Referring to fig. 7, 9, 10 and 11, in the chair for pediatric use described above, the limiting mechanism is used to prevent the spindle 6 from being disengaged from the sleeve 4, so as to ensure that the tray 7 is supported by the spindle 6 and the sleeve 4 to be able to bear the downward pressure generated by pedaling when the tray 7 is in the pedaling station; in terms of the prior art, the limiting mechanism has various embodiments, and the preferred structure is as follows:
the limiting mechanism is a thin shaft part 22, the thin shaft part 22 is a thin section of the mandrel 6, namely the outer diameter of the thin shaft part 22 is smaller than that of other parts of the mandrel 6, so that one end of the thin shaft part 22 close to the sleeve 4 is provided with a step; the positioning hole 21 and the positioning groove 20 are both arranged on the slender shaft part 22; the positioning pin 18 is matched with the thin shaft part 22, so that the mandrel 6 and the sleeve 4 can move axially relative to each other but cannot be separated; the above-described structure of the stopper mechanism is easy to implement, is low in implementation cost, and can be used for prefabricating the thin shaft portion 22 when the main body of the mandrel 6 is manufactured, without connecting other components.
Referring to fig. 9-12, in the chair for pediatric use as described above, the spindle 6 is provided with a guiding groove 23 communicating with the positioning groove 20, the guiding groove 23 is located at an end of the positioning groove 20 away from the fixed shaft 14, a bottom of the guiding groove 23 is a slope, when the positioning pin 18 is inserted into the positioning groove 20, if the spindle 6 is driven to move in the sleeve 4 towards the fixed shaft 14, the positioning pin 18 will enter the guiding groove 23 and slide out of the guiding groove 23 through the bottom of the guiding groove 23; therefore, when the supporting plate 7 is switched from the pedal station to the bearing station, after the sleeve 4 is rotated to enable the mandrel 6 to be positioned right above the locking hole 24, the mandrel 6 can automatically move downwards by means of gravity to be inserted into the locking hole 24, in the process that the mandrel 6 moves downwards, the positioning pin 18 automatically slides out of the positioning groove 20 through the guide groove 23 without manually holding the pull handle 8 to release the matching of the positioning pin 18 and the positioning groove 20, and then the supporting plate 7 can be switched to the hand station if being rotated; based on the design, when the supporting plate 7 is switched to the bearing station and the hand-held station from the pedal station, the operation is more convenient and faster, and trouble and labor are saved.
