Testing that the selenium content in the produced selenium-rich hericium erinaceus powder is 0.52 mg/kg; the content of organic selenium in the selenium-rich hericium erinaceus powder accounts for 87.4% of the total content of selenium.
According to the test data, the selenium-rich hericium erinaceus powder obtained by the production method of the selenium-rich hericium erinaceus powder has high selenium content and very high organic selenium proportion.

5. The selenium-enriched hericium erinaceus soybean milk powder of claim 4, wherein the content of organic selenium in the selenium-enriched hericium erinaceus powder accounts for 90-95% of the total content of selenium.
6. The preparation method of the selenium-rich hericium erinaceus soybean milk powder is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

step one, preparing a culture medium: 20-50g of sucrose, 20-30g of glucose, 5-10g of peptone, 2-5g of magnesium sulfate, 2-5g of monopotassium phosphate and 8-12g of zinc sulfate, 0.1-0.2g of calcium chloride is added, 800mL of water is supplemented and stirred, and finally 0.05-0.1g of sodium selenite and 0.01-0.03g of glycyrol are added to adjust the pH value to 6.5-7.5;

8. The method for preparing the selenium-enriched hericium erinaceus soybean milk powder as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step C, the mass ratio of the purified water to the five-cereal flour is 1: (1.5-2.5).
