth instant messaging software user when the fourth instant messaging software user responds to the identity information acquisition request, and labeling the identity label of the fourth instant messaging software user as the client label in the identity information.

According to the enterprise user management method and device, the enterprise user can conduct resource management of the client through the enterprise instant messaging software, and when the enterprise user changes posts due to reasons such as job leaving, the authority of the corresponding enterprise account can be directly transferred, so that management and handover of client resources can be effectively conducted, and management efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a server 500 including: a processor 501, a memory 502 and a computer program 503, such as a real estate asset management program, stored in the memory 502 and operable on the processor 501. The processor 501, when executing the computer program 503, implements the steps in the various real estate asset management method embodiments described above, such as the method steps in embodiment one, embodiment two, and/or embodiment three. The processor 501, when executing the computer program 503, implements the functions of the modules in the above-described device embodiments, such as the functions of the modules 401 to 406 shown in fig. 4.
Illustratively, the computer program 503 may be partitioned into one or more modules that are stored in the memory 502 and executed by the processor 501 to implement the present invention. The one or more modules may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program 503 in the server 500. For example, the computer program 503 may be divided into a first obtaining module, a distributing module, a transferring module, a friend establishing module, a first monitoring module, and a prompting module, and specific functions of the modules are described in the fourth embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The server 500 may be a server, a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a cloud server, a mobile terminal, and other computing devices. The server 500 may include, but is not limited to, a processor 501, a memory 502. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 5 is merely an example of a server 500 and does not constitute a limitation on server 500 and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or different components, e.g., the terminal device may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 501 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 502 may be an internal storage unit of the server 500, such as a hard disk or a memory of the server 500. The memory 502 may also be an external storage device of the server 500, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), etc. provided on the server 500. Further, the memory 502 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the server 500. The memory 502 is used for storing the computer programs and other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory 502 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A real estate asset management method comprising:
when a resource management request of a first instant messaging software user is received, acquiring an identity tag corresponding to the first instant messaging software user;
when the identity label of the first instant messaging software user is a job-placing consultant, allocating the management authority of a first enterprise instant messaging software account corresponding to the job-placing consultant to the first instant messaging software user;
when a request of the first instant messaging software user for removing the management authority is received, removing the management authority of the first instant messaging software user on the first enterprise instant messaging software account, and transferring the management authority of the first enterprise instant messaging software account to a second instant messaging software user; wherein, the identity label of the second instant communication software user is a business consultant or a manager.
2. The real estate resource management method of claim 1 further comprising:
and when it is monitored that the first enterprise instant messaging software account sends a friend adding application to a third instant messaging software user and the friend application passes verification, establishing a friend relationship between the third instant messaging software user and the first enterprise instant messaging software account.
3. The real estate resource management method of claim 2 further comprising:
monitoring chat information between the first enterprise instant messaging software account and all users;
when the fact that preset sensitive information exists in the chat information is monitored, sending a prompt of existence of the sensitive information to a second enterprise instant messaging software account; and the identity tag of the second enterprise instant messaging software account is a manager tag.
4. The real estate resource management method of claim 1 further comprising:
when a room source watching instruction sent by the first enterprise instant messaging software account is received, a room source link corresponding to the room source watching instruction is obtained;
according to the mark of the first enterprise instant messaging software account and the house source link, generating a corresponding two-dimensional code with a watch;
and sending the two-dimension code with the watch to a first enterprise instant messaging software account so that a management user of the first enterprise instant messaging software account sends the two-dimension code with the watch to a client, and the client can access the house source link by scanning the two-dimension code with the watch.
5. The real estate resource management method of claim 1 further comprising:
when a service sharing instruction sent by the first enterprise instant messaging software account is received, acquiring a service link associated with the service sharing instruction and generating a corresponding service sharing message; the service sharing message comprises the service link and the identification of the first enterprise instant messaging software account;
and sending the service sharing message to a first enterprise instant messaging software account so that a management user of the first enterprise instant messaging software account sends the service sharing message to a client, and the client can access the house source link by clicking the house source link in the service sharing message.
6. A real estate resource management method as claimed in claim 4 or 5 further comprising:
when it is monitored that a fourth instant messaging software user accesses the house source link for the first time, sending an identity information acquisition request to the fourth instant messaging software user;
and when the fourth instant messaging software user responds to the identity information acquisition request, acquiring the identity information of the fourth instant messaging software user, and marking the identity label of the fourth instant messaging software user as a client label in the identity information.
7. The real estate resource management method of claim 6 further comprising:
monitoring the behavior data of the fourth instant messaging software user; the behavior data at least comprises one of house source access information, subscription information and deal information;
opening the viewing permission of the behavior data to a third enterprise instant messaging software account; and the third enterprise instant messaging software account is an enterprise account which establishes a friend relationship with the fourth instant messaging software user.
8. A real estate asset management device comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring an identity label corresponding to a first instant messaging software user when receiving a resource management application instruction of the first instant messaging software user;
the allocation module is used for allocating the management authority of the first enterprise instant messaging software account corresponding to the business placement consultant to the first instant messaging software user when the identity label of the first instant messaging software user is a business placement consultant;
the transfer module is used for removing the management authority of the first instant messaging software user to the first enterprise instant messaging software account when receiving an application instruction for removing the management authority of the first instant messaging software user, and transferring the management authority of the first enterprise instant messaging software account to a second instant messaging software user; wherein, the identity label of the second instant communication software user is a business consultant or a manager.
9. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
