Referring to fig. 4, 5, 11 and 13, in the pediatric supporting assembly, the fixing seat 2 or the fixing shaft 9 is provided with an upper limiting portion 10 for limiting the position of the sleeve 3; when the sleeve 3 rotates around the fixed shaft 9 from the front side of the fixed shaft 9 to the position right above the fixed shaft 9, the sleeve 3 is limited by the upper limiting part 10 and cannot rotate backwards; therefore, when the supporting plate 7 is adjusted to a bearing station and a hand-held station, the sleeve 3 can be adjusted to be right above the fixed shaft 9 more quickly and accurately, and the operation is more convenient and quicker; meanwhile, the lower limit part 8 and the upper limit part 10 limit the rotation of the sleeve 3 within a smaller angle range, so that the supporting plate 7 can be switched between different stations more flexibly and conveniently.
In the pediatric supporting assembly, the limiting mechanism is used for preventing the mandrel 5 from being separated from the sleeve 3 so as to ensure that the supporting plate 7 is supported by the mandrel 5 and the sleeve 3 and can bear downward pressure generated by treading when the supporting plate 7 is in a treading station; in terms of the prior art, the limiting mechanism has various embodiments, and the preferred structure is as follows:
referring to fig. 9 and 13, the limiting mechanism is a thin shaft part 16, and the thin shaft part 16 is a thin section of the mandrel 5, that is, the outer diameter of the thin shaft part 16 is smaller than that of the other parts of the mandrel 5, so that one end of the thin shaft part 16 close to the sleeve 3 has a step; the positioning hole 22 and the positioning groove 14 are both arranged on the thin shaft part 16; the positioning pin 20 is matched with the thin shaft part 16, so that the mandrel 5 and the sleeve 3 can move axially relative to each other but can not be separated; in the structure of the limiting mechanism, the function of the positioning pin 20 is reasonably expanded, so that the component utilization rate of the positioning pin 20 is improved, the thin shaft part 16 can be prefabricated simultaneously when the main body of the mandrel 5 is manufactured, other components do not need to be connected and installed, and finally the limiting mechanism is easy to implement and is lower in cost;
further, after the positioning pin 20 is pulled away from the sleeve 3 by the pull handle 6, the thin shaft part 16 cannot provide a limiting effect for the mandrel 5, and the mandrel 5 can be pulled out from the sleeve 3; based on the design, the core shaft 5 and the sleeve 3 can be flexibly and quickly disassembled and assembled according to actual requirements of transportation, placement and the like.
Referring to fig. 7, 9 and 14, in the pediatric supporting assembly, the mandrel 5 is provided with a guiding groove 15 communicating with the positioning groove 14, the guiding groove 15 is located at an end of the positioning groove 14 away from the fixing shaft 9, the bottom of the guiding groove 15 is a slope, when the positioning pin 20 is inserted into the positioning groove 14, if the mandrel 5 is driven to move in the sleeve 3 towards the fixing shaft 9, the positioning pin 20 will enter the guiding groove 15 and slide out of the guiding groove 15 through the bottom of the guiding groove 15; therefore, when the supporting plate 7 is switched from the pedal station to the bearing station, after the sleeve 3 is rotated to be right above the fixed shaft 9, the mandrel 5 can automatically move downwards by means of gravity to be inserted into the locking hole 17, and in the process that the mandrel 5 moves downwards, the positioning pin 20 automatically slides out of the positioning groove 14 through the guide groove 15 without manually holding the pull handle 6 to remove the matching between the positioning pin 20 and the positioning groove 14, and then the supporting plate 7 can be switched to the hand station if being rotated; based on above-mentioned design for when layer board 7 was switched to bearing station and hand station by pedal station, operation convenient and fast more, it is laborsaving to save trouble.

based on the matching mode of the fixed shaft 9 and the mandrel 5, the fixed shaft 9 and the shaft sleeve 11 can be prevented from being separated without arranging other axial limiting devices, the structures of the upper limiting part 10 and the lower limiting part 8 are simpler and easier to implement, and a mechanism for limiting the rotation stroke of the sleeve 3 is not required to be arranged additionally, so that the bearing assembly for pediatrics is simpler and more compact in structure; meanwhile, based on the design, after the mandrel 5 is pulled out of the sleeve 3, the fixed shaft 9 and the shaft sleeve 11 can move axially, namely the shaft sleeve 11 can be detached from one end of the fixed shaft 9, so that the components in the bearing assembly for pediatrics can be flexibly detached according to actual requirements such as transportation, placement and the like.
