Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车玻璃清洗液,所述玻璃清洗液其由以下重量份数的原料制成:非离子表面活性剂9‑20份、六偏磷酸钠2‑5份、乙醇4‑8、乙二醇15‑22份、缓蚀剂5‑12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5‑9份、椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺2‑4份、香精3‑5份、棕榈蜡2‑5份、尿素1‑4份、水60‑100份。本发明具有快速去污、防腐蚀性、耐气候性,易清洗,减少水资源浪费,清洗后无残留,不会对玻璃造成伤害,具有防晒防雾、除污除臭、防尘防腐、杀菌消毒、无毒无磷、祛水滴、护雨刮的功效的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用品,特别是一种汽车玻璃清洗液。
背景技术
随着我国汽车工业的发展,汽车装饰、汽车修理、汽车保养等行 业也进入了飞速成长的发展通道。当汽车暴露在大气和弱酸等介质中,用肉眼即可观察到玻璃表面污染、粗糙和斑点腐蚀迹象,因此挡风玻璃的清洗对于车主是非常重要的,其与驾驶员驾驶视线息息相关。
现有的汽车挡风玻璃水主要由酒精、少量的表面活性剂和水组成,这种玻璃水虽能够去除挡风玻璃上的油污、虫胶和鸟粪,具有快干的特性,满足挡风玻璃的一般要求,但性能较单一且不环保,不具有防腐蚀性和耐气候性,对橡胶有腐蚀性,加速雨刮器胶条 的硬化,硬化的胶条刮擦挡风玻璃时,会加速挡风玻璃表面被刮毛、刮花,清洗不干净,留下残渣,造成对汽车玻璃的损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,设计一种快速去污、防腐蚀性、耐气候性,易清洗,减少水资源浪费,清洗后无残留,不会对玻璃造成伤害,具有防晒防雾、除污除臭的汽车玻璃清洗液。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种汽车玻璃清洗液,所述玻璃清洗液其由以下重量份数的原料制成:非离子表面活性剂9-20份、六偏磷酸钠2-5份、乙醇4-8、乙二醇15-22份、缓蚀剂5-12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-9份、椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺2-4份、香精3-5份、棕榈蜡2-5份、尿素1-4份、水60-100份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯基酚基或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种混合物。
本发明的进一步改进在于:还包括瓜尔胶1-2份。
本发明具有以下优点:
快速去污、防腐蚀性、耐气候性,易清洗,减少水资源浪费,清洗后无残留,不会对玻璃造成伤害,具有防晒防雾、除污除臭、防尘防腐、杀菌消毒、无毒无磷、祛水滴、护雨刮的功效。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1-9
缓蚀剂可以防止或清洗液对材料的腐蚀;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚起乳化,发泡、去污作用;
椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污、抗硬水等功能;
棕榈蜡用作抗结剂、上光剂,能够保持玻璃的亮洁,不含甲醛、苯、甲苯和二甲苯,安全无害。是真正意义上的纯天然、绿色环保产品;瓜尔胶作为抗静电剂及增稠剂。
任取300辆不同型号的车,分成三组,每组100辆,使用本发明的一种汽车玻璃清洗液,调查结果如下:

对比组是随便抽中的一种目前市场中的汽车玻璃清洗液。
本发明去污快速、防腐蚀性、耐气候性,易清洗,减少水资源浪费,清洗后无残留,不会对玻璃造成伤害,具有防晒防雾、除污除臭、防尘防腐、杀菌消毒、无毒无磷、祛水滴、护雨刮的功效。
申请人又一声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的实现方法及装置结构,但本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述方法及结构才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明所选用实现方法等效替换及步骤的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开的范围之内。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,凡采用和本发明相似结构及其方法来实现本发明目的的所有方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种汽车玻璃清洗液,其特征在于:所述玻璃清洗液其由以下重量份数的原料制成:非离子表面活性剂9-20份、六偏磷酸钠2-5份、乙醇4-8、乙二醇15-22份、缓蚀剂5-12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-9份、椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺2-4份、香精3-5份、棕榈蜡2-5份、尿素1-4份、水60-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃清洗液,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯基酚基或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃清洗液,其特征在于:还包括瓜尔胶1-2份。
