The following describes the camera module provided in the embodiments of the present application in detail through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application discloses a camera module, which includes a module housing 100, a camera 200, a driving mechanism 300, a first flexible electrical connector 220, and a first circuit board 400.
The module case 100 is a base member of the camera module and provides an installation base for other components of the camera module.
The first circuit board 400 and at least a part of the camera 200 modules are disposed in the module housing 100, and the camera 200 is electrically connected to a main board of the electronic device through the first circuit board 400.
The camera 200 is the main part of the camera module, and the camera 200 is used for realizing the shooting function of the camera module. The camera 200 may include a lens assembly, a photosensitive chip 230, and a second circuit board 210, where the photosensitive chip 230 is disposed on the second circuit board 210, and the photosensitive chip 230 is disposed opposite to the lens assembly. The photo-sensing chip 230 may be a CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) imaging chip. The lens assembly may include a lens and a filter, and light entering the lens enters the light sensing chip 230 after being filtered by the filter, so that the optical performance of the camera module can be improved.
The first circuit board 400 is provided with a first magnetic member 510, the second circuit board 210 is provided with a second magnetic member 520, the polarities of the first magnetic member 510 and the second magnetic member 520 are the same, and the camera 200 is suspended in the module housing 100 through the magnetic cooperation of the first magnetic member 510 and the second magnetic member 520. The first circuit board 400 is electrically connected to the second circuit board 210 via the first flexible electrical connector 220.
At this time, light enters the photosensitive chip 230 through the lens assembly, the photosensitive chip 230 converts the optical signal into an electrical signal, the electrical signal is transmitted to the first circuit board 400 through the second circuit board 210 and the first flexible electrical connector 220, and then is transmitted to the main board of the electronic device through the first circuit board 400, so that the shooting function of the electronic device is realized.
The driving mechanism 300 is disposed in the module case 100, and the driving mechanism 300 is connected to the camera 200, and the driving mechanism 300 can drive the camera 200 to rotate relative to the module case 100. At this moment, when the user takes place the condition of hand trembling or support vibrations at the in-process of shooing, and then can make camera 200 produce certain inclination, actuating mechanism 300 can drive camera 200 and rotate to order about camera 200 and rotate equal angle in opposite direction, and then realize angle compensation, finally realize the anti-shake function.
In the embodiment disclosed in the present application, camera 200 is connected with electronic equipment's mainboard electricity through first circuit board 400, first circuit board 400 sets up in module casing 100, the second circuit board 210 of first circuit board 400 and camera 200 is connected through first flexible electric connector 220 electricity, because first circuit board 400 and second circuit board 210 all set up in module casing 100, first circuit board 400 and second circuit board 210 relative position are nearer, consequently, first flexible electric connector 220's size can set up less, consequently, first flexible electric connector 220 is less to camera 200's pulling force, and simultaneously, camera 200 is in unsettled state, camera 200 rotates more easily, and then the anti-shake performance of camera module has been improved.
Alternatively, the first flexible electrical connector 220 may be a flexible circuit board, a conductive wire, or other electrical connection structures, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, both the first magnetic member 510 and the second magnetic member 520 may be electromagnets, or one may be an electromagnet and the other may be a permanent magnet, however, the electromagnet easily increases the energy consumption of the camera module, so that the power consumption of the camera module is relatively large, and thus the first magnetic member 510 and the second magnetic member 520 may be both permanent magnets. The first magnetic element 510 may be disposed on a surface of the first circuit board 400, or may be embedded in the first circuit board 400. The second magnetic element 520 may be disposed on the surface of the second circuit board 210 or embedded in the second circuit board 210. The present application does not limit the arrangement and type of the first and second magnetic members 510 and 520.
Specifically, the first circuit board 400 and the second circuit board 210 may be rigid circuit boards, or may be flexible circuit boards. For example, the first circuit board 400 and the second circuit board 210 may be printed circuit boards, or may be rigid-flex boards, or the first circuit board 400 and the second circuit board 210 may include a flexible circuit board and a stiffener that are attached together. Of course, other configurations may be used, and are not limited herein.
