Example 2:
the present embodiment provides a basic implementation manner, and an intelligent medicine dispensing box based on a turntable structure, see fig. 1, includes a medicine box main body 1, a device for dispensing infusible medicines 3, a solid medicine conveying device 5, a controller, and a power supply.
Six medicine placing openings 11 with different sizes and specifications are machined on the top surface of the medicine box main body 1 at intervals. The medicine distributing opening 22 is funnel-shaped, and the open end of the medicine distributing opening is connected with the lower end of the medicine storage box 21. The lower end of the medicine distributing port 22 is different according to different models of dispensing devices so as to adapt to the sizes of different medicines.
The solid medicine turntable mechanism 23 comprises an outer ring I231, an inner ring 232, a rotating shaft I233, a steering gear I234 and two cover plates I235.
The outer ring I231 is provided with a medicine dividing opening connecting hole and a medicine leakage hole 2311. The lower end of the medicine distributing opening 22 is connected in a medicine distributing opening connecting hole of the outer ring I231. The opening direction of the medicine leakage hole 2311 faces the bottom surface of the medicine box main body 1.
The inner ring 232 is located within the outer ring I231. A plurality of baffles I236 are radially arranged on the outer wall of the inner ring 232. A plurality of said baffles I236 divide the space between the inner ring 232 and the outer ring 231 into a plurality of solid medication compartments 237.
Two cover plates I235 are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the inner ring 232 to seal the solid medicine compartment 237.
The rotating shaft I233 is fixedly connected to the centers of the two cover plates I235. The I234 steering engine is fixed on the side wall of the medicine box main body 1, and the output end of the I234 steering engine is connected with the rotating shaft I233. During the use, put into medicine storage box 21 with different solid medicine respectively from the mouth 11 of putting of different solid medicine dispensing device 2, through rotatory appointed angle of drive steering wheel I234, rotatory many times after, store the solid medicine in each solid medicine compartment 237.
Referring to fig. 4, the device 3 for dispensing the infusion medicine comprises an outer ring II31, a rotating shaft II32, a distance sensor II33, a steering engine II and two cover plates II 34.
The outer ring II31 is embedded in the side wall of the medicine box body 1. The outer ring II31 is provided with a medicine adding hole 311 and a medicine outlet 312. The horizontal plane passing through the axis of the outer ring II31 is referred to as a dividing plane. Wherein the infused drug adding hole 311 is located above the dividing plane, and the infused drug outlet 312 is located below the dividing plane.
Two cover plates II34 are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the outer ring II 31.
The rotating shaft II32 is connected to the centers of the two cover plates II 34. A plurality of partition boards II321 are radially distributed on the rotating shaft II 32. The plurality of baffles II321 divide the space formed by the outer ring II31 and the two cover plates II34 into a plurality of compartments 35 for the infused medicines.
On the fixed medical kit main part 1 lateral wall of steering wheel II, pivot II32 is connected to steering wheel II's output. The guide rail 51 is inserted into the guide rail accommodating through hole 12 at the bottom of the medicine-box body 1, the guide rail 51 is slightly longer than the medicine-box body 1, and a part of the guide rail 51 is located outside the medicine-box body 1. The medicine feeding cart 52 is arranged in the guide rail 51.
The power supply is installed inside the medicine box main body 1, and the power supply is used for supplying power to the solid medicine dispensing device 2, the counter-flushing medicine dispensing device 3, and the solid medicine conveying device 5.
When the user needs to take the infusion medicine, the user puts a container such as a cup below the infusion medicine outlet 312, and the distance sensor II33 senses the position information of the container and outputs the position information to the controller. When the distance sensor II33 senses that the container is located below the infused medicine outlet 312, the controller outputs a control command to control the steering engine II to rotate, the rotating shaft II32 is driven to rotate, the rotating shaft II32 drives the partition plate II321 to rotate one grid, infused medicine is poured out from the infused medicine outlet 312 and enters the container.
