The antioxidant whitening moisturizing liquid as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 45 parts of a dry cell whole extracting solution, 8 parts of glycerol, 4 parts of butanediol, 2 parts of linalool, 1.5 parts of arbutin, 0.8 part of hamamelis virginiana extract, 0.8 part of rose extract, 0.8 part of rosemary extract, 0.8 part of pearl barley extract, 0.8 part of benzoin extract, 0.8 part of grape extract, 0.8 part of pomegranate extract, 0.8 part of trehalose, 0.3 part of sodium ascorbyl phosphate, 0.3 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.3 part of methylisothiazolinone and 0.2 part of hyaluronic acid, wherein the dry cell whole extracting solution is obtained by culturing human skin dry cells for more than 3 days, crushing and centrifuging the whole culture solution mixture of the dry cells, taking supernatant, and filtering the supernatant by a filter membrane.
3. A method for preparing the antioxidant whitening moisturizing liquid as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, comprising the following steps:
step one, preparing a Hamamelis virginiana extract; drying Hamamelis virginiana, pulverizing, adding petroleum ether, heating in water bath, refluxing for decolorizing for 2 hr, filtering, collecting the residue, adding water, heating, refluxing for extracting for 3 hr, filtering, and collecting the supernatant to obtain Hamamelis virginiana extract.
Preparing a rose extract; pulverizing rose petal, adding 55-65% ethanol solution, soaking, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, centrifuging the filtrate, collecting supernatant, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain rose extract;
preparing rosemary extract; pulverizing herba Rosmarini officinalis, adding 55-65% ethanol solution, soaking, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, centrifuging the filtrate, collecting supernatant, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain herba Rosmarini officinalis extract;
preparing a coix seed extract; pulverizing Coicis semen, adding water, decocting, filtering, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain Coicis semen extract;
preparing benzoin extract; pulverizing Benzoinum, adding 55-65% ethanol solution, soaking, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, centrifuging the filtrate, collecting supernatant, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain Benzoinum extract;
preparing a grape extract; oven drying fructus Vitis Viniferae, pulverizing, adding 55-65% ethanol solution, soaking, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain fructus Vitis Viniferae extract;
preparing a pomegranate extract; pulverizing pomegranate, adding 55-65% ethanol solution, soaking, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, centrifuging the filtrate, collecting supernatant, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain pomegranate extract;
and step two, sequentially adding glycerol, butanediol and linalool into the stem cell whole extracting solution, heating and stirring uniformly, then sequentially adding arbutin, hamamelis virginiana extract, rose extract, rosemary extract, pearl barley extract, benzoin extract, grape extract, pomegranate extract, trehalose, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, tocopheryl acetate, methylisothiazolinone and hyaluronic acid, stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture, homogenizing the mixture in a homogenizer, discharging, adding a decolorizing agent, standing, filtering and filling.
4. The method for preparing the antioxidant type whitening and moisturizing liquid as claimed in claim 3, wherein the decolorizing agent is activated carbon.
