Abstract
本发明提出了一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,包括依次布置安装的放卷装置、涂布装置、烘干装置以及收卷装置;涂布装置包括支撑底座以及依次固定安装在支撑底座上的进料导辊、支撑框架、出料导辊,支撑框架上安装有涂料装置以及二次辊压组件;烘干装置包括烘箱以及固定在烘箱内的隔热板、竖隔板,竖隔板与隔热板相互垂直;隔热板与竖隔板分隔烘箱内部为光固化区以及位于光固化区上方的热烘干区、缓冲区;放卷装置上的扩散膜经过涂料装置涂布、二次辊压组件平整后,依次经过热烘干区、光固化区烘干后通过收卷装置收卷;改善了现有扩散膜涂布设备采用单次涂布、单一烘干方式生产的扩散膜存在结块、折皱的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及扩散膜加工设备领域,具体涉及一种扩散膜涂布生产装置。
背景技术
扩散膜具有扩散光线的作用,即是光线在其表面发生散射从而将光线柔和均匀的散播出来,扩散膜主要是在透明基材上,如在PET基膜上涂抹光学散光颗粒并进行烘干定型,常采用烘干设备进行烘干,整个工序包括基膜释放、涂料涂布、烘干定型以及收卷成筒等。
现有的扩散膜涂布设备中对基膜进行涂布后立刻送入烘干设备中进行热烘干,并且采用单一烘干方式,整个过程造成扩散膜涂布不均匀在烘干后产生结块、折皱的情况。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的不足,本发明提供了一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,解决了现有扩散膜涂布设备采用单次涂布、单一烘干方式生产的扩散膜存在结块、折皱的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,包括依次布置安装的放卷装置、涂布装置、烘干装置以及收卷装置;所述涂布装置包括支撑底座以及依次固定安装在支撑底座上的进料导辊、支撑框架、出料导辊,所述支撑框架上安装有涂料装置以及二次辊压组件;所述烘干装置包括烘箱以及固定在烘箱内的隔热板、竖隔板,所述竖隔板与隔热板相互垂直;所述隔热板与竖隔板分隔所述烘箱内部为光固化区以及位于光固化区上方的热烘干区、缓冲区;放卷装置上的扩散膜经过涂料装置涂布、二次辊压组件平整后,依次经过热烘干区、光固化区烘干后通过收卷装置收卷。
优选的,所述涂料装置包括固定安装在支撑框架上的存料槽,该存料槽下端设有倒锥形结构的出料槽;所述出料槽的下端开口处转动安装有涂料辊。
优选的,所述二次辊压组件包括固定安装在所述支撑底座上的支撑压辊,以及安装在所述支撑框架上并于支撑压辊配合的压辊组件。
优选的,所述压辊组件包括支撑板以及垂直固接在支撑板上的两个转动支架,两个转动支架滑动穿过所述支撑框架内安装有浮动压辊;所述支撑框架上还设有多个与所述支撑板滑动配合且呈“T”形结构的限位导杆;所述限位导杆上套设有用于调节所述支撑板浮动距离的缓冲弹簧。
优选的,所述热烘干区内设有向内输送热空气的热风道以及向外排空气的回风道,所述烘箱一侧设有与热风道、回风道连接的热泵机组。
优选的,所述光固化区内设有倾斜安装的导电板,所述导电板上安装有多个固化射灯。
优选的,所述收卷装置包括基座以及安装在基座上的导向机构、收卷机构;所述收卷机构包括固定在所述基座上的两个定位支架,该定位支架上设有可上下移动调节位置的转动座,两个所述转动座上转动安装有收卷筒;所述基座上还设有可横向移动调节以适应收卷筒高度调节的驱动机构,所述驱动机构驱动所述收卷筒顺时针转动。
优选的,所述定位支架上开设有沿纵向延伸的条形孔,所述定位支架上还开设有位于所述条形孔两侧并用于固定所述转动座的若干安装孔。
优选的,所述驱动机构包括滑动安装在所述基座上的滑动板以及固定安装在滑动板上的驱动电机;所述驱动电机的转轴上固定有主动链轮,所述收卷筒上伸出所述转动座的转轴上固定有从动链轮;所述主动链轮与所述从动链轮通过传动链条连接。
优选的,所述基座上开设有截面呈倒“T”形的滑槽,该滑槽内设有倒“T”形结构的螺栓,所述螺栓穿过滑槽、滑动板后通过自锁螺母锁紧。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
通过将现有的一体式结构的涂布烘干设备中的涂布装置、烘干装置进行改进,让基膜涂料后经过二次辊压组件进行再次定型,让基膜上的涂料更加均匀并排出多余的涂料;同时,进入烘干装置后经过热烘干区、光固化区双重烘干定型,保证基膜上的涂料能够均匀,有效避免一次涂布直接烘干产生结块、折皱的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1所示,本发明的实施例中提出了一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,包括依次布置安装的放卷装置1、涂布装置2、烘干装置3以及收卷装置4,其中放卷装置1上放置卷绕有扩散膜基膜的卷筒,并使得卷筒能够在放卷装置1上支撑并灵活转动;在收卷装置4的动力作用下使得扩散膜依次穿过涂布装置2进行涂料涂布,经过烘干装置3定型烘干后在收卷装置4上进行收卷成筒。如图2、图3及图4所示,涂布装置2包括支撑底座21以及依次固定安装在支撑底座21上的进料导辊22、支撑框架23、出料导辊24,所述支撑框架23上安装有涂料装置25以及二次辊压组件26;当基膜经过涂料装置25进行涂料涂布后通过二次辊压组件26进一步对基膜上的涂料进行均匀处理,并将多余的涂料排出,在支撑底座21上开设有用于收集废料的集料槽。