In order to enable the camera head 200 to have a better floating state, in another alternative embodiment, the number of the first magnetic members 510 may be multiple, the number of the second magnetic members 520 may be the same as the number of the first magnetic members 510, the multiple second magnetic members 520 may be distributed at intervals on the edge of the second circuit board 210, and the multiple first magnetic members 510 may be disposed on the first circuit board 400 at positions opposite to the multiple second magnetic members 520, where each first magnetic member 510 corresponds to one second magnetic member 520. The relative position of the first and second magnetic members 510 and 520 refers to a position where a magnetic repulsive force can be generated between the first and second magnetic members 510 and 520. The plurality of first magnetic members 510 and the plurality of second magnetic members 520 correspond one to one. In this scheme, the first magnetic member 510 and the second magnetic member 520 are distributed at intervals along the edge of the second circuit board 210, so that the acting force applied to the edge of the second circuit board 210 is relatively balanced, and the second circuit board 210 is not prone to tilt toward one side, thereby promoting the camera 200 to have a better floating state.
Optionally, the number of the first magnetic members 510 and the number of the second magnetic members 520 may be four, and at this time, the second magnetic members 520 may be disposed at four corners of the second circuit board 210, so that the supporting forces received by the four corners of the second circuit board 210 are relatively balanced, and in addition, the weight of the four second magnetic members 520 does not easily affect the suspension of the camera 200.
In the above embodiment, when the first circuit board 400 is a flexible circuit board, the first circuit board 400 is easily shaken by the magnetic repulsion between the first magnetic member 510 and the second magnetic member 520, and the first flexible electrical connector 220 is easily pulled when the first circuit board 400 shakes, so that the first flexible electrical connector 220 is easily disconnected from the first circuit board 400, and the security of the camera module is low. When the first circuit board 400 is a rigid circuit board, the first circuit board 400 is not easily bent, so that the first circuit board 400 is difficult to connect with a motherboard of an electronic device.
To this end, in an alternative embodiment, the first circuit board 400 may include a circuit board main body portion 410 and a second flexible electrical connector 420, the circuit board main body portion 410 may be connected to and electrically connected to the second flexible electrical connector 420, the circuit board main body portion 410 may be disposed in the module case 100, a portion of the second flexible electrical connector 420 is located outside the module case 100, the circuit board main body portion 410 and the second circuit board 210 may be disposed opposite to each other, the circuit board main body portion 410 is provided with a first magnetic member 510, and the circuit board main body portion 410 and the second circuit board 210 may be electrically connected through the first flexible electrical connector 220. In this scheme, first magnetic part 510 sets up in circuit board main part 410, because circuit board main part 410's rigidity is great, consequently circuit board main part 410 is difficult to take place to warp, and then the magnetic repulsion between first magnetic part 510 and second magnetic part 520 is difficult to cause circuit board main part 410 to shake, and then makes circuit board main part 410 be difficult to open circuit with first flexible electric connector 220 to can improve the security of making a video recording the module.
In addition, the first circuit board 400 further includes a second flexible electrical connector 420, the circuit board main body portion 410 is electrically connected to the main board of the electronic device through the second flexible electrical connector 420, and the second flexible electrical connector 420 has flexibility, so that the circuit board is easier to bend, and the difficulty of connecting the first circuit board 400 to the main board of the electronic device is low.
In the above embodiment, when the deflection angle of the camera 200 is large, the rotation angle of the second circuit board 210 is large, so that excessive pulling on the first flexible electrical connector 220 is easily caused, and further, the first flexible electrical connector 220 may be disconnected from the second circuit board 210 or the first circuit board 400. In an optional embodiment, the camera module disclosed in this application embodiment may further include an elastic limiting portion 600, the elastic limiting portion 600 is disposed in the module housing 100, one end of the elastic limiting portion 600 is connected to the module housing 100, the other end of the elastic limiting portion 600 is connected to the camera 200, and the elastic limiting portion 600 is in limiting fit with the camera 200 in the rotation direction of the camera 200.
