Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a structure for anchoring and repairing concrete and mortar dynamic cracks, wherein the method comprises the following steps: step 1: identifying a crack; step 2: removing cracks on the surface of the concrete or mortar, and cutting and widening the concrete or mortar into V-shaped grooves; and step 3: marking the installation position of the T-shaped anchor in the V-shaped groove; and 4, step 4: drilling at the T-shaped anchor installation position marked in the step 3, wherein the depth of the drilled hole is determined according to the length of the rod of the T-shaped anchor; and 5: cleaning the V-shaped groove and the drilled hole; step 6: filling high-viscosity chemical glue in the drill hole; and 7: installing a T-shaped anchor, and enabling a nail rod of the T-shaped anchor to be inserted into the drilled hole until a nail head of the T-shaped anchor is in contact with the groove wall of the V-shaped groove; step eight: filling the nail head of the T-shaped anchor with high-viscosity chemical glue; step nine: the V-shaped groove is filled with polymer cement mortar, and then the surface is cleaned. Description
Technical Field

Disclosure of Invention
One of the technical problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for repairing concrete and mortar dynamic cracks by anchoring, aiming at the problems existing in the existing concrete and mortar dynamic crack repairing. The crack repairing method solves the problems that cracks of an outer wall, the ground, concrete and mortar are restrained under the influence of temperature difference and the change of the humidity of an external air environment, the cracks are increased and reduced in dynamic change due to repeated expansion and contraction, and the aim of repairing the cracks of the concrete and the mortar is fulfilled.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a structure for anchoring and repairing concrete and mortar dynamic cracks aiming at the problems existing in the existing concrete and mortar dynamic crack repair. and 5: cleaning the V-shaped groove and the drilled hole;
step 6: filling high-viscosity chemical glue in the drill hole; filling the drill hole with high-viscosity chemical glue;
and 7: installing a T-shaped anchor, and enabling a nail rod of the T-shaped anchor to be inserted into the drilled hole until a nail head of the T-shaped anchor is in contact with the groove wall of the V-shaped groove;

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer circumference of the shank of the T-shaped anchor is in a screw shape, a concave-convex shape or a bamboo joint shape. The method comprises the steps of forming V-shaped seams on crack weakened concrete and mortar, embedding and installing T-shaped anchor bolts at regular intervals along the cracks, anchoring the T-shaped anchor bolts into the cracks through chemical glue, restraining cracking behaviors through the embedded T-shaped anchor bolts, and filling polymer cement mortar at V-shaped cutting positions of the T-shaped anchor bolts, wherein the performance of the polymer cement mortar is similar to that of a concrete structure.
The high-viscosity chemical glue is filled in the hole, so that the nail rod of the T-shaped anchor nail in the hole is in a bar planting state, and the outer periphery of the nail rod of the T-shaped anchor nail is in a screw rod shape, a concave-convex shape or a bamboo joint shape. Thus, the nail rod of the T-shaped anchoring nail can be tightly combined with the hole wall of the hole through high-viscosity chemical glue.

step 6: filling high-viscosity chemical glue 50 in the drill hole 40; the high-viscosity chemical glue 50 is filled in the drill hole 40, so that the nail rod 31 of the T-shaped anchor 30 in the hole is in a bar planting state;
and 7: installing the T-shaped anchor 30 and enabling the nail rod 31 of the T-shaped anchor 30 to be inserted into the drilled hole 40 until the nail head 32 of the T-shaped anchor 30 is in contact with the groove wall of the V-shaped groove 20; the outer peripheral surface of the screw rod 31 of the T-shaped anchor 30 is in a screw rod shape, a concave-convex shape or a bamboo joint shape. Claims (5)

and 5: cleaning the V-shaped groove and the drilled hole;
step 6: filling high-viscosity chemical glue in the drill hole; filling the drill hole with high-viscosity chemical glue;
and 7: installing a T-shaped anchor, and enabling a nail rod of the T-shaped anchor to be inserted into the drilled hole until a nail head of the T-shaped anchor is in contact with the groove wall of the V-shaped groove;
step eight: filling the nail head of the T-shaped anchor with high-viscosity chemical glue;
step nine: the V-shaped groove is filled with polymer cement mortar, and then the surface is cleaned.
2. The method of claim 1 wherein in step 2, if the facing material is present, the facing material is removed about 10 cm wide along the fracture.
