In view of the above, the present invention provides a thoracolumbar treatment rehabilitation brace, and fig. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of the thoracolumbar treatment rehabilitation brace provided by the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the thoracolumbar treatment rehabilitation brace 100 includes a back support structure 1, a front thoracic support structure 2, a leg fixing structure 5 and a super-joint connecting structure 4; the back support structure 1 is intended to be supported at the back of a patient; the chest supporting structure 2 is connected with the back supporting structure 1 and jointly encloses to form a chest and lumbar clamping area which is used for abutting against the chest of a human body so as to jointly support the upper half of the human body with the back supporting structure 1; the leg fixing structure 5 is connected with the back support structure 1 and is used for being fixed on the outer side of the leg; the super-joint connecting structure 4 connects the back supporting structure 1 and the leg fixing structure 5, so that the gravity of the upper half of the human body can be transmitted to the legs of the human body through the super-joint connecting structure 4 to support the gravity of the upper half of the human body.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, a back supporting structure 1 and a chest supporting structure 2 are arranged to enclose to form a lumbar and thoracic vertebra clamping area for clamping on the upper half of a patient to support the upper half of a human body; the upper half body gravity can be transferred when a patient gets up and walks, so that the moving difficulty of the patient can be greatly reduced, the traditional rehabilitation training process is facilitated to be accelerated, and the rehabilitation process of the chest and lumbar compression fracture is further accelerated.
The arrangement of the super-articulation structure 4 may be varied. In an embodiment, the super-joint connection structure 4 comprises a waist and hip connection assembly connected to the back support structure 1 for abutting against the waist and hip of the human body, and a hip and leg clamping assembly connected to the waist and hip connection assembly for clamping the hip and leg of the human body. Accordingly, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the leg fixing structure 5 includes a left leg fixing component and a right leg fixing component, each of the left leg fixing component and the right leg fixing component includes a leg supporting plate 51 connected to the second connecting plate 44 and a leg binding belt 52 provided on the leg supporting plate 51, the leg supporting plate 51 is arranged to cover the thigh of the human body and is open at one side for facilitating the placement of the leg, the leg supporting is fixed to the leg through the leg binding belt 52 for facilitating the wearing, and also facilitates the adjustment of the fixed tightness to form a rigid body fixation, so that part of the gravity of the upper body is transmitted to the leg through the second connecting plate 44 for assisting the supporting.

The back support structure 1 may be arranged in various ways. In one embodiment, the back support structure 1 comprises a first back support plate 11 and a mimic air bag 12 arranged on one side of the first back support plate 11 close to the thoracolumbar spine clamping area, wherein an inflation valve is arranged on the mimic air bag 12, and the mimic air bag 12 can be inflated by an inflation tool to adjust the wearing comfort of a patient; the first connecting plate 41 is connected to the first back support plate 11.