经过涂布、二次辊压后的扩散膜进入烘箱31中进行烘干定型,为了保证烘干均匀、烘干时间保证涂料稳定粘接在基膜上,如图5、图6所示,烘干装置3包括烘箱31以及固定在烘箱31内的隔热板32、竖隔板33,所述竖隔板33与隔热板32相互垂直;所述隔热板32与竖隔板33分隔所述烘箱31内部为光固化区34以及位于光固化区34上方的热烘干区35、缓冲区36;让涂布涂料后的基膜进入热烘干区35中起到初步固化的效果,使得扩散膜能够进行弯曲也不会造成涂料掉落,在进入光固化区34固化后,让涂料完全固化,让扩散膜完全定型,避免产生掉渣的现象。
经过固化完毕的扩散膜通过收卷装置4进行收卷,从而完成整个扩散膜涂布工序;及时通过将放卷装置1上的扩散膜经过涂料装置25涂布、二次辊压组件26平整后,依次经过热烘干区35、光固化区34烘干后通过收卷装置4收卷。
如图2、图3、及图4所示,涂料装置25包括固定安装在支撑框架23上的存料槽251,该存料槽251下端设有倒锥形结构的出料槽252;所述出料槽252的下端开口处转动安装有涂料辊253;通过涂料辊253与出料槽252的下端开口之间形成侧隙,让出料槽252中的涂料能够跟随涂料辊253转动而出料,能够保证出料较为均匀,经过涂料辊253与基膜之间产生的摩擦力来驱使涂料辊253转动,实现涂料均匀涂布的过程。
当涂布完成后随即进行二次辊压,二次辊压组件26包括固定安装在所述支撑底座21上的支撑压辊261,以及安装在所述支撑框架23上并用于支撑压辊261配合的压辊组件262;其中,压辊组件262包括支撑板263以及垂直固接在支撑板263上的两个转动支架264,两个转动支架264滑动穿过所述支撑框架23内安装有浮动压辊265;所述支撑框架23上还设有多个与所述支撑板263滑动配合且呈“T”形结构的限位导杆266;所述限位导杆266上套设有用于调节所述支撑板263浮动距离的缓冲弹簧267;通过压辊组件262自身的重力是的浮动压辊265与支撑压辊261之间保持良好接触,形成对多余涂料进行刮出的流动空间,并且通过缓冲弹簧267对支撑板263上下浮动的动作起到缓冲以及复位的作用,以保证基膜通过时能够收到稳定的压力。
如图5、图6所示,在烘干装置3的热烘干区35内设有向内输送热空气的热风道37以及向外排出空气的回风道38,并在烘箱31一侧设有与热风道37、回风道38连接的热泵机组39,热泵机组39为空气循环加热设备,可根据烘干温度需求对输送进去的空气温度进行控制,保证涂料烘干状态保持一致;同时,让内部空气循环到热泵机组39中进行加热;经过热烘干区35后的基膜通过缓冲区36进行温度降温以及转向后进入到光固化区34内,在光固化区34内设有倾斜安装的导电板310,导电板310与水平线的夹角为20°,并在导电板310上安装有多个固化射灯311,固化射灯311采用紫外灯,让经过的基膜进行转向后将多个固化射灯311能够对同一个位置进行多次照射,并且能够延长基膜在固化区内移动的行程使得涂料固化稳定。
经过固化后的扩散膜已经成型,移动到收卷装置4后,通过收卷装置4将扩散膜进行收卷以便于后续打包运输,如图7、图8所示,收卷装置4包括基座41以及安装在基座41上的导向机构42、收卷机构43;所述收卷机构43包括固定在所述基座41上的两个定位支架431,该定位支架431上设有可上下移动调节位置的转动座432,两个所述转动座432上转动安装有收卷筒433;所述基座41上还设有可横向移动调节以适应收卷筒433高度调节的驱动机构44,所述驱动机构44驱动所述收卷筒433顺时针转动;通过驱动机构44驱动收卷筒433转动,让扩散膜在收卷筒433上进行缠绕形成筒状,并且为了满足不同长度的扩散膜收卷,让转动座432能够在定位支架431上进行位置调节,从而使得收卷筒433能够在纵向上进行高度调节以适应较长的扩散膜收卷。
为了便于转动座432在定位支架431上可调节,在定位支架431上开设有沿纵向延伸的条形孔434,并且在定位支架431上还开设有位于所述条形孔434两侧并用于固定所述转动座432的若干安装孔435;通过转动座432在条形孔434中滑动调节后,通过紧固件穿过转动座432以及安装孔435后进行锁紧,从而将转动座432的位置进行固定。
收卷筒433的转动主要通过驱动机构44进行驱动,并且驱动机构44还能适应转动筒的高度调节,如图7所示,驱动机构44包括滑动安装在基座41上的滑动板441以及固定安装在滑动板441上的驱动电机442;驱动电机442的转轴上固定有主动链轮443,所述收卷筒433上伸出所述转动座432的转轴上固定有从动链轮444;所述主动链轮443与所述从动链轮444通过传动链条445连接;当驱动电机442运行后,通过主动链轮443、传动链条445以及从动链轮444的动力传递,使得收卷筒433能够在转动座432上稳定转动,对扩散膜进行收卷。
