Abstract

However, since the yarn dropped from the surface of the cloth has high tenacity and long yarn ends, when most of the yarn starts to be accumulated, the elastic deformation of the scraper causes that the scraping knife cannot scrape the accumulated yarn with the self-rigidity and directly slides from the surface of the yarn ends to generate new elastic deformation, which is called a knife jump. The accumulated yarn ends and the new elastic deformation generated by the hair scraping knife are subjected to vicious cycle, so that the filter barrel is blocked, and the equipment cannot normally run. Moreover, since the machine is continuously operated for a long period of time, the shaving blade is continuously subjected to an external force (resistance to the broken hair) to generate elastic deformation, and fatigue fracture is easily generated under the effect of the cyclic load for a long period of time.

7. A shaving apparatus comprising a main rotating shaft, characterized in that it further comprises a plurality of shaving mechanisms as claimed in any one of the preceding claims 1 to 6.
8. The shaving apparatus according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of said shaving mechanisms are spaced apart along the length of said main rotating shaft, and two of said shaving mechanisms disposed adjacent to each other along the length of said main rotating shaft are angularly spaced apart.
