Abstract
本发明提供了一种汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,属于汽车养护用品技术领域。它解决了现有汽车前挡玻璃清洗液清洗效果不佳等技术问题。本汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中以原料的总体积为500份,其中防冻液120~230份,非离子表面活性剂0.5~20份,络合剂1~10份,缓蚀剂0.5~8份,香料0.5~4份,余量为纯净水。本发明中的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液防腐蚀性能强,制作工艺简单,具有优异的清洁,防冻,润滑等作用,而且性能稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车养护用品技术领域,涉及一种清洗液,特别是一种汽车前挡玻璃清洗液。
背景技术
随着汽车产业的不断发展,用到的汽车车窗玻璃清洗液也越来越多,特别是汽车前挡玻璃通常需要利用清洗液配合雨刮器进行清洗,保证良好的视线。目前市面上的玻璃清洗液主要分为水基型和疏水型,水基型的清洗液可按冰点分为普通型和低温型。随着人们生活质量的不断提高,对汽车玻璃清洗液的性能要求也在逐步提高,比如生活在北方的人驾驶的汽车,由于天气气温较低,要求汽车玻璃清洗液的冰点降低,在零下十几摄氏度甚至几十度不结冰;而生活在南方的人驾驶的汽车,由于天气气温常年温度不会低于零下十度,对于汽车玻璃清洗液的冰点要求不高;高质量的汽车玻璃清洗液要求降低其中的有机物含量的同时,不降低其功效,这既符合了当前社会日益重视的环境保护要求,也是人们使用汽车的大众需求。
我国专利(公开号:CN107805554A;授权公告日:2018-03-16)公开了一种防腐蚀性挡风玻璃水,其原料按重量份如下:乙醇8-10份,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍2-4份,缓蚀剂5-9份,丙二醇甲醚4-8份,季戊四醇脂肪酸酯4-6份,乙酸异戊酯3-5份,聚碳酸酯2-3份,水溶性硅油4-5份,柠檬精油4-8份,蒸馏水20-24份。
上述专利文献公开玻璃水低温稳定性较差,清洗效果也比较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的技术存在的上述问题,提供一种汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何提高汽车前挡玻璃清洗液的清洗效果以及多功能性。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,所述原料的总体积为500份,其特征在于,其中防冻液120~230份,非离子表面活性剂0.5~20份,络合剂1~10份,缓蚀剂0.5~8份,香料0.5~4份,余量为纯净水。
其工作原理如下:本技术方案中以防冻液、非离子表面活性剂、络合剂、缓蚀剂、香料以及纯净水为原料,按照一定的体积比例配比,严格控制各组分的比重,改变传统的前挡玻璃清洗液配方,不仅起到很好的清洁作用,更极大的改良了前挡玻璃清洗液的防腐蚀性能,制作工艺简单,混合后的清洗液摇匀后放置未沉淀,其具有优异的清洁,防冻,润滑等作用,而且性能更加稳定。
在上述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中,所述的防冻液选用乙二醇,丙二醇,乙醇中的一种或两种。本技术方案中使用乙醇的比例尽可能的小,其比例不超过防冻液总体积的15%。
在上述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中,所述的非离子表面活性剂选用十二烷基苯磺酸钠,N-N-二甲基椰子油酰胺,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,十二烷基硫酸钠,乙二醇丁醚中的一种或几种。
在上述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中,所述的络合剂选用六偏磷酸钠,柠檬酸无水,柠檬酸一水,钼酸钠中的一种或几种。
在上述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中,所述的缓蚀剂选用三乙醇胺,2-巯基苯并噻唑,二乙醇胺,二乙酰胺中的一种或几种。
在上述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中,所述的香料选用桂花香精,柠檬香精,薰衣草香精中的一种或几种。当然,本技术方案也可以不限于上述几种香料,采用其它种类的香料进行代替。
与现有技术相比,本发明中的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液防腐蚀性能强,制作工艺简单,具有优异的清洁,防冻,润滑等作用,而且性能稳定。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例一
每总体积为500份的本汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中含有:乙二醇175份,丙二醇25份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.2份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.25份,乙二醇丁醚0.05份,柠檬酸一水1份,二乙醇胺2.5份,三乙醇胺0.2份,2-巯基苯并噻唑0.2份,桂花香精1份,其余为纯净水,将上述成分混合,溶解,摇晃至均匀无沉淀既得。
实施例二
每总体积为500份本汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中含有:丙二醇100份,乙二醇50份,乙二醇丁醚0.1份,二乙酰胺0.2份,N-N-二甲基椰子油酰胺0.25份,六偏磷酸钠1份,二乙醇胺2份,柠檬香精1份,其余为纯净水,将上述成分混合,溶解,摇晃至均匀无沉淀既得。
实施例三
每总体积为500份本汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中含有:乙二醇175份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.2份,乙二醇丁醚0.1份,柠檬酸一水1份,N-N-二甲基椰子油酰胺0.25份,六偏磷酸钠1份,三乙醇胺0.25份,2-巯基苯并噻唑0.2份,薰衣草香精2份,其余为纯净水,将上述成分混合,溶解,摇晃至均匀无沉淀既得。
实施例四
每总体积为500份本汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中含有:乙二醇150份,乙醇25份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.25份,乙二醇丁醚0.1份,N-N-二甲基椰子油酰胺0.2份,柠檬酸无水1份,二乙酰氨0.2份,薰衣草香精2份,其余为纯净水,将上述成分混合,溶解,摇晃至均匀无沉淀既得。
实施例五
每总体积为500份本汽车前挡玻璃清洗液中含有:丙二醇175份,乙醇25份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5份,二乙醇胺2份,六偏磷酸钠1份,柠檬酸无水1份,2-巯基苯并噻唑0.2份,桂花香精1份,其余为纯净水,将上述成分混合,溶解,摇晃至均匀无沉淀既得。

1.一种汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,所述原料的总体积为500份,其特征在于,其中防冻液120~230份,非离子表面活性剂0.5~20份,络合剂1~10份,缓蚀剂0.5~8份,香料0.5~4份,余量为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,其特征在于,所述的防冻液选用乙二醇,丙二醇,乙醇中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,其特征在于,所述的非离子表面活性剂选用十二烷基苯磺酸钠,N-N-二甲基椰子油酰胺,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,十二烷基硫酸钠,乙二醇丁醚中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,其特征在于,所述的络合剂选用六偏磷酸钠,柠檬酸无水,柠檬酸一水,钼酸钠中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,其特征在于,所述的缓蚀剂选用三乙醇胺,2-巯基苯并噻唑,二乙醇胺,二乙酰胺中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车前挡玻璃清洗液,其特征在于,所述的香料选用桂花香精,柠檬香精,薰衣草香精中的一种或几种。