同时,在基座41上开设有截面呈倒“T”形的滑槽410,并在滑槽410内设有倒“T”形结构的螺栓45,所述螺栓45穿过滑槽410、滑动板441后通过自锁螺母46锁紧,让滑动板441通过螺栓45安装在滑槽410内,使得滑动板441能够在横向方向上进行位置调节,以适应收卷筒433的高度调节。

Claims (10)
1.一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:包括依次布置安装的放卷装置(1)、涂布装置(2)、烘干装置(3)以及收卷装置(4);
所述涂布装置(2)包括支撑底座(21)以及依次固定安装在支撑底座(21)上的进料导辊(22)、支撑框架(23)、出料导辊(24),所述支撑框架(23)上安装有涂料装置(25)以及二次辊压组件(26);
所述烘干装置(3)包括烘箱(31)以及固定在烘箱(31)内的隔热板(32)、竖隔板(33),所述竖隔板(33)与隔热板(32)相互垂直;所述隔热板(32)与竖隔板(33)分隔所述烘箱(31)内部为光固化区(34)以及位于光固化区(34)上方的热烘干区(35)、缓冲区(36);
放卷装置(1)上的扩散膜经过涂料装置(25)涂布、二次辊压组件(26)平整后,依次经过热烘干区(35)、光固化区(34)烘干后通过收卷装置(4)收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述涂料装置(25)包括固定安装在支撑框架(23)上的存料槽(251),该存料槽(215)下端设有倒锥形结构的出料槽(252);所述出料槽(252)的下端开口处转动安装有涂料辊(253)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述二次辊压组件(26)包括固定安装在所述支撑底座(21)上的支撑压辊(261),以及安装在所述支撑框架(23)上并于支撑压辊(261)配合的压辊组件(262)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述压辊组件(262)包括支撑板(263)以及垂直固接在支撑板(263)上的两个转动支架(264),两个转动支架(264)滑动穿过所述支撑框架(23)内安装有浮动压辊(265);
所述支撑框架(23)上还设有多个与所述支撑板(263)滑动配合且呈“T”形结构的限位导杆(266);
所述限位导杆(266)上套设有用于调节所述支撑板(263)浮动距离的缓冲弹簧(267)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述热烘干区(35)内设有向内输送热空气的热风道(37)以及向外排空气的回风道(38),所述烘箱(31)一侧设有与热风道(37)、回风道(38)连接的热泵机组(39)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述光固化区(34)内设有倾斜安装的导电板(310),所述导电板(310)上安装有多个固化射灯(311)。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述收卷装置(4)包括基座(41)以及安装在基座(41)上的导向机构(42)、收卷机构(43);
所述收卷机构(43)包括固定在所述基座(41)上的两个定位支架(431),该定位支架(431)上设有可上下移动调节位置的转动座(432),两个所述转动座(432)上转动安装有收卷筒(433);
所述基座(41)上还设有可横向移动调节以适应收卷筒(433)高度调节的驱动机构(44),所述驱动机构(44)驱动所述收卷筒(433)顺时针转动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述定位支架(431)上开设有沿纵向延伸的条形孔(434),所述定位支架(431)上还开设有位于所述条形孔(434)两侧并用于固定所述转动座(432)的若干安装孔(435)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(44)包括滑动安装在所述基座(41)上的滑动板(441)以及固定安装在滑动板(441)上的驱动电机(442);所述驱动电机(442)的转轴上固定有主动链轮(443),所述收卷筒(433)上伸出所述转动座(432)的转轴上固定有从动链轮(444);
所述主动链轮(443)与所述从动链轮(444)通过传动链条(445)连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种扩散膜涂布生产装置,其特征在于:所述基座(41)上开设有截面呈倒“T”形的滑槽(410),该滑槽(410)内设有倒“T”形结构的螺栓(45),所述螺栓(45)穿过滑槽(410)、滑动板(441)后通过自锁螺母(46)锁紧。
