Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of a pollution-free agricultural soil disinfectant is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, dissolving carbendazim in water, adding cyclodextrin, bamboo powder, medical stone powder and borax, mixing, and stirring at 50-70 ℃ to obtain a premixed antibacterial agent;
s2, carrying out flash explosion treatment on the crushed crop straws, wherein in the process of flash explosion treatment: crushing crop straws, immersing the crushed crop straws in water at 60-80 ℃ for softening, filtering, adjusting the water content to 30-35 wt%, sending the mixture into a flash evaporation blasting device, and spraying the mixture from an outlet for flash explosion at the temperature of 160-180 ℃ and under the pressure of 6-10MPa to obtain plant powder;
s3, adding polyaspartic acid, sodium alginate and corn protein peptide into the plant powder, mixing, grinding for 2-5min at the grinding speed of 12000-20000r/min to obtain pretreated plant powder;
s4, adding the pretreated plant powder into the premixed antibacterial agent, adding hypochlorous acid and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the pollution-free agricultural soil disinfectant.
2. The method for preparing the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 1, wherein in S1, the mass ratio of carbendazim to water is 6-10: 60-100.
3. The preparation method of the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 1, wherein in S1, the mass ratio of carbendazim, cyclodextrin, bamboo powder, medical stone powder and borax is 6-10: 1-3: 1-3: 1-5: 15-25.
4. The method for preparing a disinfectant liquid for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 1, wherein in the flash explosion treatment of S2, the liquid is sprayed from an outlet and the staying time is 1-2 min.
5. The method for preparing the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 1, wherein in S2, the crop straw is at least one of rice straw, wheat straw, corn straw, sorghum straw, cotton straw, rape straw and soybean straw.
6. The preparation method of the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 1, wherein in S3, the mass ratio of the plant powder, the polyaspartic acid, the sodium alginate and the zein peptide is 30-50: 1-4: 2-6: 1-4.

The method for preparing the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 1, wherein in S4, the pH of the mixed solution of hypochlorous acid and water is 6.50 ± 0.05, and the mass ratio of the pre-treated plant powder, the premixed antibacterial agent and the hypochlorous acid is 50-60: 80-120: 2-6.
8. A disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil, which is prepared by the method for preparing a disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The method for using the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 8, wherein the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 8 is diluted 10 to 20 times with water and sprayed on the surface of the soil to be restored.
10. The method of using the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 9, wherein the disinfectant for pollution-free agricultural soil according to claim 8 is applied in an amount of 30 to 50 kg/acre.