In specific operation process, when camera 200 rotates towards one side of the spacing portion 600 of elasticity, camera 200 can compress the spacing portion 600 of elasticity, when the spacing portion 600 of elasticity reaches the maximum deformation volume, can hinder camera 200 and rotate, thereby prevent camera 200's excessive deflection, and then be difficult to cause the excessive dragging to first flexible electric connector 220, in addition, spacing portion 600 of elasticity can also prevent that camera 200 from taking place the rigidity collision at pivoted in-process and module casing 100, thereby can improve camera module's security.
In a specific operation process, the first end of the elastic limiting part 600 can be fixedly connected with the module housing 100, so that the elastic limiting part 600 is fixed in the module housing 100, the second end of the elastic limiting part 600 can face the camera 200, and the second end of the elastic limiting part 600 can contact with the camera 200 under the condition that the camera 200 does not rotate, that is, the second end of the elastic limiting part 600 can abut against the camera 200, at this time, the elastic limiting part 600 is in a balanced state, and when the camera 200 rotates towards the elastic limiting part 600, the elastic limiting part 600 is compressed. Or, when the camera 200 is not rotated, the elastic limiting portion 600 has a certain distance from the second end, and the camera 200 deflects by a certain angle, so that the elastic limiting portion 600 can be compressed. It is worth noting that, when the second end of the elastic limiting portion 600 is fixedly connected with the camera 200, the camera 200 deviates from the rotation process of the elastic limiting portion 600, the elastic limiting portion 600 has a large pulling force on the camera 200, and the anti-shake flexibility of the camera 200 is further affected.
The camera module rotates towards a plurality of directions of the module housing 100, so the number of the elastic limiting portions 600 can be a plurality, and the elastic limiting portions 600 can be arranged in the module housing 100 and between the camera 200 at intervals. In this scheme, the periphery of camera 200 module is provided with the spacing portion 600 of a plurality of elasticity at intervals, and at this moment, can both play spacing effect on camera 200's the direction of rotation, further improved the security of making a video recording the module.
The elastic limiting portion 600 may be a flexible spring, an elastic bending member, an elastic rubber member, etc., and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific type of the elastic limiting portion 600.
In the above embodiment, the driving mechanism 300 may be a driving motor, an air cylinder, or the like, but the driving motor, the air cylinder, or the like has poor flexibility in reversing the direction of the camera 200 module when the camera 200 module is driven to rotate. For this reason, a specific structure of the driving mechanism 300 is provided herein, but other structures may be adopted, which is not limited herein. Specifically, the driving mechanism 300 may include a third magnetic member 310 and an energizing coil 320, one of the third magnetic member 310 and the energizing coil 320 may be disposed on the module housing 100, and the other may be disposed on the camera 200, and when the energizing coil 320 is energized, the energizing coil may be magnetically engaged with the third magnetic member 310, so that the energizing coil 320 may drive the third magnetic member 310 to rotate the camera 200. The third magnetic member 310 generates a magnetic field, and the energizing coil 320 generates an ampere force in the magnetic field, so as to drive the third magnetic member 310 to rotate, and further drive the camera 200 to rotate.
In this scheme, through the electric current size that changes in the circular telegram coil 320 to can control the size of ampere force, and then can control the angle that camera 200 deflected, thereby control camera 200 that can be accurate deflects, in addition, through the current direction that changes in the circular telegram coil 320, and then can control the direction of ampere force, thereby realize camera 200's nimble switching-over, and then can improve camera module's anti-shake performance.
Optionally, the third magnetic member 310 may be disposed on the camera 200, the power-on coil 320 may be disposed on the module housing 100, and the third magnetic member 310 may be a permanent magnet, so that the third magnetic member 310 has a simple structure and is convenient to install, and further the cost of the camera module is low. The driving mechanism 300 may further include a detection chip 330, so that the angle of the deflection of the camera 200 may be measured in real time, thereby ensuring the anti-shake effect of the camera module. The detecting chip 330 may be a hall chip, but may also be other types of chips, which is not limited herein.
Further, the number of the third magnetic members 310 may be multiple, the multiple third magnetic members 310 may be disposed at intervals, the number of the energizing coils 320 may be the same as the number of the third magnetic members 310, the multiple energizing coils 320 may be disposed at intervals, and the multiple third magnetic members 310 and the multiple energizing coils 320 may correspond to each other. In this scheme, through the cooperation between a plurality of circular telegram coils 320 and a plurality of third magnetism spare 310, can realize camera 200's nimble switching-over, simultaneously, can also increase the switching-over position of the module of making a video recording to make the anti-shake effect of the module of making a video recording more excellent.