When a user needs to take solid medicines, the controller outputs a control instruction to control the medicine conveying trolley 52 to move to the position below a medicine leakage hole 2311 of a specified solid medicine dispensing device 2 along the direction of the guide rail 51 and stop, after the medicine conveying trolley 52 stops, the controller outputs a control instruction to control a steering engine I234 of the solid medicine dispensing device 2 to rotate, the steering engine I234 drives a rotating shaft I233 to rotate, the rotating shaft I233 drives a partition plate I236 to rotate, and the solid medicines are poured into the medicine conveying trolley 52; after receiving the medicines, the medicine conveying trolley 52 continues to move forward and stays below each solid medicine dispensing device 2 in sequence, the operations in the solid medicine dispensing devices 2 are repeated for multiple times, the medicine dispensing process is finally completed, the medicine conveying trolley 52 moves out of the medicine box main body 1 and stays on the guide rails 51 outside the medicine box main body 1 to wait for medicine taking; after the medicine taking is finished, the medicine conveying trolley 52 is driven to automatically reset by the output control instruction of the controller to wait for the next operation.
The intelligent medicine dispensing box disclosed in the embodiment can realize the timed and quantitative medicine dispensing through the rotary disc type medicine dispensing device.
Example 3:
the main structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 2, and further includes a voice reminding device 4 and a barcode scanning device 6.
The voice reminding device 4 and the bar code scanning device 6 are both arranged on the side wall of the medicine box main body 1.
When the medical bar code scanner is used, the bar code scanner 6 scans the medical bar code, the principle is that light capable of covering the bar code is emitted, an image of the bar code is transmitted to a row of light, and the width information of each black area and each white area is analyzed and converted into a digital signal after the light is sampled. The bar code scanning device 6 matches the medicines to the taking medicine dispensing device 3 or the solid medicine dispensing devices 2 of different specifications based on the database according to the medicine prescription information and the medicine physical shape characteristics, and outputs the medicine matching information to the voice reminding device 4. The voice reminding device 4 reminds the user to put the medicines into the corresponding dispensing devices.
When adding the infusion medicine, pour the infusion medicine into from infusion medicine adding hole 311 according to the standard of a dosage, then control steering wheel II clockwise through the controller button and rotate, drive pivot II32 and rotate, pivot II32 drives baffle II321 and rotates a check, pours a unit dose into again, and the repetitive operation, until each infusion medicine compartment 35 is saturated, pronunciation reminding device 4 sends out the warning, stops the operation.
When the user needs to take the infusion medicine, the voice reminding device 4 reminds the user, the user puts a container such as a cup below the infusion medicine outlet 312, and the distance sensor II33 senses the position information of the container and outputs the position information to the controller. When the distance sensor II33 senses that the container is located below the infused medicine outlet 312, the controller outputs a control command to control the steering engine II to rotate, the rotating shaft II32 is driven to rotate, the rotating shaft II32 drives the partition plate II321 to rotate one grid, infused medicine is poured out from the infused medicine outlet 312 and enters the container.
When the solid medicine is insufficient, the voice reminding device 4 reminds the user to add the medicine and put the solid medicine into the medicine placing port 11, and if the medicine exists in each solid medicine compartment 237 of the solid medicine dispensing device 2, the granular medicine is temporarily stored in the medicine storage box 21; if the medicine in the solid medicine rotary table mechanism 23 is insufficient, the controller controls the steering engine I234 to rotate, so as to drive the rotating shaft I233 to rotate, thereby driving the partition plate I236 to rotate, so that the upper part of the solid medicine compartment 237 without the medicine is aligned to the medicine dividing port 22, and the medicine in the medicine storage box 21 leaks out and enters the solid medicine compartment 237 without the medicine.
Example 4:

the inner ring (232) is located within the outer ring I (231); a plurality of clapboards I (236) are radially arranged on the outer wall of the inner ring (232); a plurality of said baffles I (236) dividing the space between the inner ring (232) and the outer ring (231) into a plurality of solid drug compartments (237);
the two cover plates I (235) are fixedly connected to two sides of the inner ring (232) respectively to seal the solid medicine compartment (237);
the rotating shaft I (233) is fixedly connected with the centers of the two cover plates I (235); the steering engine I (234) is fixed on the side wall of the medicine box main body (1), and the output end of the steering engine I (234) is connected with the rotating shaft I (233); when the drug storage box is used, solid drugs are put into the drug storage box (21) from the drug placing opening (11), and the solid drugs are stored in the solid drug compartments (237) by driving the steering engine I (234) to rotate.
