Abstract

The invention discloses a wearable active rehabilitation device aiming at thoracolumbar vertebra training, lumbago, lumbar muscle strain and thoracolumbar vertebra scoliosis. The device comprises an external mechanism consisting of a resistance mechanism, a holding mechanism and a connecting mechanism, and a fixing mechanism consisting of an upper fixing mechanism and a lower fixing mechanism, wherein the holding mechanism and the fixing mechanism are connected with two ends of the resistance mechanism. After the patient wears the upper fixing mechanism, the upper fixing mechanism is fixed on the shoulder and the upper chest, the proper tightness is adjusted, and the lower fixing mechanism is worn in the same way. The patient holds the holding mechanism by hand, takes the neutral position of the shoulder joint and the elbow joint bent by 90 degrees as starting positions, and extends the two hands forwards or laterally to enable the shoulder joint to be bent forwards or outwards and the elbow joint to be extended. The resistance mechanism can apply proper tension to the waist like a bow string to strengthen the muscle strength of the trunk. The invention utilizes the bowstring principle of an external device to effectively exercise the muscle strength at the back or the side of the waist and the back, correct the unbalance of the muscle strength of the chest and the waist and improve the stability of the spine.

Description

Portable chest lumbar vertebrae initiative rehabilitation training device
Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a portable chest lumbar active rehabilitation training device and method.
Background
Sub-health is a common problem for contemporary people, especially lumbago afflicting a large number of office and elderly people. Chronic lumbago is mostly caused by insufficient muscular strength, especially lack of activity of deep muscles.
There are many spinal rehabilitation devices and active training solutions for training the muscles of the thoracolumbar spine on the market today, but the following disadvantages exist:
1. the existing thoracolumbar vertebra rehabilitation device is quite inconvenient when fixing a patient and equipment, especially when the old wears the equipment, and the patient suffering from osteoporosis is more likely to fracture due to the device.
2. The force applied to the spine by the existing thoracolumbar rehabilitation training device cannot be accurately adjusted, and the change of the waist muscle strength of a patient is difficult to evaluate.
3. The existing thoracolumbar rehabilitation training device mostly uses hard materials, and easily causes the skin damage of a patient or aggravates the infection risk.
4. The existing thoracolumbar rehabilitation apparatus and training method have great requirements on fields and apparatuses, and cannot meet the requirements of a user on rehabilitation training at any time and any place.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a portable chest lumbar active rehabilitation training device and a portable chest lumbar active rehabilitation training method, which aim to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a portable active rehabilitation training device for thoracic and lumbar vertebrae comprises an external mechanism consisting of a resistance mechanism, a holding mechanism and a connecting mechanism, and a fixing mechanism consisting of an upper fixing mechanism and a lower fixing mechanism.
Furthermore, the resistance mechanism can adjust the position of the fixing rod through the built-in fixing screw to change the maximum resistance which can be applied.
Furthermore, the holding mechanism is connected with the resistance mechanism through a second connecting mechanism, a third connecting mechanism and a connecting belt respectively to form an external mechanism.
Further, the external mechanism can be adjusted to a proper length by adjusting the connecting belt.
Furthermore, the upper end of the external mechanism is connected with the upper fixing mechanism through a first connecting mechanism, and the lower end of the external mechanism is connected with the lower fixing mechanism through a fourth fixing mechanism.
Further, the circumference of the upper fixing mechanism can be adjusted by the chest fixing belt, and the circumference of the lower fixing mechanism can be adjusted by the hip fixing belt and the femur fixing belt.
The spine correction method is characterized in that the portable chest lumbar active rehabilitation training device can apply pulling force to a trunk through a bowstring principle after being pulled into an external mechanism, and effectively exercises the muscle strength at the back of the back or the side of the back.
Further, when the external mechanism advances, the spring of the resistance mechanism exerts resistance and changes the length, and the muscle strength of the back of the waist and the back can be activated. When the external mechanism is towards the side, the spring of the resistance mechanism exerts resistance and changes the length, and the muscle strength at the side of the waist and the back can be activated.
The invention with the structure has the advantages that the resistance of the external mechanism can be adjusted quantitatively, the contraction of the muscles of the waist and the back is promoted through proper load resistance of the external mechanism, and the strength of the waist and the back is enhanced better; the invention has simple structure, convenient use and low cost, and provides great convenience for users.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. is adjustable and convenient to put on and take off. The device can fix the upper fixing mechanism on the shoulder and the upper chest through the chest fixing belt, fix the lower fixing mechanism on the hip of the patient through the hip fixing belt and the femur fixing belt, and the fixing mechanism can be easily taken off only by loosening the fixing belts, so that the device is very light.
2. The chest and waist muscle strength is activated in multiple dimensions by extending the upper limbs in different directions. When the holding device extends forwards, the muscle force behind the waist and the back can be activated; when the holding device extends to the side, the muscle strength at the side of the waist and the back can be activated. A reasonable training scheme can be designed, and the chest and waist muscle strength can be improved in multiple dimensions.
3. The activity is small, and the stimulation to the waist is reduced. When the device is used, the waist movement degree is small, so the device can be used for patients with limited waist movement caused by various reasons.