In the above embodiment, the first flexible electrical connector 220 may be a flexible circuit board, but the flexible circuit board has a large volume and a large mass, and the flexible circuit board has a large pressure on the second circuit board 210, so that the rotation of the camera 200 is easily influenced. To this end, in an alternative embodiment, the first flexible electrical connector 220 may be a wire. In this scheme, the volume of wire is little, and the quality is little, and consequently the wire is less to second circuit board 210's pressure to be difficult to influence camera 200 and rotate, simultaneously, the wire occupies module casing 100's installation space less, consequently makes the volume of making a video recording the module reduce, and then makes electronic equipment's volume reduce, and then improves user experience.
Optionally, when the camera module selects the conducting wire, the conducting wire should be left with a sufficient length of margin, so as to ensure that the conducting wire is still in a loose state when the camera 200 rotates to the maximum position, thereby ensuring that the conducting wire is not easily pulled and broken. The first circuit board 400 and the second circuit board 210 may be provided with pads, and the wires may be soldered to the corresponding pads, thereby electrically connecting the first circuit board 400 and the second circuit board 210. The conductive wire may be a very thin coaxial wire or other metal conductive wire, which is not limited herein.
Furthermore, the number of the conducting wires can be multiple, and the conducting wires can be distributed at intervals, so that the scheme can meet the requirement of circuit connection between the first circuit board 400 and the second circuit board 210, and meanwhile, the signal transmission efficiency of the first circuit board 400 and the second circuit board 210 can be improved.
In the above embodiment, the second circuit board 210 and the wires are usually soldered by solder paste, and when the second circuit board 210 rotates, the connection between the second circuit board 210 and the wires is easily pulled, so that the wires are easily separated from the second circuit board 210, for this reason, in an alternative embodiment, the camera 200 may include a fixing portion 700, and the fixing portion 700 is pressed on the connection between the wires and the second circuit board 210. At this time, the fixing portion 700 can press and fix the end of the wire on the second circuit board 210, thereby preventing the wire from being separated from the second circuit board 210, and further improving the safety of the camera module. Optionally, the fixing portion 700 may be made of solid glue, silicone, rubber, or other materials, and of course, the fixing portion 700 may also be made of other materials, which is not limited herein.
Further, the connection position of the lead and the first circuit board 400 may also adopt the above structure, so that the lead can be prevented from falling off from the first circuit board 400.
Based on the module of making a video recording that this application embodiment disclosed, this application embodiment still discloses an electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment who discloses includes arbitrary embodiment of the above-mentioned module of making a video recording to make the electronic equipment who disposes the above-mentioned module of making a video recording have better shooting effect, thereby improve electronic equipment's user experience.
In a specific operation process, when the user starts the camera shooting function, the camera 200 starts to capture a picture, and by adjusting the lens assembly, an imaging surface of the lens assembly coincides with a photosensitive surface of the photosensitive chip 230, and at this time, focusing of the camera module is completed.
The camera module is at the in-process of shooing, the condition of trembling appears when the user, the gyroscope detects camera 200 slope, the gyroscope will acquire data transmission such as camera 200's inclination and give drive chip, drive chip inputs corresponding angle compensation volume, then drive chip provides the electric current with angle compensation volume assorted for actuating mechanism 300's circular telegram coil 320, so that third magnetism spare 310 and circular telegram coil 320 produce the effort of interact, thereby promote camera 200 and deflect, and through the inside detection chip 330 of actuating mechanism 300, detect camera 200's rotation volume, feed back the testing result to drive chip again, thereby form stable closed-loop control system. The gyroscope can be arranged in the camera module and can also be arranged in the electronic equipment, and the structure and the function of the gyroscope are known technologies and are not described in detail herein.
The electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, a wearable device (e.g., a smart watch), an electronic game machine, and the like, and the specific kind of the electronic device is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
While the present embodiments have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the precise embodiments described above, which are meant to be illustrative and not restrictive, and that various changes may be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
